I have disconnected Tikona broadband 4 months back with full payments settlement. But neither I have received any NOC, nor they have provided any bill towards my final settlements. Initially the executives who came for the final collection told me that it will take 2-3 wekks for thye noc to generate, but afterwards nobody contacted me and they started sending flase bills every month. Once I received false bills, I contacted their customer service billing department and they told me not to bother and ignore the bills as because once they collect the device installed, it will automatically stop and I will receive the NOC. After that I have contacted their customer care several time with valid complaint numbers but nobody came to collect the device and settle the issue and the false bills continued month after month. Now I am unable to contact their customer care number and received threat from their advocate today! I am surprised at such level of harassment. In between I written multiple mails to J Nair, Delhi collection team and their area manager for Faisalabad but nothing happen.
I am requesting tikona team to immediately look into the matter and stop such harassment to customers if they have minimum level of business Ethics.

    I want to cancel and disconnect my Tikona broadband connection [protected]. Last date o[censored]se was 25th August 2015, and I initiated the process of disconnection on 25th August 2015. I received an email saying that it will take 16 days for completing disconnection process, and someone will come to pick up their equipment between days 14-16. I also sent an email confirming I want service disconnected on 8th September 2015. It is now more than 4 weeks, and we have not received any call from the Disconnection Team. Instead we keep getting calls, SMS and emails about increasing bill amount (we have not used the connection). We called up the call center on 7th and 9th October and they said someone will call back within 24 hours and no one has. It has been a complete nightmare interacting with Tikona's Service team. They always respond by saying someone will call us up in 24 hours, and no one ever calls back. Even while disconnecting services, we get to see the utter unprofessional attitude of their team.

      Dear Sir/Ma'am, i would like to say that we were using internet connection of Tikona Digital Networks. After permanent disconnection of their internet tower on 31.03.2015 we paid all the amount to tikona but they still charging us. they are embarrassing us by sending legal notice and e-mails. we paid them even after permanent disconnection of their tower. we paid last bill on 21.05.2015 while we were not getting their service. i request you to please solve our problem. it is very embarrassing to face them. Also please advice us in this matter.

        My friend is using Tikona Service. Raised so many complaint with following 1. Service is not good 2. Service stopped during working hours for 2-6 Hours 3. Speed is always less 4. Waivers not given on time 5. Call discounnected by Customer care All such issue is raised but no resolution is provided on timely basis. Customer paying bill but no proper service.           I placed a request for termination of my Internet Service connection on 5th July by writing an email to customer care that I am no longer interested in continue this pathetic service. Tikona is generating fraudulent bills without providing me the actual bill. Since I requested for disconnection on 5th of July so the internet connection should have terminated by 12th July (According to TRAI guidelines) I called so many times to customer care and wrote emails several times to highlight this problem. but no action has been taken by Tikona to correct the problem. The bill generated is for period upto 26th August 2015 which I am not going to accept since I already raised termination request on 5th July and I did not use your service afterwards. Please take action on this and revert with updated and valid bill. I would wait for 2 days from your response else I will be doing a consumer court complain and possibly FIR in local police station as I was mentally harassed by one of your Advocate (called from number: [protected]) on 08/10/2015.

          I had requested for termination request on 5th July 2015, so why to pay the bill till 25th August 2015? This is your problem to not disconnect it on time. I am not going to pay the bill afterwards from date of cancellation request from my side.
          Please resend the bill upto 5th of July 2015.

          Did you really take consideration of DOTEL/E/2015/37409 complain?

          I filed for harrasment case to DOT regarding the fake lawyer call from one of your executive. did you do something about this? I did not get any call from your side.


          Regarding returning of modem, you can send your representive to take it from my home at any time.
          Also Please do ask your representive to give me reciept while collecting modem from my home.

            I took Tikona Broadband connection in May-2015 During installation service provider confirmed i will get best service but i didnt get any such service and i called 100 times to consumer care cell to address issue however i didnt get proper service 14-Aug-2015 i raised complaint for internet disconnection even after 2 months net not disconnected and i didnt get remaining amount I paid 6 months amount at once but did not get promised service and hence disconnected internet but didn't get remaining amount from Tikona Broadband services I am willing to file complain in Consumer forum Customer I.D: [protected]

              I was Using Tikona Connection (ID [protected]) since May 2015 & after facing problem with Broadband Services, I decided to get Tikona services Terminated. Request for Termination of Broadband Services was made on 30/5/15, but unfortunately Tikona Team delayed to Terminate the Services. In Aug 2015, the Termination was done.on 17/9/15 received threatening call from Tikona Staff to pay the bill for the Services which have not been utilized since June 2015. I have Complained several times with [protected]@tikona.in and j.[protected]@tikona.in many times but No response from the customer service or apeallate authority of Tikona. I have received also a letter from Tikona Advocate for the payment. Kindly let me know email Address where I can send my complete complaint for the reference.                 I am using tikona Internet and I have paid them 8000 rs for a yers contract for 2mdps speed. From past 2 weeks my Internet is not working and I have given complaints to customer case and nodal officers but no one has responded. When the internet is workong they give a speed of 512kbps insted of the 2 mbps. I have made several complaints about this to the company but its all fallen of deaf years. I told them to give my money back but they arnt ready to do that also.

Thousands of times i have clarified in english and hindi that it is a wrong number but still the people from Tikona customer care don't care to stop the harassment.                   Yes i did receive two calls in the past 3-4 days and both were regarding the same harassment that if i am 'Prateek Maheshwari'. I donot understand why Tikona is harassing me. I never ever applied for any connection and now have no intent of doing so ever. You can call me again on the same number if you are going to resolve the issue and stop the harassment immediately. Enough of this.

                    My tikona user id is [protected]. I have raised for disconnection from July 2015 to Aug 2015 but they did not disconnect my broadband connection keep on call me trying to convince and they was not resolved my broadband issue. I several times requested them to disconnect the broadband connection. Finally I received Confirmation Mail from ticona on August 29 2015 (Termination of Services for Tikona Wi-Bro Account[protected] – Confirmation Mail- [protected]). Moreover on the call I asked the customer care person asked about settlement, one of them told me clearly You need not to pay and you can use the Broadband connection until 15 August 2015. Because I already paid earlier. After that I did not use tikona connection.

                    After that 08 October 2015, I am getting threatening calls from [protected] saying Tikona has filed case against me and to pay 3300 rupees within 1 hour or else you have to Pay in Delhi court 30, 000.

                    Without any intimation of sending email about billing details and they are forcing me to pay an amount and I'm unable to contact tikona toll-free number from my registered toll-free number its diverted & it will disconnect however if I try to contact in alternate number we can reach the ticona toll free number and I have a proof of Disconnection email.

                    This is really frustrating, integrity and harassment issue.
                    Kindly take action.

                      My connection details: BAN –[protected] & Service ID – [protected] I was using Tikona Broadband service. It had regular disconnections and i logged several complaints. But I never got any satisfactory response. On May 29, 2015, I informed customer care of Tikona to discontinue my account. At this point of time my existing subscription was not even expired. That means I had paid in advance for the connection. I informed them to stop connection as soon as my subscription is over. I stopped using internet with immediate effect after that. I got a call from Tikona and after some discussions, they confirmed that my account will be discontinued. They somehow didn't stop it in their system and i kept receiving invoice. I called them up and they confirmed it is a mistake at their end and they will fix it. But nothing happened. Their executive fixed appointment 2 times to visit my home to take back router but never turned up. Now today I received a call from the number +[protected] threatening that he is calling from court and a case has been filed against me. He suggested me to do out of court settlement. This is a serious case of cheating and harassment. Tikona is blaming customers for their bad service and now harassing them. I have all records of my previous payments to Tikona and request for disconnection. You need to do something to fix this problem immediately.

                      I have made full payments in advance for all service I used. I requested disconnection before the expiry of my connection paid in advance and before it was expired, I stopped using the connection.

                      The same was also confirmed by your representative over the call. I also have all papers, payment receipts and disconnection request date and details with me.

                      It was a problem in your system that it continued to generate invoices.

                      Your representative also booked appointment twice to visit my house to collect the modem but never turned up.

                      I have been continuously receiving threatening calls from Tikona to pay my dues, which is illegal. Yestersay they called up my wife 5 times threatening her. STOP doing all these with immediate effect.

                          I am making a complaint regarding Tikona broadband. I stopped using tikona broadband services in the month of April 2015 last, and requested disconnection on 15th may 2015 through mail and tell them there was no interaction between me and tikona so kindly disconnect my connection. In spite of that they did not disconnect and few days back I got a call telling himself that he is a advocate and threat me that i have to pay the amount of Rs. 1800 pending amount or else I have to undergo legal proceedings. After that I contacted tikona customer care and they tell me that my disconnection is done and please ignore calls and messages from tiokna. And then Yesterday another guy called me telling himself Advocate from mumbai that I have to pay pending amount of Rs.2800. please I want to get rid of this tikona services kindly help me and take some strict action towards tikona broadband.                           Hello Aman, I had exactly the same problem but my carrier was Relienace Broadband. I received a call threatening legal action from a laweyer from Mubai whom Reliance hired. I paid the amount eventually.
                          But what was not resolved was the main issue -- the time we convey to disconnect till the action happens.

                          It appears that anytime you tell them for disconnection, that time would always be part of latest billing cycle.
                          so you'd still end up getting the last bill -- but you'd expect no bill. this is the problem

                          The right thing from our end is to plan the disconnection in advance and tell them so. One should keep 15 days of advance notice before disconnection.

                          Also one should read the rules and regulation terms while opening an account.

                          My advice would be, talk to them and pay the last bill amount. and take ack.

                          there is no point fighting over this further.

                            I have taken connection of Tikona where as connection was done at my place on 8th July late evening around 7PM. But on 9th July whole day, connection was not working. Assurance from customer care was given that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours and issue was not resolved after 28 hours. On 10th July, I have submitted request of disconnection and continuously followed up with Tikona customer care. After multiple calls, disconnection process was started. All the instruments were collected from my place on 8th Aug and after that my money(2500 rupees) was supposed to be refunded in week's time. But till date, Tikona is making fool of mine. Daily I am calling them, writing mails but everytime assurance is given - "My senior will call you in 2 hours or 3 hours etc." but no calls. You will get mail in 48 hours detailing your cheque but no mail or no money. I have faced huge financial losses due to the connection issue on 9th July, 2015 and now its enough. I am having lots of mental stress after speaking with their team and seriously, I have not seen such bad services/response till date. I need my money back ASAP. This has been a lot of mental harassment for me. I request consumer helpline to take strict action again Tikona.                               They set up a wire with modem in my home for rupees Rs 2850/- on 16-Sep-015 but unable to provide internet connection from very first day. we call them each day and then they send their technical person after 10 days.Their technical person visited twice couldn't fixed the issue and as per their statement this issue is from rectified from Tikona server side due to latency in network. Also informed this issue is not from customer end i.e. in my home. After technical person status they insist us to trouble shoot our system i.e. DHCP client restart and DNS client restart. After 10 days they accept a request to close my connection. Once our request for disconnection is accepted they still try to convenience us for better service and say you will get a call within 3 days i.e 72 hrs. As per their protocol, connection amount should be processed within 15 days. After 15 days when ask about the status from customer care officer they said you are using out internet service so we cant refund our connection amount in a Bulgar way. Every time they are saying you will get a call with in 72 hours. When I am calling for refund they disconnect my call and After that as per their policy I am waiting from last 16 days but they simple drop my call.                                 I stopped using tikona services from 21st May 2015 and requested a disconnection on 3rd June 2015 (online request number 1-[protected]). A bill amount of 1246 was generated for the month of July, 2015 about which I informed them (online request number 1-[protected]). There was no further interaction between us. Then few days back I got a call from someone named Wasif ([protected]) from Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. He asked me to pay the pending amount (for the month of July during which I did not use the broadband services) or else I will have to undergo legal proceedings. So, I request tikona to look into the matter and to stop bothering me with their fake calls. Details of Tikona WI-Bro Service account are - BAN[protected] and Service ID - [protected]

                                  I have tikona account number[protected]. I have asked for disconnection in last week of June 2015 and have not used service since 4th July 2015. I have got a wrong bill of Rs800+ for the month of july which I have not used. I send emails many time to tikona regarding correction of the bill and final settlement bill but I have never got any reply from them. I called them numerous times but always they dais that you will get final settlement in next 1 week but even after 3 months it never happened and I kept getting the bills with 100 Rs increament every montth. Now they threatened me today by calling from Delhi that they will file court case against me. This is completely a case of fraudry and harassment for last 3 months. Finally I had to pay the excess amount of 1200 Rs today. I want my money back and final settlement done. Tikona never came to take the devices also even after intimidating them several times. Now I came to chennai from bangalore and can not gurantee of the devices. After 3 months again they will ask for 1500 Rs. This is their strategy to loot money from us. There should be some strict action against these money looters.

                                    Worst service by tikona. Installation of broadband at the next day of my call but speed was not tested and told that only after paying money internet will get activated. After paying money none of the service men returned and internet is not working(Not even logging in). When called customer care they gave some service engineer number who dont even care for customer and simply say will send service engineer. But no one has visited yet. Its one week now and my money has been wasted. Total crap TIKONA. WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTT SERVICEEEEEEEE

                                        8July2015 Request sent to Tikona Care via my registered email address to suspend the service until further notice All bills at this time were paid 12July2015 I got the email response with the charges for safe custody I confirmed back on the same SR number that I do not want safe custody and need to disconnect the service 20July2015 Automated Mailer received with no resolution After a few days I received a call from a lady by the name I don't remember exactly She was from the customer retentions team This call lasted over 45mins where I was again and again requested to transfer connection to friend or family and not disconnect I was patient not to yell at the women but she did not do anything to help me but rather kept pushing me to transfer 7Sep2015 After months of no action I finally sent an email for transfer of connection to a known person who wanted to try out Tikona 15Sep2015 Since there was no response I sent another reminder on the request 16Sep2015 Got an email stating my phone was not reachable and the request is closed Now I have been sent a bill for Safe custody and non-usage Why on earth should I pay this bill Do you people even understand the meaning of customer service I will not pay the bill
