I have taken connection of Tikona where as connection was done at my place on 8th July late evening around 7PM. But on 9th July whole day, connection was not working. Assurance from customer care was given that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours and issue was not resolved after 28 hours. On 10th July, I have submitted request of disconnection and continuously followed up with Tikona customer care. After multiple calls, disconnection process was started. All the instruments were collected from my place on 8th Aug and after that my money(2500 rupees) was supposed to be refunded in week's time. But till date, Tikona is making fool of mine. Daily I am calling them, writing mails but everytime assurance is given - "My senior will call you in 2 hours or 3 hours etc." but no calls. You will get mail in 48 hours detailing your cheque but no mail or no money.
I have faced huge financial losses due to the connection issue on 9th July, 2015 and now its enough. I am having lots of mental stress after speaking with their team and seriously, I have not seen such bad services/response till date. I need my money back ASAP.
This has been a lot of mental harassment for me.
I request consumer helpline to take strict action again Tikona. These type of companies are creating trouble in country and making life difficult for simple people.
