Due to bad service I have closed my connection with Tikona without paying the last bill as I havent used it due to issues with internet.

After 3-4 months I received call from delhi saying, Pay your bill within 30 min else we are going to file case against you.

So I have paid bill amount .

But after 4-5 months again I got call from delhi saying bill amount 2500 is pending pay it otherwise we will file the case in courte against you.

This very embarrassing thing .I will suggest every one to not use TIKONA

    My tikona user id is [protected].I have raised for disconnection on August 2015 after lot of frustration in connectivity in my area. Tikona people came and collected the devices after disconnection, and I received the email from them "Resolution confirmation- Commercial Issue Resolved- [protected]" But now I am getting legal notices from lawyer saying Tikona has filed case against me and to pay devices charges and and monthly due amount within 6 days for this explanation I am trying to get connect with your customer care team. since many days, the connection is unstable. Tried to make complaint many time but customer care number sucks. Tried many times call and remain on hold for 20-30 minutes still not able to speak with them also they are not responding my emails, if they are not responding my calls and emails so I am not sure where I should suppose to contact to resolve my issue. Its been 2 months since i have disconnected the Internet connection but i am getting emails and legal notices against me.These people are so shameless.I have already paid for the service 3 months ago.Please take legal action this company against this company.I am really fed up of these people.

    Same problem with me and looks like with many other customers. It looks like they have this strategy to loot moeny from us. We should all file a strong consumer complaints against this fraudulent company. MY tikona ID was [protected] and now I am also getting legal notices after asking them to disconnect the service.

      People claiming from delhi court ([protected]) has all my details so has to be employed by tikona These people have been harassing from the past week to make a payment for around 800 rupees ( Tikona Email Say 447 something) I have made the payment without itemized bill

        I was a subscriber with Tikona Digital Networks,
        BAN[protected]

        till May 2015.

        There were a lot of issues with the connectivity of Tikona during this time. You may verify the number of complaints with regards to connectivity issues raised through my ID in last six months. Due to constant disruption of services, I decided to switch to another broadband service before expiry of my six months period of the plan.

        I called up the customer service of Tikona after which person who had installed the device in my location promptly took away the device. Now, I receive bill for the next period (since it is a prepaid plan) for the next period wherein I have not used Tikona services.

        However, I have been getting frequent reminders on bill payment and asking me to return device which has been already taken.

        Let me quote again I have not used Tikona broadband service since May 2015 and this can be verified through my usage history. After repeated calls to customer service of Tikona, I had been assured that the matter is closed. However, i keep getting reminders for payment from Tikona.

        It is very disappointing that a company forces an existing customer to move out by not providing expected service quality and then harasses them with reminders for payment which is not applicable in the first place.

        All I am asking for is to stop sending reminders for payments which are not applicable. It would be great if something can be done about this.

          Its been 5-6 months since i have disconnected the Internet connection but i am getting calls threatening me for filing legal case against me.These people are so shameless.I have already paid for the service 5 months ago.Please take legal action this company against this company.I am really fed up of these people.

            I had given a request for discontinuation of service on 12 Aug, 2015. As I am moving to other state for professional reason. Complaint number is 1-[protected]. They said that within 15 working days executive will visit my home and take belongings. Further was promise that I will not be charge for same period. Till date no executive has visited inspite of several reminders. they didn't close my connection as my request and make bill of around Rs 840. They are still sending me sms regarding bill, i called them many times but they are fail to help me. Request you to withdraw the bill charge by company. My tikona Id is [protected]

              My tikona user id is [protected].I have raised for disconnection on July 28th 2015 after lot of frustration in connectivity in my area. Tikona people came and collected the devices after disconnection. I got the Full and final settlement amount as 1314/- on September 29th and paid the same today(5th October). But I am getting threatening calls from [protected] saying Tikona has filed case against me and to pay 3300 rupees within 1 hour. This is integrity and harassment issue. Kindly take action.                 Hi, I had an account with Tikona Broadband services (user ID - [protected]) by the name of Akhil Gaur which I disconnected in April 2015 after hundreds of requests to the Tikona customer care. Today, I received a call from +91 [protected]. The guy called himself Rajesh Bhatiya, a lawyer from Delhi session court and told me the Tikona has filed a legal complaint against me and he asked me to submit a sum of Rs. 1086 with in 1 hour, failing which he threatened me to submit my file to the Magistrate and file a case against me. He also told me that I will have to come and fight a case and will have to submit a sum of Rs. 15000. I then started enquiring about his whereabouts to which another guy Mr. Chaudhary, took the call and started giving me examples of various people who ignored this threat and had to go to jail or submit a huge amount. i first got really scared and was about to make the payment but just before that I thought of checking this number on truecaller. And to my surprise this number was already listed as a spam by about 200 people. I then googled about the complaints about such recovery calls and found that I was not the only one receiving such fake calls. I instantly canceled the payment and called that guy again. He told me that I have got one more hour to make the final payment and to provide him with the transaction ID. I told him to go ahead and file the case. Haven't received any more calls till now. I also called Tikona consumer center and asked them as why they haven't informed me about anything before filing a case like this. He told me that he can do nothing and I have to make the final payment in anycase to avoid the case.

                  My name is gourav acharya mobile numbe Is [protected]. tikona customer id- [protected] I had taken tikona internet broadband worth 75. With 4mbps speed..! I have paid 2850rs advance for 3 months.. now it was 11th september when I got connection.. soon I had connectivity related propblem.. no speed, no log in page helpless condition.. I did customer complaint they assured every time to solve the propblem and than close the complain without solving.. Here us the list of complaints.. So far 10 complains but this people are so dumb.. they dont resolve they just assure and wont do anything.. They will not it and reply.. ""we are working on this problem."" now u have failed to provide the services as per agreement.. Terms and condition.. refund my money back and dont assure.!! I have worst experience and will try my best that no one take this redicules services..

                    My account number is [protected]. I do not want to continue the Tikona internet service. It is already inactive but I am getting every month bill from Tikona. So please disconnect the connection and send me the confirmation mail. I have started getting the harassment call from [protected] to pay the due amount or ready to face the legal action (legal Notice). I had taken Tikona internet connection on 05/04/2015. I had paid the initial amount of Rs 2, 585.00 for a 3 month internet connection. i.e. I had paid the bill for 3 months in advance. Later using for 1 day, I started to face many difficulty accessing the login page and using the internet connection from 6th April 2015. And I have registered so many complaints but it was not fixed. After agreeing from their team as they says "that there is no feasibility in your area". I disconnected this service and their team says that their will Waiver the amount of non-usage as I am only able to use it for 6-7 days approx. On May 15 I had raised a complaint to disconnect the internet services from immediate effect but there was no resolution from Tikona. On 6th of June I got a call from Tikona Customer care where I told to the customer care executive to disconnect the services from immediate effect. On 15th July 2015 I got a call from Tikona care customer number[protected] where an executive named "Neha" confirmed that I am not using Tikona internet and services would get disconnected by 17th July 2015. On 20th of August local executive named Aslam (His Mob No.-[protected]) collected Device wire, POE, Aouptov etc. and given a letter (Customer Copy) CPE Removal Letter. But to the surprise I get an email on 30th of September 2015 "Tikona Secured Wireless Broadband Service e-Bill" and "Thank you being part of the growing Tikona family. Your latest Tikona Secured Wireless Broadband Service e-bill is attached for reference." Your current bill of Rs.576.63 is overdue. Consider this a gentle reminder for you to make this payment so that you can continue to enjoy our services. My Questions are when my internet services are not being used and I had already disconnected. So how can a bill of 576.63 get generated? Can you kindly disconnect the services from immediate effect and de register my user name and mobile number? When I am not at all using Tikona services and why the hell the bill gets generated? Why is Tikona not De registering my account? Looking for solution from your end. Matloob Imam

                      I am trying to get connect with your customer care team. since many days, the connection is unstable. Tried to make complaint many time but customer care number sucks. Tried many times call and remain on hold for 30-30 minutes still not able to speak with them. 2 times i was able to connect and when i asked them to take request for disconnection, the executive just put up the phone and disconnected. What the hell of service it is. Its been 15 days when i am trying to give a disconnection request. is there any other way to do this, please give so that this can be done on that way.

                      I have asked for my account closure on August 26th, 2015 and stopped using their services/network. But they keep sending bills and also legal notices (3)...and not responding to my calls and emails in this regard.

                      Tikona is worst service and they are playing cheap tricks on public.

                      Respected Sir,

                      I was using the fore said internet connection of M/s Tikona Digital Network wide user Id-[protected] since March 2015.

                      Their services were very bad and pathetic they never use to provide an uninterrupted services for one or other reason their services used to gets break down due to their own technical problems and back end tower problems as it was told by their own technicians who used to visit our site as lot of money is involved in shifting their towers and it also appraised by their technicians that most of customers are facing similar problems like us and thus they are fed up with their poor services

                      I've paid around Rs 3500 for the first three months and was receiving very poor connectivity right from the fist month. The so called "engineers" who came to demo the service promised me that I'll be receiving atleast 2.5 MBPS speed when I'm paying for 4 MBPS speed service. i.e; 950 per month for a 35 GB plan.

                      When tried to call the customer care, it's a disappointing task as all they tell ON EVERY SINGLE CALL is that we're facing some technical issues on the tower and your problem will be resolved in 8 working hours.

                      It's a very very time consuming task to call the TIKONA service providers back end which is available for 24 hours call support but the fact is I've never received the support ever. It takes more than 30 minutes to get connected to a customer care rep even though the IVR says that your expected wait time is 1 minute, hence I don't tend to disconnect the call. It's luring right from the call wait time.

                      If by luck I get connected to the CCR, the rep first asks a silly question if my adapter is on - without which how will I try to get connected..? silly untrained staff.

                      When they see the packets drop or the reply time when pinging is more than 2500 ms ( Which should be in 7ms or max 9ms), they say to be on line and "DON'T DISCONNECT THE LINE" - Do I look stupid, after waiting for freaking 30 -40 minutes and listening to some annoying music, do you even think that I'll bloddy disconnect the phone line?

                      Again after a 5-10 minute halt, all they say is that "There is some technical issue and it will be resolved in 8 working hours". They say that first our Senior technical team will check the service and provide you resolution, please keep the adapter on. If for any reason, they aren't able to, you will be assigned with an engineer.

                      I'm an employed person and can't spend 2-3 hours with these calls or may not be able to call them every single day I face a problem and when request for a waver, they say to request once the problem is solved - I think I'm just being in a loop.

                      I've paid regularly till Oct-15 and have decided not to make any more payments and requested to stop the service which has not been attended yet.

                      In the last 6 months, I've faced high end issues with the ISP and have not received timely or uninterrupted service for the money I've paid them.

                      When a technical person / engineer is assigned, they come and work on my neighbours terrace for 4 - 5 hours yet with no success and again they say the same thing - some technical issues. This is very annoying as a working employee can't afford to spend 4 -5 hours a day for these untrained jobless engineers.

                      One gentleman frankly confessed that the tower from where I receive the signals is blacklisted and that they are in a transition to change towers but it will take anywhere between 3 to 6 months. I'm highly disappointed with the service and have called almost every day in Nov-15 and Dec-15 to report the issue and that I need a discontinuation.

                      Many of the representatives even discontinued the call. I'm mentally bothered as I get SMS notifications on my number every 4 hours in a day and almost 3 emails a day for overdue payment.

                      They use to send email / sms / call notification every day thrice to remind me of the payment which I used to make on time with out fail and off late, I've not paid when I received a call from the customer feedback team.

                      A very helping employee - Madhuri called to check in for a week or two and then she too got fed up coz the service is really bogus and can't provide uninterrupted service.

                      The so called area manager has resigned and I've requested a visit which has never been successful till time.

                      On this new year, I've decided to write back in detail as when I've tried to write first, they emailed back the standard auto reply that the problem will be solved in no time which was never the case. The engineers when visit the location, if the problem is not solved don't turn back and the next day I get calls to confirm if my problem is solved or not. When I press 1 stating that the problem isn't solved, they try to get connected to the customer care which NEVER EVER gets connected. I'm really really fed up of this service.

                      In Nov & Dec-15, almost every day this issue had happened, I've got the recordings of the complaint numbers and can provide it on request. I've almost 10 -15 of them for the last 5 -6 months and in Nov & Dec, they added all the complaints in one ticket number. The worst thing happened was when they call and if by any chance I happen to miss the call, they email the next second that we've tired to contact you and you weren't reachable and that your issue has been resolved - HAPPY SURFING. I mean, how can this be possible, I just missed the call and the next second my phone beeps with an email notification, when I get the connection checked, it's still the same. IT's SOO DODGY.

                      I've requested a waver for atleast 50% of the money I've paid a I've not received the service and the speed was an issue since day 1. I want the outstanding to be reversed and the credit either in monetary means or in duration means to be delivered to me asap. Failing to which I'll have to file a law suite against the above mentioned ISP and knock the doors of justice.

                      I've already consulted a attorney friend of mine and will certainly proceed if my requirements are not fulfilled.

                      Sir I would kindly request you kind self to do the needful to get rid from mental harassment made by service provider and also request you take necessary action against the above-mentioned service provider.

                      After 3.5 months of request for stoppage, (To be precise 6th Nov 2015), I still got bills citing usage from Tikona whereas I was not using Tikona but another.
                      After series of mails to customer care and failed actions, I had recently raised the matter to Appelate authority. The unique appeal docket number is 1-[protected].
                      Let us see if they at this Level act with proper Diligence.

                          Please tell whether you want to give remand or not. This is not the way to deal with customer. Whenever i call to service center they are giving rediculeous answers. If you dont want to give refund then i need to file a case against you.

                                Hi i am Afzal Junach and i am using tikona internet i was having internet connectivity issue since 15 Aug 2015 and i called tikona for technician they sent technician after 5-6 called and 7-8 days later technician said problem will be fixed in 24 hours and left but problem didn't fixed, again i complained again 5-6 days later they took my complaint and send technician after 3-4 days same thing happened again, then i called the technician who came he didn't picked my call for 2 days and then i stopped calling him then i called tikona local office they said technician will be at home in 24 hours but it didn't happened. Then i visited tikona office and they told me the technician will fix problem in next 48 hour and they fixed problem but this issue solved after 1 month and 15 days until that i was having issue of connectivity like my internet works 2-3 minutes and then it disconnect and then i have to restart everything like that i used tikona for 1 month and 15 days so i didn't paid bill and i asked for waiver because i was having issue. and they said we can't give waiver because you used connection but i didn't used like i use to so why i have to pay full bill i want waiver. Complaint No: 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] (3 Sep 2015) - Last Complaint I Lost my 3000rs. project in this period and i couldn't be able to work in 1 month and 15 days so i want a fair waiver for my connection.                                   Dear Sir This complaint is against Tikona Digital Network for providing bad service for a long time and ansking to pay the bill for it without any relaxation for their technical failure. My Tikona ID is [protected]. 1) First thing was that they did not provide a good network for which i did not pay bill tmely and waited for their Problem resolution first and they were unable to resolve the Issue. 2) Now they have imposed late payment on it and asking to pay the bill. 3) They are saying to pay bill as it is without any Waiver and after that they are saying to give Technical Problem Resolution. Their Stand for their this kind of Behaviour- "If my Daily usage is more Than 100 MB then they will not consider me eligible to receive any kind of waiver." My Stand Against their this Condition- "i got 2mbps Plan if out of 24 Hours a day only if 2 Hours net runs then it will easily exceed 100 MB and for rest of 22 Hours i have to suffer bad network and on that i have to recharge other source of interet so i should received waiver for the default days."                                   I got a confirmation call on[protected] at 4:25 pm regarding your bad network that and it was told from your side that on 4-10-15 your engineer that visited my house ( yes he had visited) and he had resolved the network issue.

                                  I denied your this fake report and for proving it I took the Engineer in Conference with the executive and he clearly said that sir I had forwarded the msg to the Area Manager and he will have to visit you and after that you will receive solution.

                                  On hearing that your Executive disconnected the call.

                                  This is your Real face, you were hopeless and now you are shameless also.

                                  Sir there are only two ways of my satisfaction
                                  1) Either provide good network service.
                                  2) Or admit that you are not capable to provide service and I will happily move forward to stop my connection and pay full bill also.

                                  There is no way that I will choose disconnection from my side, I will not...

                                  For past two Months your Engg visited 4 times my house and gives solution as "ohh hoo iska face to IP ki direction me nahi hai par ab Maine KR diya hai ab dikkat nai ayegi"

                                  This time you gave a new excuse there is now some obstruction so problem was arising.
                                  Overall result is still my network is not working and I have to pay unnecessary 3 month late payment and two month charges.

                                    Recently, I was using Tikona broadband service. I discontinued it, because of poor service. But, they did not promptly worked on my services, and did not discontinued my service also charged me 1299 Rs rental. When I refused to pay, a guy calls me from [protected] claiming to be a person from court and asked me to pay 3000 Rs to clear the case on me else pay 65000 Rs in Court. A unacceptable behaviour from a company. Should not, provide services if the cannot promptly solve customer problems.

                                    At first, they have pathetic customer care, then when connected, they never give u a ticket ID and keep forcing to retain the connection. Then the service is so slow, they take months to disconnect and then generate bills for delay from their end. Moreover, this threatening calls for legal action.

                                      Only reason I've been with the company is because there are no good providers in my area!! I've been complaining for about minimum 4-5 times in a month. their executives don't respond properly nor the issues get resolved! Their internet service is like the 90's cable tv where the antenna was to be set likewise their receiver needs to be set literally every single day. Their service is outsourced, whoever from the technical team has come home for service has said that they don't take complaints seriously and should switch to MTNL (Yes their executives saying this) today (after complaining 3-4 times this month) an executive called up with zero convincing who was more interested to get done with call said OK sir if your not interested than our retention team will call you tomorrow to take this forward!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE TIKONA!! SHAME ON YOU FOR THUGGING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS!!!

                                        I have got the Tikona BroadBand on 3rd September, 2015 and while taking the connection they showed me a speed of 3.8 MBPS. But after that connection went pathetic. It doesn't even get 1 Mbps consistently. I have raised complains with customer care, but of no use. They schedule engineer visit, but he never comes. Now I have raised a disconnection request on 30th Sept, 2015 for which I haven't yet any call from their end. Every time I call customer care, they ask for a new 24 hr window to receive a call from disconnection team. I am seriously frustrated over this connection and the service.                                         My disconnection request was generated on 30th Sept, 2015, not 2nd October, 2015. I want a disconnection from your pathetic service. I have called your useless customer care more than 30 times for it.
                                        Today when I again called back they are now asking for a 15 day windows as your policies. I want to see where these policies are written. As these are policies related with customer, you cant form them every now and then.
                                        Go by the following TRAI regulation document
                                        http://trai.gov.in/Content/faq_subcat_details/74_1_1.aspx#D_174

                                        Go by the first FAQ. You will get to know its 7 days not 15 days. Also, in case it is 15 days you have to mention it in your site. May I see where is it written? Prior to this you changed my billing cycle to 26th of month, despite of the fact I got the connection at 3rd. You guys are fooling customers.

                                        Please get this very clear I have wasted enough money and time in your service. I will not pay any single bill if you generate, as I have already prepaid this October's bill.

                                        Please tell me in a very clear sentence should I knock consumer forum? You have tested all my patience with your pathetic service and sudden rules that you create.
