Actually due to some connectivity issues and relocation, I have told Tikona to disconnect the Services(ID - [protected]) in start of May 2015. But the Response is not proper and also they are used to call me 3 to 4 times every week and asked about the reason even though i have told the same reason every time. I have paid till what we have used(till 15th of May 2015) after that we didn't consumed a single KB of data, even though they keep on sending bills for the next 2 months.In the month of July/August some person from Tikona called me and said that he will come and collect the modem but till date he didn't come back. Last week I have got a call from this numbers [protected]/[protected] and threatened me to settle the outstanding amount otherwise he will file a case in Delhi court and his number is [protected], I have told them that i don't have any due amount to be paid. but he said he is going to file a case against me in Delhi court and I need to come to Delhi for further Proceeding. on the same day I have sent a mail to Tikona customer care and till date no response from them. Also I have got the call from another person on 26th of September and even she said the same. My Question to Tikona is Why do I need to pay such unnecessary payment? I have tried to Reach Tikona Customer care 4 or 5 times on 26th of September, but once entered the Tikona ID the call got disconnected after few seconds. I don't how to contact Tikona to solve this issue.

    Mr.puneet shulka contact no.[protected] He visited my house for a connection with his team but didn't gave a connection although they show me a demo which was of 4 mbps plan and speed was comming 3.6mbps constant i said them this much speed is ok for me plz give a connection but without on reason they didn't gave me a connection and when i use to call him several time he never picks up my call i have also posted the tower pic from the point of connection as a proof

      I have been calling tikona customer care from 5-6 months daily For poor speed I have taken 4 Mbps plan but usually I would get speed fluctuations from 135 kbps to 1 Mbps only Maximum time I didn't reach more than 500 kbps Many of time engineer came and all said that u r signal are very low so they finally said unr connection is not fesiable for connection so please disconnect So I requests for disconnection on 2sep and they told they will call me for conformation of request ... Within 24 hrs and today is 27 September I call tikona for disconnection but they just give fake assurance Guys it is user sole decision for disconnection tikona is just making fool to people for disconnection confirmation call They doesn't call if you had already bill ... Because they give excuse for call they has accepted request and if they fail to do so it is not user responsibility for further because they have taken our request They cannot us these cheating idea to make user fool for many days and sent them bill for what they already made disclosure of disconnection...

        User ID :[protected] And I started using this service from 19th September 2014. I paid 2135 rs on Same day.-- ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX9015 has been used for a transaction of INR 2, 135.00 at Tikona Digital Dr_TPSL (September 19, 2014; 10:13:30 hrs.). Later using for 2 days, I started to face many difficulty accessing the login page And I have registered so many complaints but it was not fixed. It has been a year since I am using Tikona Digital Networks Internet and every other day there is internet connectivity issue from there side or on the roof top device. There is no stable Internet since long and they just keep on refreshing and restarting the server all the time and make me fool for complaint resolution. In a week I need to call 2-3 Days for this issue, it works for some moment and gets worst later. When complaint is launched it takes many days to entertain. No proper speed, no proper connectivity, no proper ping. The speed shows on Test page looks amazing, but actually accessed it worst then Mobile 2G speed. Tollfree no.[protected] takes hours to answer and executive makes exercise to plug the cable, plug out, on and off. This Gimmicks going on since last 1 year but still I am dissatisfied with the services. A Big Fraud Company. Internet Has Never Worked Since Past One Year And It Has Been More than 4 Months I Have Been Saying Them To Disconnect The Connection But They Are All Deaf People Because Their Business Is To Raise Bills Even If Customer Does not Use It. Out Of These 4 Months, They Forced Me To Pay 2 Months Bill Without Usage By Arranging A Fraud Legal Call Quoting Themselves From High Court. Even After That They Gave Me A Call That They Have Now Received A Payment And Asked Me 100th Time Again M'mam Are You Sure U Want To Disconnect". I Replied " Yes Yes Yes...100 Times". But Now See These Thieves Have Again Started Sending Bills For Next 2 Months. These People Will Get Lesson Only Once They Are Dealt In Court...All Users Who Are Befooled This Way.. I received a call from +[protected] rahul today 26th Sep 2015, stating that he is going to file a case against me for not paying Rs.1835 to Tikona. If I make the payment in another 30 minutes he would stop filing the case. He is asking me to login into Tikona website, click bill payments enter Service ID : [protected] and make payment and send the transaction ID to his mobile [protected] in 30 mins to avoid case filling. If I fail to do so I would have to come to Delhi court on 30th failing I would have to Pay Rs.65, 000 to 70, 000 as a fine. I don’t think anyone can do something like this in a such a short notice. This clearly states he is not a legal advisor for Tikona, rather a collection agent. This is not the way they should treat a customer, they are giving Fraudulent/ threatening calls and putting mental pressure to customers. Simply tikona wasting my time and money. Don't want to be your customer anymore and this service is highly unlikely to recommend to anyone. Worst service by Tikona. I would recommend everyone not to go for Tikona. They are here to make money. They will take your 3 months rent in advance as subscription fees during providing connection & after that, they will start harassing you. Now, i have only 1 option left; Filing a case in the consumer court. Since my plan is prepaid so no one can force me to pay. Service should be stop.

            Hi, I have given complain [protected] tikona case with tikona for no service it was resolved after 3 visit .I have a package of 4MBPS 30 GB and after their resolution my speed is 0.34 MBPS .Inspite every day calling to customer care they are giving scrap to restart PC clear logs cache .Is that a kind of resolution they are suppose to provide and even they are not taking complain of disconnectiona also.

              My user id is-[protected], its useless service. they never solve the complaint i[censored] register. if i called the customer care for register the complaint i have to wait on hold for 30min to talk with their service executive. i register my complained on 23/09/15 and the executive guy said to me that engineer come to ur home today evening but till now [ 26/09/15 ] no one come in my home . i called lots of time but every executive said engineer come in today evening but no one is come. and also after every 4 to 5 days later i face different different problem in network. every time internet stuck when i some important work to do . so i give a suggestion to all never never never buy the tikona internet . i[censored] ready to handle the lots of problem so that u think to buy thank you

                On Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 8/27/2015 12:07:16 PM, i have raised a request to tikona about the termination because of poor service . In response i just got a mail from them stating their redressal, but dint got any action on it . And after a month i got the bill from tikona . so few queries 1.) When i raised a termination request why dint they terminate it ? 2.) When the termination dint happened why wasn't i intimated ?

                  Tikona is the worst Broadband service provider in India.You pay them on time but you never get any service from them. Internet does not work for 3-4 days a month without any reason and technical support people they have hired do not know anything technical, one pet dialogue please switch off your adaptor for sometime and switch it back on it will work...We are facing technical issues with our servers and will be sorted out within 24 to 48 hours...We have assigned an enginer to resolve the issue...The people they call ENGINEERS are bloody local Electrical workers who doesnt know thw ABC of technology. It does not matter how many complaints we make they are never going to listen. Just waiting for the next month so that i can get rid of this network.My cust id no. is [protected] and my name is Yodhvir Singh. The customer service agents are so rude and dont have sound training to help the customers. I am facing this issue for 5 to 10 days every month and they never do anything about it. They send me the messages that my issue has been sorted out from their end but it never worked because the Engineers they assign never show up. I am so disappointed with them that i have planned to file a law suit against this company as i got all the proofs supporting everything that i have mentioned in this post. If same thing happens with a customer in countried like US and UK the government authorities become the worst nightmare of the service providers but in our country there is no one to help and that is the main reason we are still behind these countries.

Even i raised so many times complaint about internet connection. but did not get any solution from company .. atlast i decided to deactivate my tikona account and i have raised a request for deactivation from tikona care.. i tried many time and every time they said that we have ragistered your request but after that i got messages from tikona for paying bill ..even i have not use a single mb. i have all call recordings ... what they have said or not.. please help me .. jo jis mene use hi nahi ki mai uske paise kyo bharu? jab mene net use hi nai kia ..band karne ko b bola but koi solution nai nikla toh ignore karna start kia..but fir bill kyo pay karna? jab tak mene use kia mene bill pay kia .. sir mere paas saare records hai please help me anyone

                      Hi I am R.Shrivastav a tikona broadband user [protected]. From last 2 days the service of tikona has degraded . Internet not working completely, I have called tikona technical service as they say the service will resume soon. however there is no response from tikona and neither the service has started. I work from home and have incurred a loss of 10, 000/- for the last 2 days because for the delay from tikona.                         I took a broadband connection from Tikona in April 2015, it worked ok for 1 month, later on it was worst service. I have raised complaints several times but it was never resolved. Finally I asked to disconnect the service. But these guys are really frustrating they have not disconnected the service and keep sending me the bills. Meanwhile I shifted to another city and again I requested for disconnection and paid remaining amount. But they have not yet disconnected the services and they are still harassing me by sending SMS and calling me to pay the bill. Now I have decided to file a case against Tikona for mental harassment.                           My connection is not working since 20th july and i registered several complaints but no action is taken. Then i requested for disconnection then again nothing happened.
                          Now i have been generated a bill of 1700+ which is impractical.

                          As per my complaints since 20th july my refund should be made for the advance bill paid and this bill generated to me is illegal.

                          I suggest to make my refund as soon as possible and settle my account.

                            Hi, I have raised a My tikona service disconnection request more than 2 months before but even till today they are not accepting the disconnection request and trying to convince me to continue the service. I have refused them for continuation and said to disconnect my service but they are not processing it. They willingly dragging the request for next month so that they can generate the bill for october also and get money out of it. I have tried all possible ways to communicate to them through call and email. I spoke with customer care on call for disconnection they trying to convince me to continue again and again and not processing the termination or disconnection request. I have raised so many emails for the same but not even a single response. every time I try to complaint they put me on hold for 10 to 15 minute or they say my voice is not audible and disconnect the call or sometimes they say they will redirect the call to concerned department and while redirecting they will disconnect the call. they are trying all worst tricks for stretching the service to next month and not allowing my disconnection to happen. I request consumer complaints to take some action on tikona and process my tikona service disconnection request and get all the tikona assets like broadband receiver device back and make me free from tikona subscription.                               My internet connection is not working for last 7 days. I am daily complaining about it to costumer care and geeting same answer that we would solve this issue in 24 hrs. Service engineer is also not picking the call. Very poor attitude of whole coustomer care team. I want refund of amount paid to them and disconnect.                                 The issue is i have taken the new tikona broadband connection on 24 - feb - 2015 and made the rs. 2079 / - amount on 24 - feb - 2015 for three months advance payment while installation itself
                                ( proof attached: "initial - 3 - monthspayment - whileinstallation. Png")

                                I have comminicated to customer ccare people and raised complaints:1 - [protected] and 1 - [protected] to disconnect and stop service in may - 2015 (Proof attached: "rased disconnect requests in may2015 and also sent mail on jun2015. Png") since service is not good.
                                I have sent an email to tikona broadband customercare people to disconnect and stop service in jun - 2015 month (Proof attached: "rased disconnect requests in may2015 and also sent mail on jun2015. Png")
                                I have confirmed over the call when i got the calls from tikona people more than two times.
                                I have done the complete payment of outstanding amount: rs. 2281 / - on 22 - sep - 2015 as per latest bill i received (Proof attached: "latestbill - sept - 2015. Png", "tikonasettlement[protected] sep - 2015. Png") since i am getting the frequent calls from below tikona legal department.

                                  On MAy 4th, 2015 I have installed Tikona broadband and very first day I am facing issues. Many times me and my family members called Customer care but they guys disconnected calls during discussion. On 21 June, 15 I have called many times to Customer Care but nothing happend. So I have given a written request of request and demand for my Refund of rest of amount. They guys have collected modem after 1.5 months and still sending false bill and demanding money. But hight is happened when I got three calls and all guys are saying that they are Advocate from different-2 Court and they got a report and going to raise a legal action against me. This is the way. they are treating there customer after providing a burst service.I have all written communications. Please ban this company and go for it's full audit. This type of companies are defaming and degrading India growth. Please let me know what need to do and also do the needful from your end too.                                   When Tikona team will provide me any update. I am not able to connect with Tikona care. I have written so many mails but no response as well as whenever I am calling to Tikona helpdesk, getting same message " We have made a note and you will call back in 48 hours".

                                  Sir, this is the way of Customer Service. I would say, POOR even BURST services..

                                  Please take a stick action against them.

                                    My Id is [protected]. Name is Pankaj Dhapke. I was living in my older address and was planned to left flat on 10th May. So I had put a request to close the connection or please transfer it to my new address. But due to connectivity was not there is my new address so the tikona guy took the device on May 7 th 2015. In June I got bill for the month of May. Now Tikona guy already taken the device and I also left the house then what is the point to send May month bill and my billing cycle was 10th. Today I am getting call from below numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected] That lady is saying "I am calling from CIBIL department. Tikona filled a case on you and we had sent you notice 7 days before and if you do not pay the amount then we will drag you in court. You need to come to delhi court for court case filed against you. Dont involve in this all court-kacheri matter for 1400 rupees or it will affect your future." These are the threatening wordings of that lady. When I searched these numbers in Truse Caller then all these numbers are mark as spams on the name of Tikona. Is this how tikona treats their customer? Why would anyone want to use your services after facing such horrible customer experience. Your company's prime focus should be on serving your customers properly not on harassing or torturing them. Why should I pay if I have not used your service and even there was no device was there after 7 th may in my building ? What is the point to generate bill of 10 May to 10 June ? On 10 June I got bill of around 850 and now how it is 1400 ? If this matter doesnt sorted out in this month then since my uncle is in police department in Pune, I am planning to put FIR against Tikona company. -pankaj dhapke

                                    I sent mails to these guys many times to send me bill of 13 days, but they never send. Additionally If you decide to pay billed amount, then also there is no surety that you will not receive these threatening calls in future.

                                      I requested service stop on 11th August to Tikona Custome Care, I was given request ID 1-[protected] . But when I checked my connection in september month it was still working.I wrote mail also to tikona for this issue.I called them several times but every time they told me that they have escalated the issue and my service will be stopped in next 48 hrs.But my service is actually up even today. I have called them today also for the same issue but still the same response. Also they are generating my bills continuously which should have been stopped after 11th August. They are overriding the TRAI rules for generating bills.To make this more clear -- since I checked on september that whether my connection has stopped or not so they are telling me to generate bills for full usage till septmber month.My plan is for 750 rs + service taxes per month and it gives me 30 GB at 4mbps + unlimited at lower speed there after, and I hardly consumed even 10 percent of this. but still giving me bills after my stop request. I am a technical Lead in HCL technology and I am very busy in my work, it is very much a torture for me to call again and again for the same issue.They have harassed me mentally and it has affected my efficiency overall and created unnecessary problems in my life. I want to request the honorable court to levy penalty as compensation for the same on Tikona company.                                         My user id is [protected]. This is in the name of Deepti Rajesh Mehta. I am completely frustrated with Tikona's service. Please note that I am threatened for the NON PAYMENT of the due bill which have been incorporated by TIKONA.Why you are not disconnecting the service which you cannot provide.Only sending bills when I stopped using it If that is the case, I would rather like to move to consumer court to fight this.You should know that in all my requests I have been continuously asking Tikona to disconnect the service and this was not done.It is only because of the non usage of service and non payments of accumulating bills that this was disconnected. That means when I stopped using the service then Tikona disconnected the connection. I have been even asking to collect the instrument from my home, that also has not been done till now. Later on you will charge me for any damages to the instrument also...what is all this? Your people even do not have the updated address. Every now and then they are calling me to ask my address and when I tell them to collect the instrument on Saturday as on other days no one is at home then no body comes ...to collect. Next day again they are calling and creating nuisance for the same thing. There is lot needs to be done to organize the TIKONA's service. Rather concentrate on that in spite of bothering innocent people. Is it not surprising that you are giving services at the address which you do not know? Very frustrating !!! Please note the below: 1. I have been requesting TIKONA to disconnect its service from Feb 2015 because the network is down 16 hours in 24 hours but still it was not disconnected. 2. I had to use Tata Photon as I could not get the network . I am preparing for interviews and I need to study in night when there was no network. This happened for more than 2 months and then I stopped using Tikona and searched for other providers.You can check the customer complaints which I have made . Later I stopped that as this became routine which is not practical to handle. 3. I have not used the service after May, then also I have received several bills outstanding. As your services have already caused a lot financial burdens and mental stress to me . Kindly look into this . And send the revived bill which is only for the services that I have used and not for the period when your cables just laid down in my premises. Hope you understand the agonies of a common man and look into this.
