Facing a lot of issues with Tikona internet service and the customer service. One of the worst I have used ever. One month without any service and when advised to disconnect the internet they come and say you have to make payment when refused they start making calls at first 2/3 a day and roughly 3/4 messages via sms and e-mail and now after almost 3months of no usage 5/6 calls a day and 7/8 messages via sms and e-mail. And I thought sooner or later they will stop however today they crossed the limit a guy calls up named Mr Ahmed not sure if was his real name at around 1000hrs in the morning and starts asking for money repeatedly when advised to check his records first he starts accusing that you shouldn't use the service if you cant pay and so I disconnect the call after which I have received roughly about 4/5 more calls and 4messages asking for payment.

They are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. They don't live up to their commitments and expect money for the pathetic service both on the internet and customer care.

Would really appreciate a resolution on this asap and would appreciate I they come and disconnect the internet asap, because I am not going to pay for something I did not use.

    I have Internet connection of Tikona in Jabalpur city it provides about 4 MBPS which is the speed limit of my net. only in morning i am able to get speed of 4 mbps but in evening or night time automatically reduces itself to 1mbps it's not for a single day but it's consecutive and is happening for about 4 to 5 days I would request you to please help me out in this problem I have no problem in morning but the speed reduces at the night time thankyou Customer account no. - [protected] Tried contacting cs many times.Seems they keep live busy

      I have requested Tikona to disconnect Broadband connection (ac [protected]) more than one month ago. (req number - 1-[protected]) after several follow-up Tikona is not disconnecting and they have sent a bill to me for payment for service which I haven't used. Now I am asking to revoke the bill and disconnect the line however no response from them.

        Hi Team, I have raised the disconnection request before 1 month back but, still I didnt get any response from your team.I have got mailed regarding the net usage bill payment processing.I didnt use your connection till today.If I try to use your connection will be facing the error as "Not Feasible Connection".I have rasied the request more than 50 time thru calls and mails but no response.So, now am not going to pay the bill amount.I have plugged out the connection.Please come remove the connection

          I had taken one broadband connection from Tikona and was using for two years. Since December 2014 and January 2015, their service deteriorated and I decided not to avail the same. I wrote a mail to their customer care at [protected]@tikona.in on 12th Feb 2015, where I had requested them to terminate my connection and also told to let me know the outstanding amount till Feb 16th, 2015, which I subsequently cleared off. But Tikona did not terminate my connection and they kept on generating the bill. It is a scheme by them to loot the client although he/she does not want to use their services. After refusing their regular call where they wanted me to continue with their services, finally I got fed up and on May 1st I sent them another mail clearly saying I am not interested in availing their services. Also they kept on sending me the mail about the outstanding amount which I was not owing to them. For the last one month I am getting call from a mobile no [protected] of Mr. Rahul Chaudhary and from [protected], where he is threatening me to file a civil case in Delhi on behalf of Tikona Broadband services, if I do not pay the due amount. It is mental harassment for me and I am getting mentally disturbed by their behaviour. I think Tikona has hired some goons which keep on threatening the customer, as in the past bank used to hire goons to recover credit card, loans dues. This practice should be banned. I request you to initiate some proper action against Tikona. Also I should be monetarily compensated for the mental harassment they made me to undergo.

            I had given a request for discontinuation of service on 6th Sept, 2015. As I am moving to other state for professional reason. Complaint number is [protected]. They said that within 15 working days executive will visit my home and take belongings. Further was promise that I will not be charge for same period. Till date no executive has visited inspite of several reminders. Today I have received a soft copy of bill regarding payment of 510.45 by Oct 15. Request you to withdraw the bill charge by company. I will appeal in consumer court so that Tikona internet providers cheating consumers will force to shut company.

            Further, she said that I will receive in writing stating that there is no outstanding from my side within 24 hours.
            Till date I have not received the same.

            I had given request for discontinuation of Tikona service on Sept 6, 2015. Still I received a mail to pay Rs 545 by October 11, 2015.

            An Tikona executive visited my home and took belongings on Oct 4, 2015.

            I need a mail stating that there is no outstanding dues pending from my side.

            I had given a request for discontinuation of service on 6th Sept, 2015. Complaint number is [protected]. Still I am receiving bill for payment of bill. Tikona executive visited by home and took belonging on Oct 04, 2015.
            Upon calling, she said that I will receive in writing stating that there is no outstanding from my side within 24 hours. She also said bill will not levied from henceforth.
            Today again I have received the bill claiming to pay outstanding dues of 1, 123.45 for month of October and November before Nov 10, 2015.
            When I call Tikona billing department today, he said that I will receive call within 24/48 hours. Further he said the bill has been levied due to some pending procedure from their end. I no need to pay the same.
            I will approach judicial channel regarding harassment and claim for compensation if I did not receive letter as soon as possible from your side mentioning that there is no outstanding dues.

            I got call on October 07, 2015 from Tikona executive asking about reason for discontinuation of service. I said that the service has been discontinued on Sept 6, 2015 and Tikona executive took belonging on Oct 04, 2015.

            Further, she said that I will receive in writing stating that there is no outstanding from my side within 24 hours.

            When I call Tikona billing department on Oct 30, 2015 he said that I will receive call within 24/48 hours. Further, he said the bill has been levied due to some pending procedure from their end. I no need to pay the same.

            I have received on Jan 2, 2016 a mail saying that legal action would be taken if you don't pay.

            Today, when I called Executive he said it will take 72 hours to check if belongings has been picked from their executive side. He also said you have to pay outstanding dues.

            They told me to contact executive who pick belonging in our area. On contacting him he said that it will take 7-8 days to verify if the same has been done.

            Is Tikona some kind of government organisation to take 7 days to verify if belonging has been taken or not.

            On contacting once again the senior said you will receive mail within 2 hours stating that there is no need to pay outstanding dues from your side. And she has raised request for full and final settlement. Complaint number is[protected].

            She also said, I will receive mail for full and final settlement also no legal action would be taken. She will also update regarding Tikona belongings.

            Why two contradicting statement.

            Till date, if there was outstanding dues then why executive said no need to pay in previous communication.

            I will approach judicial channel regarding harassment and claim for compensation if I did not receive letter as soon as possible from your side mentioning that there is no outstanding dues. Also I need update regarding Tikona belonging.

              I have requested to cancel the tikona Broadband connection on 16-9-15. I got a confirmation call regarding the cancellation of the connection.Now they had generated a new bill for october 2015 and when i called the customer care they were telling that there is no request being raised from my side to cancel it. And if I have to terminate the connection I have to pay the bill amount for the month of october( advance bill system). Please help me to sort this out.

              when I will get a confirmation. They are asking for payment of the october month . Bill has to be generated by 26th september and I informed tikona that I want to cancel the connection on 16th september which is prior to the bill date. Please make it fixed as soon as possible as i dont want any more calls from tikona asking for the advance payment

              To your kind notice, my account is still not suspended and I am repeatedly getting calls from tikona asking to pay the bill ( for the unused service. I have requested to close the connection two months back, havent used the service from then). instead of a confirmation regarding the cancellation of my service. What sort of procedure is there with you that is taking a duration of two months and more to process my request!!!

                I had requested 'Tikona Pathetic Digital' on Aug 11, 2015 for disconnection, and called them more than 50 times in couple of months to request for disconnection, still they didn't remove the internet connection and kept sending me bills, now they are harassing me by calling me every day multiple times, including IVRS calls and blank calls. There service was very poor and they were only giving internet everyday for an hour or so only, so that they could charge for everyday saying you have data usage. Below is copy of the meail sent by me on Aug 11, 2015: Hi, I request to please deactivate my internet connection as there is no improvement in the service provided by you despite numerous complaints made by me. Please note that I don't want any other assistance from your side and my decision is final. I don't want to conitinue with Tikona services anymore.                 I am just asking you stop harassing me by calling again and again, am i asking for too much ? What do you want? Why are you disturbing me so much? Are you a bunch of fraud people/criminals just cheating and harassing people and trying to somehow blackmale for money?

                  Hello Sir, my customer id is [protected], Now i feel it was my worst decision to buy tikona broadband. I am frustrated to using your tikona broadband. I didnt get connectivity link every time when i start my router then firstly i need to call your customer care then i get link, that is really foolishness because of your loose tikona broadband network and also didnt get proper speed to surf and download, if i want download any thing it shows retry several of times to download, approx my half of the GBs waste only because of retry. If my problem didnt reslove within reasonable time then i shifted to other network. And from past 2 dasy if i call from my registered mobile network then seriously my call is never connected to your customer care. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise many of my friend group shifted to other broadband network.

                    Hi, I have raised a My tikona service disconnection request more than 2 months before but even till today they are not accepting the disconnection request and trying to convince me to continue the service. I have refused them for continuation and said to disconnect my service but they are not processing it. They willingly dragging the request for next month so that they can generate the bill for october also and get money out of it. I have tried all possible ways to communicate to them through call and email. I spoke with customer care on call for disconnection they trying to convince me to continue again and again and not processing the termination or disconnection request. I have raised so many emails for the same but not even a single response. every time I try to complaint they put me on hold for 10 to 15 minute or they say my voice is not audible and disconnect the call or sometimes they say they will redirect the call to concerned department and while redirecting they will disconnect the call. they are trying all worst tricks for stretching the service to next month and not allowing my disconnection to happen. I request consumer complaints to take some action on tikona and process my tikona service disconnection request and get all the tikona assets like broadband receiver device back and make me free from tikona subscription.                       Hi, My name is Sonali Varshney, i am raising this complain from Agra (India). I had broadband connection from Tikona Digital Network (User ID - [protected]) and i used it for more than 1.5 years (appr). Due to their internet quality and customer support, i used get disappointed every time, I started to face many difficulties accessing the login page and I have registered so many complaints but it was not fixed, every other day there is internet connectivity issue from there side or on the roof top device. There is no stable Internet since long and they just keep on refreshing and restarting the server all the time and make me fool for complaint resolution. In a week I need to call 4-5 Days for this issue, it works for some moment and gets worst later. When complaint is launched it takes many days to entertain. No proper speed, no proper connectivity, no proper ping. The speed shows on Test page looks amazing, but actually accessed it worst then Mobile 2G speed. Toll free no.[protected] takes hours to answer and executive makes exercise to plug the cable, plug out, on and off. This going on since last 1 year but still I am dissatisfied with the services, A Big Fraud Company. Internet Has Never Worked Since Past One Year And It Has Been More than 4 Months I Have Been Saying Them To Disconnect The Connection But They Are All Deaf People Because Their Business Is To Raise Bills Even If Customer Does not Use It. Out Of These 4 Months, They Forced Me To Pay 3 Months Bill Without Usage By Arranging A Fraud Legal Call Quoting Themselves From High Court. Even After That They Gave Me A Call That They Have Now Received A Payment And Asked Me 100th Time Again M'am Are You Sure U Want To Disconnect". I Replied " Yes Yes Yes...100 Times". But Now See These Thieves Have Again Started Sending Bills For Next 3 Months. These People Will Get Lesson Only Once They Are Dealt In Court...All Users Who Are Be fooled This Way. I received a call from [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] from Ranjeet Dhillo, Claiming himself a Govt. Lawyer, from last 10 days, stating that he is going to file a case against me for not paying Rs.1956 to Tikona. If I make the payment in another 30 minutes he would stop filing the case. He is asking me to login into Tikona website, click bill payments enter Service ID: [protected] and make payment and send the transaction ID to his mobile number in 30 mins to avoid case filling. If I fail to do so I would have to come to Delhi court, failing I would have to Pay Rs.65, 000 to 70, 000 as a fine. I told them to file the Case, and send me the Notice; I will handle this now, and do not make the calls, now my lawyer will handle the matter. After that also, they are continuously harassing me by making calls, This time i didn, t explain anything and simply asked to file the law suite and send me notice. This clearly states he is not a legal advisor for Tikona, rather a collection agent. This is not the way they should treat a customer, they are giving Fraudulent/ threatening calls and putting mental pressure to customers. Simply tikona wasting my time and money. Don't want to be your customer anymore and this service is highly unlikely to recommend to anyone. Worst service by Tikona. I would recommend everyone not to go for Tikona. They are here to make money. They will take your 3 months’ rent in advance as subscription fees during providing connection & after that, they will start harassing you. Now, i have only 1 option left; Filing a case in the consumer court and will drag them to the Court, I am filing this complain here since, i got frustrated with Tikona and their practices. I searched in internet, i could see around 1000+ similar complaints people has put in and still no action is taken against company. Lets see how things go, but i decided not to pay them since its their fault not mine.

                        My name is BHAVIN Makwana, i am using Tikona digital Networks for internet connection, my user ID is [protected], from past may month i was not getting proper speed, i have made several complaints, no body use to attend for complaints. then also i have made bill payments for the month of May and june Rs..3000/-, then after for the month of July i have told them, please provide proper service or will not make any further payment. i have been in touch of the customer care executives they use to say we have assigned engineer for your place and they will check the device and proper connectivity but unfortunately no body as visited my place till date. Being fed up with this all problems, i made a final complaint on 15th August for discontinuation (Complaint id:1-[protected]), n they told me that atleast will take 15 days for final settlement and closure of account and on the 18th august they issued bill for Rs.4572.23. bill include the amount of Advance payment for the month of AUG-Sept Rs.1250 and Static IP advance for 1 year RS..1500 and earlier balance of 1459.0 (not paid by me due to closure of account.(bill No.B[protected] copy enclosed). on the next day, inquiring with the customer care executive they told me, you have to pay only the amount realised while the closure happens. till date nothing has happened on that complaint also. then being fed with the regulars 5 to 10 messages for bill payments and calls, i have started ignoring, on 09th of september, i have made call to customer care, and from Mr. Krushangnu from tikona customer care billing department he convinced me that all of my complaints will be solved within seven working hours and you will not have to make any payment for static ip and Bill of non usage, vide complaint nos. (1-[protected] bill Complaint) and (1-[protected] Technical Complaint), after 7 days nothing has been done, then i have called, they escalated my complaints, again i have called on 22.09.2015 miss bharti attended, even she escalated my complaint, the on 2309.2015 i called, miss dipaka attended, she escalated my complaint on high priority, then on 28.09.2015 i called customer care, again Mr. krushangu attended, even he escalated the complaint on high priority and he told me within 48 hours he will personally call and inform me about the readdresal of complaints, but unfortunately after calling after 48 hours to customer care today, Miss bharti attended me and again she begged me for 72 hours or 7 working days, i am really fed up with this kind of there behaviour towards customer. i told her i want resolution by end of this day i.e.30/09/2015, but she told we cannot, n she again escalated my complaints on high proirity. now i fed of calling them regularly, they are not solving complaint but they are calling and messaging for bill payments, so i have came to you, please help me in this matter.                         I am Bhavin Makwana, I am using TIKONA Digital Networks for internet, my User ID: [protected].

                        This is in continuation with my past complaint launched on 30.09.2015, till date, TIKONA customer care has not contact me for any resolution, I have called them on 03/10/2015, Some girl Sejal from Billing Department, she told she is senior executive customer bill department, I have told her about all again she told me that, when u called us on 28/09/2015, by complaint id 1-[protected], we have escalated your request for waiver and you have to wait for maximum seven days, I told her that seven day are over, she told me that sir, please wait till Monday i.e. 05/010/2015, all your waiver request will be sought out, and will get resolved. Even I have asked Sejal that I have got `.100/- increased in my bill i.e. from `.4247.32 to `.4347, she told me that as your account is inactive and your bill period has been expired, because of nonpayment that `.100/- is charged. I have told her that I am not gonna make any payments until and unless my all complaints are resolved and all waiver have been provided and she ensured me that to ignore all bill massages as they are computer generated and you will be given all waiver as per complaints.

                        I being fooled waited till today i.e. 05/10/2015, 11.30 a.m. then called customer care at [protected], a Girl named Priyanka attended me and told me that your complaint is still under progress and our backend team will call you for resolution soon, even she escalated my complaint and asked me to wait for more 24 hours. When I insisted her to transfer my call to Backend team or to any superior authority or any senior executive, she told me she cannot refusing by saying we cannot transfer your call to backend and superior is busy on another call. I am dead sure that none of my complaints for waiver and technical complaints are gonna solved by them, they are keep on escalating the complaints and pushing for the next day, and increasing the time frame day by day, I am fed up, I am unable to use internet services and I am afraid that they will force me to make payment of the bill for which I haven’t used any.

I am not using the service after end of May and Note That I have written several mail regarding a final settlement call from tikona.update. Check some mails below: "me to customercare May 27 After having several issues of slow speed and frequent disconnection over our relation, I was told finally to observe for a while and if trouble continues I can proceed. I am tired of the promises made in name of services and ask you to terminate my connection immediate. User ID: [protected]" "me to CustomerCare May 31 Hi, I have raised my disconnection request quoted above in subject of the mail on 27th of the month. The auto reply quotes the aforementioned request number and says that I would get a revert of final settlement and disconnection confirmation from tikona.[protected]@tikona.in on my issue raised. This is to inform that I haven't got any mail from this id, instead I am getting suspension or other mails that includes bill of current cycle for which I am not using your connection. This is to declare that I wouldnt be responsible for payment of any due after my date of complain, nor do I am using your service. Please stop spamming me with your auto generated calls and mails for unused billing cycle. Kindly just send a settlement mail from tikona.[protected]@tikona.in, so that I can clear my one month usage due which is 998 and be done with Tikona. " In pain of your service, Customer Later they sent a final suspension mail on June 1st 2015 for one of the request raised. I checked with their phone support and they asked me to pay bill and it would be over. I paid the due on 10th June.                                 Id - [protected] Name - Abhishek Somani I used to have Tikona connection and want to get it terminated. I have submitted the request for termination on 8 July 2015. It has been more than a month and there is still no action taken. Every time I get the response that your request ins in progress. They keep creating bills. Its the worst customer service I have seen so far. Every time I ask them to let me talk to their senior executives they cut the call or tell me they are only one who I can speak to. I have been sending mails continuously calling continuously but still no action has been taken. I have seen similar complaints where they don't disconnect and then charge the customers later with huge bills. They keep calling me making my life difficult for the bill which I shouldn't even receive. The guy took the hardware from my place and now i have got a legal mail for non-payment of bills. please note if you are under the impression that you can harass consumers like this, it wont happen. and let me also tell you that i put in this complaint cause i knew that you guys do such things of not terminating the connection and then asking for money unnecessarily. look into this urgently and dont expect any payments of kind.

                                received a confirmation mail that the connection has been terminated and no payments are due. Got it resolved by going to their office. Had to report it there to stop the unnecessary calls. Also if mail is sent to [email protected] with a docket no. he will have to resolve it within 30 days, which he did. FYI - if he doesn't then its against TRAI regulations and case can be filed against them. My recommendation - as soon as you file for termination get a docket if nothing is done within 24 hrs and send mail to mr nair.

                                Somehow I managed to talk to the customer care regarding my account termination request. The box and other equipment have already been taken from my place. He said that i would get the final payment/termination details within 24 hrs. But its been more than 3 days now and i haven't received any email.

                                  I requested for a reinstallation to a new location which took more than a week time after making numbers of call on a non toll free number. After the installation was done to new location the internet was not working . so i put many complains to resolve the issue. but it was not resolved for almost 10 more days . Later a asked to raise a request for Discontinuing the service as the service is horrible. Innitially the tried not to take the request, later some how they took the request but after a week time the closed it . Again i asked that i want to close the connection but they are not doing it. Also, the billing amount is paid in advance, which i already paid for my last quater. Now they are calling me and adding the late payment and other charges and asking me to pay. This is the most horrible service i have ever seen.

                                  Same issue is happenning with one of my friend Amar. Even they took the complain for discontinuity and said that it will be done in 15 days.But it's a month, and it's not yet done.

                                  Also some tikona people cheated his Password from him asking to check the speed and later for next few days speed was almost zero.

                                  After changing the password again only he was able to surf internet, and that also after coming and going, after many restart of system, and so on.

                                    " The story started on 29th Aug when sales boy came to my place and he booked my connection and I received message from Tikona that Pushpendra Kumar(Engineer) will be coming to my place for the installation. Just after couple of days an engineer and the sales boy(Jay Singh) came together on 1st September for the installation and the engineer was well known of the sales boy and the biggest part is that the engineer who visited my place was not pushpendra, He was Rajan Chaudhary along with Jay Singh(Sales boy) pre-decided that to install the connection by anyway just to earn their incentives as they were aware already that the place where they are installing the connection is not feasible. They took Rs 2300 from me and did not even made the connection active because the area was not feasible.

                                    They installed the connection and from the very first day, I had been facing issues and when I started calling to the engineer and sales boy, They did not answer and blocked my number. At the end I only had a hope of the customer service and I started calling and writing them from 2nd Sept. but they people are least bothered about their customers and as usual they guys keep on asking me to wait and I did not get even a single reply on e-mail from customer service along with their appellate authority which is led by J.nair.

                                    My user id is [protected] and finally I requested to disconnect the connection from my place but they people are that much irresponsible that they people were not ready to do this even. I followed numerous times and after then also they are sleeping. I am devoting atleast my 3 hours on the customer service of them and they made me frustrated.

I took tikona connection on 11 september pkan worth 750rs per month with 4 mbps Speed.. from day one ownwards I am facing technical issues.. so for within 20 days I have called customer care 10 times bu. They are unable to resolve my propblem.. and has refused to answer the time rquired to fix.. they took advance for 3 months and now no services as per agreement.They have agreed that it is there propblem that they are not able to provide..                                         Hi, My name is Rachit Kankane, i am raising this complain from Bangalore (India). I had broadband connection from Tikona Digital Network (User ID - [protected]) and i used it for more then a year (appr). Due to their internet quality and customer support, i used get disappointed every time. One i decided to disconnect their service and hence raised disconnection request on 13-June-2015. Also i got confirmation mail from tikona on 13-June-2015 with the confirmation that my connection will be disconnected in next 10 days. I even asked them you take it out immediately, i don't want to wait for 10 days. They didn't respond back. Even after 10 days of their notice, they didn't disconnect the connection while i kept sending reminders to them for the same. My last usage of their service was on 27-June-2015 and after that i stopped using their service since their was no response from Tikona side on my request even after sending multiple reminders. My last reminder mail to Tikona was on 29-June-2015, after which i didn't send any reminder mail. I just replied on their mail. As expected, i keep getting payment mail from Tikona of amount 1482 rupees. Which i refused to pay since their billing cycle starts from 15 of every month to 14th of next month, considering my disconnection request dated 13-June-2015 (for which i already paid the bill) and then kept sending reminder mails continuously till last usage on 27-June-2015. Even i was ready to pay the bill on pro-rata basis i.e. starting from 17-June-2015 till 27-June-2015 (total 13 Days) and asked them to send me bill calculated on pro-rata basis, i will pay. But still i didn't get any reply. Then after some days, i got call from +91-[protected] / +91-[protected]. The caller here claimed as calling from legal depart delhi, and asking me to either pay 1482 rupees or a law suite will be filed against me in delhi civil court. I said to here that i am entitled to pay only 13 days, i will pay only that much, but she didn't agreed and asked me to contact tikona for the same and incase if i fail to pay in next 30 min, she will file law suit on behalf of Tikona. I felt disappointed, i felt like i am being harassed by these people, but still i took stand (as i have everything on my mail) and asked her incase i don't get detailed mail on calculation of 1482, i will not pay and you can send legal notice for same. Then suddenly, i again got call on 28-Sep-2015 from a lady and again she claimed to be calling from delhi legal department and asked me to pay 1482 to Tikona or she is going to file a law suite in next 30 min. This time i didn, t explain anything and simply asked to file the law suite and send me notice. I am filing this complain here since, i got frustrated with Tikona and their practices. I searched in internet, i could see around 1000+ similar complaints people has put in and still no action is taken against company. Lets see how things go, but i decided not to pay them since its their fault not mine.

                                        Today again i receive a call claiming from Delhi to Harass me. The call was from [protected], she claimed to be from civil court legal department and her name is Rekha Chauhan. I again explained the issue and asked her i am liable to pay bill of only 13 days and if company sends me demand on prorata basis, i will pay.
                                        As expected she again didn't listen me and warned me that my life will be screwed, police will come to my house, my permanent address. I will get legal notice, someone will come to me and will beat me.
                                        Now these people have started to to warn my on my life, my career and even gave me threat warning to beat me.
                                        Today again i receive call from [protected] / [protected], where again she claimed calling from Delhi Civil Authority and got complain from Tikona for not paying 1482 rupees. I again explained her that i am entitled to pay for only 13 days and i will be paying only for these 13 days. Her name was again Rekha chauhan.
