No response and broadband connection terminated

Hi. Due to covid, I was out of town and didnt use Tikona for last two months. I got six months plan till july and didn't use sinxce June as am out of town. Now am trying to reach customer care and sent mail as well, no proper response and no response at all. Wasted my money as it is paid call. I have requested for plan change to three months and ready to pay immediately to get my connection. But no response. Even now ready to pay for six...

Since last 10 days i am facing severe internet issues. Everyday internet is not coming fot atleast 16-20 hours a day and when it's coming there are frequent disconnection. I work and my sister work from home and because of this issue our work is getting hampered. I have logged multiple complains with tikona but it's never taken care of. Please fix the issue asap or terminate the connection and refund my money back for the remaining period....

Incessant calls to pay for the services not availed

I had taken broadband services from tikona for a period from april 2019 to march 2020 on rented premises. I had to move because my landlord wanted to move into the apartment. So, i moved to a new place in feb 2020.

I have shifted 6 times so far and every time the internet services are paid for in advance on annual basis. I thought that since the service is till march 2020, after that i will not renew the broadband service,...

speed problems for a month from august

I have been facing lot of speed issues from the beginning of august and i have written to tikona three to four times via mail asking for an update regarding the speed issue resolution and/or termination of connection if this problem does not get solved. I did payment for tikona connection (Connection id no.[protected]) on 6/09/2020 for 40 mbps speed unlimited data for 1 year as there is no option for 1 month pack. I asked the executive, how much speed actually come to which he replied 40 mbps and that 8-10 devices can be connected at one time at good speed. The network started working on 8/09/2020. Disconnection

User id [protected] tikona is not disconnecting the service and issuing the bill.
I have registered disconnection on 2 september but they registered request on 4 september after that i got call and i have told to disconnect
but they have not taken any action and on 7 september they issue bill. This not fair...

Wrongly billed

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet

The issue that I have experienced was: I have sent an email in June to closed my connection and then after 3 months I am getting call to pay the amount Rs1100 as you have not emailed us for close although my connection has been assigned to my roommates on her name.

I have installed tikona connection at my home at my home on 28th august 2020. They supposed to provide router at the time of installation but the person said that currently we will install and you can work on single machine using lan cable and you will get router within 2 days. Hi, I have opted for yearly plan from Tikona,

after a few months it stopped working, I checked with the support team at lats they said we can't provide due to the building height is less.

i called customer care, each time it took like 30 min to reach them they said they will refund the money till now they have not refunded me.

Refund not received

However the technician said that service cannot be provided In your building and also the connection was not activated. The technician took the equipment and asked me to email Tikona for the refund. Hi,

It's been over 4 months since I had requested the connection, paid the amount in full but nothing has been done.

Even after an executive was kind enough to inform around the month of June that the connection is not possible due to technical reasons at their end, cos the tower doesn't reach till my area I did not have any issues.

I have filed for a refund as told, but nothing has been moved...

I have made the payment in the month of march to avail internet services from tikona. However the installation did not happen due to national lock down due to covid. I have taken connection with a local cable as my work was getting hampered however i am still awaiting a refund of the below amount from tikona due to non installation and usage of thier services.

Regarding threatening calls in midnight

Need to cancel

Dear Team,
I got a Tikona connection installed on the 9th of August and now from two days, it has stopped working.
Within 15 days, it has stopped working. This is not what I accepted from the service, which has not been installed even for a month.
I contacted the salesperson who provided the connection, he raised his hand saying that it is not his issues.
I have already followed all thevridiculous instructions...
