Dissatisfied with the response I've received

I have requested for new connection via Tikona on 11th Aug 2020. I have made payment directly to Tikona (receipt attached). I have then cancelled the connection without installation. I have email to customer care on 24th Aug 2020 for refund. Since them i have sent them several email for refund but haven't receive any reply from them till today. Raised complaints on their app as well but no response...

Threat calls

I have discontinued/disconnected tikona services since May and have paid the whatsoever amount in June.
I m getting threat calls for legal action and also been threatened about false allegations.
I have all the required documents and mail to provide for the same....

Threat call against court case

I live in Ahmedabad and used tikona for an year and half. Sent an email to them to discontinue the connection so just in reply to that recieved an email to wait. After a month i started having multiple calls and emails about my pending bill from computer generated destinations where you can't talk back or reply . Broadband disruption

Address:Pune

The Tikona Broadband was installed with a promise of continuous connectivity, even during power outages o[censored]pto 8 hours. After the first few weeks, the Broadband started getting disconnected whenever MSEDCL power supply failed. This happens multiple times during the day. My billing account number is[protected], and User ID is [protected].. I have raised a complaint, but it was closed without resolution....

Threatening with calls and emails

Dear Sir/Madam,

I took prepaid connection of Tikona in 2019 and they failed to provide good service and even after relocation they failed to reallocate account to another place and accepted the same over calls and they says you will not recieve any calls but they still calls and threatens in calls and now they send notice emails.

Fake bill generation

Lawyer from Tikona called me saying he was from delhi high court, threatening me to pay due bill of rs.3000. I have not used my connection Since March then why will I pay for next six months you can check there are 0 data usage of network i have also filled a request for this that due to pandemic I am not in town when I will back I will give full equipments, then what is this due amount for?

Constantly they are calling from...

I think TIKONA is the biggest "digital scam" in this country. I have opted for a pre-paid connection, I paid full amount and got TIKONA subsription on october 2019. Now, just after a week, the connection became worst. I called customer Care executive several times, i asked and called the agent several times, no, for no use. I paid extra amount as the agent promised that he is going to give direct ethernet cable and a battery to the main router...

I already wrote mail several times to deactivate my account and tikona guys are failing to do it. very poor service quality

The customer care does not care for customer.

If you face a problem on day 1, if they fix it, for them it is fixed to the extent that you will not get second time problem on the very next day.

If you call them on such occasions, their ivr disconnects the caller stating that the problem is already fixed!

If you send email they say use tikona app, if you use tikona app it says problem is fixed!!...

Not closing my internet connection

Hi sir, i have raised a request to close my internet connection on 16th sept 2020 (User id - [protected]). However, to date, nothing has been done. This company is very famous for charging extra amount by not taking request and delaying it so that they can raise extra bills. bad connectivity and slow internet issue, with 25 mbps plan

I have recently installed tikona internet with 25 mbps plan, and it worked well for the first 2 days and slowly i started getting internet issues, started with slow internet and now i am getting frequent disconnect with slow internet.

With 25 mbps plan i am getting speed of less than 1 mbps on most part of the day mostly during business working hours, at night the connection gets stable.

Raised a disconnection request for my tikona broadband connection on 21st sep 2020 (Via email) and received a online req number :1-[protected]
After that their has been no reply from tikona about the disconnection date

Tried calling the toll free number but no executive is ever available
Tried registering to tikona forum but activation link never arrives

On the morning of 21 september, i sent an email to tikona to cancel my account and discontnue my service. But they didn't responded after 1 day. I also posted on their forum and again, no response. Customer care number is not reachable and i have already tried to call them 10 times.

My billing cycle is renewing after few days which might be playing a role here. Becasue they have responded quickly enough to my previous complaints...

installation failed want refund

Hello, this is akhilesh pandey i am writing this mail for refund of money i paid using quick pay from www.tikona.in. i first subscribed for tikona and then i paid ₹4713/- using debit card through quick pay feature of www.tikona.in. but when the engineer came for installation process on 13th august he found out that there is no signal in my location so he didn't installed anything. So please kindly refund my money ₹4713 as soon as possible....
