I have problem with network speed and service. Is doing fraud with us and charged more money as penalty.

I had tikona broadband network and i changed my address.
On new address there was no network of tikona so tikona executive collected modem and provided receipt for the same and said he will terminate the connection.
But after more than two weeks, connection was not closed, so i called in customer care and logged request to terminate the connection.

Tikona fraud taking full money but giving poor services

I don't need to write much about Tikona poor services and I am fully fed up and now I have decided not to pay them and file a case in consumer court against them so I am here writing if you can suggest me how to file a case in consumer court or help from any good lawyer. Worst service ever

I signed up for three months of services payment for the period upfront including installation after which I got poor service for about ten days after which they said it was a problem with their signal they would fix it but two weeks later they never fixed it. Since 6 months waiting for Tikona to refund my money as had terminated the connection for broadband .when ever a email is write to them they mention the correct amount for refund but don't mention the same dates for termination of the account . Very bad service from Day 1 !

I called more than 50 times to customer care and have more than 25 complaint numbers but customer care does not even bother it.
