Hi All,
I am a B.Tech graduate & Linux System Admin with 8yrs exp, working at SP Infocity, Phursungi, Pune.
I am posting this to the forum so that nobody should get fooled with Tikona's service again.
1) I took a 4MBPS connection from Tikona (cust id: [protected]), and never got a bill. I asked for the bill again and again, as I had to submit the bills to my company, and claim for it. But I never got it (asked them continuously for around 1 month).
2) I pay them INR 600/- per month. I never watched a YouTube video ever on this connection - Thanks for the internet speed!
3) When I call the customer care, complaining about the internet speed, they ask me to do a speed test on http://speedtest.tikona.in/.
I have done this for over a month, and what I can understand from the experience is - whenever you call them, they can increase the speed from their end, and give us a good speed test result.
When I do a speed test again after a day, its back to below 512Kbps (on a 4MBPS connection).
4) Lastly - I had asked them to cancel the connection. I got a mail today with the subject "Complimentary upgrade of your broadband plan – No extra charges- [protected]".
5) Finally, when I checked for the current plan - it was never changed - which means I was never given a "Complimentary upgrade". I called the customer care regarding this - Nobody knows anything !!!
Please don't get fooled. They will not do anything - They will just eat your money.

In Jul and August i have faced several issues when internet wasn't working at all due to non functional roof top device, When it was working speed wasn't worth it. Their was no compensation and no waiver, several calls and several emails are sent and till there is no action...
Tikona shows false usage even when i have changed passwords of router there is no one downloads heavy files, yet i consume 35, 50, 80 GB without downloading so much, this is month after month...
They are very rude to customers, no supervisors are around most of the times, calls are disconnected most of the times, they keep transferring you from one department to another, they sent people to my house to collect 800 rs... how lame!!!
Waiver dispute was going on i clearly mentioned i wont pay till this is resolved, still people are sent to my house every day, there are harassment calls to pay the bill of 800 rs...
I as a consumer feel so cheated by paying so much and never get 4mbps speed... their check shows i always get it but it doesnt happen at my houre..
pls resolve below requests immediately -
1. Compensation for Jul and August month internet not working and harassment i went through to call you numerous times and deal with your collections team
2. Fix the internet speed issues immediately
3. fix Usage issue immediately
4. Reduce the fixed planning charge, its too much a charge for such pathetic speed

Same thing happens with me. Same no. calling me. Even on making Tikona Payment. Tikona is asking to pay me more payment.
Tkona and Sulekha like companies should not exists. They are a Dark Spot in name calling themselves as "Indian" companies.
Me and my known people (23) connections has been disconnected from Tikona (15) people from sulekha haven't renewed their packages.
I was a new customer to tikona and in 2 months I had problem almost every 2nd day. Tikona made me loss of 1000$. Still I had made payment. Then also they are calling from [protected] in name of Mumbai Lawyer. This guy don't have any manners to speak.
Tikona said that please pay 1000/- Rs (Which I paid and I had receipt) but this guy said to pay 1668/- Rs otherwise magistrate will take action over you. When I said I already paid, he was not even listening.
He is calling from Rajasthan, Showing himself from Mumbai High Court and Customer (I) is from Delhi.
