Hi, I used to have tikona internet connection 6 months ago. On 10th march 2015 I paid my internet bill since that day my internet stopped working, I called tikona customer care over 150 time in that month but the didn't solved my problem. I switched over my internet to beam/act fiber. Since then 10 march 2015 I haven't used tikona after few weeks a guy from tikona came and took the device installed by them and gave us service cancellation receipt. After that I'm receiving 4-5 calls every day from tikona. People call impossing as they are police officer from delhi from crime branch and threat they ar going to arrest me if I dont pay Rs.3427 to them. Today on 17-sep-2015 I received a call from person claim his name as ACP Rathode with phone number [protected]. He threaten me that If i do not pay Rs.3427 to tikona he will plant me in some fake criminal case and he could commit my encounter and steal everything from me. I'm bit scared and dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP

Prateek Bapat [protected] [protected] User Id, Internet has always worked in unfortunate ways.. varying speed, don't get what I am paying for. Escalated issues several times to the Top Management but i am surprised to see that their has been no action.

In Jul and August i have faced several issues when internet wasn't working at all due to non functional roof top device, When it was working speed wasn't worth it. Their was no compensation and no waiver, several calls and several emails are sent and till there is no action...

Tikona shows false usage even when i have changed passwords of router there is no one downloads heavy files, yet i consume 35, 50, 80 GB without downloading so much, this is month after month...

They are very rude to customers, no supervisors are around most of the times, calls are disconnected most of the times, they keep transferring you from one department to another, they sent people to my house to collect 800 rs... how lame!!!

Waiver dispute was going on i clearly mentioned i wont pay till this is resolved, still people are sent to my house every day, there are harassment calls to pay the bill of 800 rs...

I as a consumer feel so cheated by paying so much and never get 4mbps speed... their check shows i always get it but it doesnt happen at my houre..

pls resolve below requests immediately -

1. Compensation for Jul and August month internet not working and harassment i went through to call you numerous times and deal with your collections team

2. Fix the internet speed issues immediately

3. fix Usage issue immediately

4. Reduce the fixed planning charge, its too much a charge for such pathetic speed

Same thing happens with me. Same no. calling me. Even on making Tikona Payment. Tikona is asking to pay me more payment.

Tkona and Sulekha like companies should not exists. They are a Dark Spot in name calling themselves as "Indian" companies.

Me and my known people (23) connections has been disconnected from Tikona (15) people from sulekha haven't renewed their packages.

I was a new customer to tikona and in 2 months I had problem almost every 2nd day. Tikona made me loss of 1000$. Still I had made payment. Then also they are calling from [protected] in name of Mumbai Lawyer. This guy don't have any manners to speak.

Tikona said that please pay 1000/- Rs (Which I paid and I had receipt) but this guy said to pay 1668/- Rs otherwise magistrate will take action over you. When I said I already paid, he was not even listening.

He is calling from Rajasthan, Showing himself from Mumbai High Court and Customer (I) is from Delhi.

    Subject, disconnect my internet connection

    I am prashanta nayak, account number - [protected].
    I used tikon broadband last 5 to 6 years in delhi. Before i shifted to kolkata
    I inform castomar care to disconnect my account but they assurance me
    Tikona can provide service to me in kolkata. But tikona can not provide me
    Broadband service, tikona's technical team get back all my devices the month
    Of may 2015. This time i inform to tikona customer care and they assurance me that they has been deactived my account. Till i am not used tikona, but
    Till my account is active and tikona sent me 1, 832 rupees bill, and threatened by tikona's lawyer ([protected] mobile number) . After that i paid 1, 832 rupees without any tikona service, my account till active. I wish tikona
    Sholve the proublem as soon as possible. Otherwise i go to consumer court.

      I have some how managed to use Tikona for 6 months now, almost for 3 months i have been facing problems, most of the time, even login page will not work. I have complained many times, they are not ready to solve it permanently. I have losed money and my time, i used to work with airtel data card, even though i used to pay tikona monthly rent. Please close the company, so the others will not face such issues.

        1-[protected] : Created disconnection request on 13Aug15, but they said it used to take 15 days to complete the process, but they not even confirmed my return amount and generated next month bill also. customer service, if I call them they directly disconnect my number, no one is responding, if they do so (possibly 5%) simply saying escalated. But no one responding.

          My name is Palak Goswami.I’m totally dissatisfied with the kind of service provided by your firm. BAN –[protected] & Service ID – [protected] I was using your broadband service and had requested on 02/05/2015 by email to [protected]@tikona.in for termination of the same as I did not wish to continue the service. I received reply with a promise to attend the same within 72 hours. (Request No : 1-[protected].) I received call from the company and despite of my clear instruction to close the connection & tell me the final outstanding amount the person insisted for shifting of connection or transferring to any friend/relative. Meanwhile I confirmed the outstanding Bill amount and paid Rs. 786.00 on 10/05/2015. Payment ID: 1-[protected] Transaction ID: [protected]TPC[protected] But I received Bill of Rs. 785.00 for May’15 month on 31.05.2015. I again put the matter to the customer care department on 12/06/2015. (Request No -1-[protected]). I got a call from Mr Rehman Khan and he confirmed that there is no outstanding from my side. I received mail from him on 17/06/2015. Despite of all these written communication, attending irritating calls from the company staff almost every day and informing them these points, the issue is not resolved yet. And today on 15/09/2015, I received a call from some advocate R K Gupta from Delhi (Mob No. [protected]) threatening to pay immediately or face legal action. What kind of service is this? Is this the Customer Support that you are promising? Kindly look into the matter urgently and take immediate action.

          However you have not put any comment on the call from some advocate R K Gupta from Delhi (Mob No. [protected]) threatening to pay immediately or face legal action. Today on 26.09.15 at 11.00 AM also I got a call from some person telling me that a case is registered in Delhi Sessions Court and I have to appear before the court.

          Why is it so? Please do the needful on urgent basis and resolve the issue at earliest.

            Good Morning Sir, I am very much disappointed with Tikona broadband service my consumer ID is [protected], since the time I took this service it is not working, I keep on calling them to rectify the problem, however they couldn’t also advised them to remove the connection. But they keep on bothering me and my wife to pay the bill. I am frustrated with their mail, phone calls and SMS. Please look into this matter; I would like to provide you all e-mail proof, however I can’t, as the system is not taking e-mail attachments.             Hi There,
            Since I enroll never use your service because of the distance problem from the transmitting tower (which was diagnosed by your service engineer) after my Consumer complaint your service engineer came and took all the equipment’s, installed by them. We don’t have any control on your equipment’s; also we don’t know what your engineer installed on the roof and what they removed only this much we know that the end of the ware was connected to my router and they have already removed that. Now please stop sending me e-mails and bill.

              Today I got a call from [protected] & [protected] on my mobile no. [protected] and he told me that he is calling from Delhi . All he needed is to recover approx. Rs.1500/- from me against the bill raised by Tikona Digital networks against an internet connection. It was my communication to the company that I want to disconnect the connection. I was call to tikona customer care for confirmation of disconnection. I had paid all the dues. But all of a sudden today I got a threatening call.                 Having a Tikona connection is better than any suspense movie as, you dont know when you will loose connectivity!!! Its been just more than a month since I took Tikona. Horrible service. The very next day I had no internet access. The call centre has huge call waits and its extremely annoying and frustrating. Their standard response is that there is no issue from their end. A standard troubleshooting procedure is done...which i know by heart now...can even do it in my dreams!!! Surprisingly after i call, within a few hours, the connection becomes ok. How is it that the connection becomes ok when no engineer has come and even i havent done anything!! May be theres an internet angel who puts magic dust and repairs it...the angel knows when i call the call centre!! ;) I live in suspense not knowing when i will loose connectivity. The response showed in pocketing money from people while giving connection is not showed later when it comes to providing service. Connections are activated in a matter of hours but when it comes to termination, the response is they have some ...god knows what process that takes more than 15 days!!! I paid for 3 months rs.2800 and i feel i have been cheated. Just today an engineer came after repeated complaints..but even before he came issue was resolved automatically.. dont know how. The engineer then told me that for this area in Thergaon, Pune where band with available is 20 and connections are 22 so this is bound to happen. I think all this is a modus operandi..sell many connections without proper infrastructure and trap people by asking them to pay for 3 months so that installation will be free...please dont believe their schemes. I am planning to go to their office in viman nagar and submit a written complaint that i want termination at the end of 3 months and no further billing. So people...please DO NOT TAKE TIKONA

                  Last one month you tikona pepole what kind of research doing??????? For you information see the attached screen shot Service Requests is pending last one month and till now no positive action and out put. Internet connecting in morning late night i am writing this comment at 4Am. Its bean almost one month now no solution till now. Deadline was on 13th September_2015 Again one smart tikona engineer call me from Mumbai, and extended days it’s happening with me last 30 days.And I am waiting-waiting I am Very Disappointed Now I cannot do my work online.                     Dear team, this is to bring to your notice that i have requested for a disconnection dated jun 2nd, 2015 for the below connection. request id: [protected] USER ID : [protected] Billing Account Number:[protected] Tikona team never responded / disconnected. Whenever, i call customer care, i will get only once standard response the concerned team will get back to me. It never happened. When requested the termination i have no arrears and told them i would not be paying anymore. I still keep wondering why do you people keep calling me and generating invoices. Your team was never gave any good with technical support or customer service. Now, harassing me with calls to pay the bills. Request you to do the needful than to just replying on this post. You guys seriously need to stop bothering people.

                    Have you read my complaint above properly. Why i have to pay the amount for unused data on my account.

                    I have cleared all amount for used data on May24 and requested to terminate account and recovery the device things
                    ASAP as i had moving plans to Hyderabad.

                    Note: I have called to customer care and asked them to disconnect my account and recovery the devices things ASAP as i had moving plans to hyderabad. But no one responded correctly on time. Then I have filed compliant/register the request for the same in Tikona website on June2.

                    I have all the proofs like phone conversation, mail and Tikona request id for all these issues.

                    This is all about your service mistake. Do not turn/put all these things on customers head. If you want your things just go to the registered address and take your devices. If you face any difficulties just call to me [protected]

                    And also I have noticed that you have filed case against me on the devise recovery issue. Not only me many customers are facing the same issue on your activities.

                    What we can do with your devise?

                    If you want your things you can contact me and close it right?

                    Why you have not been contacted since june to this date for your recovery things?

                      Because of there tower problem there engineer not checked visibility i lost my money just after registered on 3 jun i gone for cancellation on 3 day because of no internet. They my device and everything but no refund i was told that i will get refund in 40 days but no response .whenever i called there call center after that i called for refund they disconnect even no Tl has spoken till now . so pathetic service I want to tell people plz never go for this tikona they are fraud looters in this way.                         Tikona - tikona service is not disconnected (Terminated) even after informing several times through mail & call.

                        Dear team, this is to bring to your notice that i have registered for a disconnection dated jun 3rd, 2015 for the below connection.

                        Tikona team never responded / disconnected. Whenever, i call customer care, i will get only once standard response the concerned team will get back to me. It never happened.

                        When requested the termination i have no arrears and told them i would not be paying anymore. I still keep wondering why do you people keep calling me and generating invoices.

                        Your team was never gave any good with technical support or customer service. Now, harassing me with calls to pay the bills. Request you to do the needful than to just replying on this post. You guys seriously need to stop bothering people.

                          Hi, Tikona UserID-[protected], I have been using the service for the last 15 days, the decision to take Tikona was the worst decision I have ever taken in my life. Last 15 days 10 days No Internet access everytime some or the other issue. rest of days only u get access for 2-3 hours a day. Customer care has registered 10 complains so far from me and everytime assured that this time they will provide permanent resolution and please provide last chance. I have raised a Cancellation Request and even that is not been atttended. I have all my Complain Numbers, sent email to J nair Appellate Officers and Customer Care if my Full money is not refunded I will NOT hesitate to approach Consumer Court .

                          Please disconnect and Refund my money ASAP I really hate your service and never in my whole life have come across such a disastrous service

                          In the last 15 days I was unable to access even connect for 10 days and rest 5 days connected but with very slow speed or connected just for 5-6 hours in the whole day.

                            My customer Id is [protected] on the name of Ganesh Prasad Saraf. I have been using the Internet Services of the aforesaid Provider since 2-3 years. I dint have an issue before but since 6-7 months i have been getting a reduced speed of 512 kbps rather it shud be 4mbps as per my plan right now. I have been complaining about the same problem like about a hundred times. Sometimes i cant even get to my Login Page. Everyday i call your technical team for the same issue, they say that theirs some tower issue at their end which will get resolved within mostly about 24 hours, still after that also i face the same problem. See, i am getting a bit frustrated due to this. I am paying you the whole amount but i aint getting the promised services and the speed. Please do get to my problem as soon as problem. Thanks for an help provided asap.

                              Hi there, I booked tikona and paid for 3-4 months advance at the time of installation so that the installation gets free. The installation was done on 1st June, 2015. I was facing speed issues and tikona wasn't delivering what it promised. I even contacted support for the issue and they send me an engineer to resolve the same but unfortunately it wasn't been resolved and then the connection was of no use to me. Hence, I called support again to terminate my services and get me my refunds. Once again support asked me to let engineer resolve the issue. I was clear that it wont be resolved but for their sake i agreed and again it wasn't resolved. The engineer told me that it wont be possible and ask support to terminate and refund. Though I was facing this issue from the beginning, this all process of rectifying took 3 weeks then also i agreed to pay for 3 weeks and ask support to deduct the same from my 3-4 months advance and send me the rest of my money. The complaint was booked on 24th June, 2015. After all these hassles still company didn't acted and haven't took any steps for the same. I am still waiting for my refunds and to add cherry to the dish, Company didn't terminated my account and after completion of my advanced period, I am charged with a bill of 919.35. Instead of processing my refunds, company is now charging me for the internet i never used! I am getting messages and calls from tikona everyday about 5 times now for bill payment.                               You are telling all this but still no one has approached me nor i have got any refunds and on top of all i am getting automated calls and messages everyday for about 3-4 times on my cell for bill recovery. Am so much disturbed by that and also now the bill amount is also doubled for another month and am getting messages to pay Rs. 1874.35

                              Please resolve this at the earliest and get me my refunds. I won't allow any executive to take the device until i get my refunds as already i am facing this much issues regarding my payment and once you get the device, I do not think any one will listen on anything!

                              Too bad. Cannot suggest anyone to go with TIKONA! Worst AFTER SALES SERVICES

                                I have a Internet Plan of the aforesaid Company. I have been requesting for a plan change on 6th of September. I got a callback but they said to firstly recharge your account by Rs 1250/- and then call on their number for further procedures. Thus, I did the same i paid an amount of Rs 1250/- and am trying to call their numbers for about 4-5 days for the same from my registered mobile number but they arent even picking up my call and are repeating the same thing on IVR. I am getting frustrated due to this. Please do something about this. My Customer ID no is [protected] and my phone number is [protected]. Either i want a refund and a disconnection asap or a change of my plan asap.

But i still have an issue of your network speed my plan has been successfully changed to my needed one. It is of 4mbps speed but i still get just a speed of 512 kbps maximum...                                   The Internet Speed is at all time low these time, which does not load the facebook page. I called them multiple times, yet no permanent resolution. though there is a resolution it only lasts for a day only. The internet being browsed from the direct broadband line without any wifi device.

                                  If anyone is thinking about to change your ISP, Please don’t go for Tikona. Since that is not a corporate company like Airtel or something. Yes I know even Airtel also having some billing related issue.
                                  But after providing good internet service, they are billing bit more. But an ISP called Tikona not even having a proper coordination to handle even a single complaint.
                                  I have requested for a new connection and given with 4Mbps by spending 2280 rupees. While day 1only yes I got 4Mbps and from day 2 I got below 512Kbps of speed only. By seeing that speed I got irritated and thought this might be because of some initial issues and service person or a simple ticket will resolve this. Based on my assumption I started with complaint number 1 and ends with “n“but till now on solutions even after 2months. but no one form Tikona is caring about this and they are telling different reasons without solution. Please don’t go with this kind of sour ISPs.

                                    Hi All, I am a B.Tech graduate & Linux System Admin with 8yrs exp, working at SP Infocity, Phursungi, Pune. I am posting this to the forum so that nobody should get fooled with Tikona's service again. 1) I took a 4MBPS connection from Tikona (cust id: [protected]), and never got a bill. I asked for the bill again and again, as I had to submit the bills to my company, and claim for it. But I never got it (asked them continuously for around 1 month). 2) I pay them INR 600/- per month. I never watched a YouTube video ever on this connection - Thanks for the internet speed! 3) When I call the customer care, complaining about the internet speed, they ask me to do a speed test on http://speedtest.tikona.in/. I have done this for over a month, and what I can understand from the experience is - whenever you call them, they can increase the speed from their end, and give us a good speed test result. When I do a speed test again after a day, its back to below 512Kbps (on a 4MBPS connection). 4) Lastly - I had asked them to cancel the connection. I got a mail today with the subject "Complimentary upgrade of your broadband plan – No extra charges- [protected]". 5) Finally, when I checked for the current plan - it was never changed - which means I was never given a "Complimentary upgrade". I called the customer care regarding this - Nobody knows anything !!! Please don't get fooled. They will not do anything - They will just eat your money.                                         I have been calling tikona customer care for the last 1 month to cancel my account.Each time an angent talks to me and says he would call in a day and would send the final agreement.I have booked the cancellation request on aug 13th and its exactly 1 mnth but the cancellation request hasntt been attended.And they have been charging me money for this month even.My Account Id is 40020486 and i want it to be cancelled right away.I have got all the evidences of the agentts talking to me and all the mails i have got fron ur company.If in the next 10 days you wouldnt cancel my subscription I need to take legal action.I have found that in your terms of condition you have statted that cancellation would be done in less than 15 working days but itts already 1 month.
