It is the worst internet service I have ever used. After closing the connection, someone called me saying he is tikona lawyer from delhi and I got court notice. Their representatives even worse, they will never come and get the wireless device after disconnection even if you call them multiple times. And you have to pay for their poor attitude. Never ever go for this ISP. Ask the tikona representative people to come and collect...

After closing connection they send overdue amount bill

Date of incident - 13th August 2015. I have sent couple of e-mails to Tikona customer care I did not get any response for any of those e-mails. So raised termination request of Tikona broadband connection by calling the toll free number. I have not used Tikona connection from 7th May 2015 and I paid the bill for 7th April to 6th May. Bad experience with TIKONA never go for tikona
