Hi,
i want to terminate my tikona prepaid internet connection and also want to close my billing account. I register my complaint about this issue on tikona customer care on 21 may 2015 and got complaint register, My complaint no is: 1-[protected] but i have not yet received any response from tikona. so on 22 may 2015, i email them about this issue and got this mail.

With reference to the request raised on your Tikona broadband User ID [protected], registered against your name, we commit to make sincere efforts to resolve whatever difficulty or issue you may have faced by engaging senior specialist from our team. Your account shall remain under our retention efforts for next 10 days to allow us a fair chance to satisfy your concerns and make sure you continue using Tikona services. Please note installation charges are non-refundable. Full and final settlement of the account will be done post completion of the above mentioned process.

1) Resolution of issues or problem with your cooperation : Day 1 to Day 10

5) Closure of account : Once activity 4 is completed then within 48hrs account will be closed.

now these people are so cheater that as a process of termination, they have to confirm it by call, so they call me but here they cheat us, they only ring my phone one time only and then cut it, so it just one ring so i am not able to pick up. then i re dial them but they did not answer it, i do it many time but result is same. then after i got another email.

so once again i talk to there customer care about the issue. she said the process is only start when i receive the call, so i explain everything that happen but she refuse to accept it started blaming me. and then she also say that i also have to pay outstanding bill. then i said that connection is prepaid, i already paid for what i was using and before next billing cycle date, i register the complaint for termination so how i am liable for outstanding bill.she said you are right, you have to pay nothing and she says please pick up the call to get process started. so from that i just take my phone in my hand so that i can not miss the call. but this time they cheat me again, they call me, phone is in my hand, but before i pick up the phone, it got disconnected, it is half ring, then i re dial them but same thing happen what they do before, they did not answer it. and after that i got message in phone that your bill is generated, please pay it.
I fell so cheated, frustrated and helpless, please help me out.
