Dear Team, I have requested two times for new connection through website. I spoked to customer care in[protected] number. Till now none called me from Chennai. Then I waited for two days and I got a new mobile number for contacting new connection in this mob[protected] number. He informed someone will come in the evening and none turned up and now this number is just rejecting calls[protected]. To get a new connection itself I am facing this much problem I believe the service will be worst.

    Hi, I am a new customer of TIKONA and My Account NO : [protected] . I have subscribed to plan ADBBM2M500 (2MBPS speed). On 22nd may, tikona technician came and installed and activated my account. but the speed was pathetic, He told me that it will get resolved within 2 hours as server is configuring for new connection. but till now I am not able to use net. I called several times customer care and they said problem is with the TIKONA ROOF TOP DEVICE and they will resolve it remotly. but it didnt.. several times i called tikona and every time they tried to remotly solve this issue. I asked them to sent a technician to see this issue. they were not ready for that saying it is the higher level technical team who analyze the issue and decide whether to sent an technician, now they can only remotely resolve this issue. For last 5 days i am calling tikona and guy who came for installation, no one responds. Now I am not even able to connect to tikona as it shows no internet access.( after their wonderful remote resolving) Frustrated, I asked them to discontinue my connection today, then they informed me that I wont be getting my money back . installation charge they cant give back ( I am billable from Friday as i Logged into profile which actually the guy who came for installation did) . Seriously TIKONA want INSTALLATION CHARGE for a INSTALLATION THAT NEVER WORKED?????? When the problem is with TIKONA'S DEVICE, TIKONA want customers to pay for that also.?? TIKONA is not ready to resolve issue, they wont contact customers, they wont mail back to customers, they are least interested in ensuring customer satisfaction, they wont let us discontinue service as if we did, we wont get money back.. TIKONA JUST want MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. Not even a single day I was able to use tikona and I Payed rs 2250 to these people IF THIS IS THEY WAY TIKONA IS TREATING A NEW CUSTOMER, HATS OFF TO TIKONA CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Could you please do something to get my money back, if not possible make them give me a good service

      Hi There, I have raised multiple tickets and called to the customer care multiple times about disconnection, escalated to the supervisor as well. However, they haven't disconnected it till now and they harassing me with too many calls every day. I have been clearly told that I'm going to use the service till it get disconnected and they have agreed for it multiple times. But they haven't disconnected it. Who is going to pay the bill for last couple of months now ??? Please help on this issue. Thanks, Chandra

          This is the limit of harassment by your company. I put in a request for disconnection on 17th May and asked the executive to collect your equipments ASAP as I’m moving out of the city. I also sent the required SMS 8 days back to update my contact number, followed by an email from registered email ID and a request by your executive to update the same. However nothing has been done on your part. Going through consumer forums I can tell that you will not disconnect my connection and also send me bills for the months I won’t even use your service for. I’m warning you right now that I have cleared all my outstanding dues and will not pay anything henceforth as I will not be using your services for now on. Kindly collect your equipments at the earliest else if I leave before you get in your senses and act, I shall not pay for your incompetence (read: lock up of your equipments at my premises).

          I'm willing to wait till 1st June which will mark the 15 days since my disconnection request for you to collect your equipments. I have disconnected your CPE outer and am not using your services since 26th May and hence I will not pay any money to your company as my outstanding bill is zero.

          I'm posting the same here to document all the communication so that you don't back on your words as always.

          I have not been using my broadband services since 26th May and the equipments are lying disconnected at my premises and hence document the fact the outstanding amount is INR 0 on my account.             THey are not providing the service that they have committed, they are cheating the customers by not providing the internet and the speed that they commit, and when you want to disconnect these worst customer care will not let you do so . Please provide some guidance to take this forward.

              I made a payment of 4900/- & taken tikona connection almost a week back, company sales executive Ram Kumar from Uttam Nagar office has committed us that the moment we transfer the payment same moment internet will start working, but this has been 7 days its not working & customer care team & sales team are really bokus. I would like to advise to all kindly never use trikona.

              Still no changes in condition, no action has been taken, no engineer's visit till date. Connection is not working and i don't think so you guys are taking any action . i would like to request you pls refund my money asap.

                My Tikona User ID is [protected]. I have raised request for disconnection of Tikona connection in March last week. I called again 5 times in May 1st week and finally when I said I want to speak to apellate authority, customer service team registered request for disconnection. As per their records, April 4th is the last day. Since then, I kept on calling to send some one to remove the device. Finally on May 6th, they sent a full and final settlement email stating if i do not return device in 7 days, I will be charged as not returned and need to pay Rs.1500. They said I have to call the ISP coordinator and did not give a number. It also states, Also note if you will not receive any call for CPE collection then kindly contact on RK Enterprises [protected] Mr. Ravi. I called up this number, multiple times and got not reachable.. Finally called up Tikona customer care again and spoke to Mr. Ajay Nair who said its incorrect and its not possible from user's end to remove device, he noted down my contact number and alternate contact number and said will arrange some one to remove device and its more than a week now. Is Tikona playing games with me, I am waiting daily to get a call and some one would come since 2 months and there is no notice, how many months or years should I wait and due to them do I stop going to office and vacations??????? Really very upset with the service.

                  Hi, i want to terminate my tikona prepaid internet connection and also want to close my billing account. I register my complaint about this issue on tikona customer care on 21 may 2015 and got complaint register, My complaint no is: 1-[protected] but i have not yet received any response from tikona. so on 22 may 2015, i email them about this issue and got this mail. My Tikona broadband User ID [protected] [protected][protected][protected][protected] This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Mrs. SHASHI BALA SAINI, With reference to the request raised on your Tikona broadband User ID [protected], registered against your name, we commit to make sincere efforts to resolve whatever difficulty or issue you may have faced by engaging senior specialist from our team. Your account shall remain under our retention efforts for next 10 days to allow us a fair chance to satisfy your concerns and make sure you continue using Tikona services. It will delight us to re-instate your confidence in us. Within these 10 days we shall seek your cooperation to facilitate a prompt resolution with help of Specialized Help desk as well our field care executives. We assure that in case our efforts to resolve valid issues to your satisfaction are not successful, then the monthly bill charges shall be applicable only till the next bill cycle date based on your last usage date or disconnection request date whichever is later. You can also write to us at [protected]@tikona.in Regards, Customer Care Tikona Digital Networks [protected][protected][protected][protected] so once again i talk to there customer care about the issue. she said the process is only start when i receive the call, so i explain everything that happen but she refuse to accept it started blaming me. and then she also say that i also have to pay outstanding bill. then i said that connection is prepaid, i already paid for what i was using and before next billing cycle date, i register the complaint for termination so how i am liable for outstanding bill.she said you are right, you have to pay nothing and she says please pick up the call to get process started. so from that i just take my phone in my hand so that i can not miss the call. but this time they cheat me again, they call me, phone is in my hand, but before i pick up the phone, it got disconnected, it is half ring, then i re dial them but same thing happen what they do before, they did not answer it. and after that i got message in phone that your bill is generated, please pay it. I fell so cheated, frustrated and helpless, please help me out.

                    We were promised a net speed of 1Mbps everyday from the interval 8am-8pm. But I have noticed that lately the speed continuously amounts to 5-10 kbps and even lower. I took the Tikona speed-test and it verifies my claim. The net speed is so slow that I can't even upload the screenshot of that speed-test here. Please look into this matter and resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                      My Customer Id: [protected] 1.We took Tikona Internet connection on 3rd of May. Right from the first day itself we are facing the internet connect problem. We had taken connection for our Office purpose but we are not even able to access our email [protected]@greenmapple.com through www.greenmapple.com/webmail neither our Company website www.greenmapple can’t get open through Tikona Internet connection. I registered another complain on 13th May but got no technical help. We get the error “issue of port no 2096, 2095 not working”. It is infact the Worst internet connection and there is not Customer care support to resolve your issues that you face through this internet connection problem. The Issue of Internet connection remains unresolved. On 14th again Talked with Customer care executive by the name Mr. Atul….He mentioned of there being software issue that would be resolved by evening…If not resolved a Technician would definitely be sent on 15th morning sharp 10:00 AM. No Technician turned up even by 11:30 AM on 18th May. Its going to over 1 months but no solution for that.

                          Tikona - Failure to disconnect after so many requests and failure to refund Following are request service numbers for March 2015 month for internet connectivity issues and Disconnection of internet.Even I need to pay the full amount although they didn't resolve issue at all.Why I need to pay the bill when tikona not able to resolve issues.False promises made by Tikona.worst ISP, Customer services and Internet speed. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] Even after request for disonnection of internet, we need to pay the bill. They even write in auto generated mail that every request will be contacted through 72 hours either through registered mail id or registered mobile number.Always they will keep automated calls as of no use.once they sent invalid mobile number to contact for internet connectivity. Even in their website also they didn't put how disonnection of internet process works It will take 15 days to disonnect the internet. Here is short description from their side:- 1) Resolution of issues or problem with your cooperation : Day 1 to Day 10 2) Formal email or call from your Registered Email or Mobile No. : Day 1 to Day 10 3) Suspension of account (last bill cycle) : Day 11 to Day 13 4) Payment of outstanding and return of equipments : Day 14 to Day 16 5) Closure of account : Once activity 4 is completed then within 48hrs account will be closed. This is their process which has no use to customer simply making customer to pay the bill rather than making customer happy. once I have raised disconnection of internet, I need to disconnect from my side rather than from tikona side.when tikona not able to disconnect How I can know whether tikona disconnected internet or not?. Once disconnection request has raised, Even once If I didn't pick the call.They will never communicate through registered mail id.This is another trap used by Tikona.They will always call through automated system.what is the use of this automated calls? I am all fed up with this Tikona.Tikona will not listen to customer issues.They will just escalate everytime I heard from customer care.

                              I have been using this damn Tikona since 5months. From last 3 months I am facing frequent interrupted connectivity. For which I have to call Tikona person every other day to resolve my problem permanently. They say they have resolved problem from their end and immediately after 30min it again stops working. When told to send a technician to look at antenna problem, they say they will send the person and he will contact us. To our surprise no technician has come to resolve the problem. The number which they give is unreachable. It is seriously a mental torture to use Tikona. They have the worst customer service. Even after repeated escalations from customer they dont care to resolve the connection issues. And moreover there is no waiver when it comes to payment of bill. My sincere suggestion for people reading this post, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO FOR TIKONA CONNECTION EVER IN YOUR LIFE IF YOU WANT TO BE AT PEACE. IT HAS THE WORST CONNECTIVITY OF ALL AND UTTER POOR HELP DESK.

                              You are right.Even I faced the same situation.They don't waive off.Simply they will send the bills and automated system calls.
                              once disconnection request is raised, Tikona won't disconnect from their side we (customers) need to disconnect from our side.How can customer knows whether connectivity is disconnected successfully or not ?
                              Their disconnection process is like giving mental torture to customer rather than making customer happy.
                              They are showing hell to customers
                              Once you raise the request for connectivity they don't bother to send engineer.Even they will send some invalid number person to contact.
                              once if customer won't pay the bill, they will send their representative like bullet speed.

                              Tikona services are disconnected in the 8th September 2015 and also paid pending bill as well. Then why the hell you guys a registered complain against me? the lady calling from Delhi Today i.e. 17/03/2016 and saying Tikona have lodge the complain against me. The [protected] is the number of that lady. Please explaing why i am getting this threat call saying "If I wont pay the bill then they you guys pull me in the court" WHY?

                                i have made a request for new TIKONA internet connection and talked with Mr. amit(emplyee of tikona). amit told me not to buy the router as if only signals are there, then internet can be provided. i said, "OK". he refer the request to another vendor named, rahul who sent two persons at my home to chech the speed to get confirm if tikona signal present or not. One of these two persons named sachin behaves so badly and talking manner is very rude and shouting at me.The matter is that they visited only to check the speed for new connection. but he asked for payment again and again. i told him i will do payment the next day at the time when they will come to install and collect all relevant documents. but he was shouting by saying that "no one will come to install from tikona". I am going to use the tikona net only because my friend refer me. but after this behaviour, how can i refer to someone.                                   Tikona connection was done on 19th of Last month. But after taking cash my internet connection has worked on very less no of days. Almost always its disconnected. When complaint they don't pay fix even after repeated complaints. They don't send their person easily to fix connection. Today also its 7th days already, and my internet connection is not fixed. Last night i Talked to Mr Santosh and Told about my Problem and the Guy told me that Sir You will Receive a Msg and Call Back from Our Team in next 2 Hrs but still i have't Received and Call or Msg. This is pathetic situation I'm Losing my Services days, Money on Every Call made in Customer Care and its causing lot of mental harassment also. I need my deposited amount back as I am not getting service. I don't want Continue service in Future and will never Suggest Any one to take this poor and worst company services.                                     I paid around Rs 2100/- for Tikona broadband to Mr Mannu Kumar/ Ankur Baliyan for Tikona broad band. They showed me the committed 3.8 mbps speed at the time of taking money. Once they taken money, since that they I am doing follow up for service but no one is listening to resolve the same. Even they didn't assigned anyone even after 1 month pending complaint. Even appellate of Tikona is the dummy. I suggest a strong action on this fraud company. Even customer care cell is also non funtional.

                                        Today I received a call from Tikona saying that it is call from civil court regarding bill payment. I have not paid the bill and they are going to take legal action against me. Also they threatened me to seal my bank accounts and put me in jail. I never took any connection from tikona. My roommate took few years back and might have put my name in reference. I dont even have account under my name. Its very sad that Tikona people keep calling and harassing people this way.
