Disconnection of Internet connection not done after almost 2 months

Regarding net-speed

We were promised a net speed of 1Mbps everyday from the interval 8am-8pm. But I have noticed that lately the speed continuously amounts to 5-10 kbps and even lower. I took the Tikona speed-test and it verifies my claim. The net speed is so slow that I can't even upload the screenshot of that speed-test here. Poor internet connectivity

Ran away after taking payment

I paid around Rs 2100/- for Tikona broadband to Mr Mannu Kumar/ Ankur Baliyan for Tikona broad band. They showed me the committed 3.8 mbps speed at the time of taking money. Threatening calls and harassment from Tikona by name of civil court

Today I received a call from Tikona saying that it is call from civil court regarding bill payment. I have not paid the bill and they are going to take legal action against me.
