Net connectivity problem

Slow Broadband Speed, Disrupting connection

No Service given still asking for payment and not closing the connection

This is been the most frustrating experience with Tikona internet connection. The Internet not working as the building construction is going on and even after putting number on mails the engineer is not visiting and changing the location so that proper signal strength can be achieved. On top of that i had given mails to close the connection and still they are keeping the connection ON and sending the bills. Please look into the matter....

No proper wifi internet connection
