right from the day i installed the connection am facing problem. Tikona first they said the problem is with the belkin router so i got it changed and got a new dlink router. same problem not even a single hour of continuous internet connection. Please find below my communication with tikona:

Never expected such a lousy experience form your end. Am experiencing internet problems for the past 2-3 months and also after sending mails no response from tikona's end to rectify the issue and not even a courtesy call after 3days of sending the mail. I've got below all the communications had earlier. Please don't try fooling by just sending auto generated mail stating to rectify the issue within 48 or so called hours.Please don't take customers for granted and would request to clear the issue asap. Seriously feel that Tikona needs some publicity to get their good internet network across customers.

Dear Tikona,
Its almost more than two months since i got a new Tikona
broadband connection but still not even a single day ive got
continuous internet connection. Past 2 months i had to
troubleshoot between tikona and my n300 belkin router and
finally i replaced the belkin router and got a new n300
Dlink router but still the same connection issue. The wifi -
internet works for 10 minutes then goes off then again then
after few min without internet and then internet comes back.
This breakage in the internet connection is constant and
tikona guys just walks off saying that theres no problem
from tikona's end and the issue is with the router.
Am pretty sure this time tikona cant say the problem is with
the router casue its the same with every router. Theres some
serious problem with the tikona connection. Would like
tikona to rectify this issue as soon as possible as its been
more than 2 months am facing this issue. If nothing is done
within this time around i'd be closing this connection.

Dear Tikona,
I had availed a new tikona broadband connection on
[protected] in the name of with tikona
ID:[protected]. The next day itself i had found that the
internet connection was not stable or continuous. The
connection gets disrupted or disconnected every minute and
then reconnects itself automatically. There is a continuous
breakage in the internet connection. I checked the
disconnection by trying to ping it to my laptop and clearly
there were continuous disconnection in the net connection.
I made a call to the customer care stating the above
problem for which they replied that as i was using a belkin wi-fi
router so it can cause interruptions for whcih they asked
me to connect to the laptop directly and check if the problem
persists. I disconnected the router and connected it
directly to my laptop but still the same disconnection
continued. They asked me to try in safe mode in my laptop,
but still the same disconnection continued. I checked by
pinging it and it clearly showed disrruption and breakages
in the internet connection. I spoke with the customer care
executives 3-4 times and the executive asked me to check
my router and laptop and replied that the connection is fine
but i checked all possible options and also i tried to
connect it and check the internet connection with 3
different laptops but still the same disrruption and
breakages were there.
I would request tikona to kindly check with the connection
at my end "as i can clearly show the service personel the
issue at my end rather than speaking with some customer
care executive who reply everyting is fine at their end" and
also try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, as these
continuous disrruptions and breakages in the connection
still continue which makes it literally unusable.
