Tikona - Legal notice filed by Tikona

Threatening calls from TIKONA Lawyers

No confirmation on Disconnection of service

Wrong charges for the Internet connection

unsatisfactory and inconsistent speed

very poor service and not addressing the issue

i took a connection of tikona broadband service on 22/04/2015..at the time of connection they promised for a seamless speed of 4mbps..but after the connection was installed i found all their promises are totally baseless and also i complained more than 10 times regarding the difficuties which i have been facing. but till today they are not resolving my issue and each time they ask me to wait for 24 hours and after that only option i can use...

connection not available

regarding wifi services

i started taking tikona wifi services 1 year back and asked to stop my service few months back to the customer service. even after repeated complaints iam recieving bills wen iam not even using the service.. and i have also paid a bill on 18 march 2015 for 2894 since they were threatining me to file a case in court in mumbai.....
