My Customer Id: [protected] 1.We took Tikona Internet connection on 3rd of May. Right from the first day itself we are facing the internet connect problem. We are not even able to access Tikona login page through our customer ID [protected] on regular basis. We complained more then 20 times about this but we Did not get solution. 2.We had taken connection for our Office purpose but we are not even able to access our email [protected]@greenmapple.com through www.greenmapple.com/webmail neither our Company website www.greenmapple can’t get open through Tikona Internet connection. I registered another complain on 13th May but got no technical help. We get the error “issue of port no 2096, 2095 not working”. It is infact the Worst internet connection and there is not Customer care support to resolve your issues that you face through this internet connection problem. The Issue of Internet connection remains unresolved. On 14th again Talked with Customer care executive by the name Mr. Atul….He mentioned of there being software issue that would be resolved by evening…If not resolved a Technician would definitely be sent on 15th morning sharp 10:00 AM. No Technician turned up even by 11:30 AM on 15th May. When I called back to Customer care again at 11:30 AM the same day, The customer care executive by the name Ms Kiran said no such issue was raised yesterday(14th May). ‘The Issue is being raised now’. Unsatisfied by her assurance We Talked to her superior Mr. Suzan…Mr. Suzan gave assurance that problem will be rectified by 16th evening latest… When will this problem finally be over?….I don’t understand. You either provide me a good, reliable, reasonable, workable connection or take away your connection back immediately and refund my money back. From GreenMapple Interiors Pvt. Ltd.     right from the day i installed the connection am facing problem. Tikona first they said the problem is with the belkin router so i got it changed and got a new dlink router. same problem not even a single hour of continuous internet connection. I spoke with the customer care executives 3-4 times and the executive asked me to check my router and laptop and replied that the connection is fine but i checked all possible options and also i tried to connect it and check the internet connection with 3 different laptops but still the same disrruption and breakages were there. I would request tikona to kindly check with the connection at my end "as i can clearly show the service personel the issue at my end rather than speaking with some customer care executive who reply everyting is fine at their end" and also try to resolve the issue as soon as possible, as these continuous disrruptions and breakages in the connection still continue which makes it literally unusable.

      I don't believe on that your people are working on this for these longtime.It has been 10 days since we have raised the request for this.I think The connection has been disconnected but still you people didn't get the modem and other connection cable from our residence.

      I don't understand that why you people are taking these much long to remove all the things, when we raise a request for connection you people are very fast and you have given with in a day, but for removing the connection you people taking more than 10days.Great!

      From our side we have been raising the request and asking for disconnection properly so Please make sure that we won't cause any legal problem in the future for this.

      Hi,

      We have contacted you several times and we have spoken to the technical people and the connection also disconnected.we are not accessing Internet past two weeks.But I'm not able to understand why you people call us again and again and tell to check the connection.

      We already requested you people politely to remove all the hardware from our residence but still it isn't yet removed.We paid every single amount whatever you have billed on our usage.We totally disappointed on your service and way to treat a customer.

      We don't like your service in the way of Technical and consumer side. You people don't think to pass the days and trying to send the bill again to the non usage data.We have all the proof with us from the day that we have got the connection.

      If the device is not removed by tomorrow, we will take a legal action on you.

      Actually we went to the two month plan with RS 2697, but we didn't use that for 2 months, we have sent the disconnection request by second month itself.But you have send the Bill for Rs 380 other than that 2697.

      We are totally disappointed with tikona.
      Please accept this as a full and final notification of cancellation. Any charges thereof will not be borne by me.

        User ID [protected] It's really surprised that the company don.t follow their statement. the speaking lie & lie. The company advised on that I will received my refund amount Rs. 2097.19 within 10 to 15 days now the 15 days are over. What is company is doing and why Tikona persons are lie is company have not sufficient fund to refund my payment. What a hell is having here. Now I totally harassing, I lodging compliant in Rohini Consumer Court that the Tikona willing not to refund my payment. They are taking 10, 20, 30 days & days...           Hello, I have subscribed for 2Mbps plan, and I always get speed around 1/8 or 1/16th of it. Regarding this issue, I have been complaining to Tikona from more than one month, and still they havent resolved my problem. Also I have asked them to refund amount of last two month internet bill as I have hardly use their service because of their poor service. But TIkona doesnt seem to listen, They have proved to be the worst provider of India, I would suggest everyone, not to get Tikona installed at their home at any cost.           Its been more than 6 weeks, still the problem is not resolved. Yesterday customer care executive called me and said, its resolve from their end. But I cannot see any change in network, still the same speed.

              I have been talking to Tikona technical support from last month about the poor wifi Internet connection.After few days, internet started working fine but it often doesnot work. They say it is server issue and requested for some time (over a month) but still it is ongoing issue. I called them many times but there is no proper response and the technician disconnects the call. Very Disgusting technical support

                My user ID was [protected]. Since the service was very worst I planned to surrender the connection. I enquired about connection surrender procedure with customer care and they said I need to call them on the bill end date and raise request for the same. I Follow the Procedure then, I Contact executive will come and remove the connection Tikona giving me a number of Shonak Sonavane but he says to me "this is not my area." Call to Customer Care. 4-5 Times I call Customer Care but No one Can Pick my call just says call you back in 48 hours. Today 's Tikona Agent says Pay Full Amount of Bill otherwise take a Legal Actions what I Do Now?

                First time tikona executive says to me your door is lock, but i take 2 days leaves to my office because of yours executive comes to my home, then how it Possible my Door is Locked.I give you 3 contact numbers and also i Present in my home.

                  Account No.[protected] having User ID [protected] Once you get a TIKONA connection these people refuse to disconnect it. I must have called them more than 50 times to disconnect my connection but to no avail. They keep sending mails even though I have stopped using it. What is it that you can do as a customer? On the top of that when you talk to the customer care executive they are so rude and stubborn as if they are just not ready to listen to you. These people do not send their executive to take the equipment and then charge as penalty. I have e-mails as evidence to when I had filed the request for disconnecting the service and their response as well. But this people shamelessly put a bill infront of you to which we do not have anything to do. I got three call from so called TIKONA lawyers. One of them said he had filed case in Mumbai, one said a case has been filed in Gurgaon and third one said a case has been filed in Delhi. They all want me to pay them for the equipment which has now been collected (after 5 months from the day of complaint) and for the Internet usage which I never did. This is unethical business practice and mentally harassing a customer. We should all bring such companies down and ensure that they should stop dealing in such unethical practices. I know a couple of my other friends who have same issues with TIKONA. We are all going to file a group petition in the consumer court and make sure that the media covers this as well so that others do not face what we have done. We shall also claim for the damages that TIKONA people have caused us mentally. This is just not the case with us it has been done to so many customers and yet no action has been taken by the company.                     I want to disconnect the connection by tikona in pune can you please tell me a proper method to do so as according to the complaints if i will disconnect it they will ask for extra charges (will send bills even after disconnection) and if i dont pay it they will threaten me by filing a case against me in the court . So can you please tell me the method to disconnect the connection without being harassed. I am still using the connection i will disconnect it after your reply so an early reply is requested.

                        I was using a tikona broadband connection and the customer ID was [protected] . Due to the bad services of tikona I decided to discontinue the connection. So i called in customer care on 14th feb 2014 and told them to discontinue the connection as i was not happy with their services. I also told them to pick up there modem and other devices. But they did not disconnected the connection and they charged me for the full month of Feb instead of 14 days. And they are not listening anything for the same.

                          I took a plan of Tikona for the amount of Rs.700, However, I received a bill for the amount of Rs.1900, when I tried making payment of my plan amount on Tikona bill payment portal they automatically deducted Rs.2833.33. We have been complaining on days now but no one has bothered to resolve our problem. The internet is not working. The ccustomer care people receiving the calls do not care and only delay by saying it will be done. They do not even provide docket numbers. This is a corporate connection and we are facing extremely difficult situations. We are paying but no internet connectivity is provided to us.                                 i took a connection of tikona broadband service on 22/04/2015..at the time of connection they promised for a seamless speed of 4mbps..but after the connection was installed i found all their promises are totally baseless and also i complained more than 10 times regarding the difficuties which i have been facing. but till today they are not resolving my issue and each time they ask me to wait for 24 hours and after that only option i can use is to complain again .

                                    Hello, I am writing this with so much of frustration after an very unpleasant experience with Tikona connection. Right from the first day I found it very hard to use it for more than 10 minutes continuously. After repeated calls and emails to Tikona customer service a service engineer attended so many days later and tried all possible ways to make it work. It paid off and the connection was live for few hours. Finally I gave up all hopes and bought another provider's internet connection. On the same day I requested for the termination of Tikona connection.IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY( Rs.2300 ), TIME AND ENERGY FOR ME. YET I DID NOT FIGHT FOR THE REFUND. But today I see a bill from Tikona, this makes me feel that I am a fool. I request the consumer forum and Tikona team to terminate my account ( User Id : [protected] ) and refund the money I paid for the unused period of time. Thanks, Vinod [protected]

                                      Hi Customer ID - [protected] Email ID [protected]@yahoo.com Phone # [protected] / [protected] I have cancelled my account in Jan 2015 by calling was informed will get a call in 24 hrs to cancell recieved a call was provided with options however refused was informed the ac would be closed.when checked for the outstanding amount was informed an amount more than Rs 2000 when disputed was provided a revert stating have to pay only 728 and the ac is closed . Due to relocating to other city and travelling due to work could not pay on time.did call Tikona and asked for door step collections however the person did not turn up then called Tikona again and asked them to collect the device and collect payment was informed cannot collect cash payment due to account being closed. Today on 9.5.2015 recieved a call from a girl from Delhi stating she is calling from Delhi court at 3:05 and said if not paid before 3:30 court proceeding would start and if paid after 3:30 still court proceeding would take place. However made payment online before 3:30 called the girl from Delhi wherein she said its all done. Then thought of calling Tikona to confirm however was informed the ac is active and not closed and have to pay more 1500 and change when disputed the advisor named Rashid said he does not have any records of account closure asked for a manager however was informed to send mail to j.[protected]@tikona.com.have sent a mail already waiting for the reply. Request you to please close my account and have paid Rs 730 online.Would not pay anything after cancellation call date and if you check I have not used your services after the cancellation call date. Please revert asap and this is wrong practice of not taking cancellations from customer and billing them more. Regards Sandeep

I cannot do my work...
