Mentioned below are the Full and Final Settlement details for your Account no.[protected] : Amount Payable : Rs 0.00/- Due by : 3 days from the date of this email Mode of payment: Just Click - http://tikona.in/for-home/customer-support/tikona-care/quick-bill-pay/ In case you have any query please feel free to contact us on toll free number[protected] or you can also write to us on [protected]@tikona.in from your registered email id.     Its been nearly a week and Tikona care has not sent an engineer to my new premises to set up the router. This has caused me not to have internet connection for nearly a week.       HI, I have asked to disconnect the connection dating on Feb as i was moving out of the town, i had sent an email and told my change of number, and with the change of the number called multiple times, nobody bothered to reply or do any thing at least. Now they threaten to take action legally - even though i have paid my bills properly on time, my only mistake is that i have asked the final bill with details, and customer care team act if they are not connected to this issue, and the customer care gave me a number to call to pick their device (which is of no use for me) - and they are not able to find my house (Flipkart and other courier services are able to find my address) - what an great excuse I just wonder - if this is the way they treat customer, then how will tell or get another connection from this Tikona Overall - this service just is pathetic..         i started taking tikona wifi services 1 year back and asked to stop my service few months back to the customer service. even after repeated complaints iam recieving bills wen iam not even using the service.. and i have also paid a bill on 18 march 2015 for 2894 since they were threatining me to file a case in court in mumbai..

            No response or action taken to the below email i sent to the company - Hello Mr. Nair, I would like to bring it to your attention that your Technical Resolution / Customer Service team is highly incapable of handling customer complaints & issues. I have a Static IP connection as i deal with US clients and my business is shut for last 3 days as i have not been able to access the Internet. I have been calling since Monday, every time i call i have to narrate the same incident & the purpose of my call, which itself is irritating, to top it up your agents are rude, arrogant and not at all courteous which irks even more. Your agents lack product knowledge and i am sure they have been provided with a script which they follow, instead hearing the customer concern and providing a resolution they prefer to hang up the call. When asked to speak with the Manger in-charge, your agents refuse to transfer the calls and inform that the concern person is busy and will revert back once he is free, which never happened. I can understand if its a start up company, but the fact is you guys have been in business for last 8 years which is substantial time to work on all these problems, the call wait times are pathetic to get hold of an agent which itself proves you have large call volumes with customer complaints regarding the service. I feel i made a bad choice by choosing Tikona over other big players in the market such as TATA, Reliance, Hathway etc, However i would like to keep you informed, i am hard nut to crack and i will not let this go easily, i have lost hundreds of ($$$$$) in last 3 days, i will approach the consumer court if required if this issue is not resolved by 6 pm 7/5/2015 or if i do not get a response to this email or a call from you or any of the hierarchy at TIKONA.

              Hello, My name Chandra Bhushan Pandey and I took the connection of Tikona Broadband connection on 8 Dec. I am sorry to say that unfortunately after installation of this connection I rarely got good signal in beginning of connection but just after 20 days a was unable to get even single signal, As I have talked customer care executive many time but even though I could not get resolution, I am very disappointed of this connection, I only used this connection 20 days after the installation. If I will not get the resolution very soon then I will take legal action on the Company because it is really harassing for me, One more thing, I want to point out here that I always get SMS and call for money collection but Company has never call me up for any troubleshoot even after lodging complaint to customer care, So now hopefully I will get better solution and I am waiting for kind response from Company end.                 as one of the thin white wire of the ethernet lan cable is broken i'm facing much difficulties using internet ... i;m trying to complaint since from last 4 days but always they do the same useless procedures & as they know that this is a technical problem, they are not sending their engineers to us...they think we are fools...i've specific names of their employees those are involve in this (above cmplaint)...(Mr. kripa shankar, Mr. parth & Mr. ganesh)...

                    Respectedsir/mam I Tirth d bhatt had purchased Internet connection provided bu tikona services for six months worth rupess 4700 one month back since then i am experiencing constant interruption in connectivity and for that i have complained about 10 to 15 times in costumer care but they are not responding properly and giving the same answer that it will resolved soon but still it is one month now and there no resolution of the complain and no engineer has come to check the connection so kindly help me to get refund from this fraudulent people as i am feeling cheated and kindly process my request asap. Thank you.

                    Respected sir/madam,
                    I tirth d bhatt have subscribed to your internet services by user id [protected] since 3 april, 2015 on account of your name and popularity in area.
                    I have selected and paid for unlimited package of 1mbps apeed on day and 512 kbps at night by paying 4700 rupees for 6 months. And I am so much disappointed by your poor services.
                    > I cant even open your login page after trying so many times. Login page open after 1 hour and it gives speed of 0.2 kbps!!!
                    Even google takes 5 minutes to open up!!!
                    How can anyone survive with this kind of services! I have paid so much for this kind of 0.5g service!!!
                    I have also complained about it many times but every time they say to log in and log out and the issue is same after 5 minutes. And they close the complain without confirmation!
                    It automatically logs out after half an hour and takes again 1 hour to open login page!
                    I need sincere and serious attention over this issue and to be solved as soon as possible.or kindly return this installation and return my money so that I can purchase a better service.

                    This is the 10th complaint I am raising as I am fed up o[censored]sing the poor service which is more of a mental trauma to me since last 1.5 months. In a hope that my small business will flourish, I chose your connection for the fake promises written in your advertisement. But unfortunately I have incurred heavy losses due to untimely call drops, absolutely no connectivity for days even after complaining the customer care again and again. I am no longer sure where I should complain, or who will pay for the losses and how would you make up for this mental trauma which I get everytime I reach home and I see no connection at all.

                    I subscribed to Tikona around two weeks before and the service persons were always friendly until I PAID.Immediately after I paid the service person told me that I had to change my Rs.2000 router+modem and I had to purchase a Rs.1200 only WiFi router.I might have pretty much rejected the connection if he had told me about the router issue before payment.After configuration the network worked fine for 5 days except for the two times when it went off for 3 hrs in the evening.After thoses 5 days, the network started going on and off in intervals of 10 mins and sometimes went off for hours in stretch, so basically my internet connection was useless, now we have to check admission status, pay online bills, do other official work online and basically all of this has been delayed so much that it could have possibly affected my career.I have called the customer care service around 5 times for now and each time I am promised that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours and each time I get a message that the issue is resolved after 6hrs of my complaint.However nothing ever happens.There is no change in my state and I really want a refund.I do not wish to be offensive, but it is quite apparent that this network is fradulent, I mean I get a connection and I lose it within one week while my payment of Rs.3000 goes to waste.I cannot believe that the customer service is so bad that they straight out cheat the customer of their money, so right now I am requesting a solution to my problem or atleast give me a refund.MY CUSTOMER ID IS [protected]

                    I had bought the connection from Tikona user ID [protected] and was using it for past 3 years post that i renewed the connections since i was promised by Tikona to provide good quality service
                    From Past 4 Months i am not able to get internet connection from max 5 min it gets disconnected
                    I have raised complaints many times and now there is no connection at all, Mr Sidharth Joshi had promised me on that the Area Manger will speak to me and resolve the issue but no one responses nor does the Supervisor Mr Sidharth Joshi calls back

                    I wanted to demand cash back including harassment charges since i needed to call them every alternate day for getting the issue fixed, these is from March 2015

                    The mental harassment is tremendous due to non availability of internet service when required ( For work from Home )

                      Tikona is a pathetic service provider company. When it comes to payment follow up they do several calls but when we as a customer do calls to them to seek their support on technical issue they just say change your adapter setting, we will assign engineer etc...but their engineer never turn up with solution. Which in turn results to no services from tikona and in return tikona team expects us to do payment by using some other dongle or to do payment from cyber cafe...Such a shameless company. I am very frsutrated with Tikona Team. Please never ever seek Tikona services

                        Hi, My Tikona ID is [protected] I have last used tikona on 7th of March and they have also confirmed the disconnection on 30th March via mail. I have saved all the call records of tikona customer care conversation regarding the bill also. I believe I have paid all the bill and no pending due from my side. But still I got a bill on month of April saying payment is due from my side.When checked with customer care they said this is autogenerated bill and ignore this and they will send a final settlement bill.But I have not received any final settlement bill. Today I got a call from number [protected] who says that he is dealing with the complain raised by tikona on Delhi court regarding pending payment pending from my side and I need to either pay the amount or have to come to delhi with all the document.This seems like a threatening from tikona indirectly or you can say harassing.Please help me in resolving this matter.                           Hi, Kindly treat this as urgent.I am getting several reminders for the Tikona bill payments. But no one has attended the below call. As per my telephonic discussion with the concerned person on Friday, I was assured that my old instrument would be recovered and the new installation would be done (there are issues with the new installation, it needs to be changed ), I have not heard from any one from Tikona.This is towards frustration and mental harassment and also adding to my financial losses. As I am not able to use the new installation at my place, either arrange to make the required changes or please take down the request to disconnect the service . Please track down the history, and be informed that this is not the first time, I am requesting to disconnect this service. I have done it several times before also.Treat this as very urgent, this is all due to lack of service, I wish to disconnect this service.Also to note, that my service and bill charges to be waived off from the time when I had rasied concern for the first time to disconnect this connection. Due to the lack of service given by Tikona, I am unable to use my plan to the full usage and I am forced to use other data plan, so I am not liable to pay any bills for Tikona.Thanks and Regards, Deepti Mehta

                            Hi all, I'm a Tikona customer (user id:[protected]) in Chennai (shollingnallur area) and tikona had not provided me service from march 28th 2015 to MAy 4th 2015 due to some technical issues in their main tower in may area but Tikona had generated a bill of 1062 rupees and they had not processed my waiver till date.They said they will process the waiver once the technical issue is fixed. Now the technical issue is fixed but still your executives are not ready to provide proper waiver for the period. I have waited for almost 1 and half months for your tower issue and i got a assurance from your executives that ill get waiver for the period which proper service is not provided.(mar28 to may4) But now the issue is fixed and i spoke to your executive and they are not providing me proper waiver from march 28th 2015 to till may 4th there is tower issue in my area and I have raised multiple requests for that. I felt cheated now.My one month bill is 1062 rupees and Tikona didnt provide service for one and half month and they said they can provide waiver only for 600 rupees.They are not ready to send a mail for that and also they are not ready to explain the calcu How will customer accept when the service is not provided??

                              Hi I had requested for the disconnection of tikona connection. I talked to the customer care for 3 times and all of them said we have raised the request and the disconnection will take around 5 days. He also said that I can just remove the LAN cable and put it aside. I did the same. After a week their officer calls me tries to bribe me with a month free of tikona connection for continuing the use of their service. I refused and he also said it would just take 5 days for disconnection. Its been 2 months and they are just charging bills and not disconnecting it. They have also blocked my number from customer care. I have all the calls recorded for the evidence purpose.

                                    Hello sir, I am mangal yadav I used Tikona broadband connection from Aug 2014 and due to its worst and poor quality I disconnected it in the month of Sept 2014 and thenn ask for my refund they told me that I'm eligible for refund and it will proceed within 20 days but from that time till now I'm not getting a single information about the issue my registered phone no.                                         I'm still receiving a call from some number and he is forcing me to pay bill. Otherwise he is sending police to my residence. I'm replying him with gentle note that I have connected with you and we Are dealing with problem and providing the required inputs.
