Issues:
* Never got the proper broadband service and after upgrading the service became more pathetic.
* In-spite of numerous complains by logging complains at Customer care and sending mails, the service issues were never resolved.
* Asked for the discontinuation of service via call and mail, no response was given.
* Payment was made in advance for the upgrade + previous month due was also paid. Still how come due is still shown.
* Received numerous anonymous calls, stating it is from tikona and when asked to send an appropriate mail they started giving threats and and were rude and abusive.

Dear Mr Nair,
I'm writing this email with regards to the Tikona Internet Connection that I'm using since 3 years. Being a
regular customer of your company's services I would like to give you feedback on the internet connectivity issues
that i'm facing and poor customer service provided by your company.
Since last three months I'm facing serious issues with the connectivity and very low speed. I have raised several
complains only to receive very poor response from your service department. Recently I have also upgraded to
higher 4mbps plan thinking this would resolve the speed and the connectivity issues.
However nothing has changed. I'm enclosing the latest speed test that i did today to confirm the complaint I rose.
I have also listed below two of the very recent complaint numbers.

This mail is in reference to the previous mail. After mails plus logging in complaints at your customer care, still
this isssue is not resolved.
Neither Tikona is doing me a favor nor i am doing you a favor. Its not mandatory for you to provide me the internet
service and for me to force you to provide me the service or use your internet connection. I am paying for the
internet connection and in return i expect a decent connectivity. But for last few months your service quality has
become really very poor.
If there is a problem in providing the service then do let me know and we will go for another internet service
provider. I don't want to spend every alternate day following up with your customer service operators.

Hi,
After frequent followups with customer care and not getting proper response/service, I would like to terminate my
Tikona broadband service effective from today(17/9/2014).
I will not be sending a reminder mail or again contact customer care for removal of my internet connection.
This mail should be treated as the Request for Termination of the Internet connection.
