Hi Team, I have applied for new Tikona connection on 01-Feb-15. I have made payment of Rs.4900.00 against SoHo plan XAQD4096K. My account is not being closed and I am getting calls for outstanding amount

Tikona is not terminating my service

I am complaining Tikona about the slow internet speed for 6-7 months. 50 % of the time the net is completely down and 40 % of the the time net speed is very poor. My plan is 2 MBPS and most of the time the speed is below 700 kbps. Calling customer care number is not easy. It is always busy. There is a waiting period of atleast 15 min. very poor service

WORST SERVICE EVER. CHEATERS

By considering the comparatively low subscription and data plan charge I had subscribed ##Tikona## Broadband Connection ADBBM4M800 Plan. Within two hours of installation the speed got deteriorated to such low that unable to load a simple html webpage. The latency was around 3500 to 45000ms. Internet doesnt work, no response from customer care

My internet has not been working say atleast 7-9 days a month. I last lodged a complaint on[protected] and kept calling till[protected] and was given same answer everytime (it take more than 12 minutes to customer care executive, if you call TIKONA) "ma'am some technical fault, it shall get rectified in 8 working hours". Apparently, internet worked only after 72 hours or may be a little more. Again the drama this time, its not working since...

Failure to Provide Service, Charging full Rental

Hi, I had issue with 4mbps Internet connectivity from 22 Jan 2015 to 15 Feb 2015. During the period I had repeated disconnectivity and max speed was always less then 1mbps. After repeated visit of the Engineers the connection was fixed on 15 Feb 2015, they said that this disruption will be compensated in bills. For Feb month bill I received a waiver of Rs 100/- which was totally unacceptable, as the issue dragged for more than half a month....

Poor connection of internet service

Mental harassment and immoral practices
