My internet has not been working say atleast 7-9 days a month. I last lodged a complaint on[protected] and kept calling till[protected] and was given same answer everytime (it take more than 12 minutes to customer care executive, if you call TIKONA) "ma'am some technical fault, it shall get rectified in 8 working hours". Apparently, internet worked only after 72 hours or may be a little more.
Again the drama this time, its not working since 4pm[protected], after 3 calls I managed to speak to customer care who told the same "8-working hour" and had no resolution.
Why should I pay for those 7-8 days when you failed to provide service. Also, when u request for call back from senior executives, they literally FORGET (been more than 25 days in my case).
I was told, I wont be charged for these days (VERBALLY) but again no action so far?
