Since two days I have been calling constantly to the person assigned to assist me. for the new password.I got the SMS that he will be assisting me for proper installation. I was promised by the guy who came to my home to install the kit that everything will be activated on the same day.It has been really a frustrating experience.. I have been calling for almost several times throughout the day. The guy is always delaying by telling some stuffs to get away with it.Now he is not even taking calls from me. They have promised me that it will be done within the same day.

      Hi, I have been using this I'd for more than 2 year... At the time of registration the registered number and email I'd was filled by the agent. I have been trying to get the connection disconnect however they are not removing the connection I have submitted 8 request by now. Was forced to use it as they were not removing it and were generating bill. Now not able to use it since 19 April 2015. Please remove it have already paid 1761 however didn't used it but no issue remove this connection. I would take this further as this is beyond my level of bearing. User id [protected].         Oh WOW !! I don't have the word to describe the kind of services provided by the company. But the nearest word I am able to find is "WORST & NIGHTMARE". My connection was never working properly but one day it just stopped working so i lodged a complain by calling on toll number since toll free number is just for show off . My connection did not work and I followed this process for almost 50 odd times but nothing worked. I tried to find a number of consumer grievance cell but guess what company does not believe making these kind of cells since it cost to the company and it will also defeat the motto of company of looting the customer. Then I lodged a request for closing the connection. I sent a mail to the highest authority of company "Jaykishan"but even he did not reply. Now 2100/- is due over me, it will affect my cibil so i am going to consumer forum.

          My name is manoj, And I have been trying to contact you people regarding the internet connection loss that took place around 4 to 5 days ago I've spoken to around 10-15 executives but none of them solved the issue. If this the kind of support I get I would surely not recommend anyone of the connection, Every time they ask me for my registered mobile number but I cannot call from that because only twice in a week my father stays in town. If this isnt getting resolved I am going to file a case saying irresponsible team and service. Id-[protected] Hopeless company ! If you are reading this please DO NOT INSTALL this Connection!

            Dear sir, I take my new tikona broadband connection through their agent on the date of 29 April 2015/ 6:42pm evening .i take (ADBBM4M600) PLAN in this plan the have to provides me 4 mbps speed but in speed test it shown 2 mbps his engineer told that after few mints it will be 4 mbps automatically. for that i don case payment through tikona engineer he done online . After installation only 40 to 50 min it work proper with 2 mbps speed And discontinue automatically . Day 2nd morning I call his engineer, he came and again start the net but after 30- to -40 min again its not work, again I call him this time the send the new engineer he try to much Chang all the line new system receiver and all but this time its not working . And till date i send the three mail many call for disconnection but know one reply on mail and now their toll free and all no. is not connect to me . i am very depressed . i fill duped helpless . i am ADD the mail ID from which i m mailing and till date not received any reply .               Dear Sir, I've took a new Tikona internet connection on 25th April 2015 and after the very first day there was no Internet connection and signal . I started calling the customer care for help but full week there was no response from them. I was calling the customer care so many times a day and on 1st May 2015 I 've requested a complaint to deactivate my account as I don't want to continue. But from last two days 2nd and 3rd May they are calling and sending messages that the technical issue has been solved.                   Hi Team, I have applied for new Tikona connection on 01-Feb-15. I have made payment of Rs.4900.00 against SoHo plan XAQD4096K. My user id was: [protected] From day 1, I started facing speed issues and Tikona was unable to provide consistent data speed of 4 MBPS as promised in the plan. I have logged multiple complains between 03-Feb-15 to 13-Feb-15. On one of the instance, a Tikona technical person visited us but still the situation was not improved. I have not witnessed any continuous 3 hours window with 4MBPS speed; as per plan. Even after multiple to-fro communication, I was unable to receive promised speed. Finally after having lots of connectivity issues and lost business, I have decided to discontinue my Tikona account on 16-Feb. Tikona officials promised me that they will refund my amount as they were not able to resolve the issue and provide promised service. Then I was taken for a frustrating ride where I was clueless for the refund amount for 2 more months. I multiple times called and connected Tikona customer care to receive refund; Finally I got refund on 20-Apr and to my surprise I got only Rs. 3487.00!!! They have charged me 1400 Rs, just to cover their failure?? I have below points to get answered from Tikona team. 1. On what bases you have charged 1400+ Rs to me? 2. As it was fault from Tikona and YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE promised services. Why do you charge at all for those days? I am expecting a full refund to my account as it was not at all my fault. I have paid you advance amount and that must not be considered as I was trapped. I have lost my business and clients project because of improper connectivity :( This is very disappointing from a company like Tikona. They have very reputed name in the market. I am expecting the refund of remaining amount asap. Let me know in case you need more information on this.

                    Dear Sir, my account id is: [protected] I was using advance rental tikona account and I have paid all my bills till 14th April and before a new billing cycle starts on 15th April, I have requested to close my account multiple times via Emails and calls. However your team doesn't terminate my account and they are charging me for the plan which I am not using anymore. I am getting multiple calls and emails to pay the outstanding amount where as there is no outstanding amount on my account. This is very annoying and disgusting. I am feeling mental torture by this continuous punching with incorrect data. Please help.

                      I am complaining Tikona about the slow internet speed for 6-7 months. 50 % of the time the net is completely down and 40 % of the the time net speed is very poor. My plan is 2 MBPS and most of the time the speed is below 700 kbps. Calling customer care number is not easy. It is always busy. There is a waiting period of atleast 15 min. Many times the call gets disconnected, if we call again some another person takes the call and we need to tell him the entire story again. Call them only if you have atleast 1hr of time. I made atleast 50 complaints by calling customer care and 60-70 emails in 2 months for technical problems. I sent them atleat 7-8 emails from January - 2015 for disconnection of service. Still I am sending them emails and calling them for termination of service. But they are not terminating my connection. Now they started sending me messages and recorded calls to pay the bills of last 2 months. I already told them that I am not going to pay any bills in future. Still they are not taking any action for disconnection. Now, I started thinking to take some legal action against them. I am also expecting that they will send me the same legal notice that they sent to others. I think we all should unite and fight against them together.

                      Tikona customer care informed me that they will provide me waiver only if I continue using their service.
                      And if I proceed with disconnection then they will not provide me waiver.

                        I brought Tikona broadband connection on Sep 2014. My user ID was [protected]. Since the service was very worst I planned to surrender the connection. I enquired about connection surrender procedure with customer care and they said I need to call them on the bill end date and raise request for the same. On 25 Dec 2015 (End of billing date), as per Tikona customer Care's advise, I raised a request to surrender my connection. Request Reference number 1-[protected]. They said in 15 days executive will come and remove the connection. To be on safer side, I unplugged the network wires from the router and I was not using it. They came up telling that I'm accessing the Internet. A person from their team came my home and he itself saw that the network wires were disconnected. I told them clearly that I haven't accessed. No proper response thereafter. One day they said I need to pay 2193 Rs for broadband usage. Got a call from Delhi lawyer stating Tikona filed a case against me. Now I need to pay for what I haven't used. The worst broadband service in India I have ever experienced. I really regret that we have such companies in India.

                          Dear Sir, We are facing almost everyday issue in tikona internet everyday its stopped working ( Frequently connect and Disconnect every day) and our all work is depend on internet.Since one Week its not working. Everyday we used to call to your customer care and they always reply that this is the tower issue which will be rectify within 8 hour. Since 6 month we are getting same excuse from Tikona customer care.. So request you to refund my money which I have already paid . We will find other internet provider because if we cannot use it properly than why we should pay for it. Since the installation nobody came to check whether it is the device issue or not .                             User Id:[protected] It's been just 10 days and I'm already facing lots of problems such as: 1. It takes ages to establish a connection. 2. Last three days there has been no net connection. 3. Speed has been average not what I was promised I have been a proud customer of Bsnl for the past 5 years & I have never faced such problems.you talk about commitment of 6 months advance rental & getting extra benefits.I Would say when you cannot satisfy a customer in his initial stages then how can you expect us trust you.I'm already thinking of switching over to bsnl.See money is not a issue.It's the service that matters for me.

                                User ID: [protected] I ask Tikona why they taking a long period for a small amount Rs. 2097.19. The company saying the refund is under process & it will send me within 20 days. Now the 13 days has been passed & I receive not my refund cheque information yet. This is a cheater company I have never seen it before that the payment by cheque takes 20 days, Now I want my refund amount immediately in one & two days any how you peoples have taken 2 months already & send me the courier details asap for my ready reference.                                   the downloading service is average . but the network gets disconnected after every few minutes . it's happening with my friends too . my user id is [protected] . i complaint more than 10 times and every time they assured me that they will fix the problem . i have paid the subscription charge already so i'm unwilling to change my operator now . i hope for some quick action . thanks, Rupanshu .

                                    By considering the comparatively low subscription and data plan charge I had subscribed ##Tikona## Broadband Connection ADBBM4M800 Plan. Within two hours of installation the speed got deteriorated to such low that unable to load a simple html webpage. The latency was around 3500 to 45000ms. Now it's been more than 4 months they were never able to provide me a stable connection. A horrible experience. If one is lucky he may get 1hr of stable connection in a day. In my case most of the time there's no connection. ABOUT COMPLAINTS: 1. I NEED TO LODGE COMPLAINTS THROUGH MAIL AND PHONE EVERYDAY AND THESE SHAMELESS THIEVES WILL GIVE U AND WINDOW OF 2 TO 24 HRS AND NOTHING CHANGES. THEY WILL GIVE YOU DIFFERENT REASONS EVERY TIME YOU CALL THEM. EITHER ROOFTOP DEVICE ISSUE OR / EXTERNAL NETWORK / DHCP SERVER ISSUE AND MORE. NEVER SEEN SUCH SHAMELESS AND WORTHLESS SERVICE PROVIDER. I WISH TO DRAG THEM TO COURT FOR CHEATING ME FOR SUCH LONG AND KARNATAKA GOVT SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS STEPS AGAINST THESE CHEAP COMPANIES. PLEASE DON'T EVER SUBSCRIBE TO TIKONA IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS INTERNET USER. THEY ARE FOCUSED HOW TO CHEAT AND FOOL THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE.

                                      My internet has not been working say atleast 7-9 days a month. I last lodged a complaint on[protected] and kept calling till[protected] and was given same answer everytime (it take more than 12 minutes to customer care executive, if you call TIKONA) "ma'am some technical fault, it shall get rectified in 8 working hours". Apparently, internet worked only after 72 hours or may be a little more. Again the drama this time, its not working since 4pm[protected], after 3 calls I managed to speak to customer care who told the same "8-working hour" and had no resolution. Why should I pay for those 7-8 days when you failed to provide service. Also, when u request for call back from senior executives, they literally FORGET (been more than 25 days in my case). I was told, I wont be charged for these days (VERBALLY) but again no action so far?

                                        Hi, I had issue with 4mbps Internet connectivity from 22 Jan 2015 to 15 Feb 2015. During the period I had repeated disconnectivity and max speed was always less then 1mbps. After repeated visit of the Engineers the connection was fixed on 15 Feb 2015, they said that this disruption will be compensated in bills. For Feb month bill I received a waiver of Rs 100/- which was totally unacceptable, as the issue dragged for more than half a month. I repeatedly send mail with all details, but they want to earn free money without service. They are making false statement of providing 4mbps connectivity, most of the month my connection is barely 1mbps with repeated dis-connectivity and bad service. TRAI should audit this company for the service they are providing to end user. My SUBID: [protected]
