I, Amitabh Agarwal, have taken Tikona broadband connection having User Id : [protected] under ADBBM2M700 plan w.e.f. 27th September 2014. Mr. Ashish (Mobile No. [protected]) visited my office and explained the details of the plan. It has been informed by him that broadband connection with one user id shall work from the office as well as the residence simultaneously provided separate devices are installed at both the places. As the last date for filing of income tax returns through internet was 30.09.2014 as such I agreed and accepted the plan whereupon a sum of Rs. 3635/- in cash had been handed over to Mr. Ashish on 23.09.2014 on his assurance that the installation shall be completed and the connection will start working by 24.09.2014 so as to enable us to submit the income tax returns within the specified time schedule. With regard to monthly charges it has been informed that under the plan nothing more except the amount already paid shall be required to be paid further till 30.11.2014 and thereafter a sum of Rs 700/- plus tax per month will be payable to Tikona.
Next day at around 10:00 PM Mr. Ashish visited my residence and handed over box of Tikona, adaptors, wires etc. and informed that the installation work will be carried out on 25.09.2014. On 26.09.2014 at around 09:30 PM Mr. Ashish alongwith one person carried out the installation work at my residence and requested that the installation at office will be done at 08:00 AM on 27.09.2014. Nobody came in the morning to carry out the installation of device. In the evening Mr. Ashish informed that the other person has to urgently go out of the town and as such the installation will be carried out after his return. On much persuasion, Mr. Ashish visited my residence at around 9-10 PM and generated a user id and password through my mobile no. [protected] after doing the needful. He informed that the connection has started functioning. As regards installation at office is concerned, it has been assured that the same will positively be carried out by 11:00 AM on the next day.
Since then Mr. Ashish kept on making assurances about installation of device within a short time but all in vein. Even the enquiry about the payment of Rs. 2135/- only as against Rs. 3635/- has been brushed aside by Mr. Ashish on the pretext that a separate SMS message will be delivered by the company shortly. He never visited again and kept on making false assurances. The income tax return had to be filed with the help of separate internet connection.
Bill Number: B[protected] having Bill Date: 15-Nov-2014 have been received wherein a sum of Rs. 471.75 had to be paid on or before 30.11.2014. On failure to get any response from Mr. Ashish I made a contact at toll free no.[protected] wherein it has been informed that a representative will made a visit to collect the bill amount and to resolve the problem. Thereafter Mr. Sachin (Mobile No. [protected]) appeared and demanded the amount. Mr Sachin even talked to Mr. Ashish and made an assurance that the installation shall positively be made within next two days. However Mr. Sachin requested for the payment. Since there was no change except a Rs. 500/- note as such the same was handed over to Mr. Sachin. After expiry of two-three days I received an SMS message from Tikona to the effect that a payment of Rs. 372/- has been made by me. On contacting, Mr. Sachin informed that it is the mistake of his associate Manish and the same will be cured shortly. After ten days it has been informed that the balance payment of Rs. 128/- will automatically be adjusted in the next bill.
Bill Number: B[protected] having Bill Date: 15-Dec-2014 have been received wherein a sum of Rs. 886.27 had to be paid on or before 30.12.2014. Moreover it has been mentioned therein that a payment of Rs. 372/- only has been made as against the previous bill of Rs. 471.75. On repeatedly being cheated I made a contact at toll free no.[protected] wherein it has been informed that the entire matter shall be taken care of and resolved within next two-three days. A reminder was made on 27.12.14 and thereafter on several occasions requests and reminders have been made at the aforesaid toll free number but till date nothing has been done except granting a benefit of Rs. 100/- on 23.12.2014 towards my payments. Nobody even turned up to collect the bill amount not to talk of completing the installation process.
I have narrated the entire sequence of events with a view to apprise the higher officials of Tikona about the workmanship of their employees and to resolve my problem at the earliest.

With regard to certain technical issues I have earlier written an email to the company for which no written communication has been received by me till date. Apart from above, for the last more than two months I have repeated made a complaint at the toll free number with regard to problem faced in getting the login id page of Tikona as well as with regard to poor speed of the broadband connection. Usually at the toll free number it has been assured that the problem will be resolved within a short time and after lapse of time an sms message is dropped at my registered mobile number to the effect that the problem has been resolved but unfortunately the problem still persists and I have to face difficulty in getting the login page as well as in surfing the internet as the connection speed is very very low, at times even less than 94 Kbps although I have taken a plan whereby 2MB speed has been granted by the company. Having no other option this email is being written to resolve the problem at the earliest.

It seems that my connection is tagged with some other user as the usage shown in my account is greater than that used by me. Even after taking into consideration the usage of other person, if any, the total usage shown in my account does not exceed the specified limit of 20-25 GB.
Apart from above, with regard to payment of bill amount it is pointed out that nobody attends my office to collect the payment even after repeated reminders at the toll free number as such kindly ensure that the authorized representative of the company makes his visit at my office to collect the bill amount well within time.
Looking to the various difficulties faced by me since the time of installation of Tikona connection it is very kindly requested that all the problems be resolved at the earliest.

with regard to payment of bill, no body stood there to resolve the problem.
Could I expect to avail proper services from the Company as even after repeated emails and telephonic calls
at Toll Free Numbers for the last from than two months, no satisfactory and proper response has been
received by me from the Company.

pages. Having no other option this email is
being written to resolve the problem at the earliest.

I have sent emails at [protected]@tikona.in on 07.01.2015, 03.03.2015, 16.03.2015 and numerous complaints at Toll Free Number with regard to problems faced by me with regard to the connectivity of Tikona Connection but till date nothing has been done nor any communication has been received at my email.
Several reminders and requests have been made earlier since 23.12.2014, nobody catered to resolve the problem. For the last 10-15 day I was not available in the town as I had to visit Madras and as such could not make any correspondence in this regard during the said period. After returning back and settling my urgent assignments, this email is again forwarded to enlighten the Company and its Officials about the problems faced by me in availing the broadband connection service provided by the Company.
With heavy heart it is once again reiterated that the connectivity problem still persists in getting the login id page of Tikona as well as with regard to poor speed of the broadband connection even after repeated reminders. The technical personnel, who attend my complaint after several reminders, use to return back by informing that the “connection is showing time out error” and as such the technical issued will be resolved by the Company in a short span of time, but all in vein.
Instead of making efforts to rectify the problems faced by me is using the broadband services, to my dismay, the connection has been suspended on account of non- payment of bill amount. Although it has been assured to me earlier at the toll free number that, no amount will be charged as the Company is not able to provide the services.
Could I expect to avail proper services from the Company as even after repeated emails and telephonic calls at Toll Free Numbers for the last more than three months, no satisfactory and proper response has been
received by me from the Company. Several emails have been forwarded to the company but no written communication has been received by me till date.
Having no other option this email is being written to resolve the problem at the earliest. My tikona broadband connection may kindly be disconnected, in case it is not convenient for the company to provide proper service at my destination.
