hello team, my custopmer ID is [protected]. i facing a problem of not gettin the net connection from 9th of march.when i called on customer service they told me sir we have a tower access problem. upto 12th of march u definatley got the net connection back, & they didn't put it as complaint in their system. i didnt get any connection problem is same. again i called and lodge a complaint with complaint no. [protected](given by them on ph.) they assured that your problem will solved tomorrow & our engineer will visit the place. i waited two days bt no body came to resolve this problem. again on next day i called on[protected] they told me sorry sir ur complaint is deleted automatically by our system. again i lodged a complaint (compalint no. : 1-[protected]) & with the floor manager. he said sir your prolem wil be solved on the ver next day. you get the message of the person who is going to visit your place.i get the no of that person(Sivanraj n-[protected]) on 14.04.15, but this man didnt visit the place. i caled on this no many times but it's going busy eveytime & no call back their their from this no. and same anw and same things they are telling me next day next day. but no body is their. again i called on 15.04.15 on the same no. & talk with the floor manager & for that i have to hold approx 25 min. & again that person asured me that sir your problem will be solved by tomorrow(16.04.15) 7 pm. but i m shoecked even after calling again & again they are not taking my problem serusly. till today problem is their with the connection. no net is their. this is effecting many things as i dont have any net coonnection, & no body is visited the palce to solve this problem. along with this for this problem i called then many time, waited for long time on phone. they just put me on hold. many time they cut the call. you cant imagine after waiting a long how it feel when somebody cut the cal. & you still having the problem. many times i tel thme sir please take this problem serusly. i m facing problem because of this. but all go in vain. thay are just mentally harraing me. even today moring i called & they cut the call in the mean while after lisiting my full comlain. i m waisting my money on calls & waisting my time also. i request you please look into this matter giving the utter most importance. as in real i m just frustated with them.

    Hi Team, My Tikona user id is - [protected]. I have raised the request to disconnect my connection in August 2015 by email. They have told me that they will disconnect the connection and their company people will come to collect the device in 72 hours. i have done full payment till august. Till now nobody came to collect the device. And in April their company lawyer called us and asking to pay 1600/- rs to full and final settlement. When i asked why you are charging 1600 when we have paid all the amount.She said you have to pay now and after 15 days this amount will be credited back to your account but i didn't get any amount yet and nobody is answering when i am calling to customer care. Please help me for 1600/- recovery. Regards, Ravi Singh

      My Email to Customer care.. after my request to close connection. HI Team, User ID : [protected], Request Number : 1-[protected] >> Closure I am writing this email to make you aware of the conditions and situations Tikona customers are. I recently took tikona connection around 7th of April, and got a call from your representative for detailed explanation of plan. Though she covered everything but failed to convey very imp point of limitation on number of sessions. Now when i started using it. i got to know i can not use it for more than 2 sessions.(limitation from plan). Now there is where i started my suffering journey. 1 I called tikona customer support and was connected to Technical department. who convey me the message about limitation from plan (which till that point i was not aware of) and redirected me to billing department for further discussion. 2 I spoke to person from billing department who failed to understand my query and keep asking my about issue again and again. and i was later transfer to senior escalation team. 3 I spoke to escalation team who i though understood my issue and gave me COMMITMENT. that they will fix the issue in 2 hours and do asked me how many number of session do i want. to which i replied with minimum 5. 4 I waited to 2 days and called again. was on hold for 15 mins (though i am ok with it). but your billing department kept disconnecting me and i had to call again and again, explaining same situation to 3 different people. * when i asked, Dont you have any complaint number or case number that you can refer to they said no.. (Not sure what kind of service you guys provide to customers if you cant maintain simple database of what customers issues are. How do you even expect to resolve their issues? ) 5 after 4 calls I spoke to Miss Vidya who finally gave me another COMMITMENT that they have escalated this issue and i will get a call from team in an hour (again i doubted how do they do it as you guys dont even maintain any progress of customers issue. ) 6 As per my expectation i did not receive any call and had to call again after couple of days. 7 again same story of your engineers kept disconnecting me and failed to understand my issue so this time i requested to speak to Senior representative. 8 He again gave me COMMITMENT to fix this issue ASAP and wanted me to keep the connection active. I dont understand here. if you can fix this issue why the hell do you have to wait for a week and 100 calls to do so.. SORRY I HAD ENOUGH AND CANT TAKE IT MORE. I want you guys to consider below points to better serve customer and stop harassing them. > DO maintain customers query database and provide us case number whenever customer calls in . This makes things easy to follow up and also we do not have to explain issue hundred times each time we call in. > When you give commitment do fulfil that or else Do not commit. we are ok to here NO instead of being in dark not knowing you guys arent even bother about it. And Last and Most important. > Its your JOB to let customer know about limitations too instead of only Positive points. or else do suggest them to check your web page for more info on limitations.. (we do check that) Please note I will be highlighting this issue on Social media to spread awareness about your services and let people know what they should be ready for.. This is just FYI..       Dear Consumer forum,

      Please let me know if its legit to not to refund customer's Money paid in advance even if customer reject services due to poor conduct and no resolution to issues even after 2 weeks.

      Here my concern is, I received a call from Tikona couple of days ago and They mentioned i will be refunded Money paid 3 months in advance as I am disconnecting their Internet connection. where in When i called in for first time to raise closure request i was told refund will be calculated pro rata basis with number of days connection used.

      Now I received another call saying i wont be refunded, Is it valid? I have a phone call conversation recoded with tikona retention team,
      Who claim they can not refund my money if i wish to close the connection.


      I do not think this is right and if this clause has been added to their agreement it should be change.

      Please advise how can i proceed i need to take strict action against such wrongful terms and believe they should end.

        my id is [protected]. tikona service is even poor than mtnl.despite of complaining so many times, they have not provided a permanent resolution. i am fed up with them because of very very very poor speed.my plan is of 4mbps...but hardly 1 mbps comes and someimes almost neglible .. Also billing is not proper. what they promise dnt do..

          When I installed Tikona broadband I was told that for the 30G package the maximum download speed will be 4mbps and the lowest will be 512kbps. This is also written in the paper. But it's very unfortunate that when I use the internet around 6:30 in the evening after work, it's often 300 plus kbps, and of course, it sometimes goes up, but never gives the feeling that there is something called consistency. The worst part is, evening is the time I have to jump into Skype calls, and apparently, because of the deceptive assurances and their inconsistency I can hardly communicate with my family members. They give you a hotline number which you try and if you find it busy, it says that they will call back, but that's never the case. Whenever you talk to them, certainly with some frustration, the people make you feel that you are the pedantic one. But they never get it that a person, who has come home tired after a long day at office, calls to complain only after having spared his time and that too when he can't take it anymore. I would like to know what legal avenue I can explore to make them more accountable. A disappointed Tikona customer.

            My tikona user id is [protected]. Name:Amrit Kishore EMail:[protected]@gmail.com mob :[protected] I requested tikona for termination of my service on the date feb 1 2015, through email, because before that the customer care officials said that I have to send request to their official mail id.However due to poor service and frequent packet drops I was unable to pay bills.They sent me the mail regarding termination and the attachments are available as snapshots.But the connection was not terminated. Again they have harrassed me by calling from a number [protected] named advocate Karan from Delhi civil court saying that they are going to update my name in the defaulter list and putting a case on me.Again I said him that I had requested for the termination request in the month of February, then he said me to talk to tikona support officials regarding this.I requested him to give me half an hour time to contact.I tried but no online contact was made, neither tikona toll free service number was responding.Also payment was not being processed.I again called back and that fellow conferenced me to a tikona manager named Shivani, she guided me for quick payment through tikona website and then I paid the outstanding amount.She said that I will get the NO Objection Certificate from tikona and service termination. Here the most irritating fact is that I had to pay 400 rupees extra due to non termination.Again I mailed to tikona care with previous forwarded mail for termination but no use .Again they are showing outstanding amount of rupees 732 in my account despite I paid full. Please help in service termination and payment settlement.I don't want to pay more without use..All the related snapshots are attached below.

            Till today dated 20-4-15 from april 15-2015, none of your side communications have been made and neither I am allowed to communicate to billling section through your customer helpline numbers both toll free and tolled .I cleared the pending amount till february and after that I requested for disconnection but you did not act .So I had to pay extra amounts as fine.But despite of several reminders now also you are not going to disconnect the service .And I am not going to pay any extra money and in this regards I am going to file a consumer complain case in the district consumer forum mentioning the consumer harrasment and mentioning the fact that how you call to the customer scaring them of civil court case.I also have that supposed to be advocate number and I am going to impose a case on him also.
            please help me resolving this issue

            The same case here and the same person [protected] Mr. Karan has has contacted me today after addressing the he is from Mumbai High court and even though I told him clearly that rather my own settlement and disconnection request wasn't reported to me he threatened me.
            I'm hold tikona responsible for this and am willing to file a complaint regarding customer harassment.
            I've neither heard any response to my previous mails to tikona customer care. For this very same reason.
            If no response is provided I'm very willing to share this response through out the social media as well as linked in circles.

            Here also same case. I also got call from Mr. Karan ([protected]) but he is from delhi civil court. I think based on location he is shifting. I think we all should contact each other and file case against tikona for mentally harassment. my email ID is ask.[protected]@gmail.com.

              I, Amitabh Agarwal, have taken Tikona broadband connection having User Id : [protected] under ADBBM2M700 plan w.e.f. 27th September 2014. Mr. Ashish (Mobile No. [protected]) visited my office and explained the details of the plan. It has been informed by him that broadband connection with one user id shall work from the office as well as the residence simultaneously provided separate devices are installed at both the places. As the last date for filing of income tax returns through internet was 30.09.2014 as such I agreed and accepted the plan whereupon a sum of Rs. 3635/- in cash had been handed over to Mr. Ashish on 23.09.2014 on his assurance that the installation shall be completed and the connection will start working by 24.09.2014 so as to enable us to submit the income tax returns within the specified time schedule. With regard to monthly charges it has been informed that under the plan nothing more except the amount already paid shall be required to be paid further till 30.11.2014 and thereafter a sum of Rs 700/- plus tax per month will be payable to Tikona. Next day at around 10:00 PM Mr. Ashish visited my residence and handed over box of Tikona, adaptors, wires etc. and informed that the installation work will be carried out on 25.09.2014. On 26.09.2014 at around 09:30 PM Mr. Ashish alongwith one person carried out the installation work at my residence and requested that the installation at office will be done at 08:00 AM on 27.09.2014. Nobody came in the morning to carry out the installation of device. In the evening Mr. Ashish informed that the other person has to urgently go out of the town and as such the installation will be carried out after his return. On much persuasion, Mr. Ashish visited my residence at around 9-10 PM and generated a user id and password through my mobile no. [protected] after doing the needful. He informed that the connection has started functioning. As regards installation at office is concerned, it has been assured that the same will positively be carried out by 11:00 AM on the next day. Since then Mr. Ashish kept on making assurances about installation of device within a short time but all in vein. Even the enquiry about the payment of Rs. 2135/- only as against Rs. 3635/- has been brushed aside by Mr. Ashish on the pretext that a separate SMS message will be delivered by the company shortly. He never visited again and kept on making false assurances. The income tax return had to be filed with the help of separate internet connection. Bill Number: B[protected] having Bill Date: 15-Nov-2014 have been received wherein a sum of Rs. 471.75 had to be paid on or before 30.11.2014. On failure to get any response from Mr. Ashish I made a contact at toll free no.[protected] wherein it has been informed that a representative will made a visit to collect the bill amount and to resolve the problem. Thereafter Mr. Sachin (Mobile No. [protected]) appeared and demanded the amount. Mr Sachin even talked to Mr. Ashish and made an assurance that the installation shall positively be made within next two days. However Mr. Sachin requested for the payment. Since there was no change except a Rs. 500/- note as such the same was handed over to Mr. Sachin. After expiry of two-three days I received an SMS message from Tikona to the effect that a payment of Rs. 372/- has been made by me. On contacting, Mr. Sachin informed that it is the mistake of his associate Manish and the same will be cured shortly. After ten days it has been informed that the balance payment of Rs. 128/- will automatically be adjusted in the next bill. Bill Number: B[protected] having Bill Date: 15-Dec-2014 have been received wherein a sum of Rs. 886.27 had to be paid on or before 30.12.2014. Moreover it has been mentioned therein that a payment of Rs. 372/- only has been made as against the previous bill of Rs. 471.75. On repeatedly being cheated I made a contact at toll free no.[protected] wherein it has been informed that the entire matter shall be taken care of and resolved within next two-three days. A reminder was made on 27.12.14 and thereafter on several occasions requests and reminders have been made at the aforesaid toll free number but till date nothing has been done except granting a benefit of Rs. 100/- on 23.12.2014 towards my payments. Nobody even turned up to collect the bill amount not to talk of completing the installation process. I have narrated the entire sequence of events with a view to apprise the higher officials of Tikona about the workmanship of their employees and to resolve my problem at the earliest.   I, Amitabh Agarwal, have taken Tikona broadband connection having User Id : [protected] under ADBBM2M700 plan. With regard to certain technical issues I have earlier written an email to the company for which no written communication has been received by me till date. Apart from above, for the last more than two months I have repeated made a complaint at the toll free number with regard to problem faced in getting the login id page of Tikona as well as with regard to poor speed of the broadband connection. Usually at the toll free number it has been assured that the problem will be resolved within a short time and after lapse of time an sms message is dropped at my registered mobile number to the effect that the problem has been resolved but unfortunately the problem still persists and I have to face difficulty in getting the login page as well as in surfing the internet as the connection speed is very very low, at times even less than 94 Kbps although I have taken a plan whereby 2MB speed has been granted by the company. Having no other option this email is being written to resolve the problem at the earliest. http://speedtest.tikona.in/ Last Result: Download Speed: 94 kbps (11.8 KB/sec transfer rate) Upload Speed: 459 kbps (57.4 KB/sec transfer rate) Latency: 16 ms 3/3/2015, 5:22:45 PM It seems that my connection is tagged with some other user as the usage shown in my account is greater than that used by me. Even after taking into consideration the usage of other person, if any, the total usage shown in my account does not exceed the specified limit of 20-25 GB. Apart from above, with regard to payment of bill amount it is pointed out that nobody attends my office to collect the payment even after repeated reminders at the toll free number as such kindly ensure that the authorized representative of the company makes his visit at my office to collect the bill amount well within time. Looking to the various difficulties faced by me since the time of installation of Tikona connection it is very kindly requested that all the problems be resolved at the earliest. 16.03.2015 I have sent emails at [protected]@tikona.in on 07.01.2015, 03.03.2015 and numerous complaints at Toll Free Number with regard to problems faced by me with regard to the connectivity of Tikona Connection but till date nothing has been done nor any communication has been received at my email. Even after the aforementioned email and repeated communication and talk at toll free no.[protected] since 23.12.2014 with regard to payment of bill, no body stood there to resolve the problem. Could I expect to avail proper services from the Company as even after repeated emails and telephonic calls at Toll Free Numbers for the last from than two months, no satisfactory and proper response has been received by me from the Company. I, Amitabh Agarwal, have taken Tikona broadband connection having User Id : [protected] under ADBBM2M700 plan. With regard to certain technical issues I have earlier written an email to the company for which no written communication has been received by me till date. Apart from above, for the last more than two months I have repeated made a complaint at the toll free number with regard to problem faced in getting the login id page of Tikona as well as with regard to poor speed of the broadband connection. Sometimes even after lapse of 3-5 hours it become difficult to open these pages. Having no other option this email is being written to resolve the problem at the earliest. It seems that my connection is tagged with some other user as the usage shown in my account is greater than that used by me. Even after taking into consideration the usage of other person, if any, the total usage shown in my account does not exceed the specified limit of 20-25 GB. Apart from above, with regard to payment of bill amount it is pointed out that nobody attends my office to collect the payment even after repeated reminders at the toll free number as such kindly ensure that the authorized representative of the company makes his visit at my office to collect the bill amount well within time. As the connection was not functioning property the bill amount for the period needs to be suitably corrected. Looking to the various difficulties faced by me since the time of installation of Tikona connection it is very kindly requested that all the problems be resolved at the earliest.   15.04.2015 I, Amitabh Agarwal, have taken Tikona broadband connection having User Id : [protected] under ADBBM2M700 plan. I have sent emails at [protected]@tikona.in on 07.01.2015, 03.03.2015, 16.03.2015 and numerous complaints at Toll Free Number with regard to problems faced by me with regard to the connectivity of Tikona Connection but till date nothing has been done nor any communication has been received at my email. Several reminders and requests have been made earlier since 23.12.2014, nobody catered to resolve the problem. For the last 10-15 day I was not available in the town as I had to visit Madras and as such could not make any correspondence in this regard during the said period. After returning back and settling my urgent assignments, this email is again forwarded to enlighten the Company and its Officials about the problems faced by me in availing the broadband connection service provided by the Company. With heavy heart it is once again reiterated that the connectivity problem still persists in getting the login id page of Tikona as well as with regard to poor speed of the broadband connection even after repeated reminders. The technical personnel, who attend my complaint after several reminders, use to return back by informing that the “connection is showing time out error” and as such the technical issued will be resolved by the Company in a short span of time, but all in vein. Instead of making efforts to rectify the problems faced by me is using the broadband services, to my dismay, the connection has been suspended on account of non- payment of bill amount. Although it has been assured to me earlier at the toll free number that, no amount will be charged as the Company is not able to provide the services. Could I expect to avail proper services from the Company as even after repeated emails and telephonic calls at Toll Free Numbers for the last more than three months, no satisfactory and proper response has been received by me from the Company. Several emails have been forwarded to the company but no written communication has been received by me till date. Having no other option this email is being written to resolve the problem at the earliest. My tikona broadband connection may kindly be disconnected, in case it is not convenient for the company to provide proper service at my destination. It seems that my connection is tagged with some other user as the usage shown in my account is greater than that used by me. Even after taking into consideration the usage of other person, if any, the total usage shown in my account does not exceed the specified limit of 20-25 GB. Apart from above, as the connection was not functioning property the bill amount for the period needs to be suitably corrected. Looking to the various difficulties faced by me since the time of installation of Tikona connection it is very kindly requested that all the problems be resolved at the earliest.

                Tikona User Id: [protected] I have called to Tikona customer care to recover their modem asap, but they advise me in 72 hous I will get a mail from Tikona and I have to call to a person to requesting for recover their modem. The 72 hours had passed & no mail & no person has come to recover modem... I ask to Tikona persons why you are doing delay to collect your modem. For its my refund payment is delaying because Tikona are saying the that after recovery to their modem recovery confirmation they will process my refund money request... Please take action why they are doing late...

                  Hi Team, I have no internet connectivity for the past 4 weeks and i raised several complaints and sent several mails Which is of no use. I dint even got a single reply for the emails i sent. Total waste in sending mail to the below mail ID: j.[protected]@tikona.in there is no proper escalation of the request i raised. Daily i spent half an hour talking to the Customer Care but all will give false commitments. There are several incidents in which i was fooled by the false commitments like within 2 hours our senior person will call or within 1 hour issue will be resolved. Very poor service from the tikona services. Apart from these, i am getting payment remainders, calls, sms...but not even a single reply, or single person contacted for the complaints which i have raised.                     I paid my Tikona bill of Rs.1222.48 on 15th Dec 2014 .and asked for the disconnection . last use of the tikona service was 24th Dec 2014, as my billing cycle was 26th to 25th of every month. From that day onwards was getting mails of asking to pay my outstanding balance of Rs.1, 439.73 /- which i never used, so i called tikona customer service and they told me to ignore it as my disconnection was already done. Today on 15th April 2015 i got a call from some person Ankit ([protected]), he called himself as an Advocate of Tikona . He told me that some legal actions are taken due to non payment of your outstanding balance and if not paid within 2 to 3 hrs, you will be called to Maharashtra court in next few days . I told him everything about my billing cycle and all so he took me on conference with some person Aditya Sharma ([protected]), Aditya told me that my last use date of Tikona connection was 17th Feb 2015, i dont know how he was saying that because i had already paid my last bill in december and my last use date was 24th which was before my monthly cycle. I was scared and dont want to come under this court case so i said ok i will pay it, i paid it (Rs. 2292, i dont know how come 1439 became 2292 even without using internet connection) . After payment i called Ankit and told that i paid my full outstanding payment when will i get NOC(which he was telling earlier, after payment he will mail me the NOC from court of Maharashtra) he told that soon you will get to your email id. I wanted to talk to that Aditya also once, i took his phone number from Ankit and called him then i came to know that the phone number was wrong(i dont know whether it was a wrong number of Aditya had suddennly changed his name to Ramesh) and all this was just a fooling process . I was fooled by them . I called again to Ankit, he again took me in conference with Aditya - I told them that I checked my usage session history and my last usage was 24th Dec(badluck i checked this after doing payment :-( ), he dropped of suddenly from that call and then Ankit also dropped of from that call . And since then Ankit is not picking up the call. Just one question to TIKONA - You are not making relationships with your customer you are just fooling them, you know how much difficult is how to earn money ? It really hurts that the money which you have earned by working day night is gone like this. I would request TIKONA of someone who can help, to please get my money back Rs.2292 which i paid to TIKONA bymistake . If they return then TIKONA really builds relationships otherwise i would never recommend TIKONA to anyone and even i would definetely file a police complaint also to this whole thing. One message to people like Ankit and Aditya : I know you people might be getting some money to do these kind of things, because of that only you people are doing these frauds, but you know what there are other works which are better than this, try to be a good man .                           Dear Mr. Nair, I would like to bring this to your attention. I opted for Tikona broadband on[protected]installation date) and on the same day I paid Rs.2135 as 2 month advance plus installation charges. Next day onwards problem started with the connection and I called their customer care to fix the issue after repeated calls only after 7days they sent a support person and he did change a network cable it worked. After couple of days again problem started and after repeated calls to customer care no one showed up to fix the issue even after their remote engineer confirm some problem with rooftop modem/devices. Since the installation I have to call Tikona every other day but no resolution. Within a month of installation I asked Tikona to refund my money and deactivate my connection but even after rep calls they didn't do the needful. When I asked why my disconnection request get completed they blamed me saying you are not reachable on phone when their disconnection team calls casesthey said they will NOT REFUND THE MONEY paid as advance because its not their policy. Somehow after repeated calls and when I asked them if they won't disconnect I will move to consumer forum they did it but that is after 2 months when I myself pulled the plug off. Finally they sent me a email aaking more money Rs 217 else they will file case against me. When I called customer care the executive understood my case but said please pay this small amount and forget "why take tension for this small amount". Though I paid this small amount to them but this is clear cut cheating. They sell the connection where tikona network is not proper asked customer to pay advance and then charging money and threatening with court cases. Today (14-Apr-2015) I got a call from Tikona lawyer for asking more money Rs 679 else he will register a court case. I told him I have already did full and final settlement almost two months back but he did not listened. so I called Tikona care and briefed about the lawyers call, the customer care executive said there is no such case registered/initiated and zero amount outstanding and no need to pay. Then again I called the lawyer but he said he want payment that's it else case will be registered. I asked customer care to please send an email to your lawyer and also copy me but I didn't received any till the time of writing this comment. Now I am calling tikona care and all my calls waiting and getting disconnected after two minutes. Please find the full and final settlement confirmation email below in the mail chain.                             After the connection not working for the last 5-6 mth of last year they sent me a legal notice claiming the connection was working in parts and the bill needed to be paid or else the court non-sense would start..so like a fool I decided to pay the money to end the matter. After this they haven't disconnected my connection?? even after I sent a cancellation msg and informed ppl on the phone they continued to send me bills..I have received a call today again that they have filed a case in court for non-payment. I don't even have the stupid broadband wire of Tikona SCAM company in my house anymore. This company is a complete SCAM, the customer service sucks and the connection hardly works.                               Complain as on 2nd Feb 2015 Problem since: 4+ Weeks Solution : None, pathetic customer care, No response. Requirement: Solve the problem today OR discontinue my connection with refund. Every day since last 4 week i am getting the same response that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours or 8 hours and now today i got 1 hour (4 hours back). This is insane and totally misleading and causing mental harassment. Request your urgent intervention in the above mentioned query. I am tired complaining and no action taken form Tikona now and want compete refund of my money. I was been told that i should move on to some other ISP as tikona uses wireless connection and this problem is going to be persistent by your customer care personal few days back. Please do have some courtesy to reply or even show that you people have i bit of concern about your client. If you are like other people siting at the customer care who do not understand the difference between connectivity issue and speed issue i have attached the screen shot of ping request that I have send to your gateway, please check that. And also i forget to mention that there is no wifi router connected to my computer since 2 days its directly connected to your LAN cable. ________________________________________________________________________________... Complain as on 23rd Feb 2015 Still the problem persist after so many days of continuous complains and email, unnecessary increasing my temper and wasting precious time just to open a web-page, waiting with a hope that one commitment out of so many might get me using the internet continuously at-least for a day or so, i landed up to the situation where i have no hope. I am going to share this review all over the internet and see to it that all the people in my area whom i have given Tikona's reference discontinues the service like me. Technical person came and after very hard work he was not successful in resolving the issue gave me commitment of "Resolving form Transmitting end". After 2 days of continuous call he did't pic my call ! anyways he should not be blamed. - Suddenly i got a email that my problem is resolved without asking me if the problem persist or not !! - Today 14th April 2015 i am having the same issue still not resolved. Even after waiting for 20 minutes your no body hang up to receive at your customer care. If you can not resolve the problem than please state your companies drawback in the reply and just let me go to any other ISP. Even this time i have made my mind to go for National Consumer Helpline and state my issue there if you fail to respond on this issue on urgent notice. Your company product and customer care have harassed me a lot in this respect with false commitments and wrong product even after paying all the monthly bills in full before any deadline as per your companies policies.

                                        Hi, I was using Tikona Internet services from last one year. In December 2014 i have recharged my account with 2000 rs for 1 year's subscription. In very next month i.e. January 2015 i shifted to a new place and placed a request with Tikona to shift the connection. After following up a lot a technician came to my place and declared that its not feasible to have a Tikona connection there at my place. When asking for the refund Tikona guys assured me that with in 15 days i will get my money back. After following up for so long they are denying to refund the money now. Its not my fault if Tikona is not able to provide me the connection. Please help me out to get my money back. Thanks Darpan Sarin
