I have been complaining about poor speed & continuous disconnection in Internet service for last 5 days. No one from the technical team has turned up to check. I have made at-least 10 calls in customer care & their response is the same every time "It will be resolved in 2 hours & if not then a technical person will come to your place". USER ID: [protected] Complain Ref: 1-[protected] & 1-[protected] I have subscribed the connection on 7th April only & within these 20 days my experience has been horrible. I was able to avail the Internet service merely for 10 days. I would not like to continue the service & also claim the refund of my 3 month subscription. I am also putting a complain to state consumer protection office.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They are like this. I have been suffering the same issue from past four months. Such shameless service provider and such liars.
I wish to drag them to the court for cheating me over and over. They even don't disconnect your connection if you request. And if you don't pay the bill they will send you a legal notice with a lump sum amount including late fee interest etc. Please let me know the state consumer protection office is able to fix your issue.

    This is Chandra Shekar. I have subscribed to Tikona internet service as prepaid with ID: [protected].(I made a mistake by paying 6 months rent in advance). Hardly I am able to connect to internet. Called customer care several times(Many times comes Busy)(Many times they ask to swith off and switch on) but no resolution. Still not able to connect to interner. Technically Poor and worst service.

      Hi Tikona, I am literally fed up with the mental harassment from your side. I have already notified the customer care about closing my account from this billing cycle, but I am still being bombarding for imaginary outstanding amount. I had paid my bill in one month advanced and there is no outstanding bills on my name. I tried calling customer care but can't connect even after 15 minutes of waiting. I have sent multiple emails to Customer care. But they ignore my emails and kept me sending bill reminders. Please work on this. -Saurabh

        this is to inform you that i put my tikona id ([protected]) on hold for 2 months because i was not present at my residence and after months on hold i even not login this id at once but you had generate my bill then after i recognise that bill is being generating i request to leave ur tikona service and i return ur device too...

        plz help me for this when i had not use ur service why i pay for that...

          Hi, From 17th April 2015 internet is not working at my home. Called the Tikona customer care number of times with no use. At last they assigned a engineer with mobile number [protected] and when contacted him, he is saying that he is on leave and disconnects the phone. On last Sunday another engineer (Sathish) with mobile number [protected] contacted me and asking me to come and pickup him to my home service. This is rediculous asking the customer to pick them up for service. Even after knowing that customer service from Tikona is very worst I opted to get the new connection and feeling like cheated now within 30 days. Friends don't go for Tikona. Thanks

          Atlast they fixed the connection issue but now I am getting speed of only 100 KBPS. Tikona sucks now. Worst customer service.
          Now I have a new issue with Tikone regarding the billing.

          I got my connection on 25-Mar-2015 and paid Rs. 3371 and they promised that my billing cycle will be 2nd half of the month. In the second month bill they want me to pay Rs. 600 for the period 07-May-2015 to 07-June-2015.

          I am under 1250 plan which means my total bill be around Rs. 1404 including service tax and actually my first two billing amount should be adjusted against the initial amount (Rs. 3371) I had paid.

          So Tikona cheating people with false promise for speed, service and billing amount.

            i cant connect to Internet i have a tenda n3 n150 easy setup router and i have attached my laptop with the lan port firstly they said that they will be no hidden cost... they charge for cliping and router is hidden and for setting the wires engineer took money ... most of the times the network does not come and it shows limited which frustates me .. whenever i want to connect the mobile it show authentication problem and it never comes i just wanted this conssumer complaints site to just warn them that they cannot fool the public of india

              It's been a one and half month the Tikona internet connection is good for nothing, I have raised my complaints several times but the lousy customer support always have an excuse that there is problem in whole delhi and everyone is affeceted than why the hell you are running your company, please shut it down.               Hello Tikona,

              Since you guys are not able to find the issue and what happening with the network connection I am using for worst speed, please see the attached image file which i have taken as a proof that I am not getting a good service which I am paying for.

              I have complained yesterday also that my internet was down for more than 2 hours and slow speed, complaint number marked for same[protected] and in the morning i received a message the problem has been resolved, if problem is resolved than why i am facing the same issue again and again.

              I am paying for 4MBPS speed but I m not getting a good speed of 1MBPS.

                My user id is [protected], i applied for disconnection in the month of January, i paid bill on 24th of jan and didn't use tikona net. Later they collected their devices in month of march . On march 8th i got mail from tikona saying that Full and Final Settlement : Billed Amount payable till (3/8/2015): Rs. 0.00/- ( attached pic of that mail to this complaint ) . Now on 22nd April afternoon i got a call, that person claimed that he ( an advocate ) was calling from delhi court and said a notice has been issued on my name for not paying the bill, overdue of Rs 1251, he said that he will case a file on me if i wont money with in half an hour, then i called for tikona customer care they said there was over bill and when i asked for reason they didn't answer and dropped the call, like this happened twice, on third time when i called and asked for reason that person said the payable amount is zero, but I got a call again asking me to pay the bill else case will be booked on me, at last I paid the due amount they claimed. Here surprising thing is that when i login into tikona site to pay, even their site is showing the payable amount as Rs 1251, really shocked to see that the account haven't been updated since months. I'm preparing for government exams so i just paid even though i haven't use their service as any case would affect me during my interview . I was harassed till i pay that amount, i got virtually blackmailed, felt cheated and highly disappointed the way they behaved. I called them and filed a complaint on 22nd, i didnt get any response from them, i mailed them, again no response. so i called them, now they said that there is no refundable amount, a waver of Rs: 1000 is there and i can use it only if i have tikona connection . How this can be, i paid in cash and they will return in kind, and i paid Rs:1251 not 1000 ? I want my money back.

                I haven't receives any information via call or mail, regarding the status of the complaint that I have filed, I'm not satisfied the way u people handle issue. I want to know my complaint number ... And based on the status of that I'll decide whether to file a case on tikona in consumer court or not .

Jaykrishnan Nair, user id:[protected] name Rohit Joshi Tikon is worst internet service provider company. your technical person is also not provide proper service, from 365 days 150 days my area zone is down so that i can not use internet and customer service is also not good please take my request for disconnection. i talked with "ms Kumari' she was talking so badly with me please cheak the recordings if you have. the person who visited my place he attached SECOND HAND nano device on my place this is too much i just stucked out from TIKON this is worst service provider ever. please improve your service for other users. please reply soon as possible -- Regards,

                      Never ever go for TIKONA internet. Very poor intenet service provider. Even their Sale person of surat Mr. Zarir is also very bad person. He will promise you to solve your compaint in 2hour at the time of purchase. and when you will call him after installation; he will respond you that call to customer care, i have not taken ur money, dont call me again. Very bad person. Zaris is a name of sales person. Beware of this person. Even Company's Customer care department will not provide you compaint ID. Thye will tell you that out system showing that your connection is proper. So we cant provide you compalint ID. Very poor service. Dont buy. If you want to see their service then call me personally.                         Sir, I E.Jayaraman-tikona id [protected] have complined about the non connecting of internet to my system. i have complined to mr. Ravi and also complined to mr.Karthikeyan from chennai base, but non of them have made no effort. i also comolined thro mail to you customer care on 16.04.2015 and the no is 1-[protected]. in this they mentioned that the problem will be solved within 72 hours. But 3times 72 hopurs have passed. but noting has happened. To day also i sent a mail to customer care . but i donot know what they are going to do, So please do something to get connectivity or disconnect the system given to me. i have so many parties to give internet connection. every one is going to give the connection for payment. so why should i beg u for long time. Now clear the problem or disconnect it system to me. Otherwise i am not going to pay to your bill. do some justifications for the complaint's.

                          I lodged a complaint for terminating my internet connection of Tikona in early may, to which they responded on March 23, that my request is accepted and their representative will come and collect their equipments. Since then nobody has come to collect it, and they are sending me the bill thereafter for every month. I haven't used that connection since the beginning of March and have installed a new Internet connection of reliance broadband. Please see to it. Thank you Shubham Goyal [protected]

                          I am also facing similar problem.

                          First, they did not provide any technical support for almost three weeks, and then when I asked for disconnection, they started pestering me with their "customer retention" talks. They continue to raise bills even when the logs show that no data could be consumed and there are complaints logged for the entire span of time.

                          The most interesting part of the entire story is that after I wrote a few emails and argued with the representatives, in order to pacify me they offered a small waiver.

                          Not even a single representative - and i have spoken to more than 10 - was able to justify what are they charging me for when the connection was out o[censored]se for more than 2 months.

                          This company has very poor infrastructure in many locations, and has third party arrangements for various things. Almost always, their billing people pretend that they do not anything and so they are making reminder calls for payment. Interestingly, if a customer asks for someone to be sent for collection of payment, they send a person within a few hours. However, if one asks for a visit by a technical person, they will simply refuse.

                          I am surprised to see the large number of complaints against the unfair practices of tikona, on various portals and web sites. Makes me feel good to see that I am not alone.

                          I think we - the sufferers - need to find a common and permanent solution to this problem.

As i am complaining for more than 10 days for my internet which is not working, it shows limited connectivity from day one i faced problem and i all customer care several times more time 20-25, and each time i have to explain my problem, i receive automated call everyday then i redirected to support person who ask me every time what problem i face(No solution). each and every day i have to explain same thing again and again still no solution in past 10 days only one time engineer visited my place but again without solving my problem. when i get new connection i paid for two and half month in advance and i received my bill in first month itself, i am still not able to understand how your company is running with such support and services, i have asked to remove this connection from my home, each and every time support person ask for one more chance and no solution again. this is complacently not acceptable, i need my money back and want to this connection to be removed from my home.                               Dear Sir/ Madam,

                              I am using Tikona Wifi from Jan 2015. From first day there are lot of issues. I have called Tikona customer care in last 3 month more than 100 times. Every time they say that Engineer visit is assigned.
                              Tikona Engineers have also visited several times but they are not able to resolve this problem.
                              My wifi gets disconnected any time in a day for 2 to 4 hours and again it gets connected by itself. I had discussion with Tikona and according to them there is some issues with Tikona Set up installed at my home and visiting engineer will correct it but it has been never.

                              From last 4 days wifi is not working, I have called tikona customer care several times, every time they says that engineer visit is assigned and till date no engineer has visited my home to resolve this problem.


                              So I request you to look into this and get it resolved. I want to have permanent solution with 24 hour connectivity .

                                  I have a 4mbps data plan...but these days my internet speed isvery slow...and sometimes internet is not working...ive complained many times to change the kit but I think the responsible authoriies are sleeping...why promise high data plans when u cant provideone...highly disappointing with tikona.

                                    The company had taken a long time (2 months) for disconnecting & recovering the modem.


                                    Now they want more 25 days for refunding amount 2097.19 I ask Tikona peoples why they are taking many days for refunding my payment. The amount is already finalized that the above amount will be refunded to customer. So what is reason for doing late. Why not they are refunding my payment immediately... ?????

                                      I had installed Tikona on 31st Mar-15 and on 11th Apr-15 I raised a ticket to deactivate and close my account. I think this short stint of their Service is more than enough to make any customer go mad. I was made to par Rs.1966 before I could use their service and now it has been more than 12 days and no one has come and un installed their equipments. They gave me my connection in 3 hrs and their policy to deactivate the service is 15 working days. Every time I would call their Customer Service, my call will get disconnected and after waiting the queue for lets say 20 mins I may have been lucky enough to speak with them. I didn't have connection for half of the days and when I would have that it was not steady and good. They are extremely unprofessional as now they are asking me to give them some more time. I would never ever recommend Tikona to any one. They are experts when it comes to harrassing their customers.

                                        Tikona Internet customer services is the very very worst services compare to other vendor, I have send a mail to customer care and Mr.J Nair not get any replay from Customer care and Nair, I don't know still he is working on Tikona or any think happened on this company.
