I'm Highly disappointed with Tikona's services. It's so disgusting to see a well-known brand who is just up to making money without any concern for customer satisfaction.

Trust me guys, Tikona is the worst ISP I have ever used(I have been using broadband from past 10 years and have used many ISP).

I'm Facing an Internet problem(Low bandwidth and Several disconnection) from last 3 months and nobody is able to resolve my problem, let me put it in an easy way " Nobody is capable enough to resolve my problem or give me an explanation why there is a problem from last 3months.

In last 3 months, many "Engineers"(I'm not sure if I call them engineers or electricians) have visited my place and done several checks to rectify the problem, but these people act like the Indian government who keep blaming each other for faulty services. Engineers keep saying there is a problem at the main tower end and the "highly skilled Technical Team"(to clarify-I'm being sarcastic here) keep telling me that there is a problem in the device which is installed on my house rooftop. Even the Advance Technical Team is as known as "ATS Team"(I know it sounds like some anti-terrorist squad) is unable to do anything.

Now I don't have any hope in Tikona and have decided to raise this concern to higher authorities. I know as a consumer what my rights are, I will not let any stone unturned.

We are talking about Net Neutrality and providing internet to everyone across India by collaboration with Facebook and Reliance communications but it's so sad to see Broadband providers like Tikona who are just up to making money.

    I am not able to log in to tikona for more than 10 days. The page is not at all opening. I have raised a complaint more than 10 times. Few days before for which I was assigned a engineer . But he didn't came. I have called many times to tikona care but it didn't gave me any resolution. Also I put mail to the concern authority they have also not respond.the worst customer service I ever seen in my life.I called to the people who installed my connection they use un proper words to customers and threatening.due to this problem our business has got impacted.i have recorded all the calls that i have talked to them.Can anyone please advise me what can be done to teach these guys a lesson? as they are not even giving me the legal teams email through which I can send them a legal notice for fraud, harassment and threatening behaviour.       I asked tikona customer care to disconnect the service but inspite of that i used to get bills though i am not using the service since last 4 months and the funny part i am not living in Bangalore any more and one guy called to collect modem and other devices .please disconnect the service .         My name is Arna Roy, Tikona id: [protected]. I had applied for disconnection of Tikona services on 01/04/2015, they said it would be done in 15 working days, today is 22/04/2015 and still they are making promises about how my request will be processed in 24/48 hrs. I am really unhappy with their services and will no longer continue, though I have been a loyal customer for 5 yrs now. Not only have they not processed my request but also sent me an advance bill. I won't be making any such unnecessary payment to these cheats and liars. Please someone help me.

          Hi I am a user of tikona under the id [protected] . I am able to connect to internet during morning hours without any issue. But after 6 pm, the login page of tikona itself is not opening. I tried reaching customer care but the response was always unsatisfied. Raised complaints with them but ended up without any solution.Very much disappointed with tikona service. ph:[protected]

              my id is [protected]. i have raised complaint with tikona so many times that my net is not working well. i am fed up with tikona. Everytime they say that soon the problem will get resolved . Now they have stopped listening to the problem. i am fed up with tikona. .Tikona is worst broadband company. From past month i had been complaining continuously but no resolution yet. my plan is of 750 4mbps but speed hardly comes 1 or 2 mbps. i feel like tikona has cheated me. Also they give timely reminder for payment but for complaint they dont care even. Please help me

              on doing speedtest.tiona speed sometimes comes 3500 and sometimes 2000or 800 or 1000 or even 70 80... its not consistent. from past one month i am facing this issue

                my id is [protected] registered as vineet sachdeva. i am not able to login to tikona .the page is not opening. i have raised a complaint few days before for which i was assigned a engineer visit on 16th april . But he didnt came.. i have called many times to tikona care but it didnt gave me any resolution. Also i called the engineer many times which they have assigned to me but he just dont pick up the phone. i have called so many times to everyone mailed also but no avail. i am a new user and from start of the day its not working well.., now it is not even working. i am fed up with tikona. I gave 2809 ruppees as payment which i think this company has eaten up .

                  Disconnection of Internet connection: [protected]
                  I have raised multiple requests to Tikona. I called tikona 3 times and chatted with Tikona chat support.

                  I also sent 3 emails to stop internet connection. However, they want to know reason for disconnection and want to upgrade my plans. Upgrade plans is the worst in Tikona.

                  I have already opted for another service provider and still Tikona wants me to continue with dual Internet connection. Is this fair?

                  They are giving me a offer of putting my account on hold for one year for rs.1000. Is this a kind of service expected?
                  I want some one to come immediately and remove the Internet connection.

                  I am not going to pay a single rupee as I had already paid for installation and rental charges.

                      Tikona had taken money from us without using their service. They cheated us saying that they money is reverted within two minutes it is procedure to follow to disconnecting the service, but after 1 month also they were not reverted the money

                        My name is Rokib hasan from Mumbai. i got a legal call from tikona to pay the overdue bill or face the consequences . After paying the bill of December 2014 . i have requested them to discontinue their service as i don't want it anymore . they discontented the connection. but after that they sent me a bill every month. in January 2015 i sent them a email regarding my disconnection of the service ask them not to send me the bills. but i haven't got any response . i also called the customer care & they apologised me for sending the mail & asked me to ignore it . but now they have sent me the legal notice that i have to pay the bill of 2000 rs of January & February month. why will i pay the bill as i am not using their service from December 2014. i am attaching a copy of the mail which i have sent in January regarding disconnection of the service.

                          I see that I am getting more bill amount than the my bill plan Query1 : It was requested to Tikona to waive off sum of Rupees 200 on the bill because of technical problems and got confirmation that the amount will be waived off. I see it is not done. It is getting carried over to every next bill Query2: Late amount fee shows Rs 100. And we have not delayed the bill payment. Even this should be deducted from the bill which is got in April. The bill shows Previous dues: 1165.45( From this Rs.200 is waived off because of Technical problems in Internet and the bill paid is Rs 915 As per customer care guidance). Then why again same amount is reflecting in the bill as Previous dues? Current Bill amount shows Rs.833 . including late fees. Why this?

                            We are yours customer from last 4 years (from the beginning of TIKONA in RAIPUR CITY) We are using the following connections here with the details below- *BAN[protected] TID-[protected] *BAN[protected] TID-[protected] *BAN[protected] TID-[protected] *BAN[protected] TID-[protected] We are facing a lot of difficulties from almost a year on modem, net connectivity & services. As you know that we have 4 connections but only one of them running little bit well(with minimum problem), we are using TIKONA Connection in ours 3 different premises in same area(Gudhiyari Raipur) one of them is not working from last 6 months and one of them is not working from last 48 days. There was never such worst experience with us, as now with TEAM TIKONA what we are facing right now. We are badly disappointed and dissatisfied from yours service & communication with all of yours executives. We tired to make communicate th. mail/phone and made complains at your costumers cell, even they don't entertain us completely till ours problem solves, yours local technician don't pick our calls either. Yours one of technical boy visited day before yestarday (mr.vikash chandrakar mo-[protected]) once he start the net, but now still we are facing the net connection problem. We think at current time TIKONA is unable to provide good service k our area. "Right now nothing worth more continuing with your poor services, if this non-cooperative attitude continue" One thing we would like to make in yours knowledge that yestarday we had very wierd conversation with yours one of executive (madam akansha) very rude and unproffesional behaviour done by her, atleast she should know how to tackle with long due customer's. We have file for transferring the broad band from virar to our new residence in mira road. we had placed our request for the transfer in the first week of April but till day no support have been extended by your team. We have been following up with them daily. Everytime we call the customer support they give the assurance that with in 24 hours the issue will be resolved.                                 Hi Tikona Team, Why is the net speed too slow? My download speed has been 400kbps on your speed test and today the download speed on your homepage shows 50kpbs. Is this some kind of joke? For the last 10 days this has been the story & my complaint has been resolved without taking any action. I have to register another complaint now. Please Take necessary action at the earliest & kindly do not force me to disconnect mt relationship with Tikona. I have been a loyal customer & paid my bill promptly.                                     Hi, I am tired of calling customer support every time and reported same complaint several times. I was okay with the service for the past 4 months after a long struggle which I faced with this company few months before but again the issue started. Sometimes connection disconnects frequently. sometimes internet down for days. For example, last Sunday, Internet was down and I came to know that there is an issue in the tower and it will be rectified in 8 hours but again I called customer support twice on Monday and I was able to connect Monday night. That time they said, enginer visit is not required and the issue is in the tower end. Again the problem started on 13th April. I reported the customer care and they said they will arrange an engineer visit but I didn't receive a call but today they are saying that engineer called and I said I will not be available. Again today, I am facing internet issues. They are saying the device is connecting to different towers and that is the reason for frequent disconnection. I heard the same reason a year back. Out of 365 days in a year, I feel like atleast 50 calls I give to customer care. I am not sure how the company is not responding properly for customer complaint. I got some other ISP at my place. I think it is the time to move. I will do the ground work for this. Please correct the problem for time being till I close the connection.                                     I think we should keep a ticket open since i am not getting a permanent solution from Tikona team. It is frustrating. I was having internet issues yesterday night and called up customer care. I got a call back from senior member and he reported that the device at my roof is sometimes connecting to a different server. (some signal issue). I have been hearing this reason more than 2 years.Everytime when I call the customer care they said I will be getting a permanent solution next time. This is what happening for a long time but no satisfaction.
                                    few mins before, I was getting frustrated since my company product site took 5 mins to submit a page. Think about the level of frustration as a customer I have. I called up customer care and came to know that by 7 Am things will be resolved. In another few mins, I lost internet and came to know that there is a problem in the whole chennai zone and will be rectified by 7 AM.

                                    I remember having similar issue few months back and took 1 or 2 days to resolve and there was no proper ETA given by the team which is poor.

                                    I have no idea about the next step to resolve these issues permanently. Very much disappointing.

                                    I tried calling the customer care few mins before as well and came to know that engineers are still working on. I heard it will be resolved in 1 hour. Why a proper Estimated time is not given to the customer? I need to continue my work tonight so I need internet by 7:00 PM tonight. Please take necessary action on this.

                                    Yesterday night there was a frequent disconnection. I have given calls to customer care and they give an estimated time as 10 hours and promised that I will get a permanent solution.

                                    I don't know the meaning for the word permanent solution. With in this month, I have given calls to customer care more than 20 times, spoken to senior resources 3 to 4 times. Escalated the issue to customer support head twice.

                                    I don;t think, just enabling the internet when the user complaints is a permanent solution. There should be a root cause for this and the reason for the root issue need to be addresed and fixed.

                                    I lost my hope that I will be satisfied.

                                    There was an engineer visit today and changed the device. Issue is not yet resolved. There is a signal lose. Every 10 to 15 mins, connection disconnects. I called the customer support and they said their internal port itself down and they can't check backend connectivity today. This is crazy.

                                    Yesterday I spoke to a senior engineer and he said issue will be permanently resolved but it is not.

                                    I think, it is better to stay away from Tiokna and not recommend to any one

                                    Tikona is wasting time in sending engineer for the issues which can't be resolved by engineers.

                                    If anyone can help on how to resolve this issue then it will be great.

                                    I need the contact information of the person who is incharge for chennai zone. Please provide.

                                    There is a limit for tolerance. More than a week continuosly there is an issue in the internet service which has been reported to customer care by making more than 50 calls till now.

                                    Engineer visit has been arranged 2 days before but didn't help. Situation is becoming worst. I have been highlighting in the call every day that I have been complaining about internet issues more than 1 1/2 year but not getting permanent solution.

                                    I never seen such a irresponsible service provided by the company.

                                    I have spoken to two senior resources in the past 2 weeks and they confirmed that the issue will be resolved permanently but it is not. Today it has become worst, Net is disconnecting every 5-10 mins.

                                    I hope you understand how it frustrate the customer when he middle of work.

                                    Please don't create new ticket since there are so many tickets raised by the customer care whenever I called.

                                    Finally after long struggle Tikona area manager visited today and said line of sight is the problem. As for as I know, there is no consutruction made in the line of sight from day 1 usage of Tikona. If line of sight is the problem, why the sales team trying to get the new connection.

                                    I moved out of tikona and sent the email as well talk to them to close the account. I moved out of Tikona due to their poor support and service. There is no proper followup and also ETA for any issue reported by the customer. They usually say it will take 8 hrs or 10 hrs to resolve the problem. sometimes it is resolved immediately or when I was over the call with them, sometimes it takes 3 days to resolve. This is very bad.

                                    I have raised request for waiver since I haven't used proper service last billing cycle and also this cycle till today. Lets see how they see this.

                                    Bye Bye to Tikona with broken heart. They already lost 3 connections including me in my area due to poor support and service.

                                    I am not sure why the engineer visit done again to check the device in my upstairs and to take photos even after termination request sent.

                                    I got an email today from tikona team head. He said that they shall keep the connection live for 10 days and take steps to satisfy me by resolving issue. If I am not satisfied and if CPE is not returned then bill will be raised until it is returned. I don't understand this statement.

                                    Why they are delaying to disconnect even the customer requested to close the account on 4th June.

                                    Please send the details of final settlement including last month bill and close the account by collecting all equipments ASAP.

                                    Please reopen this complaint. I have requested to disconnect the Tikona connection on 4th June 2015. My user id is [protected]. Only after disconnection request, there were so many calls. They tried to convience me and I told them that I am not interested to stick with Tikona.

                                    I haven't paid the May month bill since I have asked them to recheck the bill since the service provided by them in May was very poor and many days, Connection was not there.

                                    I told them to collect all the devices from my home and send the final bill to settle. More than 25 days, they are still saying that the request is still processing. I am not sure why it is taking such a long time and today they sent bill for June as well. now hte bill amount of mine is doubled.

                                    Why are they sending automated bill for the customer who is not using the connection.

                                    I heard lots of similar complaints from end user. Even my neighbour also suffered like the same. He is also keep getting bills.

                                    I need some help to resolve this ASAP.

                                    There is a facebook page for the complaints on this company. I think, everyone should aware of this company and think deeply before taking internet connection from this company.

                                    Even after getting the conformation email for the discontinuation of internet still the company charges the monthly rent They also tell that police will call and take action if bill is not paid... Never ever use the TICONA service

                                      I am having Tikona Internet connection at my office since last 2 Months. We have been facing issues for connection issues since last 1.5 months itself. Every single day or within couple of days we have to call and have to resolve the issue, I personally called so many times and asked to resolve and cancel the same but everytime the executives saying please give us some time it would get resolved in next few hours thats it. So in total almost few hours of lose we have to face its big lose to my Company and Work as well.

                                      What the hell gentle reminder, ... Can you check still I have to call Tikona everyday seriously you guys never understand the business needs.

                                      I lost my clients and now you, Here the funny thing is I have called up Customer service again today and they said they dont have more complaints in this Month and they treats every complain as first time... within 30 days I called a5+ times to Tikona and everytime we will resolve the issues.

                                      Today I have been asked that one of the Sr. person would be get in touch to me within 30 Mints, I have call record with me, and then still more than 2 hrs no one have called up.

                                      This is very very ridiculous, now get me all my money back and lost which ever has been made due to Tikona thats it.

                                        We recently bought a tikona connection. and till date the line drops frequently. It suddenly stop for entire day. and this happened within a week after we got it installed. Surprising the company sent a message that for any complaints please call our rep some guy called mustafa from crystal computers. after frequent calls that the connection is not working he threatened to come home with few people and teach us not to complaint. What kind of behaviour is this? the company is recruiting hooligans and gundas to service the customers. Finally after 15 days the company sent their engineers to rectify the problem and they gave a feedback that its a network problem and that the line is dropping from the company's end. In the earlier stage we were asked to change the router saying that the router that you bought is not working (keeping in mind that the engineers did not even know how to check the router workings) and we are still facing the same problem of line dropping for entire days due to which our business has got impacted. and with innumerable mails to customer care they are not responding. Can anyone please advise me what can be done to teach these guys a lesson? as they are not even giving me the legal teams email through which i can send them a legal notice for fraud, harassment and threatening behaviour.
