slow/bad internet connection

Still getting calls from So called Advocates

Worst Customer Care/Technical Support and service

I have no words to explain service and support from Tikona, Worst is a small word for them... Now what happens with me I applied for BB connection on 29 th March 2015 and same is activated within day, Then it worked fine for 3 days after that problem started and i contact customer care and it takes me 15 minutes to reach technical support and i explained them the problem and they assured me that Engineer will visit to your premises...

connection not started

Disconnection of my account

I have send disconnection request to tikona on dt. 19 March 2015 vide request no. 1-[protected] & refund my advance payment.But till date they are not willing to disconnect my connection. In this company no one is hearing. They speak to you that in 48 hours we will process your request but couples of hours had spend but the situation is as it is.They willing not to disconnect this connection. Not taking request for cancellation

pathetic speed and service
