Hi Team, This is regarding our Wi-Fi Network Tikona. We are facing issues from around 3-4 months. We have to call them daily before using the network to check it once. Now when we dont want to use their service anymore, we had requested for disconnection on 15th March but they are not disconnecting it. We had call them around 20-25 times. Sir, i was using tikona broadband service for 2 years and they never gave service they shows on paper, and for some months it was worst experience with tikona service, then I decided to closed the service after giving them 2 more times for repair thier service.I said them to cclose service but they didnt do it for 1 month or more. I am using tikona services for years. My plans last date is 15 April and i want to cancel my connection for which i called customer care to place a request for cancellation.
