User ID: [protected] We had taken connection on Jan 4th 2015. Before taking the connection we asked for feasibility check. They told we get good network in the area we stay. After using the services for two weeks, we started facing speed issues. When we raised this concern to customer care they asked for 24 hours time. Everyday we called them and everyday they asked 24 hours time. Finally in the Feb month end, without our consent they disconnected our connection. When we asked they said it is not feasible in the area we stay. When we questioned why did not they tell before giving connection, they easily said ' sorry for the inconvinience caused '. We have paid 2300 advance rental for 3 months and 500 for installation.But we used services for only 2 weeks. Please get this company closed. I have seen many consumers complaining against Tikona Services.

    Slow speed & frequent disconnection I had taken Tikona connection for 4Mbps plan on 14th of January, 2015. From 15th January I have been complaining about slow speed and frequent disconnections even though the actual tower is just in range of not more than 30 meters. I also forwarded mail to the appellate authority regarding the issue. Each and every time we call or mail they give only one answer that "issue in the device which is installed at rooftop", if Tikona devices are faulty why don't Tikona stop using them. They will ask you to check speed in safe mode, without wifi router and all scrap and at last your problem is not resolved. I have not got proper resolution. Once a Tikona engineer visited to check for the issue and I asked him all the details about the network and tower. I am as system administrator, so i asked every details possible. First of all the tower itself has maximum speed of 11Mbps. Secondly there are more than many customers served from same tower. Now can you please tell me in detail that how can I get 4Mbps speed according to TRAI (80% download and 1/10 upload). I will sue you if my issue doesn't get resolved asap. I would recommend all the proposed Tikona customers to check each and every details in your locality and then buy a connection.     Apoorva you are right. This guys have to be taught a lesson. I am filing a case against them for fraud. Soon will update on this issue. I will need all your support.       I RECEIVED A CALL FROM [protected] SAYING HE IS RANJEET DHILLON FROM TIS HAZARI COURTS DELHI CHAMBER NO. 34. ASKING ME TO SETTEL BILL OUTSIDE THE COURT OTHER WISE IF AM NOT PAYING WITHIN HALF AN HOUR HE WILL FILE A CIBIL CASE ANGAINST ME. THIS IS COMPLETELY A MENTAL HARASHMENT. HOWEVER I HAVE NOT USED THIS CONNECTION FOR WHICH THEY ARE ACKING MONEY. ALSO THEIR SERVICE IS BULL .

        I subscribed Tikona internet in Ahmedabad. My customer no is [protected] Plan is 2Mbps unlimited for 6 month subscribed in FEB 2015. What a hell of service by this company. Every week I need to call customer center for connectivity issue, they always says we will solve it in 24 hours, which never happened. Now a days calling customer center not even receiving call after full waiting time. Technical guys confirmed there are some problem in their DP and this is because of huge number of connection agains DP limit. Would like to go for refund instead keeping this useless internet service. Complain Nos: 1-[protected] 1-[protected]

          I have not use this much 2833 MB.But it is showing usage and no ip address is showing.So i think its a techincal problem. If i am not using internet then also its showing the usage.Plz see that its show my regular use of internet. I have done lots of complain but custome care telling is u have used...i think it is a worst tikona internet..so plz dont use this internet...still i am not giving any response to anybuddy...finally i will disconnect the internet...it is a total wastage money and time...

              I have paid for Rs. 15, 000 for leaseline connection based on internet connection speed guarantee given by sales person Dipak(+[protected], He promised me I will get 1MBPS downloading and uploading speed (not bandwidth), I spoke to him 100 times and confirm about the speed or bandwidth he said speed..I also told him suppose I want to download files what speed I get he said 1mbps..I also told him I want to run 8 computers on leaseline is it possible he said yes that is also possible.once I got connection I got 1mbps bandwith (I was told speed) when I checked downloading speed it was 54kbps so definatetly now usable for me and on next day I started sending them complaints and started calling them and explained them my situation, they ignored my complaint and now they sent me Rs. 5200 extra bill which I was not aware of as I have used only 3-4 days and speed sucks so its not usable. Now they filed case against me to pay them Rs. 5200, I am putting screenshot of my 1st email I sent to them when I got welcome email from them and I asked them to cancel the service and refund on 1st day.http://gyazo.com/782fad5a749c57ccd2895b267e065245

              I have called 100 times and my staff must have called 500 times..but still no solution ...billing support has only 1 answer there team will call in 24 hours which I never got it..still I have not received any refund and still they are calling me to pay Rs.5200 more for bill which they generated. I lost Rs. 15000 because of wrong commitment sales person gave me. .

              Still no refund and nothing has been done yet..this is frustrating ...they do not have time to call me...I called 100times and got nothing in response..they do not care about time we spent on calling them and explaining the situation.

              Whenever we call we need to explain them all situation and problem as they do not track records what we have told to earlier support team.

              Joining Tikona Leaseline is worst decision and I am glad that I did paid them full Rs. 65000 which they asked for 1year.

              Tikona sales person do not have understanding of difference between downloading/uploading speed and Bandwidth.

              I have given wrong information and now they are harrasing me .

              I want full refund of Rs. 15000 or I will put this information in all social media websites.

              7th Day today and no action is taken yet.

              almost 1 week is over nothing is done to refund money...tikona leaseline company is real scammer who gives false information to customer and take away money..
              still nothing done from tikona end.. I am just keep calling and their is no response from them... I am worried that I lost Rs. 15000.

                I am Ramesh Chand Meena from Delhi and i have bought a internet connection almost 20 days ago.the connection works properly but after 5 days the net is not connecting and i have called customer care too many times but all the workers give me time to resolve my problem in 2 hors or 8 hours but after 10 days they assign me a technical engineer(Suffered 10 days without internet connection) .then technical says me there is problem in AP(Access Point) but after 3 days the problem is resolved they called me and i replied them positively but the net works only for 3 hours approx then again net is not connecting. They Funded 2810 RS. from me and there service is not even of 1 rs.. I want you to REfund my money or Repair my connection and give me more 10 days on which internet dosn't worked.if you want proof that my net is not working check your database or ask your customer care workers or check there record. i want refund or i will go to Consumer court to refund my Money.                   Hi Team, This is regarding our Wi-Fi Network Tikona. We are facing issues from around 3-4 months. We have to call them daily before using the network to check it once. Now when we dont want to use their service anymore, we had requested for disconnection on 15th March but they are not disconnecting it. We had call them around 20-25 times. They are saying they will drop a mail but no mail has been received. Hearing same thing from last 20days. Could you please take some action. We dont want to pay for it as we are not able to use this network.

                    Its been 10-15 days taking tikona connection, from past 1 week the connection is very slow!( lesser than 2G ), comes to 120kbps ( I have bought 4 mbps connection by the way). I had called the customer care and they said some server issue and they will resolve it in 24 hours. Thank god it got resolved next day. It was last billing day and could not use the rest data due to speed issue. And again it started giving problem evening. now i called the customer care : he asked to restart and re-login. did all the steps he mentioned. he acted as if he cannot hear me and cut the call... Now if I call customer care it says busy and i have no other option.. Bad service ever seen!!!

                      Dear sir, After a long silence I hear any from Tikona who reply my mail. But the issue is stated as same. I call to your customer care to take return your device & refund my money. But THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL SEND ME A FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT MAIL AND THE MAIL WILL TAKE 15 DAYS AND ITS AFTER THEY WILL COLLECT HIS DEVICE AFTER COLLECTING DEVICE IN MORE 30 DAYS THEY WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT. Its means the company will take 2 months. I really fed up this company. If any body is responsible please do his efforts & refund my money immediately. I ask Tikona Company they are taking 2 to 3 months for refunding money is they will refund the money with interest????????????. Please solve this issue immediately not take one or two days. Regards.                         Subscriber-id [protected] My internet connection is terminated 2 months ago, also paid the pending amount. Still I'm getting calls from fake agents (so called Advocates). Now I got call from [protected] (Sandip Sinha) forcing me to pay the bill and was talking about court case. This is serious issue and now I want this should be end here.

                          I have no words to explain service and support from Tikona, Worst is a small word for them... Now what happens with me I applied for BB connection on 29 th March 2015 and same is activated within day, Then it worked fine for 3 days after that problem started and i contact customer care and it takes me 15 minutes to reach technical support and i explained them the problem and they assured me that Engineer will visit to your premises and check ...even i received sms alert that complaint number (1-[protected]) is assigned to our Engineer Mr Promod Kunar having cell number [protected], and i tried myself to contact the engineer but all in vain as this number is incorrect (), I spend hours to contact technical support for resolution again and again but all in vain, now i am totally frustrated with this so i need this connection Terminated and whole of my amount refunded ASAP Total Amount give is :- 2247 User ID :- [protected]

                          Last Night Engineer visited to my premises and replaced the Recieving-box and then Internet worked fine for 4 hours and then again it starts dropping ...(my bandwidth is 4 Mbps but I am receiving 1-1.5 Mbps at present), so please do something or close my connection and refund me my whole amount.

                            Dear sir, After a long silence I hear any from Tikona who reply my mail. But the issue is stated as same. I call to your customer care to take return your device & refund my money. But THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL SEND ME A FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT MAIL AND THE MAIL WILL TAKE 15 DAYS AND ITS AFTER THEY WILL COLLECT HIS DEVICE AFTER COLLECTING DEVICE IN MORE 30 DAYS THEY WILL REFUND THE PAYMENT. Its means the company will take 2 months. I really fed up this company. Please solve this issue immediately not take one or two days. Regards. Mahipal Singh Rautela

                              Sir, i was using tikona broadband service for 2 years and they never gave service they shows on paper, and for some months it was worst experience with tikona service, then I decided to closed the service after giving them 2 more times for repair thier service.I said them to cclose service but they didnt do it for 1 month or more. And were asking for payment. I gave them chance to repair service on condition that they wont demand money untill and unless they will troubleshoot the issue.they agreed, now aftafter 2 month on 9/4/2015 tikona's lawyer called me to intimate about filing a case against me. I said I will go to consumer forum and am writing this.Now suggest me what to do.

                                I have taken the connection, payment also made but the connection not yet started. persons have stopped picking phones. I have getting harnessed as I have paid but still the connection has not yet started. I guess this is bogus co. I am planning to file complaint against the co. I want my refund of the entire money back. please help me out.

                                  Hi I am Poonkundran bearing user id :[protected] and billin account number[protected] I made several request for cancellation of my service from January 2015, Tikona customer rep also talked to me and agreed that i need not pay the bills any more(from January) But i am keep getting bills till now and it is accumulated for a huge sum of money. It seems to me tikona is purposely making this to gain money and cheating people. Please terminate my services as soons as possible. I have paid bills till now though i have not used your service for months. I am getting lot of mental pressure and hurt becuase of this.If you continue sending bills i will have to make legal action.

                                  I terminated tikona service by January 2015, but i keep receiving tikona bills till April and a legal notice saying i have to pay the bill, So i paid all my dues for 4 months without using tikona service and ask them to terminate again. But today i again got a message from tikona saying that my services are activated again, How long are we going to play this game, life long? Please disconnect the service as soon as possible. My user Id : [protected] Name S Poonkundran Bill Acc Number :[protected] BroadBand Users: My sincere advice to broadband users is never fall into the trap of so called fraud tikona, after that you may have to pay the bill whether you use it or not after disconnection also, It is clearly a fraud company. Esiting Users: This is a lesson to you, even if you pay the unused outstanding they continue doing this.                                       I have send disconnection request to tikona on dt. 19 March 2015 vide request no. 1-[protected] & refund my advance payment.But till date they are not willing to disconnect my connection. In this company no one is hearing. They speak to you that in 48 hours we will process your request but couples of hours had spend but the situation is as it is.They willing not to disconnect this connection. If any responsible person is here please help in this matter.

                                      Thanks god after a long time I hear a person from Tikona on customer complaint forum.

                                      Today I call your customer care that they take back the device & refund my money. But your customer care saying that first they will send me a settlement mail and it process time will take 15 days & its after they will return back his device & after one month they will refund my money, its means you peoples will take TWO MONTHS for refunding my money.

                                      I have never seen as money making company who don't willing to hear customer. Now PLEASE TAKE YOUR DEVICE & REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY NOT IN COUPLES DAYS IN ONE & TWO DAYS. IF YOU ARE NOT A MONEY MAKING COMPANY.

                                      I requested to Tikona person who is hearing please solve this issue in one & two days by yourself efforts if you peoples really will to resolve my problem. I dont want verbal help I want your initiate to solve yourself this issue in immediately...

                                        I am using tikona services for years. My plans last date is 15 April and i want to cancel my connection for which i called customer care to place a request for cancellation. There is a very poor response from their side. When i say to them that i want to cancel my conncetion they just disconnect the call. There seems to be no other way of cancelling my connection. I have read stories of other users on net who were harassed by the company when they tried to cancel the connection like not cancelling the service and auto renewing plans and sending bills with interest when users didnt paid the bill and sending threat calls. I am totally afraid that if such things happen with me. And also i need help regarding what should i do to avoid such harrasments. My id is [protected]
