Today I got this Mail Regard Tikona Customer Care. but Sir Tikona Authorized Representative Also Collect Tikona Modem Along With All Accessries. And After Collections. Tikona Customer Care Sent Me These Mail( inside). Sir I Also Complaint Many Time To change Mobile No in my Account Information. But they Not done any changes. i tired to contact tikona customer care. but they not understand my problem.and sir i think Any one Use my Username And Pass for tikona internet. thats why i want to change my mobile no. becoz my mobile number not accurate in tikona information. and sir they call me and harras me. pay 50, 000 and more amount. we said your report to nearest police station etc.

In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, or if returned beyond 7days from the date of this email, the company would charge the subscriber 1500 per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions as penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.

problem form every week n so on gap of 4...5 days...i just complained ...poor internet connection n timeout
problem...due to which...there is irregular connection...its being
very ridiculous n disturbing ...very poor service form
tikona... not expected.. .this.screenshot attached...will request to do correction...as early as possible...
