    My ID:- [protected] I am using tikona around 2months and my plan is 4mbps but never received >1mbps. I register my complaint on tiona customer care around 20-30 times but it gave me no solution. their executives makes me fool by saying (Our Senior will call you). Tikona is worst Internet provider, and Tikona Customer Care is like a tree of lies and fraud. Tikona will be get award for Worst ever expedience.

      To whomsoever it may concern Subject: Download speed issue. This is with regards to username: [protected] and I am under the plan Rate Plan: ADBBM4M750 However, I have being facing issue with respect to Download speed. The desired download speed is 350-400Kbps as per internet stds. However, I am not even getting 50% of it. I have tried speaking to customer care executive and I haven’t received a favorable response. The representative with whom I have interacted is Mr.Sameer Dagre. I have tried connecting through the LAN cable even with this solution of bypass, I am unable to get the desired speed. I am very disappointed by the kind of after sales service given by TIKONA and would look at your co-operation and support to seek a resolution. I am hoping and looking forward to an early revertal and solution in this regard.

        hi im abhijeet acharjya from ghaziabad, indirapuram, im not able to properly use my tikona internet from last 2 months frequently, i have a routine now to call customer care day and night again and again but they are not solving the issue i complained everyday from last 2 months talked to senior persons also, worst network tikona is providing, in every 2-3 hrs network issue is there, technical person once visited that time it was working fairly he came and closed the complain and after 2 hrs again problem came, i called him he said "ab mai kya karu tikona ko call karo, mera complain close ho gaya h, ab mai apke ghar din raat nhi na baitha reh sakta"and said rudely. Tikona is fooling people by taking advance rental and providing worsed network afterwards, so the customer may not disconnect, i took the decision to finally loss my money and disconnect the net, but i was surprised after i read many complains against tikona that after disconnections fake money recovery is being asked to pay, if not there will be legal actions can be taken, people said in the forum, i read, fake person is calling from tikona and asking for huge amt. im not understanding the point, when tikona ask for full amt. at the time of installation and rental is also advance so how can be outstanding amt. is pending. People also said they even returned the equipment back to tikona fake agents which they have purchased at the time of installation then also fake persons are calling from tikona asking for outstanding amt, and complain is not only from delhi ncr it is being circulated from different cities same problem from different cities, so i again stepping back because i dont want to be involve in any trap.           Hi, Tikona is worst internet provider, and Tikona Customer Care is like a tree of lies and fraud. Tikona will be get award for Worst ever expedience. Customer Care On 29-03-15 i have longed a complaint in Tikona regarding internet connectivity issue, Tikona Customer Care confirm me that issue will resolve in 2 hours. After two hours i got an SMS that it will take around 8 hours to resolve the issue. Now even after 8 days i am facing same issue, but every time i call in Tikona Customer Care they insure me that issue will resolve in 2 hours.             I took tikona internet connection on 10-Mar-2015, right from day 1 I faced problems on network disconnection. I called the persons who installed to address the issue but they did not bother to pick up my phone call, this happened for 3 days. Later through Tikona customer care a technical person came and he said my area is not feasible for internet connection and connection was given for business purposes by the sales team and before that my area was not checked for feasibility also. I immediately booked a disconnection request stating the same problem as told by technical person but till now my issue is not solved or I did not get a email for disconnection. When I called customer care to know the status I am given false promises that issue will be solved today or tomorrow. Kindly help in addressing my issue. Below are list of names of tikona staffs : 1. Maniandan -[protected], the sales person who provided fault connection 2. Praveen - [protected], the technical person who confirmed my area is not feasibe 3. Palani- [protected], the sales person who kept giving false promises about disconnection. Apart from them Mr.Krishnan a Higher Official from Mumbai who was undertaking this issue but he too did not help. My customer id : [protected] Registered Email id : bharani.[protected]@wipro.com My registered Mobile no with Tikona : [protected](Call me to [protected]) My address(Area that is not feasible) A 11 Rams Apartment No -7 Panchayat Main Road Perungudi, Chennai feasibai-600096 Also now I have taken a new internet connection-AIRTEL, I have no plans of taking Tikona again.               Tikona Id-[protected] I have disconnected my connection (due to worse speed and poor service, wrong bill amount) last year Nov 2014 and paid my all due balance along with extra amount of about Rs 1200.After all settlement they have not returned my money yet.I have called and email number of times but not getting any response.I am still waiting for my money.Prior to bill payment i always has been suffered from wrong Bill amount, Harassment through phone call, Not processing disconnection Request, after disconnecting sending bills. There are below reason you should have go through before taking Tikona Connection.                 I have tikona connection with 4MBPS plan. My most of time goes into complaining about the poor speed. I hardly receive full 4MBPS or near to 4MBPS internet speed. I have filed lot of complaints since I have taken the connection on 17/03/15. There are solving the problem only for few hours and then problem starts again. The connection is very pathetic and also their customer service is very poor. I want some permanent solution for my connection.

                  My user id is [protected].I raised a disconnection request on 17th of june. Sent a remainder mail on 20th june. Got a call from admin team asking for reason on june 22, 2014 14:57 hrs. He asked me to give one chance to provide one time resolution and assured technical person will come within 24 hrs.Nobody turned up, so i sent one more mail on 26th of june.they raised it as new complaint, over phone call and mail followed up with them till july 4, 2014. It got disconnected finally on july 14. I called customer care and asked for waiver since they closed my complaint without my concern and i didnt use except last 4 days before disconnection and they took new request each time.when i ask waive for old bill they added next month bill along with this. Bill no is B[protected] got a final bill as 2339 that includes((From15-Jul-2014 to 14-Aug-2014 ). disconnection happened on 14th july, . Though i got pop mesage saying connection got disconncted on jul14 th which i confirmed with them over call, they sent termination mail on july 16. customer care didnt provide solution and now got 2 demand notices. Am getting calls saying thy are calling from delhi court.. i dont have intention to default this bill. check my usage provide proper waive for the bill from jun16-jul15 and remove jul16-aug15 bill. If i get a call again will put case on consumer court. I have all the mail and bills. When you reply for this do mention the reasons instead of asking for contact no. Let whole world get to know about you.

                      I have called so many times to customer care, all the time i get the same respose that your request is under processing...their confirmation call also came..but after that also the bill got generated. My request no is:-1-[protected]..even escallation no was provided to me after so many call and wastage of time.. escallation no:-1-[protected]... I want simple answer why full and final mail is not provided to me even after 1 months from the rejection request. Also the customer care executive do not provide the correct information..                         I Mr. Tushar P Dalal (Tikona User ID : [protected]) had changed my plan in Dec '14 from postpaid to prepaid plan & had cleared all the bill amount as suggested by Customer Care Executive inclusive of one month's advanced bill amount for prepaid plan. But Jan '14 month's bill came with dues of Rs.260 /- when I tried to understand the reason from Customer Care I am always getting a answer that concerned department will call you back whereas till date I have never got clarification about the same. The bill which Tikona Networks are providing from almost last 1 year doesn't contain clear details on the amount of excess data used, plan details, charges applied on excess data used.Even the charges in the bill are not very clear to understand. I am receiving harassing calls on daily basis from Tikona customer care regarding the due bill amount, but whenever I ask for the clarification on it none of the Customer Care Representatives are unable to provide the requested details. I have also tried to communicate through mails but all efforts in vain.

                          Hi, I have taken connection from tikona in the month of aug and reques made in nov for closure of my account for which tikona took 2 months of time and now they are asking to do payment. Even though i was ready to payment and they said FNF will be done and our guy will come at your residence to collect the modem and accordingly FNF will be done. No one come at my residence to collect the modem and now they are saying that i hve to pay all the amount including modem charges. Need help to get out of this.Please help.

                            I installed device on 13-jan-2015 and on 22-jan-2015 i requested for uninstall due to bad network ( Nearly 3 engineers came to sort out the issue but the network is worst )and on 13-Feb-2015 device was recovered and on the same day i sent an email to them with the attachment copy of the receipt . However i didnt get my refund money back . I paid 2135, But they were saying 500 of installation, 700 for 1 month charge - But i not even used for 1 week and they said I 800 will be refunded but i called customer care nearly 25-20 times in last 2 months to know abt the sts, But there is no proper reply or help from them, Every time they were telling within 24 hrs u will get call or email .. within 4 hrs u will get email but till now (02 -apr -2015 ) i didnt get my money and i am wasting my time .. energy and money with these worst people .Hence kindly help me to get my final settlement at the earliest by taking some actions .

                              Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected]. I have changed my Internet connection to ACT because of speed and I have requested Tikona customer care to disconnect my connection 5 months back. But they were refused and hold it off for a while. And I sent so many mails to disconnect the connection and at last they were disconnected and collected all the accessories from me 1 month back. But after 1 month, they sent a bill for INR 202.00, I replied mail that I won't pay because you guys refused and hold it for a while and that's your mistake so I don't want to pay the amount for your mistakes. But there was no response except auto reply from Tikona. Again today I received a mail from them says Demand Notice.

                                Hello Sir, Today I got this Mail Regard Tikona Customer Care. but Sir Tikona Authorized Representative Also Collect Tikona Modem Along With All Accessries. And After Collections. Tikona Customer Care Sent Me These Mail( inside). Sir I Also Complaint Many Time To change Mobile No in my Account Information. But they Not done any changes. i tired to contact tikona customer care. but they not understand my problem.and sir i think Any one Use my Username And Pass for tikona internet. thats why i want to change my mobile no. becoz my mobile number not accurate in tikona information. and sir they call me and harras me. pay 50, 000 and more amount. we said your report to nearest police station etc. these mail i got today :-------- On Thu, Apr 2, 2015 at 4:32 PM, <Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in> wrote: This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Mr. Manoj Kumar.                                     Customers I'd [protected] sir my connection in last 2 month has worked only 20 days... I have called at least 200 times to your customers care no but ... Engineer visit always assigned after 5-6 days of persistent complaints then he visits after 3-4 days ...it rectify but again get stuck after a week time... U people has not the potential to provide proper internet connection ..my mobile bill has more then my tikona bill ... I am posting this email plus all my call records on all forums... Your senior supervisor mr sooraj ...mr Khandekar...laksmi... Shalini all HV given only false promises... Moreover I haven't been given right deduction in my bill amount... Sir kindly disconnect my connection as tikona hasn't has any potential to provide internet connection as compared to other services providers... I am greatly disappointed and is today applying a notice in my RWA not to take any further connection in my township... Sir tikona is most incompetent... Irresponsible... Insensitive... And poorest service provider... iamaorthopaedic surgeon ...iknow there are tech probs but something u r doing is unethical and unprofessional... i will not pay my further bills and kindly refund last last 2 bill amount...i have complaint this to shipra mall management ghaziabad where your wifi works and said them not to promote an unprofessionalbrand...kindly takeaway your box and refund my amount... forwarding it to all forums jstdial facebook

                                      Hello, This is to inform you that tikona has become the biggest fraud company & I am being harassed by Tikona.I'm getting threat calls for due payments which are completely wrong.On Nov'14, we disconnected all & also returned the modem & paid all dues.We have receipt for both although every month tikona is generating bills against our ID . Even called on tikona customer care & asked to stop the connection if they did not but as per them the connection has been discontinued & if i get any bills related mail or sms then it might be wrong. So now the situation is I'm getting calls from Tees hazari Court asking for payment or they will launch the case against me.Since last 4-5 months we are not using tikona & clear all payments although getting threat calls.This company (Tikona) is the biggest fraud company I have ever seen. I request you all not to pay because you will get the next generated amaunt every month & they are trying to make it as a loop. I will also discuss this to a lawyer & if needed I definitely go to police. Please do not encourage these fraud.                                         Tikona connection is not working for last 7 days .I have called helpline number and sent multiple emails to customer care. Just get automated reply for emails . Customer care executives always reply that it would be resolved in 2hrs or our technical team will contact you or there is a satellite problem or we are escalating the matter .                                         I got a call from Mr.Singh Tikona office delhi today . He didn't provide his employee id and told he doesn't have it as he just joined a month back.

                                        Issue is that he still said that Engineer cannot come today as he is busy and he'll come probably tomorrow. On top of it, he cannot confirm that it will be resolved by tomorrow.

                                        As told earlier, please let me know procedure of refund and cancellation .

                                        Such pathetic service .Please learn from companies like Airtel which resolve issue in a day.

                                        That is the main problem I just get assurity from helpdesk but no followup and resolution .Also concern was raised not on 1st april but 9 days back, please refer email sent to your listed helpdesk id and helpdesk numbers.

                                        One more days is over with your favourite line "We have escalated" . Seriously if escalated issues are not resolved in 9 days the you are the fastest resolution internet providers. Tikona surely doesn't understand meaning of escalation and customer care .

                                        Your Engineer came finally . Now the issue is that he said he cannot resolve it because there is a satellite issue . It cannot be resolved due to satellite position at low height. Not sure which old age technology is being used.

                                        Also adding to that he said it would be taken care by Mumbai team and they would call me to let me know refund procedure. I didn't get any call . Please call me to close this issue.
