I have been asking them to disconnect my connection, since it hasn't been working properly for months now. I call customer care and it never gets answered. In turn they call every month to tell me that I have used their net service and charge me with exorbitant bills, when in truth my router hasn't been working to make any network usage possible. This has been going on for three months now, during which period I haven't used heir connection even once. I have been asking, requesting, begging them to disconnect since November 2014 but till date they haven't. I'm receiving bills every month even when the internet is suspended since last three months.Their service center calls me 10 + times in a day for the bill but the phone never gets answered by their customer service.

I'm sorry i was not able to access this account due to some reasons.

But it good to see at least tikona support is active here.
I'm still getting messages and emails regarding your bills and to top it all ... every time i get a sms from tikona regarding my bill payment its a random new amount. I really don't understand how you guys manage to do that.
I have been requesting your guys to disconnect my connection since oct last year.
Your service people also called me once in 3rd week of feb and spoke to me in a disgusting tone, misbehaved. He told me he was coming the same day to my house to take away the connection and also said that "I should dare not get out of my house that day till he came to my place". That's a brilliant way of talking to the customers who are already super pissed and disgusted by your customer service.
Its been months I haven't used your Internet. Still till date i'm receiving bills. Your billing department has absolutely no clue about what they are charging me. STOP HARASSING THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.

    I have had used Tikona. My last use was in the month of Nov as i had opted for 899 plan and it was monthly bill. My Account was auto renewed and recurring charges is been made on my account, I had made several calls to disconnect never got the compalint nos they the requests is been placed. During the Month AUG and SEP i had called for cancellation of Tikona Connection, Representative started saying pay the outstanding bill for AUG SEP OCT now itself then itself we will disconnect. I paid the bill and extend the services till Nov. Now i dont know from where this 1300 bill is generated. Why these people are calling me from [protected] saying they are calling from Delhi Civil Court. They say jurmana bharo 50000 ki. I want the proper explaination why you people did not disconnect my connection. I dont recide in that place from Nov 23. I dont know where that instrument is gone. I dont stay in bangalore at current. I am in search of job. I want the full bills i have paid, i have not logged into tikona from Nov Last Week, Why the hell bills are generated automatically. i have not opted to pay 3 months bill in advance. Now i need the explaination even i can proceed legally to get the details why should i pay 1300 or so 2000 as explained by some advocate who called me from [protected].

    Unless Tikona gives me reason why my tikona was not cancelled untill then i am not taking responsibility of paying bill 1300/- if you have a software which generates recurring 3 months in advance, with out giving fair opportunity in cancelling the connection also. Bill is generated prior to the billing cycle not giving chance to disconnect and not even agreeing to cancel unless we clear the dues. What the hell is it.?

      user id--[protected] I am using a tikona broadband service and i am fed up from their fraud billings.I started the service from 12 feb-2015 after re-installation at other place and the outstanding bill was paid on 28 Jan 2015.Just 97 was outstanding as late fee charges.At the payment time it was told that the service must be stopped as i did not wanted to use it. After five days i called as said that it was be not be disconnected but will use it after few days as i wanted to relocate on other place within the same city. On 5th i called for re-installation but no one came than i called on 9th than a person came on 12 after several escalations. On 12 after re-installation was done at different place and since the service was not been used from late december 2014. 1> on 12 feb i first used the service with 1200(approx) rupee plan for 3 days. 2> After 3 days i changed the plan to 600 rupee plan(674 approx./mth) on 25 th the bill came (15 days just used---2081.27...means in 15 days i was billed for 3 months usage. As well as i asked the customer support 3 times from 3 different persons that i will be billed from 12 feb or not as it will be used after dec'2014 and as the services where suspended and bill was paid on 28 jan 2015, they said yes you will be billed for just 15 days only. so if i was billed for 15 days the billed would have been just 700 approx. And when they explained me about the bill around 700 was billed from 28 jan 2015 to 12 feb 2015.which i never used. And 600 or 674 approx. was billed for the next month i.e 26 feb to 25 march. and the customer representative told me that its for next month billing cycle. ---->>>>> On 26 feb the connected was suspended due to 2081.27 bill as it was not paid by me. And i was shocked to see the bill. So i thought i can't pay the bill and as service is suspended i will pay when i will have the money within next month as well as it will not be charged again. As i cannot use it. But what happens today is that these fraud company send me another months bill of 674+100=774 as next month bill. But as i told you that 600 or 674 as advance monthly was added for these month previously by the company and also my services where suspended. So how the Bill is generated. In these country i think there is no place for common people. These big companies do whatever they like. if i had studied law i would had dragged them to court for these reasons. Because they money suckers.Making big money from common people hard earned money.

          Name: Jimish Shah User ID - [protected] Complaint number: 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] I am recharge my connection dated 12th February 2015, And 28th February 2015 tikona company declared my location as a non physical location. Tikona inactive my account due to non physical location. After 5 days company reinstall new device at new location and customer care telling me we are not provide any engineer for any technical Issue facing in future. So I am not ready for continued with the company. Second day I am submitted all device CPE to tikona company’s executive and send scan copy to the company. After that company reactive my account for using service. I am already send email to customer care and Appellate Authority Mr. Jaykrishnan Nair. Dated 17th March 2015. At 20th March 2015 I got call from Mr J Nair Desk regarding the Issues. And he was committed for email refund amount email within 72 hours. But till date I am not receive any call or email from tikona company. I am call every day to customer care regarding refund issue but every day I got same answer Please give us 24 hours we will solve your Issue and send refund amount email. I am lodge lots of complaints but till date no receive refund amount email and no receive any call. I am not recommending tikona connection to anyone.

            I have been complaining about the speed and connectivity issue from the past 2 months and no progress has been seen though a engineer had visited after many requests, due this problem I was told not to pay any bill until the issue is resolved and a waiver is applied. But, to my surprise my service has been suspended from yesterday due to non bill payment. The customer service executives are rude at times, there are also sweet ones but none solve any problem. Loss of internet means a loss of bread and butter for me. I am a freelancer and my office is the internet and due to this service by Tikona I had to miss out on some great project and also missed the deadline of one and when I told the customer executive that I will call for cancellation if this continues she replied saying if you do it we won't give you any waiver meaning I will have to pay the bill for the service that they have not provided at all. They act like goons at times. I want a strict action to be taken against them, they make false promises and behave rude to the customers. I request a compensation of whatever is suitable and apt. I want them to deliver what they promise to customers and stop fooling them.

              i am using tikona internet since an year with user id [protected] . i am greatly unsatisfied with their services. when i complain for termination of service they ask for 2500 rupees extra. so i continued their services but they stop my services and sent me a bill of 3400 rupees. now i want to pay that amount and want to terminate my services than their customer care is not picking my phone since a week and sent me a mail for fine of 100 rupees if i pay after 20 march 214. on one side they are not ready to receive the payments and on other hand sending me notifications for fines. their customer care staff also use abusive language and mentally harrashed me. i want to get rid off this service provider and help me in this task.

                User ID : [protected] Request No. : 1-[protected] I have taken tikona 2mbps 30gb plan with two months free subscription. Service was hassle free till two months then on the third month the internet speed was getting slower and sometimes even unable to login on the server. I have raised a complain on 25th feb, there wasn't any proper response. I sent mail to there cs marking ceo as well and the time they have asked me to rectify issue i have given double of time. Now its been 1 month over and i am just paying for what i haven't used. I called their csr to discontinue the service but they are like , just asking to wait further instead of taking my request.

                  I took tikona internet connection, account number is [protected] - I asked them to disconnect it as due to their poor service I lost lot of money during market trading hours. After that they forced me to pay another 3528 for 2 months & continue with their service, but I denied even when they assured me to give 2 months extension & if it doesn't work well then I can withdraw amount. I was given 1 month extension & then they took all the devices etc from my home & eveyrthing is over now . But a month back claims to be Devraj joshi, lawyer from delhi session court & he is from tikona - he was harrasing me to pay bill else 70, 000 is penalty and I will be summon to delhi for the same. I asked for proofs, he denied - then I asked for refund proofs, he told me I will receive it in 2 working days 2700 is refund amount decided by delhi court if I will make payment of 3528. After that everytime I'm calling him he's not picking my call & disconnecting in 1st ring itself. He didn't sent me any proofs & not even amount is refunded. I have contacted tikona many times & same for j.[protected]@tikona.in, now even they have blocked my id & mails are getting bounced back to my id. I was googling about this and found one more similar complaint on grahakseva. Bill amount of RUPEES.580 and RUPEES.20 against collection charges total RUPEES.600 to MR. Deepak naagvanshi on 22nd of this month . As the payment was not handed over by said person hence may not be credited in my account. I am getting payment reminder again and again from your side . I think this is not my fault as I had made payment to that person who suggested by Tikona Customer Care.                       Sir my connection was registered on 7th march and after the installation of tikona they told me to buy a router and they will help me configuration but they do not help me in that and instead of sending an engineering they were doing on the call and every time they do the same things and after 1 2 hours my internet connection gets disconnected through lan as well as through router . Two days back i received a message which is like that they are sending an engineer and i have also received the contact number of the engineer but when i tried calling that engineer he said that he does not get any information regarding the compint. There are many more complaints but firstly i wanted that my internet connection gets started.so please see to it before taking any action from my side.                         I have been requested for Internet Disconnection on 28-fab-2015, but till now I haven't receive any confirmation call, and 2days says that my requested has been closed, how it's possible without information of customer request can close, In between have have call may time for status of Disconnection. While calling to Toll Free No. Customers Executive are disconnecting my calls too. Is this way to provide services to 2-3 years old customer. After 2-3 years if a customer relocation the place or because of personal reason, request for so & so how the customers feel, don't thing like frustrating, and forcing me to suffer like this.                           I was unable to connect to the Internet from 16th March 2015, I called to the customer care on the same day. They said, engineer will visit and fix the issue, so after calling so many times one person is visited on 22th March to my place but unable to resolve the issue and told me that some Area Manager will come and fix the issue but till now there is no call or feedback and I tried to call to the same person but he is not picking up the phone. I called around 15 times in the tikona customer care, every agent is giving me a new solution (Mess) but unable to resolve the issue at the end of the call, they said 100% engineer will visit and resolve the issue but all in vain. Could be please help me, how to get rid of this situation and also told me to how to go to the legal in this issue.

                            Hello I have adopted tikona connection on Jan-2013. It was working fine, but from the last 10-15 days i am facing technical issue with the connection. I registered the complain many times to their customer care number and they assigned me a technician but the technician did not visit my home. I called them again and again and every time they made the same commitment but their technician did not visited. I also tried to call the technician but he is saying that he don?t get any complain from their head office so he can?t visit. Now, when i am trying to call them on their number they are not receiving my phone neither they are replying to my mail.So i would like to request you to please take strict action against Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.

                              Hello Mr/Ms, I am Nandulal, have taken a Tikona Internet connection in Chennai. Have faced many issues with speed and frequent disconnections. After having daily complaints for 7 days continuously and there was no solution to the issues. Then have asked for the disconnection. Tikona informed me by mail that the disconnection will be done 15 days. Now its more than 20 days, till now nothing happened. Instead, I am getting calls to pay the bills. This TIKONA is really very bad ISP. I have decided to fight it back very hard. Best regards, Nandu

                                I bought a new Tikona connection with my name (Bharat Chawla) on 11th Feb 2015 @700 Per Month plan and paid Rupee 2135/- as a advance payment ( Including 2 Month Rent), From the day one, i was not getting the Satisfactory browsing speed and the Internet also stop working intermittently and most of the time it disconnect automatically and take 40 min to get the network back. I also opened a ticket with Tikona customer care #1-[protected], but i never get satisfactory response from customer care even after 48 hours. On 13th Feb 2015, i opened a ticket for Cancellation(1-[protected]) request. Other day when i called to Tikona they has asked me that our engineer will visit your place and if found technical feasibility then we will proceed for the cancellation and process your Money back. Again Tikona opened a new request (1-[protected]) and arranged a engineer visited to my place. Engieer came to my place and he told me that due to technical reason your broadband will not work as expected and after 25 days another person came to my place from Tikona and collected their CPE/Modem as well and same has been acknowledge by Tikona, Today i received an Full & Final email from Tikona as per them its 0 amount. I need an answer why the payable amout is 0. Where is my Adv. Rental money which i paid to Tiknona. I would request please revert my money asap which is approx. 2135 INR.

                                  I have taken Tikona connection a few months back. I have connection issue and called customer care and explained about the issue. They told we will send technical person to check the issue. The technical person who is not qualified just came to residence and wasted my 2 hrs time and went back without solving my issue. I have raised complaints but no response from them. I asked them to raise a request for disconnection, but they are not raising and tell our side is working very well, problem with your device. The biggest challenge is to call their customer care and land up at an approximate time between 15 to 20 minutes but most of the time our calls will be disconnected for no reason.                                     i have paid companies last payment for six month and then after finishing 6 month i stopped their network. three times they confirmed to remove network cable and modem. they removed my cable connection and collected their cable and modem from my house. the system is prepaid base. Now i have taken new service and after two months tikona recovery service informed me to pay 7000bill. they gone in court of delhi and they are pretending like they are calling from court.

                                        I had got tikona installed at my place on 30 Sept. Since then i am facing the problems of frequent disconnection and low speed. I was to shift from my place so i got the connection disconnected on 12 March and the Instruments were picked up from my place on 15 March . Still they have generated an ADVANCE BILL FOR 15 MARCH- 15 APRIL. I have already cleared all my dues. They are not even replying to my mails and now i plan to file a case against them in consumer court if they dont clear the matter. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT TIKONA'S SERVICES ARE THE WORST. DONT GO FOR IT. AND TIKONA;'S CEO AS WELL AS APELLETE AUTHORITY, ARE USELESS PEOPLE. GOOD FOR NOTHING, JUST KNOW HOW TO CHEAT PEOPLE. FUTURE IS NOT BRIGHT FOR YOU TIKONA...
