Regarding Internet Disconnection

I have been requested for Internet Disconnection on 28-fab-2015, but till now I haven't receive any confirmation call, and 2days says that my requested has been closed, how it's possible without information of customer request can close, In between have have call may time for status of Disconnection. Disconnection and payment of balance
