I had got tikona installed at my place on 30 Sept. Since then i am facing the problems of frequent disconnection and low speed. I was to shift from my place so i got the connection disconnected on 12 March and the Instruments were picked up from my place on 15 March . Still they have generated an ADVANCE BILL FOR 15 MARCH- 15 APRIL. I have already cleared all my dues. They are not even replying to my mails and now i plan to file a case against them in consumer court if they dont clear the matter. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT TIKONA'S SERVICES ARE THE WORST. DONT GO FOR IT. AND TIKONA;'S CEO AS WELL AS APELLETE AUTHORITY, ARE USELESS PEOPLE. GOOD FOR NOTHING, JUST KNOW HOW TO CHEAT PEOPLE. FUTURE IS NOT BRIGHT FOR YOU TIKONA...     Tikona is such a fraudulent company. First of all, their services are extremely horrible & I asked for termination of my account on 2nd Feb'15. My bill cycle was from 15th-15th & their representative asked me that the request has been logged & i was told to just turn off the router on 14th Feb so as to prevent bill generation. That's what i did. And for almost a month no one followed up on the disconnection request & after a month a guy came up for collecting the equipments. I handed over everything as is without any damage. All my previous bills are clear, with not even a single penny payable from my end. Astonishingly, a few days back i got the DEMAND NOTICE asking for legal action if 1110/- is not paid within a week! What the hell !! I called them again & after waiting for like 15-20 minutes a guy picks up & on checking at his end, I'm being told that the disconnection usually takes 15 or more days so the bill amount of 1110/- has been generated per the pro-data basis!!! I also got the bill on my email that clearly states 0 MB USAGE !! I sent them numerous emails with regards to this & NOT EVEN A SINGLE RESPONSE from their end. I'm feeling so humiliated & when i call them and ask them to escalate this to the manager or someone senior, in response i hear 'They will also tell you the same thing sir' !!! Man, i'm so so annoyed right now. Right after filing this report, will send this to the Consumer Court also. Please take appropriate action against Tikona. Thank you!

      For the Tikona UID:[protected], the request for disconnection was placed on 28th Feb 2014 and till date no action is taken and it is already past 15 days as per their policy. Almost daily I have called for the disconnection status and they would after FAQ's tell "sorry sir we will disconnect by today / 24hrs). Today I have received a call from Tikona regarding bill payment, and it seems like they have not registered my request / complaint regarding disconnection (as told by the person). I have recorded all the conversions / email and thinking of putting a consumer case / complaint against Tikona for their unprofessional behaviour, bad ethics and harassing behaviour with customer.

        i have just changed my location on 28th of feb and ever since then my inetrnet is not proper some time it wrks and some time it does not working even dey re confused what dey are doing .. since 11thh of march they are saying it will be fixed in 2 hours .. seriously there 2 hours are yet not over and ..even there engg came to my house he had a tea and glass of water and said he can not do any thing as it is not in hands And went back .. i have agained called the tikona executive and they are still saying that will be fixed in two hours and superviouser are also as dumb as executives they say something and do something elese. please help me this company is a cheat and fraud .           I sign up for two year contract with Tikona and paid Rs. 8000 in advance. Internet service connected on January 16th 2015. I was hardly getting connection. I made lots of complaints by phone call and wrote email about very poor connection or no connection at all. When I signed contract I was told within 30 days if I am not happy with service they will give me full refund. As of February 1st week service has been disconnected but so far I haven't received my refund. I made few phone calls about refund some time I was told it will take 30 days. Then I was told by one of senior that they never refund the money. Then all of a sudden I got SMS that they reactivated my service. I denied to have their service but unlawfully they activated the service against my wish. I never ever experienced such a horrible service and misguiding customer. I would suggest to all consumer be careful for signing contract with TIKONA. Contact #[protected]

            Hello, I am Santosh Kunwar form Delhi. I got Tikona broadband (Tikon ID-[protected]) in Feb 9 2015. Every thing was fine speed was awesome and customer care response was also quick. From march 14 Internet service went down I inform that in costomer care thy told that there is problem in your device it will be solved within 4 hours but not solved. Again called they said it will take upto 24 hours but still not solved. This continued till 19 march 2015 now internet is restored but not sure how much time it will continue. Really frustrated from tikona service they don't know how much I lost in these days without internet there is question on my job also. I have not expected this type of negligence from such a huge and reputed company. Hope this will not continue further. (Tikona ID-[protected])

            Now it's 8 days I am facing Internet problem, no it's not secondary Internet policy issue and not simply Internet speed issue most of time connectivity was unable.
            March 19 it seems problem was solved how poor was I the connection exists only few hours and down.
            In these two days hardly 3 hours I was able to use internet.
            Call Tikona custom care but they force me to change plan not to solve problem.
            Please do something you can send a service person customer care person are very irresponsible they only ask for upgrade high speed plan but mostly I am facing connection problem.

              Tikona Internet Service is the worst internet service i have ever experienced.. Customer care is always busy.. No bothers to listen to you query, customer care people say only few lines if they don't what is the solution that has been taught to them.. After so many complaints, mails, no one even replies..               But as per Tikona session log - 102mb used due to base station usage. As I am claiming i have not use this 102MB, it was due to your equipment only.

              As per Jun bill on 7-jun-2015, you are claiming 4666 MB used, which is wrong. Please check my session log.

              And I have raised request for termination due to continues equipment issues on 6th may - 2015

              So 7th May onwards no usage ( only 102MB used by your equipment),
              I need not to pay advance amount was for 7-May to 6-Jun 750/- +tax = 827.87

              Hi Team,

              I was expecting this email 6 month before. After six month you are explaining you policies to me. i was told by the technician that the connection cant be moved as the area is not feasible and i advised same to the Tikona clearly that I want the closure ASAP.

              Please check all my call details and complain numbers. I am not liable to pay anything for this and this has been discussed N number of time with Tikona customer care executives. I see that Tikona took awfully long time (6 month) to close the connection even though I advised in the first month itself to close the connection.

              I called N number of time to close the connection since i was getting emails and messages for billing, however, I was not residing that palace and i never used the internet. Every time i was told that if you do not use internet you wont be charged for.

              I want you guys to check all my call recording and complain number for all the concerns i had raised.

              I need you to answer below questions.

              1. Why the connection was not closed when i advise at the first place?
              2. Why Tikona is coming back to me after more than six month?
              3. Why all the customer care representative did not proceed to close the connection even after i gave clear cut instruction?
              4. Why the customer care team was asking update from me when the technician said that the connection is not available to the areas i moved to. Should not this be updated by the technician to the Tikona team?
              5.Why there is a big communication gap between Tikona customer care and technical team which really gave a lot of pain and created confusion.
              6. why i got the call for payment regularly from Tikona but never got call for the complains i raised to close the connection?
              7. I got call today asking for the same question again after SIX MONTH that you payment is due and your connection will be terminated? I said why I am getting this call even after i gave the instruction to close the connection. Are not the customer care executive are trained proper;y to go back and see the history of particular customer before asking such question?
              8. Why you guys always follow up for payment but never for the resolution or the complain raised by the customer? (This is live example in written)

              I would really like to escalate this issue to the highest level and would like to express my interest with the higher level people at tikona.

              But after few month they continued call me till now for payment and I am student i don't use ATM so i asked them to send all document and i will pay cash to unpredictable tikona .only
              I told them my problem and after that they threatened me and harresment like anything and i told them i did not use anything so plz don't disturb me and several times i send them mail
              But they don't even care also and till now i am ready to pay even not been using also but only cash with all document no online

                  Hi, I have an Tikona connection with customer ID[protected]. My Internet connection is not working properly from 3rd of March. I had to call the technical support team every day and they assure that next day the enigineer will visit my place, but he never turned up for 10 days. Each day when you call the technical support call centre, they used to make me wait for at least 20 minutes asking al stupid questions and i have to explain the whole story again and again. Its an STD number i lost lot of money on these calls also. For 10 days there was no response and on 11th day the service engineer came and fixed the issue. The internet worked for next few days, again for the last 3 days its not working properly. I have raised may complaints and got many promises from the technical support guys, but no engineer turned up so far. Though the internet is not working properly for the last 15 days, they are asking me to pay the bill. I have an 13GB connection where the monthly charge is more than Rs.1100/- for no service Tikona wants me to pay the bill. I think they should rather reimburse my telephone bill as i had to call everyday for 10days that too each call took some 20-30minutes. Tikona is looting money by giving poor service and the customer care is to rude to the customers. They dont consider customers valuable, but think we are their mercy. Regards, Remya

                    I was a User of tikona internet service at Vadgaon Bk, Pune. My user id is was [protected], Due to Bad Internet Connectivity and poor customer service I requested for disconnection of my services. I returned the wires and device back to tikona in a proper working condition. Tikona disconnected my service with a mail dated 17th feb 2015 of Full and final settlement amount for my Bill Account no.[protected] which I needed to pay. The amount was Rs. 208.62/-. Which I paid and got a transaction ID ([protected]TPC[protected] on 13th march 2015 as it was last day for payment of my remaining amount. Few days later I got a call at 9:37 am ( [protected] and [protected]) from a lawyer ( Mr. Mohammad - ) from Delhi court saying that the call is in regards to Non payment of Tikona Bill which is approx. Rs. 1800/- for which company is taking legal action on you. The way the person was talking was as if he was asking Ransom money . I was telling him politely that my full and final settlement amount for my bill is Rs. 208.63/- and have paid it, but the person was not in a position to listen and answer in a proper way, saying that ‘ If I don’t pay u will get a legal notice and legal action will be taken ‘. After this incidence I called tikona customer care twice and still calling them every odd day but no one is answering my Call and im not able to cross the automated answering machine, Atleast a return call was expected from tikona to give a justification on the issue. This shows unethical and unprofessional behavior from tikona people and company and is a sheer Mental Harassment by tikona.                       Hi All, i have raised service deactivation request for Tikona Broadband User-[protected] services from 27-feb-2015 but still services are not being deactivated. Also i have paid in advance, not using their services from past 2 months and cancelling tikona services before next billing cycle which starts after 14 May 2015.                         I am one of your subscriber who has taken Internet connection from Tikona. User ID - [protected] The connection was taken more than 2 weeks back. The engineer came very swiftly, in fact kept on calling me, worked till 10 PM in the night, followed by next days morning even being a Sunday and provided me the connection. He showed me it was working. From next day onwards my connection kept on dropping, in fact it stayed for only 1 or 2 hours in the entire day. Rest time there was no connection. Even the network cable was not blinking. Since then I have been trying to lodge a complaint but no one was interested in my case, I kept on waiting on your helpline for 15 to 20 minutes without resolution every day multiple times. Finally I was successful in lodging a complaint on 13th March. So it took me 12 days to just lodge a complaint. Request number 1-[protected]. The engineer assigned was Mr. Chetan Kumar ([protected]). His number is switched off till date as of now I am writing the email. I kept on repeatedly calling the customer care number, and in the process after a lot of argument they transferred me to two supervisors, Mr. Yashpal Sharma & Mr. Naresh Patil. Somehow your helpdesk guys or your supervisors does nit like coming on to call when asked for even in serious issues. Both the supervisors said we will look into it and ensure engineer visits your place. In the view of this I spend Friday, Saturday & Sunday sitting at home waiting for your engineer. Who never turned up. And still no one has contacted me. I finally contacted the guy who installed my line, number [protected], he talks with me rudely, asks me to call customer care, when I try to explain him the issue he disconnects and never picks up again. Now when I call your customer care number, your automated voice says my call is important to your organization, however, the moment I tell my user id they disconnect my call. I thought it was enough and decided to disconnect my service. So I called customer care again, technical guys says we cannot take disconnection request it will be done by commercial team, and they transfer the call. When they pick up the call they say technical desk will take disconnection request and transfer back the call in the middle when I am talking to him. So bottom line is, I have taken a connection which does not work, and no one is interested in rectifying it. When I try to disconnect it no one allows me that as well. Only one thing is evident out of this, I have paid for two months, so my money is gone. This is fraud, you take money then vanish and don't provide any service and deny all entries. I even asked for local Bangalore address when I can go and talk which also I am denied. Please suggest what do I do? Should I loose all hope and assume that you have stolen my money in the pretext of false promises and look for a new provider? I leave it on you. Thanks & regards, Abhisek Chowdhury

                          I am using this network since two years as i don't have any other options here in my location. Though it is 4MBPS you dont see the speed and most of the times i cant open google.com also. Worst network i have ever seen. If i call customer executive i have to listen only the voice record not the executive. I have to call the number which is chargable. Why the hell every time i have to call customer care?? If i call and complaint only few hours i can see the speed and after the repeats the same. Howmany times we have to call you?? everyday? I am paying for 4MBPS and getting 100kbps sepeed. this is how your dubm network works!

                            My name is NADEEM SAIFI and on 22 november 2014 i have taken TIKONA BROADBAND CONNECTION & took ADBBM2M700 plan(in this plan 2 months advance rental was paid)and paid a sum of Rs. 2135/-. From 24 november 2014 i start complaining about the non working of internet connection. I had complained to customer care of Tikona and i also e-mailed to j.[protected]@tikona.in & also at [protected]@tikona.in but my problem was not resolved. on 19 December 2014 Tikona customer Care called me and told me that they cannot provide internet service to me at my premises so as a result they disconnected the internet connection. On 19 December 2014 my Tikona account was terminated & on 20 December 2014 Tikona roof-top device and other equipments were collected by Sh. Sanjeev Kumar from Tikona device collection team. That as per TIKONA policy “Once you return the CPE, you will receive the final bill which will be generated on the bill cycle date. This bill will cover the full & final amount. If any amount is refundable to you it will be processed and dispatched to your address registered with us in the next 30 working days. You will receive an SMS confirming the refundable amount once the cheque is dispatched”. Now it is more than 60 days passed and i have not received neither any SMS nor any cheque from TIKONA BROADBAND. TIKONA BROADBAND TILL TODAY PAID A SINGLE PENNY TO ME AND I MADE SEVERAL REQUEST TO PAY THE REFUNDABLE AMOUNT BUT I ALWAYS FAILED. REGARDS, NADEEM SAIFI TIKONA USER ID: [protected] PH: [protected]

                                I had been a loyal customer to tikona for 2 years. Despite poor connection issues, I had persisted as I had no alternate service provider in my area. Several complaints of mine were not addressed. One fine day, I had it enough and I decided to close the connection. I sent a mail to customer care. Despite my email, bills continued to be generated and now I have an outstanding amount of around 2500 rs. I dont want to pay this amount for the poor quality of service and the fact that some of this was generated after my request for account termination. I am being threatened for legal action as well.                                 This is regarding Billing Issue
                                with Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd,


                                First Issue:

                                I have took Tikona
                                Internet connection on 11/12/2014. I have made payment of 2135(In advance) Rs it includes two month Net free and
                                Installation charges.The Provider has raised bill again on 19/12/2014. So here
                                before two months he is collecting the amount from me. When I have asked he
                                said it is our company standard as per company rules you have to pay Next month
                                bill (He gave some billing cycle as per billing cycle they are collecting
                                amount). Here during installation charges their representative said two months
                                free, but still they collected next month bill, otherwise they said they will
                                disconnect my service here I thought it is my mistake I have not took any
                                written statement. So I have paid the amount and even tariff also I have
                                changed from 700Rs to 500Rs.
                                Second Issue:
                                The second issue was their connection i.e. Network issue it
                                is not up to the mark. So again I have raised complaint and I have not pay the
                                payment till their resolution, and also I have said I am not going to pay the
                                fine for that. Here they have changed myTariff from 700Rs to 500Rs and they said in future you will not get any network
                                issue. Once they rectify the Problem I have pay the Payment i.e.
                                600Rs; here Provider has issue 565Rs (Including Tax), but 35Rs still he is
                                collecting more from me. When I have asked about this issue they said in the
                                Next bill they will deduct it (35Rs).

                                Third Issue:
                                The network issue again repeats in Next Month (March Month)
                                again I have raised ticket to the Customer care and I have asked them to
                                rectify the problem; but from their end it is delayed and they have not given
                                any service for 15 day in that month. The problem is initially when they are
                                giving service the engineer has not given wire connection he said wire
                                connection is not possible for your compute and he suggested me to purchase
                                router for “Wi-Fi’ connection. Here I have invested extra 700Rs for machine.
                                In the month of March when engineer came to my house he said in the beginning
                                itself they put some fault wire and he has corrected it and time onwards my
                                connection Problem was clear.
                                For the 15 day’s inconvenience service I have asked wave off
                                from the bill. They are agree. In the
                                next month suppose they should generate bill for 15 day’s but they have
                                generated one month bill i.e. 565Rs. When I wrote mail for my concern they have
                                resend new bill i.e. they have deducted only 85Rs from 565Rs but I was
                                expecting 15 day’s wave off and last month 34Rs he has to deduct. But I have
                                not received any response from them so I have decided to disconnect my
                                connecting and I wrote a mail (April 10th).
                                Instead resolving
                                issue they kept my service live and they generate one more month bill in the
                                next cycle (1132.66Rs). Here I wanted inform that each month I am paying one
                                month advance bill and still he is generating and adding extra amount in the
                                bill.
                                Daily I am receiving voice call from different number and
                                two of the members Santosh and Gopal[protected] threating call to me. For
                                this I have already contacted “Chennammana Acchhu kattu Kere Police station”.
                                But they have not took my complaint they suggested me to give customer
                                complaint. Even after informing he has not stopped my service. He plannned to generate one more bill.
                                .
                                Prayer:
                                I request Hon’ble Forum to consider my request and intervene in the above matter to
                                help me in getting my amount refund back which I have given to Provider.
                                I have to get one month bill (700+Tax) from the beginning month + 250 Rs (15
                                day’s he has not given service). I have request Hon’ble Forum to put some
                                penalty for Service Provider for cheating innocent people.


                                Note: I have already put my request in ". Very shortly I am sending my notice to Provider
                                BANGALORE URBAN DISTRICT.

                                    I've wanted to update my Tikona so I visited tikona portal page : https://login.tikona.in/userportal/login.do? Over there were recommended plans : *Our Recommendation to your existing plan – Click Here When I clicked on "Click here" I was sent to following page : https://apps.tikona.in/RPM/RatePlanDetailsAction.do Over there I got 4 recommended plans and so I choose one out of 4. When I selected one option I got a lot of information loaded such as my outstanding charges from previous bill cycle, I agree Click here to check Terms & Conditions, and also Make Payment button. I decided to read terms and conditions by clicking on "Click here to check Terms and Conditions" and I found out there are no Terms and Conditions the page doesn't exist !! http://tikona.in/for-homes-wireless-broadband-termsandconditions-national Tikons is so easily cheating people into accepting terms and conditions when it didn't even exist !! Tikona really needs to take this seriously ... Their service is poor, their website management is poor, they don't answer your calls keep you on hold minimum 15 - 20 minutes and also disconnect call without answering. They will not help you if your Internet is working proper at the time they are testing ... No matter how many times you complaint. Internet has so many interment problems that it's practically hard even to browse Internet ... Only good for downloading. Even while writing this complaint I've to copy paste the content in Notepad .. Coz I don't know while submitting page Internet might not work properly and as a result nothing loads and page goes to blank ... !! TIKONA SUCKS big time and are cheaters and liers and thievs !!

                                      Hi All As i have raised service deactivation request for Tikona Broadband User-[protected] services from 6 march but still services are not deactivated and things doesn't end here, now this month i got bill from tikona as for 6 March 2015 to 6 April 2015 period, At 12th march i called tikona customer care several times and she told you never have to pay for this amount and your F & F will be send to you within 48 hour, and now i am waithing for those 48 hours still not comming. Please close the connection from immediate effect and also send me F&F. BR// Rakesh

                                        I had requested for a connection from Tikona in August 2014. The connection never worked and I requested the customer care to disconnect and asked not to charge my account. Even after several calls, emails, they don't seem to care but sending me notices. Just today I received a notice for legal proceedings. Really? Pls. see the email from my below in the month of Sep 14 and no action was taken on their part but I am being threatened now. This is my email from last year. Instead of considering my request, I am being asked to pay Rs. 3000 without utilizing the services whatsoever and being threateend for legal action? Really? Do you guys have any sense? ------ Kiran Adimatyam <[protected]@gmail.com> 9/21/14 to customercare Guys @ Tikona, I have been getting emails, phone calls on this aspect. I called the customer care (today "again") and mentioned that I did not use the services after Aug 8th and even prior to that (before Aug 8th), it never worked properly. Pls. check your records that I called for repair several times. My question to your company was why would I pay for the services that I never used and you don't allow it to disconnect? Also, the customer rep tells me that the disconnect will happen since I did not pay. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: I HAVE NOT PAID SINCE YOUR SERVICES SINCE THEY NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. YOU ARE NOTING THIS AS NON-PAYMENT AND DISCONNECTING OR SENDING TO COLLECTIONS. I DO NOT AGREE TO THIS. THIS IS YOUR FAULT. IF YOU GUYS SEND THIS TO COLLECTIONS OR MARK MY ACCOUNT AS DELINQUENT, I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST YOUR COMPANY IN THE CONSUMER COURT. I REPEAT, YOUR SERVICES NEVER WORKED AND THAT IS WHY "I" REQUESTED FOR A DISCONNECT. Your customer rep was so rude that he disconnected the call after I asked these same questions. I have mentioned that I am currently out of country and after I come back, if I request for a connection, he said that I have to pay the amount. He also mentioned since I did not use the services from Aug 8th or even prior to that properly, I don't have to pay and I can ignore all the emails or calls regarding payment. I wanted this in writing and he disconnected. Pls. do write to me or I will send these emails to your higher management to sort this out. Don't call me from automated systems. It's not a big issue for me to pay that money. Only issue is how you are handling this case. I demand a response in writing. thanks Kiran [protected]
