I am one of your subscriber who has taken Internet connection from Tikona.

The connection was taken more than 2 weeks back. The engineer came very swiftly, in fact kept on calling me, worked till 10 PM in the night, followed by next days morning even being a Sunday and provided me the connection. He showed me it was working.
From next day onwards my connection kept on dropping, in fact it stayed for only 1 or 2 hours in the entire day. Rest time there was no connection. Even the network cable was not blinking.
Since then I have been trying to lodge a complaint but no one was interested in my case, I kept on waiting on your helpline for 15 to 20 minutes without resolution every day multiple times.
Finally I was successful in lodging a complaint on 13th March. So it took me 12 days to just lodge a complaint. Request number 1-[protected]. The engineer assigned was
Mr. Chetan Kumar ([protected]). His number is switched off till date as of now I am writing the email.
I kept on repeatedly calling the customer care number, and in the process after a lot of argument they transferred me to two supervisors, Mr. Yashpal Sharma & Mr. Naresh Patil. Somehow your helpdesk guys or your supervisors does nit like coming on to call when asked for even in serious issues. Both the supervisors said we will look into it and ensure engineer visits your place.
In the view of this I spend Friday, Saturday & Sunday sitting at home waiting for your engineer. Who never turned up. And still no one has contacted me.
I finally contacted the guy who installed my line, number [protected], he talks with me rudely, asks me to call customer care, when I try to explain him the issue he disconnects and never picks up again.
Now when I call your customer care number, your automated voice says my call is important to your organization, however, the moment I tell my user id they disconnect my call.
I thought it was enough and decided to disconnect my service. So I called customer care again, technical guys says we cannot take disconnection request it will be done by commercial team, and they transfer the call. When they pick up the call they say technical desk will take disconnection request and transfer back the call in the middle when I am talking to him.
So bottom line is, I have taken a connection which does not work, and no one is interested in rectifying it. When I try to disconnect it no one allows me that as well. Only one thing is evident out of this, I have paid for two months, so my money is gone. This is fraud, you take money then vanish and don't provide any service and deny all entries.
I even asked for local Bangalore address when I can go and talk which also I am denied.
Please suggest what do I do? Should I loose all hope and assume that you have stolen my money in the pretext of false promises and look for a new provider? I leave it on you.
