    I have purchase new connection approx 10 days ago but since there i am not getting my desired plan speed which is of 40 mbps everytime it is fluctuating for 10, 15, 20 or 25 mbps if i get download speed then there is very low upload speed by only 5 mbps that i can't do my work properly.
    So after giving my alternate numbers also they havent call me for single time also.
    And i have sended many emails they aren't replying properly so pl help me out i want to disconnect now my connection. And provide me my refund asap

    Dear Tikona,
    After providing alternate number also I am not getting call from your side. Is this your service this is how you harass mentally and play with customers mind.
    If you will delay from your side or you are facing pandemic times it's not my concern I want to disconnect my Broadband connection and I will only consider and will pay charges of that when I sent you 1st mail if you are going to delay like this for 11 months I am not bother for this.

    Hoping for your reply and pl dont send any technical person /Enginner to my home I dont want to keep this further so pl settle my account as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      Please trace my calls as i strongly said that to disconnect the network. After that i did not makee a call to tikona to resume the connection. But they generated the bill of rs.2312 and threatened me to pay the amount in just 30 minutes. If not this happened in 3o mins, my cibil score would get affected. I trusted tikona but they totally disappointed me. Even i addressed the issue through email to tikona but they did not respond. My one one question how you can ask the customer to pay the amount while connection is not active. I need answer for this else i will move this matter into court.

            My tikona service id is [protected]. I have requested them for internet shutdown since march-2020. All bills are paid in advance since i make 3 months advance payment.
            I plugged out the router and modem and they can check at their end there will no data activity on my connection. But they didnt disconnect until after 2 months and then started calling me to pending bills (Rs 1877.89). Then there lawyer called from delhi telling me that they will file a case and i will have to come delhi. So i told her they can come and collect their equipment and you are asking me to pay for data that i haven't used but she insisted me that i pay so i paid.
            I have also sent and email on june-2020 for disconnection. But today as soon as i made the payment they have sent me a message that your account is activated and i am sure they will again bill me. I request please help me to get disconnected.

            Today I received a call from a lawyer saying that she is filing a case against me in Delhi Civil Court on behalf of tikona if I don't pay the bill within next half hour I stop using the connection in April middle due to lockdown I left that rented house and called Tikona people to terminate my connection but they again charged me e send me the bills on the profile which was of 1049 rupees and again added some due of hundred 200 rupees. again in may they generated another bill for next 3 months which was off 1608 rupees so making the total of 1049 rupees plus 1608 rupees total 2657. I have sent them email from another email ID as I not have access to the registered email ID. I have send them a request for termination of my connection. Because they are still gonna auto charge me again on the 14 august for next three months. I have attached email text that I have sent them today. The bill for the The bill for the usage from 15 April 2020 to 14 May 2020 where the consumption was not even 0.02 mb they charged me 1049 and again on the request to close the connection Logan replied no one answered my phone calls their customer service care number is still not active there I am not even able to login to their app. Today they are trying to threaten me with legal actions. Today I have sent email stating to reduce the amount they charged me and terminate my connection.

            I had no access to my email that's why I have sent you the request to stop my services form another email ID- [protected]@gmail.com to stop my services. I have sent you around 5 emails form that email ID and also called several times but no one answered my calls. I also called the guy who installed the connection at my location but he told me that he left the JOB. I sent you mails on 27-April-2020 and 28-June-2020 to stop my services and don't auto recharge my connection. The guy who installed didn't even tell that this gets auto recharge. I called the customer care for around 100 and more times but no one answered my phone calls. I kindly request you to reduce my bill till the day I used you services. I am ready to pay the amount of bill number MH0520B[protected] Apr - 14 May)i.e 1049.19 INR but in bill number, MH0620B[protected] I have been charged 1608.39 INR which I didn't even used so I again request you to please stop my connection and reduce the bill to the 1049.19 INR because I didn't used your services and I left house due to COVID-19. You can even look that in bill number MH0520B[protected] Apr - 14 May) that consumption is around only 0.02MB because the house was empty due to COVID-19 Lockdown . I also have attached all the screenshots of the emails that I have sent you and the bill. So please stop my connection and take the router back. Thank You.

            Hi, I have also raised a similar complain now. Even after multiple mail they are not disconnecting the connection and refusing the disconnect saying " They makde it zero billed for me " . But I am sure when they will actually terminate it they will charge for all these months and they are just buying time to bill good.

              Again!!! Just in 10 days i am facing internet connection issue, there is no internet network in my router since yesterday afternoon.

              This is 3rd time my internet service is down for more than 24hours in just 20 days of sapn.

                Recently i have updated my plan but there is no device upgradation and the speed is too low. Doesnt even cross 5mbps, my plan is for 25mbps.

                  There are extremely frequent disconnections almost 12 times in an hour which makes it practically impossible to work with this connection. I hope some action is taken on this at the earliest

                    My consumer number is [protected]. I have opted for a 25 mbps speed but i have zero connectivity since 3 -4 days. I hve logged several complaints through the app after performing a speed test on netspeed. Tikona.in but the only response that i get is 'your complaint is checked and your tikona service is working fine. You can continue using service. If you face any issue call [protected] to speak to service desk.' when i call customer service i only get to here a recorded msg saying our technical team has worked on your complaint. Details have been sent to your registered mobile number. Do you'll understand the implication of this on our job?

                    No one ever responds to complaints on mobile.[protected]@tikona.co.in or [protected]@tikona.in. we only get a system generated msg on steps how to fix the issue. On the same day we get an sms stating that 'Your complaint is checked and your Tikona service is working fine.You can continue using service.If you face any issue call [protected] to speak to service desk.' When i call customer service i only get to here a recorded msg saying our technical team has worked on your complaint. Details have been sent to your registered mobile number and on the app it says 'Your last complaint has been resolved. Happy Surfing'

                      Tikona connection done by our tikona employee - rahul, but still not started our connection. Issue is in adaptor, already replied but not responding. What can i do i have already paid to tikona - and now no one giving any type of response or service. We are getting daily harassment contacting but no one responding.
                      Employee (Rahul) is talking very roodly and told to complaint against him, but no helping us.

                        No call or visit by Tikona tichnician but the app says issue resolved. I havd zero connectivity now and have nog been able to login for work since 2 days and the app is not letting me log another complaint. I will loose my job. Pls help.

                          I was regularly facing problem with tikona and sent lot of mail for resolution and they have not resolved problem and asked them to disconnect as they did not fix the problem for a month or so.. And now they are not refunding money rs. 8500+ till it was use bad or gud at least rs. 7490 rupees account no - [protected]

                            Net stopped working 3 days ago. I have received a message with a person name to attend to my query. However that person is not even picking up the call. Customer care number never connects to the technical team. This same thing happened last month.

                            Same issue since 3-4 days. Feeling helpless. I have been marked absent since 2 days. No Support from TIKONA. my service id is [protected]

                              I have mailed them numerous number of time regarding disconnection. They have never ever replied to it. And the customer service is designed in such a way that we can never ever talk about disconnection to their customer service team.
                              I am fed up with this and I have no other option other than to reach you for resolution.
                              I don't have any dues pending from my end and I have paid for 6 months in advance.

                              The person who was constantly in touch for installation purpose does not respond to my calls at all.

                              I want to disconnection from tikona with immediate effect and want full and final settlement.

                                I have requested for relocation if my existing tikona broadband connection as i have paid for 6 month plan.
                                One of the executive called and fixed appointment for 29th july, 2020.
                                When called on evening 28th, 2020, he said the ticket is already closed and connect with customer care. Tried calling customer care number multiple times but no response.
                                My ticket is closed without even handling my issue.
                                Disgusting service from tikona india.
                                Ease either return my rest of the money or get my connection shifted to my new address.

                                  I have applied the tikona broadband connection on 24.03.2020, i have done the payment though online link but the tikona partner said he doesn't received the amount, i have the payment copy. It's almost 4months has gone but no one can take the action. Please see the attached copy herewith of payment which i have done.

                                    I am being harassed with frequent disconnection warnings owing to some change in the existing plan, from 10mbps (Paid for) to 25 mbps, but in reality,
                                    I never changed the plan but tried arranging the call, i tried to inquire a 1000 times by calling your team, i never got any revert. Calls went unanswered for 20 minutes. Mails sent to me where from "[protected]@" which made it impossible to communicate.
                                    Even considering the fact the plan was upgraded but the link (Speed limiter) was never upgraded hence the plan so changed by your team on app was never fulfilled in real because no one looked at the technical aspect for it!
                                    In spite of this, i am still asked to pay for upgrade!

                                    Why am i supposed to pay?
                                    Why is my internet connection being hampered intentionally?
                                    Why is no one taking up my complain?

                                    I have credit amount left in your service since i had recharged with year package,
                                    I can't take up the mental harassment from your end. Kindly refund my money and i will move to some other isp.

                                    Have been mailing and raising complains but still not revert!

                                      I am tikona customer from last 1 year. My ttkona customer id is [protected]. I am currently working from home due to pandemic situation. Due to some issues i need to relocate my house so i called tikona customer care and asked them to provide me relocation assistance. The tikona executive asked me to pay quarterly payment so that they can proceed my request. He also ensured me that they will provide me relocation assistance on completion of payment. As it was necessary i made a quarterly payment of rs. 2398. But after making payment no one even contacted me for my relocation.in fact after couple of days i received an email from tikona that my request has been completed. I tried calling tikona customer care but didn't receive any response. I also called tikona area manager for the help but didn't receive positive response. I sent several emails to mobile. [protected]@tikona.co.in and [protected]@tikona.in but received only auto reply. After 15 days of shifting to new house when i didn't receive any response from tikona, i took the internet service from local service provider. Those 15 days were really difficult for me. I tried every possible way to contact tikona. Everyday i was calling tikona on the hope that the call will get connect and i will receive positive response. I was mentally disturbed as i had to resume my work. Its been more than month now i am not using tikona services and also have not received any response on my refund request. So request you to please look into this issue. Such service provider are taking benefit of customers in this pandemic situation.

                                        Whenever​ i received below quoted and from TIKONA that means broadband is going to be either extremely slow or no internet connection and i received one yesterday.
                                        And it has almost fix time 12-1pm for this SMS.

                                        "We have observed network related issue hence our technical teams are working on permanently resolving the issue. You can continue to use our services during this period . Tikona"
