I am being harassed with frequent disconnection warnings owing to some change in the existing plan, from 10mbps (Paid for) to 25 mbps, but in reality,
I never changed the plan but tried arranging the call, i tried to inquire a 1000 times by calling your team, i never got any revert. Calls went unanswered for 20 minutes. Mails sent to me where from "[protected]@" which made it impossible to communicate.
Even considering the fact the plan was upgraded but the link (Speed limiter) was never upgraded hence the plan so changed by your team on app was never fulfilled in real because no one looked at the technical aspect for it!
In spite of this, i am still asked to pay for upgrade!
Why am i supposed to pay?
Why is my internet connection being hampered intentionally?
Why is no one taking up my complain?
I have credit amount left in your service since i had recharged with year package,
I can't take up the mental harassment from your end. Kindly refund my money and i will move to some other isp.
Have been mailing and raising complains but still not revert!
