1.Your services very poor please refund my amount which i already paid you.
And don't send me payment sms 

2.You can check so many times mail send you but no improvement and no proper response 

3.Till now i am unable to change my password 

4. In your App forgot password functionality also not avl.

5. Since Day one i am unable to login and same issue raised to your Customer care but no solution provided. 

6.Net speed very slow and many time Net auto disconnected 

7.Refund my all paid amount

8. Complaint Auto closed without customer confirmation 

9. Many time calls to Customer care but no one connected and auto disconnected calls Why??? If you can not provide the proper services, you need to remove higher management team.

    I have recently taken the connection and faced sporadic issues of disruptions for one or two hours which I do understand could be due to the monsoons.

    From the last 3 days my internet is not working and there is no way to contact tech support. I have raised numerous complaints from the mobile app but no resolution. If we try to call the toll free # we are told that the issue is fixed and the call disconnects.

    I have made upfront payments for 3 months for a 25 mbps connection. I have also sent emails to customer care but there is no response.

    I am working for the tech support of a mnc and my work plus my kids education is getting impacted.

    There is no way to contact the service provider for a working Internet or atleast a refund.

      I have disconnected the connection 15 days before my subscription which is in october, my roof top device was submitted in jan 2020, but last week, i received a message saying to pay overdue amount of rs.2100, i checked tikona legal team, they this charge of late submission of rood top device, legal team member[protected] asked to pay the amount to get noc, i paid the amount but i did not get noc, so kindly approve noc.

        Maine last month mostly 13 din phle tikona ka wifi lagwaya.. Uske baad abhi 5 din se raat me 9 bje net chla jata ar subah 10 bje tak aa jata tab bhi complain ki to koi response nhi. Ar ab 3 din se bilkul net nhi h. Roj app pr request daal rahi hu but koi solution nhi. Ar service provider bhi kuch nhi bas yhi ki complain daal do

          My Tikona Customer ID no [protected].
          I have two years 60 Mbps plan for internet connect from tikona at my home in Ahmedabad Gujarat. This new plan I have taken effective from end of june 2020.
          Before this I have monthly rental plan from tikona.
          After getting two year plan, every 2-3 days, I am facing a problem of connectivity in my house. Last complain I had logged on 7th july 2020 . my complain no on tikona digital platform is 1-[protected] and 1-[protected].
          I request them to resolve it permanently and if not than return my advance money so that I can take connection from others.

            Hello,

            Im fed up of complaining every possible place for a resolution of this issues.
            I tried emailing everyday, calling the customer care, making an request on the app and also calling the person who installed. Nobody responds or answers the call or even resolves the issues.
            Either refund my money and please disconnect the connection.
            You guys are fraud and don’t know customer service at all. There is no system and nobody to resolve issues for days.
            At this time of the year where work from home is the only thing you guys are unable to provide services.

            Kindly look into this at the earliest and disconnect this connection and refund my money.

                I just bought the service last week. N everyday after 11.30pm the Wifi goes off. There is no network the entire night. We are working from home and I am doing night shift. I bought the Wifi so that I can work without any interruptions in the internet speed.
                3 times I have raised the complaint to customer and through Tikona App. But no response. Also since 1 week I am asking to give Rs-1500 router receipt the Sales person Nitin and the connection person who visited my home is just delaying.
                Because of this pathetic service and no network in the night I will lose my job.
                Kindly escalate on priority.
                I want to cancel their services and want the refund of 6 months 4200 which I paid for 6 months plan.

                I cannot rely on this poor service they are extremely bad in Broadband service and even response to any complaints.

                I have been following up since 3 months but still I have not got any refund of my 6 months internet plan payment which I had paid.

                Can someone please get my refund. I cannot login to tikona forum as they have disconnected my service. I have not used their services at all.

                I need refund of what I had paid. Have spoken to person who got my service activated and his supervisor. No one is ready to help and refund my money.

                I am fed-up following up.

                Please assist.

                  Payment done on 29 june and till date i am unbale to access my mail and other stuff. Trying call customer care team and lot of mail send to ([protected]@tikona.in) but no one bother and resolve my issue. Fade up of tikona and there team. Hope someone take a serious not and call to my register no.

                    Please understand my issue, I have no habit to write to you, again and again, complaint mails. I can also understand the situation right now but the internet is a necessity to do the office work where my work is purely government in National Informatics Cente (NIC-HQ, New Delhi).

                    1) I have changed my plan from 10Mbps to 25Mbps for which I am requesting you to please upgrade by roof device to High Frequency (HF) signal device for better connectivity, also suggested by your engineer that's why I have changed my plan.

                    2) After plan upgradation, my internet speed is not constant and continuously fluctuating with more and more ping due to which the connection is not stable.

                    3) In every 10-15 mins, there is 1-2 mins connection drop with the highest latency ping, why I am facing this problem even at that time max 2 devices are connected and also upgraded by connection to 25Mbps. There is no constant network speed.

                    4) May please look this continuously speed fluctuation and high latency ping. I am also fed up by raising a complaint again and again.

                    Kindly upgrade by roof device to HF device for better and stable network speed permanently please else disconnect my TIKONA connection and initiate the disconnection process, I am really done by facing, again and again, some issue.

                      I am using Tikona Broadband for more than a Year now and seeing issues with Frequent speed decrease and disconnections very frequently. This issue happens every month and would have to call customer care for same. This time, The issue is there for last 3 weeks now where I have screenshots of speed I was getting from each day. Had a discussion here (In Indore location ) with Tikona management from sales and they promised that the issue will get sort out within a day but now they are not picking up the phone. I have recording from conversation we had. When I raised request with Customer care, they mentioned that the issue got resolved within a day, but was not resolved and the management from Tikona also said that they mention the same without confirmation.

                      No one is now picking up the phone and not helping with my issue from Tikona and needed your help to file the complaint against them.

                      Earlier, I had plan for 60Mbps, their Engineer told me that I will not get speed of 60Mbps and I should get that reduced to 40 Mbps which I did. But I never got speed which affected my work a lot.

                      I have tried login in to forum but it is still trying with Administrator to get me in.

                      Also, I had already provided all these information to higher management of Tikona in Madhya Pradesh and do not see any progress at all.

                        I paid 6719/- for new connection installation on 5th june-2020. But, its not installed yet. I called many times to tikona people, not picking my phone.
                        It was quite urgent for me to have the connection. I was told by tikona people that it will be done by 8th-june-2020 1 pm. But, its not done yet with no response from tikona people.
                        With that, i would like to cancel my request. Please refund my money asap, let me know if you need any details from my side.
                        Hope, this returning of payment will be faster to avoid any further process and filing case...

                          Nitin sharma the sales head is seriously shameful and ridiculous person.
                          Tikona again done same thing as fraud with me also.
                          The couldn’t made connection in my home after taken 3 months advance 6 months before and still couldn’t refund my money.
                          Nitin sharma is such a stupid and fraud person that having office in palasia indore.
                          Now the only option available to file a police complaint against him and tikona. They should pay me full refund with extra amount for which i lost my time.

                          I had all formalities that they had asked but nothing has been done.

                            Hi team,

                            I have subscribed to the unlimited yearly plan of broadband. The speed offered by you for this plan is 25 MBPS. firstly I am struggled to get the connection thereafter frequently lost the connectivity for hours.

                            Till date I have made several complaints that I lost the connectivity everyday from installation ( in the day I didn't get internet for 3-4 hours).

                            I have to face a lot of inconvenience as I have to stay home and office work get to be done.

                            My work is getting affected and I do not wish to continue the subscription any more.

                            Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect and send me the usage bill till date for the current month. Rest amount to be refunded in my account. Crossed cheque is attached for account details.

                              This is with reference to my Tikona Id [protected] where I have No Internet Connection from 9th June to 14th June. Even after that there was Frequent Disconnection with No Internet Connection at times. I have raised multiple complaints on 16th June with Ref No 1-[protected] & 22nd June with Ref No 1-[protected]. Still after that Tikona have charged me full Billing Amount. Also I have attached the screenshot of the mail which is send my Tikona to me regarding No Internet Connection for 5 days. Like this Tikona is charging false bill amount to it's customers without providing the service.

                                I had raised a complaint regarding no internet from last 5 days. (Request number is 1-[protected]) on[protected]

                                1) firstly your support engineer visited[protected] and conveyed to me that there is some network issue from backend, requested to wait for 24 hours to get it resolved.

                                2) again wait for further 24 hours, message received from your end on my registered number[protected] that the issue related to tikona id - [protected] has been resolved, where my issue is not resolved from last 4 days then why you have communicated the wrong information. (Fake confirmation from tikona).

                                There is no call support from your side. Customers like me are continuously bearing with no internet issue and no proper resolution has been provided.

                                Please look into this issue on an urgent basis or guide me where i can report because as a user i have done everything to raise a ticket and in response, after waiting for so long i have received wrong information from tikona that issue is resolved now. From the last 4 days, there is no internet.
                                For reference, i am attaching the message snaps received from your side.

                                Kindly look into this serious issue as i have already paid in advance till 15th sep 2020 and already your customer last 2 years.

                                    In my home wifi is not working from the beginning when i put this wifi in my home before 4 months, when i'm install this tikona wifi they said me to pay 6 months money in starting itself and i paid,
                                    I use to call the manager and the staffs, manager is not responding the call and the staffs has put my number in block list,
                                    Then 1 guy answered my call and telling me don't disturb me and he is shouting on me,
                                    They are not resolving my issue and they are not giving my money back also,
                                    This wifi is not working for me and it is waste of my money,
                                    So i'm requesting please anybody help me

                                      I got a call from your technician named deepak [protected]. He said, issue could not be resolved today as there is no technician available to visit. Then i called saurabh [protected], he said every home user is complaining for no connection. If you will not provide services then why not every home user will complain. Enough is enough. Several days has gone & no permanent solution has been provided.

                                      I am paying for 60mbps however only half of speed was coming
                                      Connection was frequent disconnected
                                      No one picked the call
                                      Poor response
                                      Several executives said they left tikona
                                      Few said if not working then disconnect the connection but do not call again & again.
                                      Frequent connection disconnection issues were reported 2 month back however no permanent solution was provided.
                                      Now i am ordering new connection & need my refund. If you will not pay easily then in consumer court i will get the amount with compensation.
