activation delay

I had applied for new connection on 18th march 2020 and i was advised that installation and documentation process takes 48 hours and then user id will get activated. To begin with procedure i need to make payment first then they will proceed for documentation process and all as its company policy. My user id is (New: [protected] & old: [protected]).
I made payment (Rs. 4245) and after 48 hours they told me that they dont have any device...

Unjustified Service

I have a tikona broadband connection which feels worst quality. It is getting disconnected after every 1-2 mins and speed is less than 2g.
After complaining multiple times, received only auto-reply mail and no-action taken.

This is sayli parte from indiabulls panvel and i am here to lodge my complaint against tikona broadband service, this issue started since 24th februaray 2020, i requested and paid rs. 3, 894 for 15 mbps internet 6 months data package. The technician did not appeared for 7 or more days even after full payment. Also, the executives and manager (Ajay gupta) of tikona panvel have exploited me about their services and stated that their (Wifi router)...

Disconnect connection.

I am staying in pune, alandi. I have been using tikona for the last 2 years. And now the service has become worst than before. I am getting frequent disconnects. I have complaint through the application 100 times as well as emailed them. What they do is they just do a virtual check and an automatic message comes on mobile that problem has been resolved. But the problem was never resolved.

My internet is not working from yesterday. When contacted customer care, he asked me to do the rest of the remaining payment then they will start my service right after the payment.

Internet issue

Due to internet issue, i am facing loss of money. I am doing work from home so i have to take a leave from office. So company deduct amount from my salary. I am paying full amount to tikona but they dont provide the service.

Internet connectivity issue all the times

Since i have joined tikona network i am registering complaint related to internet connectivity or low bandwidth.
I have opted for 40mbps plan and speed i receive is not more than 4mbps (Most of the times), apart from that there is always some outage due to which internet is not working for more than a day, while they bill for whole month.
I regret choosing tikona broadband, and i am paying for the service which i am unable to...

I have done complain soo many times that there is frequent disconnection of internet and speed is slow but this company employee are least bothered. I am fed up with this kind service. Even after giving soo much complain this issue should be resolved but there is no solution give yet. I have even wrote a mail regarding this issue but no response from there end mtnl is much better than tikona atleast there internet works....

I already raised complain to disconnect the tikona internet service, on
Thu, dec 19, 2019, 1:26 am, but i didn't get any reply from their side.
We didn't use their connection for 6 -7 months but someday before they send mail "demand notice" today they threatening by advocate like, they will take the court, and asked me to pay the bill of 1495/- which i didn't use.
Still, i didn't get any official mail for notification...

getting harassing calls from tikona

I am getting daily calls from tikona stating that my bill amount is not clear. My tikona plan was active till 14th april 2020 & since 11th march my internet connection is not working due to fire incident in my society. not responding to customer issue

I tried to upgrade my existing plan to higher speed 10 days back. But tikona just ignoring my request.
I used both mobile app and web browser but still nothing updated.

Also there forum link email activation not working, not answering telephone calls so how to get solution from this issue they are just ignoring customer.

My account number is [protected], i placed request of plan change as per my speed requirement in last week but its not updated yet.
I am working on design software's so i required 60 mbps plan - turbo_q2_c5.

frequent disconnection and poor speed

[protected], the link is highly unstable and the connection is highly active for more then 1 hour and gets disconnects very frequently.
While I am on 40mbps plan, but hardly gets 1 to 2 Mbps line, thus I am not able to work.
Atleast 20+ tickets are created in past 2+ months on network issue, Customer care says, talk to engineer and engineer does not pick the phone. He says he do not know anything it could b backend problem talk...
