I have made several calls to tikona customer care number for disconnection request, but it's not reachable. Kindly note i want to disconnect this connection so remove my connection as soon as possible. Otherwise i will not be liable for any extra dues.
I have already paid an extra amount for the internet that i have not used. I have received calls from some advocate that tikona is filing a case against me if i will not pay this amount. I had no option that paying the amount. This is not acceptable at all. I have already sent mails to tikona customer care regarding disconnection. But no response received.
It is really disappointing & this is unacceptable.

    I'm shifting to a new locality an i requested the company to relocate the connection to my new address. But the response i got was to continue the connection in same location as there is shortage of staff due to covid19 situation!!
    I'm staying in a rented accommodation and shifting to new locality which is nearer to my workplace. They are asking me to stay in the same location and use the connection.
    So i have sent a mail to customer care requesting for termination of the connection from 12.06.2020, but yet to get a response.
    I tried calling customer care but no response quoting the reason of staff shortage.

      I had taken tikona connection in march for which i made the payment but they didn't come for installation then i told to do refund. I received many calls from them for installation after that where i mentioned that i proceeded for. Refund but it's june now i haven't received my refund they closed my account without giving the refund not reverting to emails and what to talk about their stupid customer care service. The person who had come for connection told us we will get the refund in 45 days. I have completed all the process needed to do the refund process

      Want to launch a police complaint against them such pathetic company it is. No professional employees they don't have manners to talk with customers and this show how their service would be. Do let me know if anyone of you have faced the same issue.

        On 5th april, i had made a transaction of 2800 for new connection and today is 6th june, didn't get any connection till now in simple word i want my refund asap.
        Because you guyz are providing worst customer support that's why i am here on this platform.

          My user is is [protected] and my previous tikona plan was of 6 mbps, i was not happy with the tikona network hence i decided to disconnect the wifi, after placing the request i got a call from one executive from senior desk he mentioned that as you are one of our privileged customer we will offer you 10 mbps speed at just 1979 and he sent me a mail also regarding the confirmation of this amount hence i paid 1979 on 7th march, on 7th april this # are again generating a bill according to the previous plan and informing me that i have to pay 52 rs balance as its outstanding, they are so stupid that they dont even know that their senior desk had offered me a discount and hence i paid 1979, till date thats on 5 jun 2020 its showing that my amount is outstanding which is not the actual fact, hence i will not be continuing with tikona as their services are pathetic, every second day there is network issue, so hence i want to disconnect the wifi

            Tikona customer executive jitendra kamble mobile [protected] collected money on 2nd june 2020 through paytm for broadband connection within 2 days but after receipts of payment person switched off his mobile phone. He has tikona id hence we made payment for new broad band connection at our house
            Please do something we have pay rs. 4949/- to him.

                I had applied for new connection on 18th march 2020 and i was advised that installation and documentation process takes 48 hours and then user id will get activated. To begin with procedure i need to make payment first then they will proceed for documentation process and all as its company policy. My user id is (New: [protected] & old: [protected]).
                I made payment (Rs. 4245) and after 48 hours they told me that they dont have any device to install and i asked them why did you take payment first they advised this is procedure and i paid digitally i. E. Online payment at tikona site. I was advised that if you don't want service then you can email customer care and you will get refund after 45 days after lockdown via cheque. I asked you are asking customers to make payment at tikona site and you provide refund through cheque and after 45 days. Issue is from company side then why customer will lose their time. And they have only one answer we can not do anything we are from sales team and their manager says in very ignoring way as its company policy we can not do anything.
                There is no customer care available att the moment, i emailed all issue to tikona customer care and i received reply as to use tikona app from customer care. My user id is not activated then how could i use app. There is no help i am getting. I got many calls from tikona for installation but due to pandemic situation they were not able to reach me.

                After 2 months technical department called me and came for installation but they advised that they have cable but don't have device and they advised will install on old device which was already there in my building. After installation they found that device doesn't support 30 mbps speed for which i applied. They advised me to talk to sales team. I talked sales person and sales team advised that they don't have device for that much speed and they advised to convert to less speed plan and extend validity as per paid amount. I accepted that and for that sales person told me to provide different phone# and email id for new user id to transfer my paid amount to new id to activate for 10 to 15 mbps (Of rs. 2780) plan and it will take 48 hours to activate. I provided all details but its 4th day i am following up but sales person is saying i am following up and i will tell you once its done.

                Now i got installation and activation done. But there is new issue came into existance. I received bill in postpaid format instead of prepaid bill format. I received bill duration of 6th june to 6th august stating recurring charges lots of plus minus amount mention which is not clear. I need to claim amount of internet service from my company for which i have paid. I can not submit this kind of bill. My manager rejected bill and advised to request for proper format bill. I don't know why tikona has mentioned unnecessary thing on bill as i took unlimited plan of 10mbps. Tikona should mention these thing only and amonut which i have paid and outstanding amount which i had paid in the begining for another plan. Tikona should mention those amount in proper format as 4245 amount received from customer deducted amount as per new plan and rest amonut should be in outstanding which would be adjust in next duration.

                  Its really disappointing and frustrating that dispite of be a tenure & premium customer how have a long relationship with a good payment history.

                  Appropriate services and response are not received. Please let me know what is the latest update on my plan change request in which I have request 60 MBPS and 1000 GB per month for which payment is already submitted on 18th April.

                  Apart from this a escalating matrix should be on my tikona app and website as cc CEO in very first mail is not good, however customer is bound to do it in absence of escalating matrix.

                  A prompt action will lead to continue customer relation from my side.

Although I am an old satisfied customer but now I am also feeling frustrated with the service your company has provided me from 18th of April till now. Despite payment in advance this is no appropriate answer or service been provided. Now I am so frustrated that I want to get rid of all this bullsit. Please let me know when i will get my refund.

                    I have a tikona broadband connection which feels worst quality. It is getting disconnected after every 1-2 mins and speed is less than 2g.
                    After complaining multiple times, received only auto-reply mail and no-action taken.

                      This is sayli parte from indiabulls panvel and i am here to lodge my complaint against tikona broadband service, this issue started since 24th februaray 2020, i requested and paid rs. 3, 894 for 15 mbps internet 6 months data package. The technician did not appeared for 7 or more days even after full payment. Also, the executives and manager (Ajay gupta) of tikona panvel have exploited me about their services and stated that their (Wifi router) is already present in my building terrace, later on the indiabulls complex manager himself confirmed that there is no such internet connection from tikona to indiabulls. After, this i asked for refund on 29th february 2020, still they insisted me that they will put up the router in my appartment hall at first, then they changed their mind and were forcing me to convince indiabulls panvel manager to put up the router in terrace. I straightly asked for my refund from tikona because i am not interested to recieve their services anymore and as a tenant i cannot ask indiabulls manager to let install the router. Since, then tikona manager is very rarely in my contact and customer care of tikona is very irresponsible and not ready to pay my money back, asking and frustrating me with same issues, without any intention to solve them, i already lodged my case on national consumer helpline on 9th march my nchs docket number is 1947894, the consumer helpline told me to wait and it is since 2 months and more time tikona customer care did not paid any attention with issue. I did not get the service nor my refund. I not only want my refund back but i need consumer forum to leverage a heavy fine against tikona broadband so, next time they won't leave their customers hanged waiting without services.

                      Thankyou so much Consumer Complaints and National Consumer Helpline for so much of co-operation, I received my refund from tikona 2 days ago. Still I request you to make sure that this company does not commit the same unethical acts again. I recieved my refund that too after a very long time maybe 2-3 months, and after going through huge mental torment from tikona customer care, the call center people I used to make calls repeatedly asking me about so much of verifications just to make sure that if I am their customer or not, even after a genuine online payment and the receipt i received through email.

                      Last month the manager of tikona contacted me that how did I paid them for services, I told him that it is an online payment made through phone still they asked for receipt and told me to complain at My Tikona app seperately and breifing the same greviance, but I could'nt login in that app because, I did not recieved a special username and password, I still patiently contacted customer care, technical care again but they did not replied me regarding the technical problem, this process of complaining one thing in several places have destroyed my mental peace.

                      Not only me there are plenty of complaints done in tikona's greivances forum and there is no any attention or problem solving intention from tikona to their customers. I am very lucky that I received my refund and I am satisfied but, really this company's a big fraud.Some individuals could not get that much guidance to complaint against these frauds over here, poor souls have lost their jobs, students are unable to give their online assignments on time and loose their marks just because of this company's filthy and slowest network. I as a student understand all those hassles and insecurity.

                      I need Consumer Complaints to file a litigation cost and legal action for tormenting me against tikona, I don't want any loss expenses from tikona instead i need Consumer Complaints to recieve all the expenses on my behalf from tikona. This is a request not only for me but as a responsible citizen of this country.

                            I am staying in pune, alandi. I have been using tikona for the last 2 years. And now the service has become worst than before. I am getting frequent disconnects. I have complaint through the application 100 times as well as emailed them. What they do is they just do a virtual check and an automatic message comes on mobile that problem has been resolved. But the problem was never resolved.
                            I have to do office work, which is getting impacted. Why i should pay a bill for such worst service.
                            If the company is calling for bill pay then, why they are not listening to customers. At least call the customers about the problems. No one responds on the customer care no and email id as well.
                            Now i am feeling that i a cheated and should have gone for another service provider.
                            Please help to get this corrected asap. This is unbearable.

                              I hope you will listen to my problem which related to tikona internet service. As i do work from home i got new tikona internet connection on 18-mar-20 and i have been facing frequent disconnect issue from day one it's been two-month now the issue not resolved nor they are ready to upgrade my plan that can be resolved the issue nor ready to refund.

                              I have started email chain from 20-mar for the same but there is no single response from customer care, they arranged two visits of a technician but the issue not resolved. They cheated me as they have collected 1 year advance amount of rs. 4800.00 and then they are not willing to resolve the issue or refund.

                              Please take legal action on tikona, the refund amount doesn;t matter for me but they are making customer fool.

                                My internet is not working from yesterday. When contacted customer care, he asked me to do the rest of the remaining payment then they will start my service right after the payment.
                                After payment, when asked them to restart my services, their staff name upendra from thane mumbai used foul language.
                                After warning him not to use foul language, he started abusing me.
                                Called customer care, waited almost an hour on ivr to talk to customer care but no response.
                                I want an immediate action to be taken on this issue and on the staff named upendra. I have the recordings of conversation.

                                      Speed received: less than 1mbps from past few days

                                      I subscribed to a plan of 10 mbps with tikona about over a month ago. Initially the speed was good but then i started receiving speed less than 1 mbps. After raising several complaints they assigned an engineer. I contacted that engineer, as his number was visible on the app notification. The engineer told me that he does not service my area and works in wakad, pashan area which is 15kms away from my place. Now i am not able to work from home and neither my husband since i don't have a proper internet connection. I service engineer is not so courteous.
                                      I have paid around 4900 for the service and have been complaining of the service from past 25 days.

                                      Desirable resolution: speed issue to be resolved permanently and a refund of 1 month where i was not able to use the services seamlessly with the experience that i my plan offered.
                                      Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Since i have joined tikona network i am registering complaint related to internet connectivity or low bandwidth.
                                        I have opted for 40mbps plan and speed i receive is not more than 4mbps (Most of the times), apart from that there is always some outage due to which internet is not working for more than a day, while they bill for whole month.
                                        I regret choosing tikona broadband, and i am paying for the service which i am unable to use due to worst service and issues with tikona.
                                        While i am trying to work from home in this pandemic due to issues with my tikona broadband i cannot work with my full potential and loosing my reputation.
                                        Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
