I've applied for the new connection on 4th june 2020, sales person told me that installation will be done in 2 days, almost 12 days and all i did was constantly chasing with the sales person, technician, all they did was ti give the fake promises. I must have called the technician almost every day and all i got were pathetic excuses and reasons.
1st order id - o-821180,
2nd i made payment with transaction id - [protected]tpc[protected] &

3rd on technicians request i made another payment of rs 4102 on his phone pay account through upi
He told me that mobile number has already been registered so 1st order didn't go through and money will be reverted soon making payment to his account will get connection faster.
Technician name - laxman shinge ([protected]) (Tikona, pimple gurav/wakad branch, pune)

So i've decided that i dont wish to get the connection anymore from tikona, meanwhile i was able to find better company which hopefully get it done like an professional company.
Since past 2 days i 'm chasing with technician for the refund. I want my refund asap otherwise i will be forced to escalate this to highest level possible and get every forum involved to get my case heard.

Complaint marked as Resolved There was no solution from tikona customer care neither and response to complain on consumercomplaints.in,
only solution was consistently calling the sales executive who proved to be helpful and then long wait, finally today on 23-06-20 i got the connection, just worried now that i have to be with their services for 6 months hopefully there is no breakdown or any need for services during this time period cause i have no faith in their timely services.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
