This is with reference to my tikona id [protected]. I am facing "no internet connection issue" on regular basis as a result my work start getting affected. I have raised my concern several times by e-mail & as well as from their customer care contact no. But as like always tikona never responded to my emails. Sometime after multiple trials i am able to reach to one of their executives & they told me that we have not received any emails. Apart from this i have requested my disconnect my connection on 20th april & already changed my internet service provider from tikona to someone else.

But still tikona is keep on sending me my monthly bills even after the discontinuing their connection.

    Tikona and their team members are completely fraud and cheaters and they cheat their customers from a long time.

    Nitin sharma (Indore office) and his team do this job very sharply.

    5 months ago they taken 3 moths money as advance but connection never has been done from their side.

    Still many mails and calls has been done as a request from my side to get my money refund but seriously shameful persons are they still could not processed the refund process.

    Bhai logo kisi ka bhi connection le lo but never tikona, they has been cheated from customers so long time as you can check many frauds as online complaints.

        I have been trying to connect every customer care service contact source to disconnect by tikona broadband service since last 3 months. ([protected])
        There is no proper response from company instead they are continue sending bill instead no active internet service.
        They have sources to call daily basis to ask for payment but not taking any call from customer side.
        Worst service i ever encountered with in india.
        Very bad shameful...

          I have been a long standing customer of the tikona internet services in pune.
          From the last 6 monts tikona serice has been the worse internet and broadband service. Since i have subscribed to a quarterly unlimited usage plan, i am not able to switch my service provide. Tikona has refused to reimburse the advance payment i had made.

            I bought a tikona broadband connection with 6 months validity. When the 6 months are completed i wanted to change my plan from 6 months to 1 month as i was planning to shift my home. But apparently their website and mobile application are not capable enough to change my plan which is why i have called customer care regarding the same but no answer on that. I sent one email stating that i want to change my plan from current but there also no reply. After that i added in that mail only that if this plan continues without my permission i will not be responsible for any charges. They should have disconnected the service but they wanted to get illegal money from our pockets so they haven't disconnected the connection. Now i am getting calls from a so called lawyer but from her talking manners she is is just like a recovery agent only (No professionalism). She told me its not upto her that she can disconnect the connection. So why should i be one to pay if tikona has not disconnected the service if no payment or no confirmation is there.

            If they wanted to get their device and router back they are free to collect them from registered address but as i haven't provided any confirmation or they also don't have my agreement on renewing the connection i am not going to pay them any money. It is directly a fraudulent activity to customers.

              I've applied for the new connection on 4th june 2020, sales person told me that installation will be done in 2 days, almost 12 days and all i did was constantly chasing with the sales person, technician, all they did was ti give the fake promises. I must have called the technician almost every day and all i got were pathetic excuses and reasons.

              1st order id - o-821180,

              2nd i made payment with transaction id - [protected]tpc[protected] &
              User id - [protected]

              3rd on technicians request i made another payment of rs 4102 on his phone pay account through upi
              He told me that mobile number has already been registered so 1st order didn't go through and money will be reverted soon making payment to his account will get connection faster.

              Technician name - laxman shinge ([protected]) (Tikona, pimple gurav/wakad branch, pune)

              Three attempts of account creation by technician as below,

              So i've decided that i dont wish to get the connection anymore from tikona, meanwhile i was able to find better company which hopefully get it done like an professional company.

              Since past 2 days i 'm chasing with technician for the refund. I want my refund asap otherwise i will be forced to escalate this to highest level possible and get every forum involved to get my case heard.

              There was no solution from tikona customer care neither and response to complain on consumercomplaints.in, only solution was consistently calling the sales executive who proved to be helpful and then long wait, finally today on 23-06-20 i got the connection, just worried now that i have to be with their services for 6 months hopefully there is no breakdown or any need for services during this time period cause i have no faith in their timely services.

                I've applied for the new connection on 20/mar/2020, sales person told me that installation will be done in 2 days. I waited for the almost 12 days and was constantly chasing with the almost sales person, technician, area manager and customer care team, everyone is doing the fake promises. So i decided that i won't get the installation done from tikona.in the meanwhile i found out better company which believe in commitment and customer satisfaction. Ever since i 'm chasing with them for the refund. One of the worst company i've ever come across. They don't have any etiquettes, management and on the top of it i believe people to whom i talked so far they don't stand by their commitment. I've sent email to customer care team, sales manager and billing operation team multiple times but no-one has replied yet. I want my refund asap

                Only person called me from tikona whose name is Prince and give me an assurance for the refund. After 1 month when I called him he's abusing on me and said I'm not responsible for the billing. Phone number of prince :- 9654415971.

                  Hi,

                  I have installed my internet connection one week back

                  Before installing everyone was picking call on time or calling you regarding services and plans

                  I have taken 10mbps plan, speed is like 1 mpbs
                  And now within one week connection is so poor or either not working at all but no one is there to hear you.
                  People who use to call you 100 times before for servies now not picking call at all

                  The app has complaint forum which is not updated.
                  App is so bad.

                  I just want my money back. I don't want to work with such companies who don't value customer

                    Respected sir/ma'am, my tikona uid is - [protected] and my current rate plan is preulq_c5 and all my dues have been paid till the start of the next billing cycle which is on 26th of june. I wish to terminate my tikona connection at the end of the current billing cycle and i tried to contact tikona for the same but they are not responding anywhere. All their numbers only have recorded voice and they are not responding to my email. Please make sure that my connection is terminated at the earliest and that you collect your equipment from my premises as soon as possible. Kindly also make sure that i do not receive any further bills or charges.
                    I have also filed a complaint against them on https://pgportal.gov.in/ and i have also sent an email to trai's grievance portal.

                      I have been trying to reach out to the tikona customer care number at[protected] for months but this number is not working.

                      Later i decided to reach out the customer care on email at [protected]@tikona.in for disconnection of my tikona broadband account.

                      There is no reply from tikona customer care on this topic. I have been trying to follow up still no reply is given to me about my request.

                        Your technician has not visited in 2 days to my location in bangalore to fix the internet issue. His name is kiran and my i'd is [protected].
                        Complaint is from varthur bangalore.
                        If this is not resolved on monday i'm going to disconnect this connection although i have paid for next 6 months and move to jiofiber. Since there is no response from your end i am sure no one will come to take the equipment back and don't think u can use your scam lawsuit i'm ready to face anything in court.

                          Date of incident - 11-june-2020

                          Description: i am it professional and due to covid 19, we have to work from home from last 2 months. I want to disconnect my tikona broadband due to bad service. We have not used the connection for last 2 months only because whenever i tried to connect it shows red light. You can check the usage for last 2 months. I can not complaint again and again because its not good time to call anyone at home to correct the internet.

                          I had raised the disconnection request and received auto acknowledgement number 1-[protected] on 11th june 2020. Today on 12-june its showing red light on my modem since morning and i believe tikona had taken the action on disconnection of services. But i have not received any confirmation on that. My billing cycle starts from 26 every month.

                          I found that lots of people replied that there is no disconnection link or service available on the portal or app. Tikona asked for payment and harass people.

                          I have also tried to connect with http://forum.tikona.in/ but whenever i tried to register it ask to activate through email. I have not received any email and not able to raise the complaint at the portal as well.

                          Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                          Desired resolution: as per usage, i have not used the connection for last 2 months due to internet connectivity issue. Tikona should disconnect services before next billing cycle and refund my paid amount.
                          Another point, they should add disconnection request form in the portal and app. So that the process of disconnection should be transparent.

                          Person came to me on 13 june and tried to fix the issue. But on 14th showing the same issue. He removed the adapter but still no issue resolved. No one is sharing the process to close the connection

                              This is with reference to my tikona id [protected] where i am facing "no internet connection issue" on regular basis. Very frequently i am getting " authentication failed. Reason [login failed, you cannot start a session on this network.]” issue. I have raised my concern several times by mail but tikona never turned up to call me or responded to my emails.

                              This month also i am facing the same problem again and again on a daily basis and that too very frequently. Tikona is taking the full advantage of the covid 19 lockdown. Tikona neither responds to my emails nor they are picking up phone calls.

                              From 9th june till date there is no internet connection till date. I have mailed several times. But no one responded.

                                Hi tikona team,
                                I wish to complain about my tikona device upgrade (Tikona secured wireless broadband user id [protected])

                                My plan was upgraded on 15-april-2020. Device is not been upgraded yet, that's main reason i am facing connection drop issue and slow internet speed and the plan what i am paying for is 25 mbps unlimited but i am not getting it what i am get is now "download speed :-1.97 mbps (246.3 kb/sec transfer rate / upload speed :-0.89 mbps (111.3 kb/sec transfer rate)". Which is inspecting my office work.

                                I raised several tickets for this issue. But there was no response. I am getting in indore

                                  I have my internet connected with Tikona since 3 years approximately and there has always been a network issue for them very month twice or thrice i have to raise Complain to the internal team and sometimes they send onsite Technician Now since two months I am working from home and their internet connectivity was bad initially and later it got disconnected permanently.last Month they call us and requested to pay the bill after even the bill was paid the Onsite Technician didnot arrive.I stay in a stand alone buildig where there is no security However still they say they were prohibited.They have generate bill for this month for no service when a IT is raied they say someone has prohibited from coming in the building.My area is green zone with no issue but still a problem for them.I am bound to escalate about it now Compali numbers 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] User ID is [protected] Now I want to withdraw services without any charge as i am fed up with their service and no customer service team available after unlock 1.0 .

                                    I purchased tikona recently because i have been having working from home. I placed a request and a person came. His name is kiran (Ph no - [protected]) he said he will do the setup, connection and router on that day itself and asked us to pay on a link. We made payment immediately. After payment he said he does not have router and can't do the setup. He said he will come in evening for setup.in the evening he sent some other person. That person also said he doesn't have router and said he will do hard line for now. We agreed since we dint have any option. He was unable to do that setup and said the connection line has not been setup correctly. We contacted kiran again, he said he will come next day morning @10am. When he dint come until 11 we called and he said he is in a meeting and will come by 12. After that we have been trying to get in touch with him but no response.

                                    This is really frustrating, we made payment immediately coz we need the connection right away and the person said he will do it. After payment he told us he doesn't have router, he dint even do the hard line connection. This is why people shy away from paying in advance coz people just stop responding once we have made the payment. I really dint expect this from tikona though. Please look into this asap. Am loosing my daily pay due to this.

                                      My internet has not been working with frequent disconnections from last 4 to 5 days and i lodged complaint on the tikona app thrice since the customer care number was not reachable and i got no response from their side, no engineer visits assigned. I finally decided to write a mail to the owner and the customer care id telling them about the internet problem i was facing and so far, no response from their side and so i finally decided to lodged complaint here on consumer forums. I have been a long-term user with tikona and i have been working from home for many years and my primary isp is tikona and i have not been able to work due to these issues.

                                      It is really disappointing that no updates were given from their side and no contacts were made from their end by any means.
