I've applied for the new connection on 20/mar/2020, sales person told me that installation will be done in 2 days. I waited for the almost 12 days and was constantly chasing with the almost sales person, technician, area manager and customer care team, everyone is doing the fake promises. So i decided that i won't get the installation done from tikona.in the meanwhile i found out better company which believe in commitment and customer satisfaction....

want my money back, it is better to have hotspot than tikona

Hi,

I have installed my internet connection one week back

Before installing everyone was picking call on time or calling you regarding services and plans

I have taken 10mbps plan, speed is like 1 mpbs
And now within one week connection is so poor or either not working at all but no one is there to hear you.
People who use to call you 100 times before for servies now not picking...

I have been trying to reach out to the tikona customer care number at[protected] for months but this number is not working.

Later i decided to reach out the customer care on email at [protected]@tikona.in for disconnection of my tikona broadband account.

There is no reply from tikona customer care on this topic. I have been trying to follow up still no reply is given to me about my request.

disconnection of tikona broadband services

Description: i am it professional and due to covid 19, we have to work from home from last 2 months. I want to disconnect my tikona broadband due to bad service. We have not used the connection for last 2 months only because whenever i tried to connect it shows red light. You can check the usage for last 2 months. I can not complaint again...

This is with reference to my tikona id [protected] where i am facing "no internet connection issue" on regular basis. Very frequently i am getting " authentication failed. No Network since Two months

internet not working - unstable connection - speed problem from last 3 days

My internet has not been working with frequent disconnections from last 4 to 5 days and i lodged complaint on the tikona app thrice since the customer care number was not reachable and i got no response from their side, no engineer visits assigned. tikona disconnection issue

I have made several calls to tikona customer care number for disconnection request, but it's not reachable. Kindly note i want to disconnect this connection so remove my connection as soon as possible. Otherwise i will not be liable for any extra dues.
I have already paid an extra amount for the internet that i have not used. I have received calls from some advocate that tikona is filing a case against me if i will not pay this amount....

termination of connection

I'm shifting to a new locality an i requested the company to relocate the connection to my new address. But the response i got was to continue the connection in same location as there is shortage of staff due to covid19 situation!!

Didn't received my refund nor they are reverting

Complaint for billing

Tikona customer executive jitendra kamble mobile [protected] collected money on 2nd june 2020 through paytm for broadband connection within 2 days but after receipts of payment person switched off his mobile phone. He has tikona id hence we made payment for new broad band connection at our house
