I have installed tikona connection at my home at my home on 28th august 2020. They supposed to provide router at the time of installation but the person said that currently we will install and you can work on single machine using lan cable and you will get router within 2 days. Till date i have not received router. Also from the second day of installation i am facing net speed issue. It is not even giving 1mbps speed. I have tested it through their portal it is giving less than 1mbps speed. I tried to call representative who registered tikona connection at my home, but he is disconnecting call every time, not even taking efforts to call back. Worst service provider ever. Need my refund asap.

    Hi, I have opted for yearly plan from Tikona,

    after a few months it stopped working, I checked with the support team at lats they said we can't provide due to the building height is less.

    i called customer care, each time it took like 30 min to reach them they said they will refund the money till now they have not refunded me.

    don't know what to do .

      Customer ID[protected] had applied for a Tikona connection, I paid 3900 for the service. However the technician said that service cannot be provided In your building and also the connection was not activated. The technician took the equipment and asked me to email Tikona for the refund. I have written multiple emails for the refund but no one has responded to my emails. I need my money as I don't have any money to eat food because I had to spend another 4000 to get internet from a different ISP and now I don't have money to eat food. Tikona is the worst. And I will make sure my friends and family don't use Tikona I just need my money back asap

      What I am going to do is to go to the technicians house who had come for the connection and take the money from him. You pay him back or else it will be bad for the technician
      I have written over 20 emails and haven't received a single response. Why are you asking me to do it in your portal when I have already written emails so many times. I have shared necessary details on the email today again as suggested by your executive. I have done everything you asked me to do but you haven't yet refunded my money. I used my food money for ISP as I have just got a job after pandemic. This is how you treat your customers especially when I have sent refund emails so many times. Your company should be fined for doing such deeds during this time. My money has been with you and I had to keep my gold ring at the jewellery shop so I could feed my family. I will go to the consumer court and ask for a compensation for holding my money for such a long time. Treat this as a final warning, stop keeping people's money and earn Interest from banks. I need my refund as soon as possible

        Hi,

        It's been over 4 months since I had requested the connection, paid the amount in full but nothing has been done.

        Even after an executive was kind enough to inform around the month of June that the connection is not possible due to technical reasons at their end, cos the tower doesn't reach till my area I did not have any issues.

        I have filed for a refund as told, but nothing has been moved and it has been over 2 months since I have filled the refund request.

        The person who reached out gave me an email address which does not work [protected]@tikona.in.

        Request your to please resolve this URGENTLY. I am holding very little patience at this point.

          I have made the payment in the month of march to avail internet services from tikona. However the installation did not happen due to national lock down due to covid. I have taken connection with a local cable as my work was getting hampered however i am still awaiting a refund of the below amount from tikona due to non installation and usage of thier services.

            I got call at IST 11:30 PM from Tikona goons saying that i have to pay their dues well when i faced peoblem about service i paid Rs 3400 for 3 months but not even single day tikona interet worked i complained against poor quality of internet which never given signals ..Person who installed Tikona Internet Mr Dhram[protected] not even pick my call for single time.U r so called Engineers given reason that they were not got any training for ..Afterwords Tikona person collected their Router with entire things ..U guys are not capable to give proper services cheating CUSTOMERs .It 11:30 midnight time i got call from tikona goon saying he was lawyer & going to file legal action..Well have u died that time when i asked for GOOD SERVICE nobody bothered .Now asking to to pay extra?Bloody beggers..I want my Rs 2400 back which one was taken from me on d name of fake services..I got call from[protected] Person was drunk used foul lang with threatens me by saying they r dangerous people they will rape me & murder me for what?Services they have promised & not given ..My Husband is out of India & I am 5 months pregnent..U guys are limit hiring fake people who used to threating people..Tikona

              Dear Team,
              I got a Tikona connection installed on the 9th of August and now from two days, it has stopped working.
              Within 15 days, it has stopped working. This is not what I accepted from the service, which has not been installed even for a month.
              I contacted the salesperson who provided the connection, he raised his hand saying that it is not his issues.
              I have already followed all thevridiculous instructions of restarting the modem, the power adapter is on, etc. but nothing is working.
              I don't want to continue with this connection anymore and hereby raise the request of cancelling the Tikona connection.
              Kindly help to get the refund amount. Customer id [protected]

                I got tikona connection on 10/feb/20 with six month plan in Visakhapatnam, maddilapalem. I used 1.5 months and then due to lock down, I shifted to. My home town on July 5th and I called the tikona agent to stop the connection but they said to mail Customer care tikona [protected]@tikona.in . I mailed for request to stopy connection as I'm shifted from Visakhapatnam. I mailed them so many times from my registered email id no response from them till date. And the agents are saying the same to mail customer care but there is no response from them. But they are sending due bills and asking to pay bill for next 6 months. But not accepting my disconnection request.

                  The issue that I have experienced was: I requested a new broadband connection from tikona. sales executive asked me to pay before installation so I paid INR 6719 for a plan for 6 months. On Jun 24 their engineer visited my place and said location is not feasible.
                  Since then I have written several mails to customer care as well as tikona's refund handle. There have been no response at all from them. Sales executive is also not helping.

                    This is with reference to Tikona services used by us. We had requested for Tikona disconnection and one official from Tikona had visited our house and disconnected the connection. However, we still received the bills after disconnecting the TIkona.

                    Recently, we received a call stating that a legal notice has been served in our name for not paying the bills and demand notice for payment was sent to the registered email id which was incorrect. We never received any demand notice as the email id mentioned was incorrect.

                    We tried contacting the tikona customer number for resolving the issue of bill payments and updation of email id, however we are unable to reach them.

                    Although the TIkona service was disconnected as confirmed by the official of Tikona, we have made payment of outstanding bills and the payment confirmation was sent to the official who confirmed that the legal notice is served on us for not paying the bill.

                    We want to discontinue the services of TIkona and hence we request you to disconnect the service of Tikona and do not send any more bills. Also, please take back the legal notice issued in our name for not paying the bill.

                      From past six months we are not using tikona broadband services,
                      We already asked them to disconnect the connection in 1st month only.

                      We dropped so many mails and raised complaint tkt on the same issue at that time they didn't respond for thr tickets and now they are demanding the money and threatening us by making calls on the name of some advocates
                      Everyday we are receving 10 to 15 calls. Please look into the issue.

                          I am very new customer of Tikona user id [protected], paid full amount for 6 months 25mbps line connection in advance. However I am struggling from last 4 days for getting the line connected & installed at my home .

                          I have contacted the Sales representative, Area manager & their manager for multiple times but only answer I get is we will check and call you after some time.

                          This is very frustrating as I am spending my entire day calling your team members. I dont have any other option than to chase them as I have paid full mount of Rs. 5452 in advance.

                          Kindly look into the matter and support else let me know how to get the FULL REFUND.

                            Total fraud customer care, i have been complaining since last month that my internet is going down on a daily basis. Internet speed is fluctuating from 20mbps to 1mbps sometime less than that but no one is bother to listen that thing. Technical guy came did some # things after that no response from his end although he is saying there is some problem but he doesn't know what kind of issue this. Customer care called from saying sir there is some issue i will try to fix after that daily basis system messages saying "we are working to solve this issue on a permanent basis". What kind of fraud broadband service is this, they took money for 6 months at a sane time but when it comes to give the service no service nothing. I would request you to take legal action against tikona, they are simply stealing customer's hard earned money

                              I have been using tikona broadband for last many years. During this lockdown period on 7th july i asked them to upgrade my plan from 10 mbps to 3 months - 40 mbps unlimited plan for which i paid rental of 3093 rs in total for next 3 months (August, sept, oct). At start of plan change i paid 1000 rs than after they updating tikona equipments relating to my new plan request at my residence i paid next 2093 rs which showed thru their tikona app as total outstanding balance. They said rest gst will be calculated in later cycle.

                              But right from start i never received their internet or anything kind of help to fix many issues which kept on hampering my work n life. I even had to take leave from work from home for weeks bearing losses on my end.

                              Now i have requested for disconnection of service officially twice thru email now but no reply yet. I have also marked a copy to trai in case of govt record.

                              While facing all these troubles i did ask for complete waiver for entire july month for which their representatives said my request of 1200 rs of entire july month have been accepted. So i'm entitled to receive my entire paid sum of 3093 rs as these few days of august was the same with no internet at all.

                              Please talk to them to reply to my disconnection email and refund back my money.

                                I have requested tikona multiple time since 11th of july, but they are not disconnecting the line. Always they are replying that it is useful during pandemic and they are not charging so keep the connection.
                                This connection is not at all used since 6 months. No bill is pending even i requested for a full and final settlement. Even then no action taken. Over phone executive accept the request but then the next time mail is different and the connection is not got disconnected.

                                As a proof i am attaching last mail recieved.

                                    Dear team,

                                    My tikona user id - [protected]. I am shifted from banglore permanently so i want to remove/disconnect tikona internet connection permanently before my new billing cycle starts with 14th august 2020. I was not to use a tikona after 20 june 2020.

                                    I tried to call on[protected] there is not any option to talk directly with tikona executive person.

                                    Kindly take remove/disconnect request on high priority and remove/disconnect tikona internet as early. And stop billing cycle from 14th august 2020. And please collect cable. Otherwise i will not be responsible for these things.

I have made so many complaints and I got so many reference from Tikona viz. 1-[protected], [protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], , 1-[protected], , 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and 1-[protected], but no technician/ engineer bothered to attend the complaints. Tikona Customer Care is neglecting my requests.

                                      It is very shameful for Tikona for reminding the same issue again to take improvement after sales service in Vasundhara, Sector-5, Ghaziabad. No internet connection in coming to my USER ID [protected] since morning. My two babies' online school classes are missed daily due to not availability of the internet. It is very shameful for such a big company like Tikona. I would like to quit from Tikona. I have paid Rs. 4500/- for one year for using unlimited internet on 19.05.2020, but it is now only 2 and half month. Now I became fad up to make complaint for the same reasons again and again. Kindly refund my money immediately after deducting the utilization charge of internet o[censored]sing 2 months and half months only, as I no longer want to be the consumer of Tikona any more. After connecting the internet, frequent disconnection is a normal thing. Despite repeated reminders, no action has been taken so far. Neither Tikona customer care Executive nor the Technicians available in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad to resolve the issue. As it happens on a regular basis, no one is interested to be the consumer of Tikona. so many reference numbers of my complaints have been received viz.1-[protected], [protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], , 1-[protected], , 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and 1-[protected], but no technician/ engineer bothered to attend the complaints. I would like to know the action taken report of the above mentioned reference numbers. Is there anyone senior officer in Tikona to check that the issue in which reference numbers have been received, have been resolved.

                                      No internet connection was whole day on 18.8.2020. Despite sending messages to all of the Engineers (Mr. Nizam (Mobile No. [protected]), Mr. Avneesh (Mobile No. [protected]) deployed in our area i.e. Vasundhara, no response received from them. Internet connection was established about 11.43 pm. Thereafter it was disconnected just after 5 minutes. Today the connection has been established at about 10.27 am. It is the condition of Tikona Broadband connection in my house. Tikona internet connectivity is not reliable. It is disconnected at any time. There is no guarantee as to when it is connected or when connection will be established. An email was sent from my side for which I got online request number 1-[protected]. Such types of several request numbers have been received but no action has been taken to improve the condition of connectivity. In this regard a few snaps taken in different time are attached which are sufficient for Tikona to understand the pathetic connectivity of Broadband connection. The whattsapp messages sent to the above said Engineers and their nil reply are also sent which shows that how active you are in our area. I am facing such types of frequent disconnection for the last 28 days but no developments.

                                      Still no connection since yesterday morning. No action has been taken to establish the connection. Despite furnishing complaint online, none came to attend the complaint. My subscription for unlimited internet connection for 25 MBPS is for valid for one year from 19.05.2020 to 19.05.2021. My babies school classes are missing daily due to no connectivity of internet. This is the condition of Tikona.

                                        I have been using tikona broadband for last many years. During this lockdown period on 7th july i asked them to upgrade my plan from 10 mbps to 3 months - 40 mbps unlimited plan for which i paid rental of 3093 rs in total for next 3 months (August, sept, oct). At start of plan change i paid 1000 rs than after they updating tikona equipments relating to my new plan request at my residence i paid next 2093 rs which showed thru their tikona app as total outstanding balance. They said rest gst will be calculated in later cycle.

                                        But right from start i never received their internet or anything kind of help to fix many issues which kept on hampering my work n life. I even had to take leave from work from home for weeks bearing losses on my end.

                                        Now i have requested for disconnection of service officially twice thru email now but no reply yet. I have also marked a copy to trai in case of govt record.

                                        While facing all these troubles i did ask for complete waiver for entire july month for which their representatives said my request of 1200 rs of entire july month have been accepted. So i'm entitled to receive my entire paid sum of 3093 rs as these few days of august was the same with no internet at all.

                                        Please talk to them to reply to my disconnection email and refund back my money.

                                        Your forum.tikona.in login doesn't work. You guys are intentionally not providing access to that forum. No activation links are being send when you create an account. Provide me with access on [email protected] email address. Your forum.tikona.in board administrator is doing nothing to help customers. Entire company is useless.
