No refund after unsuccessful installation

The issue that I have experienced was: I requested a new broadband connection from tikona. sales executive asked me to pay before installation so I paid INR 6719 for a plan for 6 months. On Jun 24 their engineer visited my place and said location is not feasible.
Since then I have written several mails to customer care as well as tikona's refund handle. There have been no response at all from them. Sales executive is also not helping.br...

This is with reference to Tikona services used by us. We had requested for Tikona disconnection and one official from Tikona had visited our house and disconnected the connection. However, we still received the bills after disconnecting the TIkona.

Recently, we received a call stating that a legal notice has been served in our name for not paying the bills and demand notice for payment was sent to the registered email id which...

Hi team,

From past six months we are not using tikona broadband services,
We already asked them to disconnect the connection in 1st month only.

We dropped so many mails and raised complaint tkt on the same issue at that time they didn't respond for thr tickets and now they are demanding the money and threatening us by making calls on the name of some advocates
Everyday we are receving 10 to 15...

horrible customer care, total fraud

Total fraud customer care, i have been complaining since last month that my internet is going down on a daily basis. Internet speed is fluctuating from 20mbps to 1mbps sometime less than that but no one is bother to listen that thing. No refund

I have been using tikona broadband for last many years. During this lockdown period on 7th july i asked them to upgrade my plan from 10 mbps to 3 months - 40 mbps unlimited plan for which i paid rental of 3093 rs in total for next 3 months (August, sept, oct). At start of plan change i paid 1000 rs than after they updating tikona equipments relating to my new plan request...

I have requested tikona multiple time since 11th of july, but they are not disconnecting the line. Always they are replying that it is useful during pandemic and they are not charging so keep the connection.
This connection is not at all used since 6 months. No bill is pending even i requested for a full and final settlement. Even then no action taken. Over phone executive accept the request but then the next time mail is different...

remove/disconnect tikona internet connection 1122390039 ~ stop billing cycle from 14th august 2020

Today i received a call from a lawyer saying that she is filing a case against me in delhi civil court on behalf of tikona if i don't pay the bill within next half hour i stop using the connection in april middle due to lockdown i left that rented house and called tikona people to terminate my connection but they again charged me e send me the bills on the profile which was of 1049 rupees and again added some due of hundred 200 rupees. Again...

Speed issue

I have purchase new connection approx 10 days ago but since there i am not getting my desired plan speed which is of 40 mbps everytime it is fluctuating for 10, 15, 20 or 25 mbps if i get download speed then there is very low upload speed by only 5 mbps that i can't do my work properly.
So after giving my alternate numbers also they havent call me for single time also.
And i have sended many emails they aren't replying properly...

unethical behaviour and payment done even though connection is not available

Hi,

Please trace my calls as i strongly said that to disconnect the network. After that i did not makee a call to tikona to resume the connection. But they generated the bill of rs.2312 and threatened me to pay the amount in just 30 minutes. If not this happened in 3o mins, my cibil score would get affected. I trusted tikona but they totally disappointed me. Even i addressed the issue through email to tikona but they did not...

Lawyer calling for bill payment

My tikona service id is [protected]. I have requested them for internet shutdown since march-2020. All bills are paid in advance since i make 3 months advance payment.
I plugged out the router and modem and they can check at their end there will no data activity on my connection. But they didnt disconnect until after 2 months and then started calling me to pending bills (Rs 1877.89). Then there lawyer called from delhi telling me that...
