I am chasing tikona team for my early disconnection due to shifting to another location. I have even already paise entire bill but still they have not sent any technician yet and not replying properly on email. Need support immediately.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Unable to connect their customer care number. Need immediate resolution.

    I had subscribed tikona subscription for 6 months plan and was not getting proper service during the duration even when i was doing work from home.
    I was utterly disappointed by their service throughout the duration and i called them several times i didn’t receive any reply via call so i mailed them that i don’t want their services any longer and i took another connection they however are still spamming messages and calling to charge me for services post the duration of their connection
    When i see their social media they have done the same thing for many people till date as such i am putting forward this complaint so that they are confronted for their harassment of customers with proof of mail

      My plan is 10 mbps speed n i m getting speed i only 1 mbps... That also disconnect frequently. I have complaint in tikona but no one is looking in this matter

        Its been 1 month i got new tikona brooadband connection, not even single day worked properly, frequently disconnecting, even their engineers and sales person team could not solve the issue after visiting. My husband already lost his job and we are planning to move to our native. We claimed for the issue and refund but they are not even responding properly, please help me to clear the issue to get me the refund. Please.

            I have used their connection for 3 month, on feb 2020 connection is closed, after that i have not used there connection. No ip track in there system for my account.
            Now they are generating false bill and harrassing customers. I have all email and payment proof. There service is pathetic half days no internet on that they do all these cheating with customers. Please help to take an action. I have now paid final amount, which was false

              Respected sir/ mam,

              I am writing this mail to pull your attention towards serious scam by tikona digital network. I am receiving threatening calls from some lawyers to pay my tikona bill and threatening me to be arrested by delhi police. I have paid my all bills and while i was not using i have written email saying that to disconnect the service. And would like inform you service not fit to use still in our location there is no other service provider so i have installed..in the time of instalation i have paid extra money as well. While searching google i have found that's its not only me but thousands of people like me who has been harassed mentally by tikona even after paying all the bills and its been going on from many days. I have also hoping a reply and next course of action against tikona digital in bangalore.

                Hi Team,

                My details are mentioned below:

                As everyone knows because of COVID, many people are working from home. During this period, we were facing speed and continuous disconnectivity issues each day. From March 2020, we are having connectivity issues with tikona. Hence we registered a complaint with tikona for resolving these issues (19th March 2020 complaint no : 1-[protected]/1-[protected]) but did not get any immediate response. On 30th March, we received a response that CC team were able to see issues with physical connection and said they will arrange an Engineer for the same. But did not get any resolution from the CC team thereafter too.

                So by the fade of this kind of service from Tikona in need of time, we decided to disconnect our tikona service. For the same, I registered a complaint on 16th April, 2020 (complaint no : 1-[protected]). We just got auto replies but no response from tikona.Then again I sent a reminder on 1st May to disconnect the tikona, but no response till date.

                My last tikona bill payment was on 2nd March 2020. Due to no connectivity, I said, I am not going to pay the bill for March in the mail. But still they did not respond.
                We have not received tikona service since March 2020 and therefore, we are not going to pay the bill.

                I have escalated this issue to the upper end and request them to do the needful. Still no response. I requested to waive off our charges of bill amount as we have not used the service because Tikona has not given the truthful service. Not a single action on it.

                And nowadays we are getting fake calls from advocates from Delhi, that we will file a case on you, if you are not going to pay the bill. We are getting harassed by them every single day.

                As per customer's request, company should disconnect service within 7 days. But now 3 months completed, tikona is simply not disconnecting service and making us free from this headache.

                I have all proofs of disconnection complaints raised in emails.I can forward them if required.

                Please take necessary action to waive off our charges and Disconnect the Tikona service permanently.

                Hi Tikona Team,

                I can not raise my complaint in tikona forum. I already tried to raise issue but its not taking my account details in consideration. I dont know my account is suspended by your tikona team.
                So I am complaining here. Please check the usage and revert back me on the same.

                Tikona team is not sending me legal notice by fearing like we can file the case using words like legal proceedings criminal as well as civil.
                I got mail with details as below:

                In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and SMS messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to Rs.1595.3. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the SRF, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of Statement o[censored]sage from us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.
                In addition to above, you shall be required to pay Rs. 1500 in case you fail to return Modem along with all accessories to our authorized representative.

                I am asking to come someone from your team ..No one is coming collect the accessories. Only calling to pay bills for unsused service. Pathetic service.
                Please resolve else I will raise complaint in consumer court.

                  I am facing issue of slowness with tikona isp, i have a plan of 60mbps on which i am getting less than 1mbps speed most of the time, especially work hours from past 10 days. I have logged service request but didn't receive a call back or even email from customer care but just automated email. I followed over email 5-7 times now. Since yesterday i am getting no service at all. Their customer care number is no use this time as no one picks up even after 30-40min of waiting.

                  I tried that, i registered on forum and my user id is [protected]@gmail.com but I don't get inside it say contact admin to add you so i never posted complaints there. I never received email with confirmation link from tikona forum. You guys are fraud as they come

                    This was very disheartening and dis-respecting hence i am noting it down here. I was currently a tikona broadband user but have stopped using the internet services 3 months ago. Due to covid-19 crisis we had to leave our respective places with all the digital services shut down. My tikona broadband plan was a prepaid unlimited plan and therefore without payment, no services were provided or entertained. But still since 3 months i have been getting bills regarding due payment of whatsoever money which have been progressively increasing with time. I will attach the screenshots below.

                    Then so called advocate named ankita sharma ([protected]) has been calling me and threatening me to cease my pan card and voter id card with compensation of 75000inr to tikona digital networks if i fail to pay this bill. This is an act of humiliation to mint money out of people. The latest bill i got from tikona was that my internet service has been terminated and i have to pay some amount to reactivate it. Since, i am not in station right now hence, i don't plan on restarting the services again. I will attach this picture as well. Also, for a prepaid services i don't think we have to pay due amounts.

                    Tikona, stop with these fraudulent activities. Your customers aren't fools. This way you are just losing reputation in market. Take this as a warning, if i get a call next time then i won't hesitate filing an fir against your company.

                      I don't want to use their service due huge fluctuation in network, i am doing wfh and have to work on windows server and citrix receiver but their network is not capable for the same. I have given same day request for cancellation, but they arrange network support to visit at my location, but network team contact me on 6th july also i have try to contact by call and mail but they not replied, finally i have purchased other connection, please help me they are not refund my amount (Rs.3533).

                        This is to highlight that i have been getting calls now for bill amount collection w. R. T it i would like to highlight few points:

                        1. The plan was provided to us as a 3 month prepaid plan for which we have already paid in advance. (Ss attached for reference.)

                        2. Near the end of 3 months, i started getting sms intimations for doing a recharge to continue the service. Which is what usually happens in a prepaid plans. (Ss attached for reference).

                        3. Post 3 months, i started getting suspension alerts for the service. (I knew that a prepaid plan gets discontinued if you don't recharge in the coming 2-3 months).
                        For which i wanted to contact customer care and discuss on the same to avoid permanent disconnection.

                        4. At the end of the 3 months, i have been calling customer care but no one was there to receive the calls. (I understood on human grounds that there wont be anyone in offices due to covid-19).

                        5. The wifi stopped working after 3 months tenure and no one was using it from our end.

                        6. Later i dropped email where i addressed my query stating that i don't want disconnection but i would recharge/reuse the service, when needed in near future.

                        7. I got auto generated replies that i will be contacted back. But no one called.

                        8. Numerous emails are sent on '[protected]@tikina.in"with subject:"temporary non usage of wifi service | user id: [protected]" but there is no reply on emails/calls.

                        9. Now tikona's payment collection team started calling me onfrequent basis for doing a pending *false* payment!
                        They don't have time to respond to emails they are on front foot for false collections!!!

                        First of all the wifi plan was sold of saying it to be a 3 months plans.

                        Secondly, tikona is not abe to cater basic customer service even after dropping mails.

                        Now, tikona has the audacity to ask for some random bill payment amount!
                        This is unethical and unexpected.

                        I have been getting negative reviews for tikona in past but i still went buying a plan from you; but this is where i land-in.

                        Please help in getting the issue rectified.

                        Its a mental agony to receive such inhumane and faulty expectations from a service provide.
                        I am no longer willing to go for any service with tikona which works on false statements and unethical approaches.
                        And i won't opt for the same in future as well.

                          I have signed up for a new connection on 07/07/2020 made the entire payment requested on the same day, was supposed to get the installation done on 08/07/2020 as per commitment given by technician prakash. The installation is assigned to sandip shende as per sms received from tikona. Today its 16/07/2020 and i am still waiting for installation. I am only getting excuses from both prakash & sandip like switch needs to be installed, cable needs to be run etc., however i know that there are connections in my society from tikona. I am following up everyday almost thrice and each time i am getting weird excuses. I have recently joined tikona thinking it will be a great experience, but it turned to be my most horrible experience ever. I was not expecting this kind of service. I assured several times with prakash & sandip about the timeframe for installation and each time i got response it will be done today. It's been 8 days now and no resolution. Unable to connect on customer service as long hold and top of it its a chargeable call. I have sent out number of emails to [protected]@tikona.in but sadly no response.

                            Its been more than a week now i’m waiting for my broadband connection. Paid charges on 6/7/20 everyday their engineer gives fake assurance ‘it will be done today’.
                            Tikona customer care is useless call is always busy have tried holding the line for hours and they don’t reply to email.

                              It has been my third complain since last 1 week. But the issue is not resolved. Your technician comes and visit the site as soon as he leaves, problem arises.
                              Is this the procedure to harass the customers, taking advance payment of six months and providing poorest services.

                                  This is pratik, a fooled person who took tikona subscription and they handed over me a 6month plan stating free installation on 18feb. Now from the first day internet was not working till now i have raised 100+complaints/calls but every time what they do is raise a ticket and closes every time with solving stating solved and wifi is working perfectly
                                  No answers from the boy who installed the connection he blocked me and not responding
                                  I strictly urge you to take a strict action against tikona as they are making money over india by fooling everyone

                                    Hi, this is to inform you that i am tikona user and my id is [protected]. From lockdown to till date i am facing speed issues from tikona due to this i opt 60 mbps speed as well as but after all of them i am still facing speed issues becuase as per speed test of tikona their is no 60 mbps speed i only received 10 to 20 mbps speed. They try to make fool of their customers and for this i need compensation from them, why i should pay for the inconvenience i faced from tikona. I always raised complaint they send some engineer after that i got frequent speed issues and they never try to focused on their speed. As per speed test i saw other provider whose speed is constant if they have 50 mbps speed then they offer 40 to 45 mbps speed continuously but tikona not to do so.
                                    I need compensation of rs 10000 that i paid to tikona and for mental trauma that i faced during this process.

                                      Internet not working

                                      Hi, I took the Tikona internet connection in the month of November 2019 and since then it's not working. For few days it worked at the lowest speed! I called them number of times and 1 engineer updated me about the issue.
                                      The signals were not captured due to barriers and also that person has ensured me that I will get the reimbursement of 6 months.

                                      After that my complaint details just disappeared from the Tikona app.br...

                                      Router internet light is blinking ans no internet connection is present since 11 am, please look as early as possible mailed the complaint as well
