As everyone knows because of COVID, many people are working from home. During this period, we were facing speed and continuous disconnectivity issues each day. From March 2020, we are having connectivity issues with tikona. Hence we registered a complaint with tikona for resolving these issues (19th March 2020 complaint no : 1-[protected]/1-[protected]) but did not get any immediate response. On 30th March, we received a response that CC team were able to see issues with physical connection and said they will arrange an Engineer for the same. But did not get any resolution from the CC team thereafter too.
So by the fade of this kind of service from Tikona in need of time, we decided to disconnect our tikona service. For the same, I registered a complaint on 16th April, 2020 (complaint no : 1-[protected]). We just got auto replies but no response from tikona.Then again I sent a reminder on 1st May to disconnect the tikona, but no response till date.
My last tikona bill payment was on 2nd March 2020. Due to no connectivity, I said, I am not going to pay the bill for March in the mail. But still they did not respond.
We have not received tikona service since March 2020 and therefore, we are not going to pay the bill.
I have escalated this issue to the upper end and request them to do the needful. Still no response. I requested to waive off our charges of bill amount as we have not used the service because Tikona has not given the truthful service. Not a single action on it.
And nowadays we are getting fake calls from advocates from Delhi, that we will file a case on you, if you are not going to pay the bill. We are getting harassed by them every single day.
As per customer's request, company should disconnect service within 7 days. But now 3 months completed, tikona is simply not disconnecting service and making us free from this headache.
I have all proofs of disconnection complaints raised in emails.I can forward them if required.
Please take necessary action to waive off our charges and Disconnect the Tikona service permanently.
