dear sir,
this is in reference to one of your employee who came to us for inter net connection installation and took 1300rs for the same and said that within two days new connection will be given to you but till now nobody has come for the same neither the executive is responding to my calls. he has switched of the phone from the same day . please refund my money 1300rs.

    Tikona has worst customer care service
    I was looking for an ISP to provide me quality services and since there are not a whole lot of service providers in Trichy, so I had only a handful of options as far ISP’s go. One of my friends suggested that I go in for a Tikona broadband connection. I took his advice and bought a Tikona connection, and I am so glad that I listened to my friend and did not go in for the local ISP, because not only did I get quality services but also got free antivirus as an add-on. I am so glad that it saved me from the pain of buying an antivirus. Tikona rocks!

      TIKONA SUCKS

      Hey guys, pl do not apply for a new broadband connection from TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS.

      Its been 3 Days Since installation and the connections is not working. Internet disconnects very frequently. The Engineers and Installation team is also have zero knowledge about the same.

      Several Com paints on Phone and Online have no response. Customer Care is of NO USE.

      No Reply from [protected]@tikona.in, despite several emails, No Commitment.

      They Just Run Away with your money.

      Pl see attached Image for your reference that the complaints for new connection not workings is still under processing after 3 days.

        I am frustated with the attitude of Tikona Broadband service.
        On 12 th of Nov I had placed a request for disconnection of my services.
        More than one month had passed they are not responding to my request.
        I am continuosly calling them and sending them mail but they are just delaying the things.
        On daily basis they are telling me that your request is on priority, Today you will get a call from our side. But noone has ever called me.

        Can anyone tell me that what I should do now.

        Hi,
        It's more than 10 days, still my internet connection is not disconnected.
        Neither I got any mail nor I got any call from anyone from Tikona.

        After several calls to customer care, I am now fed up with there promise of removal of connection on priority basis.

        I am now left with only one option of not paying any amount and leave the tikona device in my current house.
        In this scenerio there would be no fault on my part in case of any misusage or damage with the device.

        Do let me know If there is any other option left with me.

        I am currently a user of TIKONA with the user id [protected]. I have received my first bill from TIKONA which is shocking to me; I am disputing the bill as I have the following issue:

        The plan which I have requested is BB449 UNLIMITED Plan and based on which I made the initial payment. However, the plan which is mentioned on the bill is ADCB299. This plan ADCB299 is a limited plan which is charging me extra usage, i never requested for limited plan. So I mailed my issue to TIKONA customer care asking to rectify the plan with immedi/ate effect.
        After 24 to 30 hrs I got a mail from customer care ID with all the calculation and confirmation of plan change. It was great experience with Tikona customer care, I really appreciate.
        Thank you for your co-ordination and resolving my issue.
        I am really pleased with the manner in which my problem has been addressed and resolved. Special mention to Mr. S. Nair & Team who have taken pain in addressing my billing issue evolved due to charging me with an undesired billing plan. The team has worked with the back end billing team to understand the problem, ensured proper co-ordination, rectification and enabling me to have my desired services within a short time.
        Keep it up. Hope for similar support and co-operation in future.

          I have applied Tikona WIBRO Broadband service April 2010.

          I have paid every month bill through net banking.

          I got signal issues. So that I have disconnected Tikona Broadband August 2010.

          I settled full billing amount. There is no outstanding.

          A Service Engineer get back Wireless modem with wires and give me disconnection confirm paper.

          Last November 30 2011, I have got a Tikona Bill through email. I giving below billing details:

          Last Bill Date 26-Oct-2011
          Total Amount Due After Due Date 890.62

          I replied to Tikona. "I have already disconnected Aug 2010 & Given full settlement, This bill is invalid"

          Today(15/12/2011) I got reply, "We would like to inform that, the previous outstanding amount for your account is Rs 865.62., Now your account is closed."

          Actually I already given full amount, there is no pending'

          What a Worst Service.

            I have applied for the Tikona Broadband connection after paying over Rs. 3300. After installation due to wrong committment by company I have cancelled the connection without using for one day also.

            The company has initally told me to refund the amount. However after four month still I have not recevied the money.

            Even the nodal officer of company is not replying.

            Hi, I am Sarita from Kochi and I took a Tikona connection around a month back. I am absolutely amazed at the speed at which I am able to access the internet, it’s simply awesome. With my previous ISP, I used to be frustrated all the time, as the network would just remain down half the time. I really have to thank my friend who recommended that I get a Tikona Broadband connection. I really have to say that these guys are doing a terrific job.

              I asked and paid for tikona home broadband connection on 12th Dec 2011 , Rs 1250 to Mr Rahul.
              Mr. Rahul promised me , that I would be sent the UserID & password by SMS & Connection would be done by an engineer in 1 day, ie 13-dec 2011.
              In the evening of 13-Dec when no SMS & no engineer showed up, I tried to contact Mr Rahul again several times, but he stopped answering my calls.
              Later, Mr Nilesh calls me up and tells me that, the connection will be done by tomorrow(14th dec) and accepts the rude behaviour of Mr Rahul.
              On 14th I waited till evening, tried calling Mr Nilesh, I'm being told that he is having lunch & will call back. An hour later after receiving no callback, I try reaching him again, this time I'm told that He is in a meeting & cannot attend to me. Nobody answers me on his number too later.
              I would have called them a total of 40 times, no answer!
              According to Customer Care[protected], my account has not even been created and Mr Rahul has not even paid the amount I paid him.
              This is atrocious!
              If this goes on I will be forced to take legal action against your company and all parties involved at any cost.
              At the beginning itself they act like they don't care about your customer, I cant imagine what is going to happen in future.
              I just want my money back, the same way they took it.

                I am getting regular calls from your collection department, which is not acceptable to me, I have already told numerous times to your customer care department on calls and mails that I am really being harrased by your services from the very first day of your company and during this tenure till date, most of the time TIKONA CONNECTION WAS NOT WORKING!!

                and I am also complaining on customer care number as well that from last 3 days your third class TKONA CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING and thus I really have to say that your company CHEATED AND MENTALLY HARRASED ME ..now for this reason I want all my monew back and DO NOT WANT THIS CONNECTION TO BE ACTIVATED WITH IMMIDIATE EFFECT.

                TIKONA HAS ALSO CHEATED ME EATING ALL MY MONEY OF 1257 WITH MINIMAL SERVICE, SO I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT UNDER INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM
                with this mail being sent, for futher enquiry on collection of money and any continuation of internet service from tikona (which is still not working) as formally I do not want this pathetic connection and want all my money back.

                  I got his refund cheque but claims that it is wrong.

                    I raised a ticket on 3rd dec 2011 that i am not able to connect to tikona service.

                    This been 6 days the issue is not resolved.
                    Although 3 of the engineers visited the site but not a proper solution.
                    I have been trying to connect to tikona care and what I am getting is only misbehaviours and assurances.

                    Amongst the misbehaves are the hanging up the phones and not not giving the ticket status.
                    The ticket diary is not getting updated and all the times they are treating like this is the first time I am calling for this ticket.
                    One time i got to know that the issue is closed without informing me also.

                    I have the similar problem. Tikona's services are really bad in Niti Khand-III. I am facing very-slow speed problem since the time I get this connection.
                    Customer services are also pathetic. It has been about 1.5 months and I am getting speed 500 KBPS whereas I subscribed from 4 MBPS. Thinking to deactivate it go for other service provider.

                      One of the worst service i have ever used...
                      it is so frustrating to use this service.

                      A executive came to my home and collected the cheque and the cheque got credited on to there account with in 5day and no one turnedup untill 7 days and one fine day a engineer comes with an antenna and he says that there is not connectivity at my home, but the person who collected the cheque informed that he can see the antenns from my home and he promise that i will be getting a minimum of 150Kbps of download speed.

                      after this a person come to my home for providing me the demo and he confirmed that there is no signal at my home and the refund payment would take minimum of 30 working days and it is also not confirmed.

                      Never use "Tikona Wireless Broadband " and the customer care people they know only once work "Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you" and they will provide the other contact number stating that they are not the correct person to contact and they will ask us to send e-mail and no one will respond to the e-mail.

On 3 Aug 2011 I have applied for Tikona ULNTD799 plan and paid installation charges to sales guy, but the installation guy told me that there is no feasibility at my place, so I raised disconnection request. I wasn’t expecting the refund to come to me on time, but to my surprise after 30 days I got my refund cheque. I wish my location was feasible, hope it would be in future as I have good review about their network speed.

                        i have applied tikona connection . i had paid the amount before the connection and the agent sandeep dixit said that there will be installation within 3 days on 6 laptops by the engineer but he only provide connection on single laptop and there is no engineer comes. i paid the amount of 2200 Rs on 27th of november. he says all 6 laptops can be connected till 30th of november but till now i didnt get the whole connection . i call him on phone and he makes excuses daily

                          This is Afzal Alam from Jeewan Nagar Ashram, New Delhi. Tikona ID: [protected] Subscribed plan ADCB499 on 18 Nov 2011,

                          While subscribing the plan I clearly told to sales guy that I am a share trader and I need dedicated speed to work. He said you will get the speed according to plan.

                          I was promissed to have 2mbps dedicated speed, when installation done I used to get only 1mbps speed and flactuating all the time,

                          I called many times to customer care but they said there is some problem with device and will get resolve with 48 hours. I thought lets continue my work whatever the speed is.

                          But on 28 of November my connection was stopped working, again I called to customer care they said your device is ok but there is problem in Our network which will be resolved in 48 hours, if not then an engineer will visit to your place to resolve the problem.

                          On 30th of November I checked my connection again but it was dead, so again I called to customer care they said we are working on your complaints, I am calling everyday to check the status of my complaints but still on 6th of December they are working on my complaints, I think 48 hours has not yet completed from 30th of November to 6th of December. I don't know which Planet's time Zone they are following on.

                          I have all the recordings of conversation between me and customer care, as well as I have emails which i sent to tikona care.

                          Kindly do the needfull as I have lost aound 20,000 Rs bacuse of not doing trade. Also I am mentaly tourcherd.

                          I have called so many time in Tikona call centre but none has understood my problem in such better way then him. This person has understand my problem and solved my problem with resolution .He is very genuine person. This person is working very good and doing his job smartly. Request you to appreciate him and promote him. This person has taken my follow-up and he gave me call back and solved my problem. He is very much dedicated to his work. Request you to tell HR to keep this person as Role model and recruit Agents.
                          I had been using Tikona for quite sometime, so far so good. However recently just had a little hitch in the device. But, as always your executives were quite helpful and quick with their response and attending our problem. Thanks.
                          Value for money, good service and reliable and fast high speed internet, to say the least for Tikona. Keep up the quality!

                            I am using Tikona broadband since 3 months and now experiencing their pathetic customer service.

                            I have opted for Rs. 449 plan, so my billing should be Rs. 449 + 10.3% service tax, which comes to Rs. 495.25 and I was getting Rs. 25 as E-bill discount, so the bill should be Rs. 470.25.

                            Instead of Rs. 470 i have received bill of Rs. 501.54 where they have included taxes as Rs. 88.76 (Shown two different service tax figures Rs. 45.09 and Rs. 43.67). When i received the bill i immediately contacted their customer care department and they called me for the issue after 6-7 days and admitted their mistake as well.

                            So I asked him to send me a mail reflecting my actual amount payable but he mailed me for Rs. 501 and closed the complaint without my concern. after that i have written several mails to them indicating same problem but no one is contacting back, but as I have not paid the bill for the month as they are unable to resolve the issue their recovery department is calling me twice in a day and they are also unable to solve the issue.

                            Please guide me what should I do for their pathetic customer services and sort out the issue. I am bored of repeating the same issue to their many executives.

                              This company is a cheat. The representative showed me a demo with 2MBPS connection and during the demo the internet was working great with a download speed of 2 MBPS and an upload speed of 900 KBPS. Based on this I booked a new connection (4mpbs) and the installation team came to my apartment and I asked them to show the signal strength and speed before actual installation. The signal strength was 13% and download speed is only 350kbps and I told them to cancel the connection. The tikona representative told me that he will speak to the office and disconnect it with two weeks. After three weeks I got a call from Tikona team that my usage is around 15GB. First of all the installation itself was not done and how can I use it. They can easily find out who is using it and disable it. Even after repeated calls they are not disabling the connection. I guess the tikona executive is selling the information to outside world for some cheap money. I sent an email to CEO prakash.[protected]@tikona.in‎; [protected]@tikona.in and customer care still no response. I realized that still consumers dont have any rights in India. This is my horrible experience in my life time. Please don't try the internet connection given by this company they know how to cheat & frustrate the customer only. The customer care of tikona is world's worst service I ever seen.

                              I too agree with the same, that tikona people has the worst customer care people available so far i have seen.
                              Tikona is harrasing me for almost last 1 year now. I requested disconnection in April 12 due to poor connection and disruption in service. No one approached me for disconnection and to my utter surprise I got bills for payment.

                              Then few months back I got a call from a guy claiming to be from their legal department telling that I need to pay the outstanding amount. I paid the amount i.e the rental for a service which i never got.

                              But as you all very well know Tikona is a trap. Inspite of settling all the bills I still am getting bills for payment and you would be surprised to know that neither do I have their equipment installed nor am i using their service since April 12.

                              I am being harrased regularly and no one listens. Neither customer care, nor Mr Nair, no one.

                              I have been also harrassed in the same way, i asked for a demo and the representative asked me to pay 1700 and the amount will be refunded if i am not satisfied with the speed. The speed was not good and asked for disconnection, they say that i have used 1.5 gb and need to pay for it including installation charges. I have been sending mails to customer care and appellate it has been 50 days and still they say that they are checking with back end team.THIS COMPANY IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS. Dont ever suggest TIKONA to any one in your life.
                              Even I got a call today folks some guy claiming to be calling from session court delhi mentioning that some lady conatables will come and take me to court. This is a case of mental harassment and nothing else. Please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com so we can together fill a mental harassment case against them. Please don't be scared of such fraud and cheat companies. We need to get together and throw them out of our country or in jail. They are turning business into gundaraj. Horrible not having any shame instead threatening people who are tax payers and respectable people of the country. What all is written above is exactly what was done to me and trust me now I know that they do this to every one. Now they got to stop. That's it!

                              Firstly the connection had problems and my internet stopped working. This was in June 2012. My plan was Rs. 1100 per month. Then I had to log three separate complaints so that my issue could be fixed but no one was sent to service it and no one repaired it. So I called up customer care to disconnect it. He took my request and told me that my service has been disconnected and the device will be collected. So a person came and collected the device and did not provide me with a receipt. I didn't ask for one since I did not know that I would need one.

                              After one month another person from tikona calls and says that I have not paid my bill for June. I told the concerned person that I would pay only Pro-Rate till the date my internet was working. That person also conveyed to me that my connection has not been disconnected and that I am supposed to send a mail for the same.

                              Finally my connection was disconnected in July and I was asked to pay the entire amount for 2 months. I had to fight it out with tikona people and finally they agreed to send me a Pro-Rate bill. They told me the bill would be mailed to me. A bill has never been mailed to me till date.

                              Today their advocate calls and threatens to file a case against me if I do not pay up. When I called up customer care asking where is my bill so that I can pay it I was informed that my mail id is wrongly registered with tikona hence I didn't receive a mail and also that I haven't returned the device hence I would have to pay Rs. 1500 fine.

                              So kindly help me out here. I was told by their Customer Care executive Ms. Nidhi Awasthi that it is not my fault that I do not have a receipt since their person who took the device didn't give one but since I do not have a receipt they have the right to charge me Rs. 1500. So basically they are out rightly looting me.

                              I have been threatened. I have wasted my time attending and calling up customer care and finally they ask me to pay for something which is not my fault and has been acknowledged by their own customer care executive.

                              So should I lodge an FIR against this company for looting me or a Case in Consumer Court for harassing me? Kindly let me know at the earliest.

                              Tikona is the worst service provider. I took a new connection 3 months back and with in 10 days there was some issue from there side and still that issue persist. finally we asked for disconnection and refund, there final settlement mail says refund amount as 0 and there representative in last call said u will get full refund only 10 days usage charge will be deducted.they are fraud.Please donot go for this service.They take advance amount and never give services.

                              Customer care says "we will not provide you any services but you will have to pay the bill regularly and that to in advance or else they will send there representative to you home".


                              I think we all should file a PIL in IPC and Consumer court and ask for compensation.

                              Reading the above comments. I realized, I am not the only one who suffered . There are thousands in the queue who had been mentally harassed and tortured by TIKONA.

                              The agony began from getting tikona installed at my house after calling on CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER . The agent who came for the installation took Rs 1500 as SECURITY DEPOSIT which was to be RETURNED BACK at the time o[censored]nsubscribing the services or it would be deducted from the last months bill,
                              and then the real misery commenced. The services where down most of the times, in-spite of numerous complaints.
                              Ultimately we decided to get the services uninstalled. The same agent came for the uninstalling the services and modem . The AGENT ( who always came to us on complaints on customer care number ) took the MODEM from us and did not give us any receipt, In-spite of asking it from him . He just said as you have unsubscribed online we do not give any receipt for it .
                              And from there it culminated into series of problems.

                              I got the call from customer care to pay the bill for the last month and the cost of the MODEM and the FINE ( This came as surprise as we had submitted the MODEM to the agent ) . (A TOTAL AMOUNT OF Rs 1989.95 ),

                              Here the bill for the last month was Rs 489.95 . As I had made a REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of Rs 1500, I must have got Rs 1010.05 from TIKONA as the REFUND.

                              Whereas, According to TIKONA I had to pay them Rs 1989.95 on the contrary.

                              Then, I got a call from an Advocate who said, He is going to file a case against me, if i do not pay the Bill in 1 hour. And, He was very rude in communicating this to me and he used all sorts of abusive words.I tried to explain him the case.

                              The sentence the advocate said was " Chutiya company haai, maar rahi haai tmhaari and Tumm ussey nikal nahi saktey . Company tumko sirf chutiya banayegi Tumhaara koii kaam nahi hoga . Tumhaarey paas case rokney ka ek hi rasta haai, bill +fine pay karr do, wohh bhii ek ghantey ke andar " .

                              This came as a big surprise.Then I called CUSTOMER CARE Number and explained them the case.
                              They just declined me saying:

                              1. They did not take Rs 1500 as security deposit . ( WHICH WAS TAKEN BY THE AGENT )

                              2. They did not receive the modem . (WHICH WAS COLLECTED BY THEIR AGENT )

                              That is why, we shall have to pay the amount to prevent the case on us.

                              In-spite of being right in every front I was ready to sort out the matter and talk to them peacefully. If they Withdraw the case .
                              Meanwhile, I got numerous calls from their advocate . Who kept on saying That he is lodging a case and I shall have to be present in Delhi Civil Court in another 3 days in a very rude manner.

                              After calling several times on CUSTOMER CARE number, they routed my call to the Senior manager Over There. She said She cannot do anything for me on this front, In-spite of me being Right.

                              Again, I got a call from the advocate that he has filed a case against me. And he shall revert it back only if I pay my bill.

                              Disgusted, Insulted, Demoralized, Agitated I Paid the money (Rs 1989.95), Because I could not afford to spend my time and money on the court case.

                              the installation guy said my plan is a prepaid plan so i have to pay upfront quarterly to get the service, most of the time i was not able to use the service due to some or the other technical issue and whenever i called them their technical guys are so dumb every time i call they say "switch off and on the adapter and laptop" still the problem persists so i have insisted to send a person to visit my place to see the issue in the receiver multiple times every time i say that they said "we will be fixing the problem remotely so keep the adapter on for the next 24 hrs" and still the problem persist still they never send a single technician to visit my place and every time they say they will call back do not believe them coz they won't. and 4 months back when i had already communicated that i donot want to continue the service the agent said " i am registering your complaint and taking the request to discontinue the service" and now after four long months again they are sending mails and sms to pay the bill as they are saying my account is suspended due to non payment of the bill, even though they are making calls also during techical issue they never evr called me but for billing 5times a day and they are arranging some call from delhi for some legal action now when i have called their customer service they said your complaint had not been registered and you have to pay the bill, and when i asked to talk to their manager they said they will arrange a call back within 30 mins from manager side as the manager was not on floor.till date they never call me back.
                              plzzzzzzzzzz its my request to all never ever go for tikona coz they give the worst service imaginable, u r in a meeting they will call and threat you, they will make your life miserable once you taken up their service.

                              Below are 2 mails I sent to Tikona and still no proper action:

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I had taken Tikona's Broadband Service - User ID - [protected].

                              The connection was not working properly from the beginning. Even after several complaints, it was not corrected. Initially, twice or thrice, the representatives came and fixed. But again the next day itself the same problem occurred and we couldn't get the connection.

                              Made several calls and complaints and all of no use. Finally, frustrated, I asked them to cancel and disconnect. They said, they will, but never did that and kept sending the SMS for bill due. It started with Rs.411 overdue and came till Rs.1197 - This was the period when I was not using and after I had requested to disconnect and cancel the account.

                              And finally a person named Priyanka called and threatened saying she is from Delhi court and is filling a case against me. Her mobile no, is [protected]. And gave me one Mr.Chetan Sharma's number as Tikona Manager - [protected]. I spoke to him and he said I have to pay Rs.2700, when my due was Rs.1197(which again was for not using the line). I told him to take back the modem and everything and cancel the account and still he said, its in court case and he cannot take back the modem and that I have to pay Rs.2700.

                              On 17th December 2013. Within 6 hours time, I received and made more than 20 calls and just pushed me to make the payment in 30 minutes, 15 minutes etc. even when I told them I don't have access to internet to make online payment, they kept threatening me to make the payment instantly.

                              In the evening around 5.30PM, Priyanka again called and threatened and gave the phone to someone saying her assistant who said his name was Deepak - who was none but that same Chetan Sharma. Same voice, same accent, was easy to identify its the same person. It was a pure cheating call and it was shocking to see such behavior from a so called reputed company Tikona.

                              Totally regret my choice of Tikona and went through so much of mental worry and harassment and totally spoiled my work that day. I had to go through all this for not using their service and after telling them to cancel.

                              Please check the usage charges - It was 0.00 for the past few months. This is after confirming through customer care call to them to disconnect and cancel the line. Totally unfair deal.

                              As on 18th Decemeber 2013, I have paid Rs.1500 to a sales representative from Tikona and he confirmed that the payment is made, whereas my due was Rs.1192, which is a over payment and I request you to do the needful and return the undue amount. I made the payment just to avoid this total disturbing call and to have little peace of mind.

                              One of the worse customer service I have faced and the worst experience in my life.

                              Please treat your customers with respect and care at least in future.

                              I had already requested for cancellation of my account and the same has been sent via email, sms and through phone call to customer care. The whole amount is paid even though the connection was not used for more than 3 months. and it was confirmed that there is no pending and account is cancelled.                               and yet, I have received an amount of 78Rs bill both through sms and email on 17 Jan 14.

                              What kind of worst service is this? Just because of your improper management and unreasonable tracking, I have been paying undue
                              amounts for non-usage multiple times. From the time I started with Tikona, I have paid Rs.3000 Rs.1500 - all for not using this connection
                              for not more than a month. And also many threatening calls saying legal action and other frustrating phone calls.

                              Please stop this service and I do not like to receive any such bills or communication from this. please do the needful.
                              Please do not make me pay any further. Twice, your customer people resources called up and said they will come and collect the modem and other devices.
                              But none of them turned up.

                              This is the second time, I'm writing an irritated and frustrated mail, in spite of my busy schedules and all other daily chores, .
                              Please understand and do the needful. We do not have time and energy to cope up with this worst service and worst attitude.
                              For the mails I write, I'm getting only auto-reply mails and no action has been taken.

                              Hello Mr.Bajpai, I really don't know if someone is going to read this email with proper attention. Being the CEO of the worst ISP in India you might be seeing tons of emails like this daily, which mayn't affect you. However being a customer who pays the hard earned money to get this freaky service I can't put up with this. Well here is the issue, read if you have a minute or two from your so called Tikona CEO life. Back in March 2014 (9th March) I paid 3K INR for the connection 2 MBPS for 3 months and set it up. Right after 2 days the issue started. Its not connecting to internet (Being a Network and Hardware engineer I know how an Internet connection works and have the idea of fixing it). After that I had to call customer care a million time to fix it. Every time I call they arrange a tech and they will come fix it and go. Issue will reoccur again. I literally was irritated and felt like throwing the modem and router in garbage. Is hat What I paid for????After repeated calls to your tech support centre they have finally decided that they don't have any freaking coverage in my area and can't have the connection here. Finally decided to get the refund after a long fight with the customer care agents who cant even speak proper English. After the long wait I hadn't even got any confirmation about the same from Tikona, so finally I had to sent an email out to the Appellate authority Mr.J Nair, Mumbai. He just was giving some forward emails to me. I also tried to contact Nodal officers, wherever or whenever I call I get this answer"Sir Unhone kaam chodke chala gaya" What???? Don't you pay well to them? Finally I was told that will be sending a cheque to me. Its been more than a month and I haven't got anything yet. Another concern your local rep made a big mess, as the rooftop device is on my friend's building he had me to give his name and phone number to start connection and the address is mine.. So now the cheque is in his name and the address is mine. How will that work, moreover just 2 days of pathetic connection you have debited 1400 from my account. So Mr.Bajpai I know that you have a strong legal department though you don't have a proper service team for the business, so I'm going to lodge a compliant against Tikona in Consumer court of India and we all will see there. I feel if the systems in India were like US like having a BBB a company like Tikona would have been perished long back. Alas!

                              This service company is like cheating the peoples. I took you services around 4 weeks back, I never got good internet connection from the day I took your service. Every day one and the other issues and end up calling you customer care. Every time I raise a issues some engineer will come do and something, it works for 1 day (max) and same issue. So many times I logged in complaint. Many time it’s so happen that I called up ur customer care, after I call them they do something from their end and it works, in the sense I never got uninterrupted services on its own.

                              This such a frustration to use Tikona service. Whenever I called call center people and asking I need to talk one of your executive, believe me nobody even bother to allow me to talk to your higher people to tell what is my issues.

                              I am so frustrated up with your service, I already taken Airtel for standby, if this continues I am ready throw this connection, I really don’t care of losing my amount paid to you. I already insisted for many people not take your connection.

                              If anybody who is responsible to resolve these issues and feeling some kind of responsibility to resolve customer issues, please do something. This is one of bad service I ever went through in last 15 years.

                              I am a user of tikona broadband and I have been mentally harassed by tikona staff, my net is not working since last more than a month and every morning I had to call the tikona customer care for the issue and every single day, they tell me the same old story of tower problem.

                              I have filed a FIR against the company Tikona Broadband and its CEO Prakash Bajpai for Mental Harassment, Mental Torture and Fraud.

                              I would like to make a official court case against this company and need support of other people who are interested to sue the company for all the mental harassment and torture that this company and its CEO has given to its customer.

                              I would like to request all the harassed tikona broadband customers to file a FIR in their local police station for mental harassment, mental torture and ofcoure for fraud under IPC 420 and send me the scanned copy of the FIR.

                              We are then going to use all the FIR to file the court case against the company and demand for the compensation for all the harrased customers.

                              I want terminate broadband services of tikona. As from day one of the connection. Dropped connection and speed issue. No one could resolve it. At last I email to customer care for terminate broadband service. Still no action. I have paid Rs 5185.
                              Tikona is the worst service provider. Has the worst connectivity and service but I guess has one of the best collection agency. There is no one to attend to your complaints but when it comes to collection, they have 100"s of staff promptly outside the door to collect. I haven't use the service from 2 months because it is not working. Couldn't get through the tool free number so I sent an email. It is 2 months that I am struggling to get this resolved so I was forced to demand a dis-connection. Now Tikona is harassing me to pay for the 2 months that I did not use their services. Emails, sms, calls is all I get from Tikona. This is mental trauma and I really regret getting this internet.
                              If this is read by an Tikona management staff, please intervene. I have sent 13 emails to Tikona and all I get is an acknowledgement number. No resolution and the threats are still continuing.

                              Most worst customer care team appointed by Tikona. All useless third class Executive and engineers are appointed who doesn't know a definition of following word: " Customer Satisfaction" " High Priority" etc.
                              If the call is disconnected during conversation with the customer care executive then they don't even bother to call back and when you try to reach them.. the recorded voice tells you that you will be connected to same executive who has handled the query in the last call and takes more that 10 mins to connect. After the call gets connect you will be surprise to hear different voice and you will have to repeat the entire history of your conversation to him/her.
                              I am fed following up with this team since last 4 days .                               Switched to Tikona from Airtel (what a BIG mistake it was) on 20th Feb 2015 and since then suffering at the hands of Tikona customer care. Broadband down since last 9 days and multiple calls to the customer care and even a mail to some fake Nair didn't help either.
                              Before it went completly blank, connection used to drop regularly and rarely got 4mbs speed which was promised.
                              Switching back to Airtel as they have the best customer service though they charge a little extra.

                              Company is a cheat. They have taken the money for 3 months in advance. There was very poor signals, and aftere 1 month now it is absolutely not working. continious follow ups and complains have not worked. Their marketing person Irshad at Borivali now responds very coldly.

                              I am Ratan last week I requested for installation of a new connection for my Home in Rajnagar Extension Ghaziabad. Technician came on Saturday did installation and taken payment of 2280 without any demo.
                              As he said due some temporary issue he is not able to show demo. Your connection will start working in next 2 hours.

                              But today is 4th day. Still my connection is not working. Technician is not picking any phone.

                              Till now I have done at least 70-80 call on Ticona Care. Executive every time promise me that my issue will resolved shortly and they are locking a ticket for same.
                              But neither I am getting any confirmation message nor any call.

                              I used to have Tikona connection and want to get it terminated. It has been more than a month and there is still no action taken. Every time I get the response that your request ins in progress. They keep creating bills. Its the worst customer service I have seen so far.                               I have been sending mails continuously calling continuously but still no action has been taken. No customer should use Tikona - its the worst Internet connection.
                              This company and associated authorities are big cheats, I subscribed and paid for six months in advance but pathetic speed and response I get from their so called customer care. Following mail I wrote to their appellate authority but nothing happened except a system generated acknowledgement mail. But I am not going to leave them for the harassment.

                              I Placed a request for termination of my Internet Service connection by calling Tikona customer care (No[protected]. The Ticket ID so generated was 1-[protected].

                              Tikona billing and payment mode is on recurring basis where the user pays bills one month in advance. Accordingly I made the payment for the period From 26-Mar-2015 to 25-Apr-2015. Only pending payment is from 26.04.2015 to till 04.05.2015 (Only 8 days)

                              Tikona is generating fraudulent bills without providing me the actual. Their customer care data base shows that I used their services till 30.04.2015. Hence the bill should come to me for the period of 26.04.2015 to 30.04.2015. I fed up of explaining this all call attendees and of no use. Because they all are useless and fraud.

                              After that I received a LEGAL NOTICE on my mail. Someone from their legal team was continuously tried to call me. Their phone numbers are [protected] and [protected]. But due to bad network issues at their end, calls were disconnected. Whenever I called, they did not pick up/cut the calls. There must be a criminal intension behind this by Tikona.

                              The issue was highlighted at their Nodal officer level (j.[protected]@tikona.in). There is no response till now for reference docket no. is 1-[protected] generated on Thursday, July 30, 2015, 6:32 PM at Tikona Nodal office desk.

                              I strongly recommend not to go for Tikona. They are fraud and cheating customers by taking advance payments.

                              I have take a ADBBM2M500 package - Activated on 12 Aug 2015 where in I will get 12.5 GBs Available at Primary Download Speed

                              I have been told by the Sales Person that I need to pay 2 month rent in advance as per the Tickona Rules.I have paid Rs 1995/-

                              I have been told by the team that my monthly billing cycle is on 26th of every month and also 12.5GB speed will be restorted everymonth on 26th in case if it is over used.

                              As per your system i have consumed:
                              12th August to 26th August - 10161 MB - 15 days
                              26th August to 02nd September - 15774 MB - 07 days

                              And today your system shows that I have exhausted my 12.5GB Package

                              I really fail to understand how does your network works. If a person is taking a package, for the 1st month very good network and the movement it is the second month the package is exhausted with in a few days. It means i am paying for 2 months and the service provided by you is only for 1 month. This something i really fail to understand and can't digest. I feel i am cheated.

                              More over, when I took down the Usage History Report, to my surprise, i have seen lot of IP address which is not reflecting to my computer. I have a shop and i have taken your service to do my business work and i use only 1 Laptop. In this case the IP address should be Unique but here i can see various IP address.
                              This means that your team guys is cracking my password and using my 12.5GB speed plan for their personal use at my cost.

                              Now same is happening with me. After ending my bill cycle and even Tikona guy took my device from terrace in first week of May month then still they charged me whole May 2015 month. Yesterday I received call from [protected], [protected], [protected] and they were threatening me saying that "I am calling from CIBIL court and if you do not pay your bill then I will send notice and forward your case to court then you need to come to Delhi to attend your case in court".
                              If you search all this no's in true caller then all these no's are spams names as Tikona court. Why should we pay even we have not used internet ? Never use Tikona.
                              I would like to add my worst experience in internet service provider till now. Tikona is the world's worst internet service provider.First of all they don't give proper internet facility to use.Most of the time internet is down which will make you irritated.And after this when I send a mail to them for disconnection they didn't do it and kept on calling me for retaining the service.But I had already applied for new connection of different internet service provider.Then they started sending me the bill for internet which I was not using at all.And after few months they are sending me the demand notice to pay the bill and if not they'll do a legal process form court. Since I had no time to fight with them every time I had to pay the bill which was not at all because of my internet usage.Tikona service provider just want to take the money from customer and don't want to work on customer's complaint.
                              This is the world's worst internet service provider.Please don't ever try to use this service provider.
                              If they are behaving like this to their customer I don't think they can ever make a great number of customers.
                              I really heart about your services.its really bad internet service.no customer care, rude behaviour, ecery day u need to call for your internet speed ..so I will request not to use this internet .worlds worst internet service...

                              I am also suffering with Tikona 's bad and nonsupporting behavior, From last 4 months I am not getting my planned speed of 4mbps ( i only getting less than 1mbps), so after so many complain to customer care and so many visit of foolish service engineer and area manager( they only came to register there presence) I finally decided to disconnect the Tikona service and registered to disconnect, which also not yet disconnected after so many reminder by mail also.
                              And more cheating and foolish behavior is they are calling me and keeping me on hold for several minutes and disconnected without connecting.
                              and I have paid lots of money in advance and as plan changer.

                              We are one of the startup company based in Mumbai (vikroli) in the name of awesome foods pvt ltd. AND Food for Tongue. have been applied for Lease line of 5 connection. Regarding this In the month of Nov-2015 Mr. Vijay and Mr. Nitin from Tikona were visited to our office and met me, in their words they assured me that 100 % Service of my requirement and suggested me that they will provide the Radio frequency lease line for hassle free service, and ask me to rise the Purchase order for next process, but I informed them that I required in different location in Mumbai like 1) Vikroli, 2) Ghatkopar 3) Powai 4) B K C(Bandra) 5) Flora fountain. (fort) Mumbai. also requested them to visit all location before going ahead. But those guys says before making survey of the location as per tikona system they need to have Purchase order without P O they cannot make any type of movement. Then I believed their words on the basis of name of Tikona and raised the purchase order Amount Rs. 57000/- in advance. After all these the tikona guys are stared to make location visit with engineering team. That too it took long time again and again for visibility checking. From here the actual tikona's problems starts. (While they wore insisting me to raise P O They wore highlighted the TRAI Rules. Mr. Bajpai's Name, Tikona's Brand, Tikona's Huge Network etc...) the funny is they not having simple knowledge of their product and service. Anyhow i would like to go ahead the story of Tikona's problem 2nd part

                              Then i started too follow their request to be in personally with their engineers at respective location without doing my daily works of my job after all these one by one locations are marking as Non availability for visibility of frequency the final result is all the five points are become "Negative" result these all took for 25 to 30 days.

                              so then I was disappointed by all these issue and took the decision to drop the proposal by tikona also I forget to say one more thing that is Mr. Rakesh Tiwari (Corporate Area manager as per my knowledge) also came to meet me to collect the P O because errors in the P O which was raised by Mr. Nitin & Vijay.

                              After all these I sent a mail to refund our money as per mentioned in P O. after my mail Mr. Rakesh tiwari came to meet me again, and informed me that his team ( Mr. Nitin and Vijay) are made wrong promise. So the tikona management took the decision to terminate from the company. I too said Mr. tiwari that is not my issue. whatever your team made my company become victim, also i requested him to refund my payment soon, even i forward the same my previous mail to tiwari's E mail account that too in front of Mr. Tiwari. Two days later Mr. tiwari said he was not received any mail, so again
                              I sent from My Personal E mail. After some days I called up Mr. Tiwari to know the status of refund. that time he said you always call me on Saturday only please call me Monday because the working day will be from Monday to Friday so again i called up on Monday asked about the status but all these days (Many times Mr. Rakesh will be in meeting or something else) his message will be me that will call back. This is so ridiculous at least they not even giving refund status. These issue is affected me like I was not able to get my salary by my company. Till now I could not get any type status of refund.

                              Also I had informed Mr. Rakesh that is if this type of situation continues I have to go to consumer court. Then too they let no any option to me without going consumer court. So Mr. Rakesh said me that you have all the rights to go ahead no problem to him.
                              Before going consumer court still my follow up is not ended. After all these I called up to customer care department. Ms. Pallavi picked up my call the call center is located at pune (as ms. Pallavi said). I requested her to handover the my call to senior person after one lady took my call and said that she cannot do anything because this category issue will be handled by the corporate department only.
                              Then I called up Mr. Samidh one more Tikona person I briefed everything above mentioned points then he also said he also cannot help me because this issue will not come under him profile.

                              Now its happening with me, Internet Connection got disconnected 8 months ago and they keep sending bill till November' 15 however still no one visited at my place to collect the device even after sending many mails, and customer care number is also not working properly. Now I am getting SMS to pay due amount and there is contact number of an advocate in SMS, Once I spoke to advocate she told me that We have filed a case against you, Their service as well as policy is very bad. please do not use TIKONA.

                              How they file a case against me as issues started from their end, they have not collected device, their internet has not worked as per demo and plan taken which has given lot of issues as well as harassment, Can anyone help me to what action I should take against them.

                              Tikona is worst service providers. Its engineer and support staff has no skills. Customer is always suffering using tikona. I was used tikona . They were not providing me service my connection was connected and other day connect and it was happens a two month . At the last I was gave companioned for disconnection . They were not disconnect my connection and said to me that it will disconnect in 15 days. I was so frustrated and they send me a bill of full and final of 900 Rs after one and half month and said to me that you were using connection and you have to pay. I will say everybody please do not have tikona connection in future . They are always giving pain to the user.

                              Got a Tikona Connecticut on 6 Feb 2016. Had major connection issues. Would barely work. Finally got it disconnected on 23 Mar, 2016 for which they only gave a verbal assurance of service discontinued and no dues pending. After which i received several calls again saying my billing is stopped but they need a last chance to get my connection up and working trouble free. I had already done that a couple of times but in vain. Neither did the connection work nor was the technical support even consumer friendly.
                              On asking them for a confirmation on mail of my service discontinued and no dues pending and refund as i was unable to connect their service most of the time, the reply was "sorry its not in out policy to send a mail regarding any such confirmation". All i got was a 1-[protected] for the service being stopped.
                              How on earth would anybody be able to trust on such verbal confirmations.
                              I have sent them a mail today on [protected]@tikona.in for which i have received a automated reply request no. (Your online request number is 1-[protected].) hoping to receive a mail confirmation. Following which i do not receive it in 3 days will have to take up a legal process.

                              I really want some top lawyer in this country to file a case against Tikona for all their ill practices they have been following all throughout their existence.

                              There is a very high possibility that people from government agencies/organizations are involved with Tikona only because of which they have guts to hire goons to threaten their customers for first providing pathetic services and then later hiring goons to make threat calls.

                              If this forum is read by a law firm, please file a case against Tikona and frustrated and harassed customers like me will join you in masses.                               I'm using your service more then a year now. Since past few months I'm facing lot of issue with your speed drop down and services.

                              The resent issue which I'm facing: (explain in details so you know what actually happened)

                              I had done an speed boost which is for Rs100 in which I receive 3GB @ 4mbps speed technically.
                              As my normal plan was used I went for speed boost on 16th May. Which is valid till 23rd May.
                              Now on 16th I did received speed of 4mbps however next day I was again shifted to 512kbps. However there was balance still left to be used. Also attached the uses history.

                              I called your toll free no which is not working. And then Pathetic customer support service (chargeable).

                              Few of them don't know the basic. Not even interested to listen what the customer issue is.

                              I had to talk to no of agents as they keep transferring me to one department to another and NOTE: None was able to solve the issue.

                              1. Agent: When I explain that I did a speed boost and not receiving the required speed. She answered me that the speed is fluctuating and can go bellow 512 kbps and we can't do anything. And cut the call.


                              Is this real. then why do you provide speed boost for. Just to make some penny.
                              I'm sure this agent don't know the process. You really need to get educated about the process.

                              Mean while I try to check if I can do another speed boost, thought I must have really used 3gb in a day.

BEFORE GETTING ON CALL WITH THESE AGENTS I DID THE SAME AS I KNEW I WILL HAVE TO DO THESE STEPS"... HOWEVER FOLLOWED THE SAME STEPS AND NO CHANGE
                              Again... and again

                              Then she put me on hold...
                              thought this time my issue will be resolved...
                              And when she was back on call...
                              I received same reply... "WE WILL HAVE TO TRANSFER YOUR CALL TO RESPECTIVE TEAM "
                              I EXPLAINED her again.. that I had talked to RESPECTIVE TEAM WHICH IS BILLING TEAM and they said its your responsibility...

                              On repeatedly explaining her that I already know all the details about my account I don't want to know my balance. Indeed I want to get resolved this issue... She kept on saying we have to transfer... BUT FOR WHAT...

                              As everyone was transferring the responsibility from one person to another.. AND NO ONE TO SOLVE!!!

                              Page log in of tikona is not loading in my pc and tikona net gives sometime low speed.Page is not loading since 2to3 day ago.
                              About 2 months (from 10april) of follow up for no network between 12 - 8 in night & intermittent availability in few of days of about 50 odd days and numerous mails, call at call centre and incoming for resolution and 2 engineer visits so far this is yet not resolved. From very start, I am quite clear to disconnect and refund, that is 23 April per my trail mail records and continuously from 21 May on mails n calls. Although mail on 23 April was after numerous call starting from end of first week as I was quite busy in my adjustments in a new house. This is yet not resolved as of today 04th of June. I need disconnection and refund. If same is not sorted out in next 5 days I will put this case to consumer court and TRAI Officials.

                              Worst customer care possible, Tikona is by far the worst, pathetic, cheap and highly incompetent internet provider I have come across. Their officers only know how to extend the timelines for the resolution of a problem, I guess they are trained like robots to respond by saying that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours and then continue to repeat the same everyday, cause the issue never get's resolved. Asking for the change of a registered mobile number has taken over 4 days with incompetent replies and unanswered questions. None of the representatives know what is going on, when asked a question you can only hear silence on the other end. It's infact beyond pathetic that such a company should continue to exist. This matched with their frequent disconnections, dns server errors and slow speeds makes for one of the most despicable companies I have seen. I'm sure you guys at Tikona are getting multiple complaint calls everyday, cause that's all you guys deserve and worthy of.

                              These guys have started harassing me using a fake lawyer. Who threatens to report to CIBIL if I don't pay the bill that has been generated after my disconnection. When their engineer came to my house he said "I don't know why someone installed connection here, there's no signal and tower nearby. They must have done it to fulfill their quota."

                              Tikona is a worst service provide every day at night my Internet connection get disconnected...

                              I was a user of Tikona broadband around 4 months back due to worst service and connectivity i have to change my service provider. At the same time after sending so many mails and having word on so many calls your team failed to work on it (as expected). They not even refund my payment but also asked me to pay extra 1, 350/- rupees forcefully or they will file a case against me as they said.

                              I have taken the Tikona connection in the month of Jan when a service engineer did came to my house for signal checking and said everything is fine and gave the connection. With the first 15 days itself the connectivity issues started and for the 4 months I have used, I have raised around 10 complaints some of which got escalated. There has been an engineer visit to my house every time and they used to say that the issue is resolved.

                              During the last engineer visit in the 4th month only I came to know that the signal in my area is coming properly and the connection is actually not feasible. I talked to the customer care for the disconnection and they forwarded me to their manager who told me not to pay the balance amount which was around Rs. 400 at that time and they will not either disconnect it. whenever I use the internet, that time only I will be charged.

                              Upon repeated requests they have not disconnected it and so later I have to remove all the connections from my house and kept it aside. After that I sent mail stating the same but still no action was taken regarding the detached connection and later they have continuously bugged me for the payment.

                              Recently I received a call from an unknown person stating that he is from Delhi court and threatening to file a case.

                              They are just harassing like anything and I am also planning to lodge a case in Police station or in Consumer court.

                              If anyone has done so previously, please let me know the details.

                              I've been using Tikona services for someday more than a year.. It was very good until September or October 2016. Lately, there were a lot of discrepancies with the network. I called the customer support, that was of no use at all... I tried getting in touch with Local area manager, Rakesh. He's guiding me to call customer support again... As if I didn't know to contact customer support. Then, I tried to reach the sales executive, he came and repaired. But then, the same thing repeated after 2 days. Yet again, customer support was of no use. I mailed them to disconnect the connection. Now receiving calls on a regular basis. I don't understand why I'm supposed to pay when I couldn't use it.
                              Its been 15 day of installation but still i cant use the internet when i call them they are reapiting the same answer that our engineer will visit your home and your problem will be solved within 24 hours but since 15 day i dint use any internet of so called tikona isp.

                              Guys if you are thinking about new broadband connection and if you are reading this then think 100 times before going for TIKONA

                              Worst people and number one fraud
                              I have raised disconnection request but it is not accepted by them. No one replying for my mail. When I ask transfer call to disconnection team, Customer care people telling me that call can't be transferred and send mail them. If we send mail means no response. Why disconnection team hiding themselves from customers? Why only one way communication with disconnection team? Their IVR number also don't have any option for disconnection.
                              I request everyone to send mail to TRAI and IT Ministry and ask them to start investigate on Tikona. I highly suspect that they are doing illegal activity under Tikona name.

                              I was a user of tikona broadband and I have been mentally harassed by tikona staff and getting calls for legal notices even after paying bill in cash, i have disconnected my ineternet on sep.4 after paying cash to employe of tikona send by irfan vadgama bhandhup west area manger, employe called to customer care to disconnect my inetenet but he couldnt and then he adivised me to send mail to area manager bhandup west mr.irfan vadgama, its his duty to totally disconnect my internet but i m getting notices even after paying, i m sending pic of email conversation of irfan vadgama bhandup west area manager, i m really fustrated by the way i m targeted even after disconnecting net i m harassed, sorry to say but its the worst experience from a network side.

                              I am also a tikona user i used connection for 3 month because i was trapped in a sales plan. They have been taken amount of 3 month and after that i was not used the connection properly for 2 days. Always i called on the tikona customer care but in response they always repeating we will call back after resolution in 24. After 24 hour they never call or message, No any feed back team is available in their company. They are totally cheap and greedy company in the market. After 2.5 month i call them and mailed for disconnection but they have never revert against my email of disconnection. But they call me when uses has been stopped by me and they call me for bill payment of 2 month. I was shocked that what are they saying. After 3 month they handover my number to another Recovery company and they call me and harassed me for payment. i never for-gate this company in the whole life.

                              Their Engineer told me that sir you will archive a very good experience of the life after few days. And I notice that whenever i register complain for technical issue engineer never call me to confirm the address he came to my office without conformation. Now can understand that how company is providing services to their client.
                              Worst internet service provider... I have to call customer care every time whenever i tries to use their services... They are Cheater ...

                              A month have 30 day .. and in a month i have to cll them 30 times... because every day they have some technical problems...
                              Everytime when i called them they says we have some technical problem we will resolve it as soon as possible.. what the hell is this why the hell are you all making us fool if you can't provide us good services ...give me my money back.. i will not say a single word...

I haven't used the service for 2months and then they are charging me for the same.and i[censored]nable to pay they are saying that they will file a court complain and make us afraid of the same.They have a worst service also and half of the days they don't provide swift networks during night.                               My name is Preeti, I also faced same relocation issue where new location is non-feasible and need to close Tikona connection as confirmed by Engineer. Engineer also confirmed he has informed customer care for closing the connection. Also customer care told me as i have paid last bill and not used tikona so i have to pay nothig and they are closing the connection and their Engineer will come and collect roof-top device and cable but after that no response from tikona customer care and again new bill generated for this month. i am continuous calling customer care but they are saying they do not have such relation information.. then how they sent engineer to check new location's feasibility.

                              It's a fraud from Tikona and mentally as well as physically (physically means, i am continuously calling them but no response) harassed me.

                              I am a user of tikona broadband since last 6 Years, due to relocation and Engineer checked that new location is non-feasible, need to close Tikona Connection but customer care told me I have paid my lst bill and now i need to pay nothing and they are closing the connection. Enginner will come and collect the device. but after that no response from Customer care as well as Assigned Engineer and they generated bill in this month as wll which is not acceptable.
                              I am 39 Years old lady and not well since last 9 months...I have been mentally harassed by tikona staff.
                              Please not if any health issue occur due to this harassment, you have to pay for this.

                              NOTE-
                              1. Tikona first reverse this month bill.
                              2. Collect Roof top device and cable from old location
                              3. pay back my deposited amount to me with in 72 hrs.
                              4. Last I am not responsible for any thing regarding Tikona property as its Tikona people mistake not taking things on time.

                              As loyal customer i am taking followups since 20 days. If any health issue occur with me due to these behaviors from Tikona people, Tikona will be responsible for the same.

                                I want disconnection as shifting. Agent checked the feasibility but it was a non-reference area.

                                Resolution: Agent tried all possible retention efforts & pitched for shifting ownership, shifting service to someone else & CB49 plan. Customer said that he will think about the CB49 plan & get back to us. Hence customer retained.

                                  I would request you to please take out 5 min reading this. I am a TIKONA Broadband customer and got my services activated on 21st Nov '11. As per my broadband Plan (ZMR 2999) I ought to get a min downloading speed of 200-250 kbps but the fact is, I am just getting 15-20 kbps at the max which is even less than my mobile GPRS speed.

                                  So DISGUSTINGGG...!!!!

                                  I tried calling TIKONA cust care 'n' number of times but their cold attitude never helped me out. Initially when I was a prospective customer I was assured of the reliable service and great speed, But now it seems everything was fake and superficial.

                                  The cust care Executive are very blunt and when asked to transfer the call to their Manager/Supervisor I was told there is no supervisor. Infact once it happened that they transferred the call to their collegue deceiving me as if the person was their supervisor

                                  Thats so damn REDICULOUSS...!!!

                                  Instead of assisting me as they should, I was told that everything is fine at our end and asked me to check my PC/Laptop/Firewall. Thats really not acceptable. I have checked my facility and everything is fine.
                                  I even requested them to send a tech to my place for further troubleshooting, but I was told "Sir, Humaare system and Network me koi issue ni hai and its showing good speed to us so we cannot send a tech to
                                  your place".

                                  After repeated escalations via emails, a tech visited my place. At first he ran a speed test at the Tikona speed test portal which apparently showed good results (As always). I asked them to run speed test on any public site, watch any video on you tube or download any song from any website which will make the picture more clear. Thereafter they did the same and the results showed actual downloading speed as 15 kbps.

                                  I told him as per my plan ZMR2999,I should get a min downloading speed of 200kbps and he agreed to it and suspected a problem somewhere with TIKONA.

                                  Now Mr. Sunil Kumar(TL/Head) intervened and was on call with Mr. Sanjay (on site Tech). Upon request from Mr. Sunil, the tech mailed the screen-shot of downloading a song at 15 kbps download speed.

                                  He asked Sanjay(tech) if the Firewall was on or the Antivirus was installed, he even asked to operate my system on Safe Mode....

                                  Looked as if he was justifying that it was my PC that was faulty and not their network.

                                  Later Mr. Sunil took over my system via Team viewer to see for himself and again ran speed test (which was bound to give good results). He was least bothered to see actual downloading speed I was getting. Downloading a song took around 10 min, you tube video was just buffering, buffering and buffering. When I told him about the same he claimed "YouTube and songs downloading site mein kuch prob hai".

                                  Lastly when he had nothing for self defense he surrendered by saying that this (15 kbps) is the best possible speed you will get.

                                  Hereby I request TIKONA to either give me in writing that anyone using this plan (ZMR2999-2mbps plan) is liable to get 15 kbps as the best possible downloading speed OR just refund my money and disconnect my services ASAP.


                                  ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION, I WOULD ADVICE THEM TO INVEST MORE IN QUALITY SERVICE THEN LESS IN TIKONA......I HAVE ALREADY SPENT Rs4500/- IN JUST A MONTH AND GOT ONLY PAIN AND HARRASMENT.

                                  I still did not receive my refund amount of 1210 INR even after 5 months of cancellation.
                                  People in Bangalore office are so illiterate and irresponsible that they do not respond at all, if at all they respond, it will not be of any use. They say we do not know. I have called up the customer care at least 50 times and they say it will be delivered soon and its over 5 months now...!!!
                                  I had never seen such a worst service provider anywhere...!!!

                                  I totally agree with you, even I m a new Tikona Broadband customer and getting such awful services I never imagined. I shd get a speed of 200-250 kbps but getting only 20Kbps. Tikona is least bothered and says there is no fault in our Netwowk/Equipment and blaming my laptop/Firewall/Antivirus...

                                  They have a bunch of fools sitting as the cust care. they dont know how to talk to the customer and their policy is to disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation when they are unable to resolve the issue.

                                  **HOW DISGUSTING**
                                  I called up customer care regarding that (kindly refer request no- 1-[protected]) and talked to Mr. Nilesh Borate, found him very satisfactory, infact I wish to appreciate his action in handling customers. He tried all his ways to retain a going customer.

                                    From the beginning of the service I found the signal tower from my place is approximate 1/2 km far. It has been checked by

                                    It is really so frustrated and disappointing too...your service is new in the market. and that is the reason I took your service, to

                                    think of that I'm going to get best Internet connection. Package is good but service is zero. I don't think that your people are

                                    taking the business seriously. I don't want to go brief but even checking one E-mail takes more than a minute because there is

                                    no "upload speed" most of the times it comes as zero. I do not blame your service for this but your people are totally bizarre

                                      SINCE INSTALLATION AND NOT ABLE TO USE INTERNET EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY WITH ANY PROBLEM.

                                      Connection installed on date 22/11/11- worked good
                                      23/11/11 - internet not connected- LAN cable was failed
                                      24/11/11- LAn cable changed by technician-worked good
                                      25/11/11-not aquiring network-complained on custopmer care-told to wait for next day
                                      26/11/11 - custonmer care said fault in access point due to power failure-wait for 8 hours
                                      26/11/11-I asked tech team to disconnect the internet and take back your device.
                                      no call back and no technician has come yet.

                                      Please get retention done soonest possible and please refund my Rs. 1100, as I am highly disaapointed with service of TIKONA digital networks and pathetic call centre.

                                      after taking money they should not fool around people, I want to get compensation for moral disturbance and wastage of time by relying on them.
