My name is sudipta kumar saha.
I have raised several complaints regarding frequent disconnection and speed related issues.
I haven't received a single call from anyone and none of the issues has been resolved yet.
An engineer named pawan used to come most of the time to resolve my previous complaints. So, i have his number. I tried to calling him and also have whatsapp him about the issue. But, haven't got any reply in last 20 days.
I can understand the situation, where you might have few engineers working in this critical phase. But, not a single time, i did receive any call.
Issues-
1. There is lot of frequent disconnection going on. Not able to work from home freely. Frequent disconnection is happening in every 20 minutes for at 2 to 3 minutes. We are getting interrupted in video calls with client. Such a embracement we are facing, where client has to wait for us to repeat due to poor network service of tikona.
2. I am paying for 60 mbps plan, but not even receiving 10 mbps regularly.
I paid 6 month rental in advance of rs 5303 on 4th april'2020. And, this is the service i am getting.
I want these issues to be resolved right away. If not, i want my money back.
