My name is sudipta kumar saha.

I have raised several complaints regarding frequent disconnection and speed related issues.
I haven't received a single call from anyone and none of the issues has been resolved yet.
An engineer named pawan used to come most of the time to resolve my previous complaints. So, i have his number. I tried to calling him and also have whatsapp him about the issue. But, haven't got any reply in last 20 days.
I can understand the situation, where you might have few engineers working in this critical phase. But, not a single time, i did receive any call.

Issues-

1. There is lot of frequent disconnection going on. Not able to work from home freely. Frequent disconnection is happening in every 20 minutes for at 2 to 3 minutes. We are getting interrupted in video calls with client. Such a embracement we are facing, where client has to wait for us to repeat due to poor network service of tikona.
2. I am paying for 60 mbps plan, but not even receiving 10 mbps regularly.

I paid 6 month rental in advance of rs 5303 on 4th april'2020. And, this is the service i am getting.

I want these issues to be resolved right away. If not, i want my money back.

    I am unable to connect to my internet since this morning. I have checked my lan cable and tikona machine is all good.
    I have checked that the Network is showing Unidentified network for Tikona.

    This is very annoying that we are working on office works and the network gets disconnected.

    I want this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

      I have paid rs.4744 to tikona website 17 april 2020 for getting new broadband internet connection in my home as per the guidance of tikona sales executive satish devtwal. The sales person assured that new connection will be set up by 20 april 2020 but after getting payment there have not been any response from him. My calls are not answered and the texts are ignored, i have raised complaint in tikona customer care by email but they are also not supporting. It is a mental stress for me to ask again and again without getting any response from the sales person and customer care.
      I don't recommend anyone to get tikona.

        I have relocated at panvel. We were looking for good option for internet. Somebody recommended that tikona has services here. We have opted for the same. One day one engineer visited our place and informed that the demo and connection will be installed tomorrow as he has no device. On 06th march 2020 mr hitesh panchal ([protected]) visited the location. He said that sir it was difficult to process the installation request raised through system as it will not add into his targets. He asked for new email id, mobile no and other documents and he has processed the customer id no [protected]. He said that tomorrow i. E. On 07th march your connection will be installed. And asked me to do the payment of rs 4244 through tikona portal. I had made the payment. Now till this time no installation was done.

          Dear sir,
          I am internet user from tikona. My user id is [protected]. I wanted to change my plan. Tikona advised me to download tikona app. I tried to open tikona app on google. Tikona asked me to fill details o[censored]ser name and emaild. I filled up these details. Although i filled up correct details still tikona message appears user name and email id are invalid. Upon this i sent email to tikona informing them i have given correct user name and correct email id. Still why tikona is saying why user name and email id invalid. I also informed them this is the same email id on which tikona sends bill me every month. I also informed tikona that user name and user id (Given above) are one and same as informed by tikona once. I also asked tikona what is my correct user name. My email id is dt 13th april 2020. Till date tikona is not bothered to reply me with the result i am unable to proceed.

            I am using tikona since two months and i am facing this issue since this morning, 25th april 2020.
            When i try to login to tikona internet, it says
            Authentication failed. Reason [login failed, you cannot start a session on this network].

            I have tried calling tikona customer care[protected] but unable to connect.

            I need solution to this issue as soon as possible.

              Hi Team

              Since the lockdown has started i have been facing problem in the internet connection, as there is no response coming in from your end then i thought to discontinue the services and dropped an email on april 12 and stopped using it However even after calling on every possible customer care number, doing multiple emails I got no response!!

              I'm not able to login my Tikona app either to raise a complaint over there, my bill due date is 22nd of every month and now I'm getting messages to pay the bill which got due yesterday for the services i have already stopped using However I paid it today as had no choice to ignore that non stop reminders.

              I am very disappointed with the services, as it is of no use when you need it the most and I just want an immediate action on it to refund my dues and stop the services.

                I been trying from last 1 week to get repair my connection for working from home. From day 1 they are keep sending messages that your connection is checked and seen to be working fine.but it's not working properly at all. I am make complaints now every day the reply same again and again same thing.
                Now I am requesting them to discontinue my tikona connection which I recently recharged and for which haven't used at all . I wanted my money ASAP. They are not even care to provide me the solution of my problem wheather regarding to repair or disconnection.
                I have send them many mails about the same.

                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about broadband internet

                  The issue that i have experienced was: the internet is completely slow and frequent disconnections since day 1. Customer service support is extremely worst and not getting any proper resolution. Also, multiple times issue has been highlighted to the area service manager and he is not responding with proper answer.

                  See the tremendous worst service provided by tikona by taking advantage of covid'19. We are paying the complete amount for this kind of worst service. Tikona is not providing any service at a lesser cost due to covid then why a customer has to adjust in this situation. It's a one-time resolution that needs to be provided by tikona. But, tikona is providing such a worst attitude toward the service complaints and not actioning any.

                  I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                    Hi am of the subcriber of the tikona as i recently took the new connecttion and sales guys said that that the enginer will visit to my house with in 4 to 5 day and will install the moderm and other things as he said to make payment so i made the payment on tikona portal after making a payment services are still not installed its being 11 days since i made the payment as i tried contacting the sales guys but he is not responding to my call or msg as i dont want to continue with tikona i just want my payment tikonsa has provided the worst services kindly return my payment as soon as possible

                      Still no update from them, and today i received sms from tikona stating that their engg. Visited and has been told that internet working fine. Which complete lie.
                      Tikona considering customer a fool.
                      I paid annual charges in advance.
                      In this hard time they are not supporting then they have to give my money back completely.

                          I have requeated new broadband connection from tikona broadband services in keshavnagar pune on 18 march 20, its near about 1 month they have not installed the connection.

                          I sent lot of emails to them if it is not possible just cancel the request and refund the payment which i have done but no response.

                            I haven't received wifi data since 11th April 12 am and I gave them a day, no improvement so I called and left an email, no response. I'm at my wits end as I'm working from home and no work is getting done due to this. Please help and get me in touch with them as my job is in jeopardy

                              I have complained 3 times in this month. Today is only 11th april 2020. Today only there is no internet connection from today afternoon. Also from jan 2020 i am facing similar problem every month on an average 6-7 times. I have complained several times but it is of no use. Everytime same issue crop up again and again. It's very disgusting to use your services with slow speed, frequent disconnection and at times totally no internet connection. Also i had made several emails regarding disconnection of my service but every time they send engineer to my place resolve the issue temporarily and again after few days the same issue crop up. Like this i am wasting my valuable money by paying their bill.

                                I have taken tikona a month back
                                The sales person said my plan is of 6+1 month total 7 months..
                                Paid money in advance and after installation the website required for my work. Does not open.
                                Multiple complain done no response and now during lockdown no. Support from. Them...
                                Instead of supporting n resolving thy are sending new bills

                                Horrible company... Fraud

                                  I paid tikona overall 10 thousand in 6 month but only make my 1st bill was 5999.
                                  After that they sent mi just bill of 3100.somthing for my new plan why previous are maneger said you need to compromise for that. Then I compromise. Then I paid 1450 and salesman paid 2400 or something but that's not enough money from tikona they keeps sending me messages for money I my bill it did not show that I need to pay 526.58

                                  But they keep charging me before it is 408.58 then it went in week to 526.58 . They add 118 rupees in that when I see that I call area manager he is not now manager but I call him he says I don't no anything. How that possible you paid all amount. Then cut my call.
                                  Next day I call him said sir my net stop please help me. Then he said ok reset your password then it's work. I said ok. But it did not work and then he cut call again
                                  After that he never received my call and not replyed my text messages. Then I call him with other number he hurd my name name and then cut the call. He did this 2 times
                                  And then I call him 60 or 70 time he never call me back
                                  I thing I am in fraud or something. Then I call other employees they said his number is working. Then is said that previous manager put my call in blocknumber. 2 or 3 employees said me that .
                                  I thing the mon5 I paid did not go into my tikona account it's goes to previous manger bank account. Now why I said that
                                  Because tikona mailing me that you need to pay 526.58 bad my last paid amount is 5999 . That's mean is where this 3800 or something amount 16 October 2019 I paid 5999 then 1in feb 2020 I paid 3800 something. In 6 month of time I got cheated form tikona
                                  Then apo said (-1067.71 in minus ) and tikona selfcare said 526.58 and texting me same 526.58
                                  But they mail me 118 bill
                                  I am not paying that amout because I paid to much to tikona. In March 2 week tikona senior office call me said that you don't need to pay 500 and your amount will clear after that the mam sid me that

                                  If they keep charging me like this in every months till 6 August then what should I do please do something with this
                                  FROM 5 DAYS I DON'T HAVE ANY NET CONNECTION.
                                  AND I AM NOT PAYING THIS AMOUNT
                                  SO PLEASE DON'T MARK AS RESOLVED

                                    I paid 6 month amount and total outstanding or 3800 something
                                    My plan is (250gb 25 mbps after that 4 mbps unlimited in a month for 6 month) this amount is debited from salsman before that he provide me wrong plan then the new. Plan amount debited from his account and total outstanding also but from 10 days tikon texting me for payment 408. And calli5 me for payment.
                                    But in march i recive a call that you account is clear or you pay all amount with total outstanding also.
                                    Then i check in app and tikona selfcare website for all amount is clear or not
                                    Then i saw 500 total outstanding. Then is call tikona care for way this amount is showing then they said hold a sec to talk to technical support then call disconnected. Then mam call mam says you don't need to pay this amount this amount is not payable. I asked her 3 to 4 time i always asked that much time. She sayed same you don't need to pay. Then i say i need bill she says bill comes i 7 march. But that days i didn't get bill.in 11 march i get bill. So that's no issue
                                    So.
                                    Now in app (9/04/20) and total outstanding is (-1067.71) in tikona selfcare website shows total outstanding is 0 and last bill amount is 526.58 i don't now where this money come from in 6 april text comes form tikona says
                                    (Dear subscriber, your tikona account has been closed due to inflight cancel complete. You will receive validation call for the same.) and the 7 april my net is disconnected. After that i call 5 to 6 people with area manager they all don't know anything about my problem the i call morning to 5 pm then in 5:30 my net is starts.
                                    Them 8 april other message came says if you not pay 408 your internet will stop and today (9/04/20) internet is stop and manager not receiveing my call from morning his busy on calls.
                                    So now i don't know i do wrong for connecting with tikona broadband.
                                    I paid all amount then why tikona sending me messages and disconnecting my internet. I have bill and some employees said you not pay the bill
                                    You only paid (5999 this is my 1st bill amount) i don't know what should i do i just need may plan continue to 6 august this is expire date for my plan is need continue my plan to till 6 aug or i need refund that's all
                                    Please help me. And now.

                                    And my area manger said I can't do anything for your problems . I try to call him from morning with my own phone but he never replay my call and text messages also. And when I call with other phone hi pickup after that hi said I can't do anything and he said to login me 1.254.254.254 I logged in then he said if you login then your net is working. But is said it's not then he said no it's working
                                    Then he cut the call now again he is not receiving call now knowone pickuping my call please do fast please

                                    I have to say that but my problem is not resolve yet my net is stoped working from 7 April 2020. 4 pm it will star working but speed is 500kb . Next day 8 April morning 8 am net stop again and not start again till today 11 April what should I do now??

                                      From 20th march i am sending mail for temporary disconnection of my tikona subscription as i am on vacation. But no response to my emails and customer care service is not working (Understandable due to covid-19). But reply to emails also.
                                      Each time i am getting auto reply stating raise complaint from mobile app, but unfortunately their is no option on app for temporary disconnection
                                      Till date i had sent 6-7 emails no reply.

                                        I am seriously so done with fraudsters like tikona that i won't dare trust any broadband company after this. I took the connection on 7th of november 2019 as a 3 months subscription pack wherein i was asked to paid inr1800 something for the connection and after this i was supposed to get uninterrupted service till 7th of february 2020. However, tikona started sending me messages, mails and calls for outstanding bills. After getting irritated i got the payment done by 22nd of january 2020 amounting to 1800 something considering that it would be no harm making payment in advance. But to my surprise tikona's fraudulent messages and mails didn't stopped. They started sending me outstanding bills again amounting to 2242 and on 3rd of april 2020 they suspended my service amidst the nation wide lockdown. I have suffered a huge loss while working from home. Just for the sake and fear of continuing my work from home i was compelled to pay the amount again because i had no option left in order to keep on working from home while this lockdown. Tikona's poor network connection is a toast to all their nonsense that they have done with me within this few months. I took a 3 months subscription where i was suppose to pay only after 3 months of service. However this fraudsters have made me pay more than 6000 just within 5 months of nonsense service. Also in december i placed a request for transfer from one location to another within mumbai city but it took them 20 days to process my request after which this company also placed a charge of 2700 on my bill. This company and every single person associated to it has done only crap with me. Even when i got the connection done the guy who came for installation barely had anything for installation. I provided everything on my cost from cable to plugs and every damn thing.
                                        It's a request to please get my extra payment refunded by this company. My hard earned money matters to me especially when this company have frustrated more than enough to me with their service and billing system.
