Since i have joined tikona network i am registering complaint related to internet connectivity or low bandwidth.
I have opted for 40mbps plan and speed i receive is not more than 4mbps (Most of the times), apart from that there is always some outage due to which internet is not working for more than a day, while they bill for whole month.
I regret choosing tikona broadband, and i am paying for the service which i am unable to use due to worst service and issues with tikona.
While i am trying to work from home in this pandemic due to issues with my tikona broadband i cannot work with my full potential and loosing my reputation.

    I have done complain soo many times that there is frequent disconnection of internet and speed is slow but this company employee are least bothered. I am fed up with this kind service. Even after giving soo much complain this issue should be resolved but there is no solution give yet. I have even wrote a mail regarding this issue but no response from there end mtnl is much better than tikona atleast there internet works.

      Tikona suddenly stopped servicing our area, and there was a complete stoppage of internet from tikona side post 1st week of december 2019.

      One of our society (Venkatesh mirabel) individuals (User: [protected]) volunteered to talk to tikona to understand the reason behind discontinuation of internet services from tikona. And he was told that tikona had a dispute with the society (Welworth paradise), that was the relay site, due to which they pulled all the devices from that society, resulting in stoppage of services to all other adjacent societies those were provided internet from the said relay site. Now this seemed unfair, since we did not have any prior intimation from tikona about any such stoppage. Post which tikona sent an individual to remove the tikona device from our building site as well, and he promptly took all the devices.

      We were hoping that post this tikona will proactively initiate closure of all our connections and issue refunds, which not to mention did not happen. So neither were we intimated of service closure, nor were we issued refunds. Refund was only issued to the account (Above mentioned) who initiated the communication.

      I personally let the refund go, but to my utter surprise, tikona call center kept calling me for payments. The service was discontinued while i had active connection, and rather than discontinuing the connection and initiating a refund, i am harassed for further payments. This email is just to bring this entire incident to your notice, and ensure that i am not to be further contacted without a due diligence at your end, the individuals calling dont even know that tikona has stopped the connection in our area.

      Now i am being harassed by their collection department claiming to be advocates. To remain on the right side of law, i have paid the payment. But i do demand a refund, not only about the paid amount, but disconnection of services during my active connection.

      If you can find any proof of data usage after first week of december 2019 not only by me but in my society i am okay to let go of this.

      I am attaching the screenshots of payment made, and email written to tikona about the grievance. I also have records of harassment calls being made by "advocates" and sms communication from them quoting payments to be made to "tikona". I can reproduce them as and when required.

        I already raised complain to disconnect the tikona internet service, on
        Thu, dec 19, 2019, 1:26 am, but i didn't get any reply from their side.
        We didn't use their connection for 6 -7 months but someday before they send mail "demand notice" today they threatening by advocate like, they will take the court, and asked me to pay the bill of 1495/- which i didn't use.
        Still, i didn't get any official mail for notification to close the service from their side.

        Today (14-may-2020) i made the payments of 1495/- to tikona,
        Because of their threatening & make mental torture by making a call by k. K. Yadav.

        The service issue came so many time, during using tikona internet service,

        Before they are telling, tikona is prepaid service, but now they are telling its postpaid service, and whatever money they took while installation its kind of advance. (Today discussion with k. K. Yadav)

        its more than 1 weeks I didn't get any response from Tikona yet how long its been take to resolve the isse, and refund amount which unnecessary charged
        that what Tikona engineer came & made the mesh of thing, & never back,

          I am getting daily calls from tikona stating that my bill amount is not clear. My tikona plan was active till 14th april 2020 & since 11th march my internet connection is not working due to fire incident in my society. It took almost 15 days to retain the electricity back in society. Post the power back i raised multiple compliant to resolve my tikona connection issue but the complaint got closed due to unavailability of engineers due to covid 19 situation. Then i raised a complaint on protal & mail to discontinue the request on 7th april & did follow up before my plan expired but didn't received any revert from customer care on mail. My payment is clear till 14 th april as per the plan. Now they are asking me to pay 960 not sure which amount if i want to discontinue the connection. When asked them to give me the confirmation on mail where my amount is pending, they don't bother me to revert. I am attaching the mail which i dropped to tikona customer care along with my plan details. Need your opinion

            I tried to upgrade my existing plan to higher speed 10 days back. But tikona just ignoring my request.
            I used both mobile app and web browser but still nothing updated.

            Also there forum link email activation not working, not answering telephone calls so how to get solution from this issue they are just ignoring customer.

              Hello,

              My account number is [protected], i placed request of plan change as per my speed requirement in last week but its not updated yet.
              I am working on design software's so i required 60 mbps plan - turbo_q2_c5.
              Kindly update my plan as per above request.
              If this plan is not available kindly provide me any other 60 mbps plan so it will help to achieve required speed.
              From last 6-7 days i am trying but they are not responding..
              No customer care pick of call
              In app plan change request still not accepted.

                [protected], the link is highly unstable and the connection is highly active for more then 1 hour and gets disconnects very frequently.
                While I am on 40mbps plan, but hardly gets 1 to 2 Mbps line, thus I am not able to work.
                Atleast 20+ tickets are created in past 2+ months on network issue, Customer care says, talk to engineer and engineer does not pick the phone. He says he do not know anything it could b backend problem talk to CC
                I have to invest additional money to get additional connections with other service provider.

                This connection is of no use to me and it is not stable and do not have speed as well as required for my work. I request closer of the account and refund the amount which I have paid for service committed from 7th feb to 7th Aug. as of 1st May on proreta basis

                  Hi all,

                  I am facing internet issue and i have already registered complaint on the same but no response from anyone.

                  It's affecting my office work and in tikona there is no option to contact support person whenever i call customer service it will get disconnected by saying we are working on the issue and will revert you shortly but no response.

                  Can someone look into this at high priority and i am very upset with the support from tikona

                      My service is deactivated still tikona wifi providing firm is generating my bill. Its pure fraud.
                      It's not active. I requested to reconnect but it was not possible without paying amount in advance. Kindly Note It!!! It's neither active nor I used single KB.
                      This is not appropriate. I am registering case against this.

                        I have purchased tikona a month ago as only this internet company was providing internet during lockdown. I had purchased 10mbps unlimited.
                        But when i checked they had given me 10mbps with 15gb limited..
                        The speed i get is 00.1kbps. I am really very frustrated i had written many mails to tikona care stating to refund my money back, or to resolve the issue but yet nothing has done.
                        I work from home and i am not getting my desired salary because internet is not working
                        When i write them email they say i need to upgrade my plan. My work from home is done on my phn data also. But as my phn ia not working properly need to take internet connection.
                        Pls help me with this fraud company. Pls help me.

                          Very disappointed, every month, we will face a minimum of 10 days of no internet. But we have been paying full amount though! Regular reason some problem in ap tower! If thats the case please let us know! So we can plan better. We havve been very patient but now, situation is got out of hand! We are not able to contaccr anyone nor anyone seems to care since they already received their money. Zero value for customer satisfaction. Totally disappointed, on top we have a business connection, our whole comapny is come to a standstill, since no internet and no response from tikona! Has lead to many deep loses!!!

                            Dear sir/ma’am,

                            I am reaching to all of you after struggling so much with reaching to the customer care team from last 15 days.

                            We have taken tikona in march and paid for 6 months because the plan is such that there is no other way than going for less months.

                            It was working on and off till last 15 days and it stopped working suddenly. I have put so many complaints and till now it is not resolved.

                            The person who installed it tried to help once but stopped picking our calls anymore. His contact is

                            I have put up a complaint on twitter and consumer forum as well.

                            Please take your wifi and refund or money. Other providers are installing the wifi in lockdown as well.

                            We are fed up in the lockdown and won’t recommend it to anyone.

                              6 months payment for internet service has been made and the man who established the connection is not taking any call whatsoever. My office work is getting affected due to this.

                                I bought tikona connection 3 months back first 10 days the speed was good after that internet speed was very slow i complained several times i think 100 tickets i have opened in these 3 months but no response from them. Due to covid-19, we have to do work from home but i couldnt work for 1 month due to this internet issue. Thats why i had to resign from the company.

                                I would request to each one of you to raise a strict complaint againt this company until this company is closed.

                                    I have been raising complaints since the day i changed my plan to 60 mbps. Initially i was on 10 mbps plan but needed a better speed hence opted for this 60 mbps plan. I m paying 2400 approx for a quarter and getting a speed worst than a mobile data network. I did multiple speed checks average speed came out to be 5 bps n maximum 7.3 mbps. I sent the screenshots of speed check to tikona engineer but of no use. Disconnect this connection i am not going to pay for this pathetic service at all. If you can't provide better service why do you charge for that

                                      Tikona never look into the complaint done trough their mobile application and on calls. For the last 2 weeks frequent disconnection of internet service and not one attend the calls after the repeated call and email. I am sending email for the lastg three four days and not one responded for the complaint. Consumer id: [protected]. Following are the latest complaintnos reference nos 1-[protected], 1-[protected]. No customer care executive comes in oine in any of the customer care numbers given[protected], [protected],[protected] or never gets a call back or complaint resolution. Service engineeers whenw e call personally, they say we dont come till we get a complaint forwarded to attend.
