I'm really frustrated with the tikona services.
My account number is -[protected]. I have purchased this connection on 23rd Jan 2020. From the date of installation I'm facing frequently link down issues I have called many times to the customer care but it always take 2-3 days to resolve the queries they always says engineer will reach your location within 4 hours.

Currently I'm facing link down...

My Tikona wifi connection is not working since almost 2 days.
I have already lodged the complaint but no one responded and it has been more than 36 hours. All helpline numbers are not available.

We are doing wfh during Corona crisis and all other service providers are working fine and supporting except for Tikona....

I have taken Tikona service in the month of November 2019 and paid 3 months in advance. After 1 month, I was not getting speed and raised several complaints but nothing has been resolved from their end. After my 3 months, they have raised another bill for 3 months and asking for payment. i told them I wont be continuing the service several time but the customer care people insisted and asked to give them a chance and I have exceeded 1 month...

My net is not working i paid the bill and still it is not working here are the details.The customer care are not responding.The feild agent are not picking up the calls and all other problems.

Tikona internet service is fraud. They offer you great deals but when it comes to service it is pathetic. Their customer service centres are also fraud. My internet was slow, so i registered a complaint, then a day after my internet stopped working suddenly, its been 2-3 days and i have not received any updates. I know due to corona outbreak anyone is doing wfh and it may have caused issue. But i am asking atleast tell me how much time it...

I am pissed off of tikona currently. They seem to pay no heed to customer complaints. I have had no internet service available since 5 days. I just receive a sms problem resolved but its all fake. Nothing works.in a situation when govt asks us work from home we have not internet.

Tikona has crossed the limits of my patience. I suggest no customers rely on tikona network....

We had taken wi-fi service of tikona whereby while making payment we were assured that installation would be done in a day or two. However, nobody turned up for 3 days and when we called the representative who was assigned the work on the number shared by the company (Narendra yadav). He bluntly refused to address our concern and said that the same would be done as per his convenience. Further, he hardly responded to our calls and messages...

I have applied for new wifi connection from tikona. They came to setup the connection but did no bring the router with them. They said it's not available, so for we are setting up lan connection. Tomorrow we will bring the router. It's been 2 weeks but they have not connected the router and from past two days they have stopped receiving my calls. Even the technician and his managers and coordinator no one is picking up the call.

This is to inform that tikona has the worst service and worst connection. I tried calling there customer services for the past 4 days, no response, no call back nothing. Because of coronavirus work from has become mandatory and internet is crucial for it to happen. But tikona has managed to disappoint me at this bad times too. And the worst part is that its not even a month i got there connection. I would like tikona to disconnect my internet...

The sales representative promised me that my internet will be installed and activated in 2 hours from the payment. I made the payment on 15th march

Today is 19th march eod and the internet is not installed. I called the customer care, everyday they told me it will be done today itself but it didn't happened. The engineer assigned never called never did picked up the phone.

They are not resolving...

I had applied for tikona broadband package of 6 month paying 4500. As i shifted my home, i requested them for shifting my connection to my new address. Also raised a ticket (No[protected] for the same, a person was assigned for this job (Name - raj kumar -[protected]) this person closed the ticket without doing job, since that day no one is answering the call. Tried calling customer care and also the concern person, but no one is reachable....

I have already paid for 3 months in advance. My installation was done on 13th March and still don't have access to internet. Internet isn't activated yet and customer care says it's back end issue and even they don't know when it will be fixed. worst experience ever.

This is to inform to all that tikona is the very cheap company in providing internet service. I have taken speed of 10 mbps while starting with i got nice 10 mbps speed for three months but after the first payment done the speed started going done to 8 mbps i complained but they say no complaints registered with them for same than i again paid the next due but after that the speed went still low to say 4 mbps so i didnt pay them and asked...

I've been using tikona wifi from Jan 28 I've paid the bill for 3 months i.e upto April 28, the services were worst they promised me to give 10mbps speed but I used to get 100kbps sometimes 10kbps so I requested for termination lately, the billing cycle strated again so I contacted customer care and changed my plan to 1month and I paid the bill I didn't use net for that month I stopped using net since May 13 and requested for termination and...

I have bought the connection on 28-feb and i have made online payment for 6 months subscription. Sales person informed that connection will be provided on 29-feb. But, its already 8 days over still no calls received from sales person or engineer. This week i have called customer care for 3 times and they informed that will be given in 2 days but still i never got any call.

I'm priya alli, facing worst service of tikona. They demanded me the upfront amount for the 6 months internet service but failed to install the broadband. Now they are not processing my hard earned money 2757 rupees.
Kindly look into this.

Im regretting now.

Hoping for fast resolution of the mentioned issue.
