I am seriously so done with fraudsters like tikona that i won't dare trust any broadband company after this. I took the connection on 7th of november 2019 as a 3 months subscription pack wherein i was asked to paid inr1800 something for the connection and after this i was supposed to get uninterrupted service till 7th of february 2020. However, tikona started sending me messages, mails and calls for outstanding bills. After getting irritated i got the payment done by 22nd of january 2020 amounting to 1800 something considering that it would be no harm making payment in advance. But to my surprise tikona's fraudulent messages and mails didn't stopped. They started sending me outstanding bills again amounting to 2242 and on 3rd of april 2020 they suspended my service amidst the nation wide lockdown. I have suffered a huge loss while working from home. Just for the sake and fear of continuing my work from home i was compelled to pay the amount again because i had no option left in order to keep on working from home while this lockdown. Tikona's poor network connection is a toast to all their nonsense that they have done with me within this few months. I took a 3 months subscription where i was suppose to pay only after 3 months of service. However this fraudsters have made me pay more than 6000 just within 5 months of nonsense service. Also in december i placed a request for transfer from one location to another within mumbai city but it took them 20 days to process my request after which this company also placed a charge of 2700 on my bill. This company and every single person associated to it has done only crap with me. Even when i got the connection done the guy who came for installation barely had anything for installation. I provided everything on my cost from cable to plugs and every damn thing.
It's a request to please get my extra payment refunded by this company. My hard earned money matters to me especially when this company have frustrated more than enough to me with their service and billing system.

    I took a connection from tikona broadband on 19 march 2020 but only after 3-4 days it started giving problems and then stopped completely then after multiple complaints their engineer visited on 31 march for problem resolution and fixed the problem but only after 4-5 hours i was again unable to connect to internet and now they are not listening to any complaints.

      Seeking an urgent and very serious invention as not getting a response and support from such a worst and careless company in the telecommunications/isp industry even after reaching out to a ceo, mr. Prakash bajpai.

      I'm really so much surprised to see heights of carelessness and lack of response even after reaching out to a ceo for such critical issues we had with tikona broadband connection.

      We were supposed to be a customer who trusted tikona and paid 6 months' pricing (Rs.4600) in one go. I purchased a 60 mbps plan and speed is never more than 30 mbps. Tikona is such a worst company to get any service from.

      This is such a pathetic service. I want a full refund of my service, this is no use to me. If you don't know how to treat and serve the customers, then shut down your offices and services.in these emergency situations, the internet is the only hope. You guys can't provide even that as well. I don't want any engineer to visit my place to fix the issue, rather expect him to take all the router/accessories and just cancel the plan

        Tikona is cheater service provider. Neither provide net nor refunding money just extending timeline to resolve the issue. Everyday give a different excuse since last one month i am suffering from them. Everyday send message that they have resolved the meanwhile either net or speed is not available to even surf on mobile it. If you call to customer care they will show that you have used this much data. No authority to deal with these no responsible official on support side. If you bought a monthly post paid plan then this gone hammering on your head. They will never refund your money as well as never internet.
        It's pathetic service provider.

          I have subscribed to the unlimited plan for 6 months of broadband. The speed offered by tikona for this plan is 10 mbps.
          Till date, i have made several calls to their so-called technical engineers to visit my residence and set up the connection, but the engineer is not responding.
          I have also send them the email to cancel the subscription and refund my amount of 4241, but tikona customer care not responding.

          Feeling helpless.

          Please help me.

            My tikona wifi connection is not working since almost 2 days.
            I have already lodged the complaint but no one responded and it has been more than 36 hours. All helpline numbers are not available.

            We are doing work from home during corona crisis and all other service providers are working fine and supporting except for tikona.

              I paid for 10 mbps speed
              And what i am getting?
              As you can see in attached, worst internet, worst wifi connection, worst after sale service
              Your sales team is worst,
              As they don't provide whole information about speed and fluctuations. I haven't seen such # connection in mumbai for now. As they say, your connection speed gets divide by 8. What is 8? Will you tell me? According to your sales person calculation, on 10 mbps speed, i will get 1.25 mbps, but what? Download or upload? You guys don't even know what exactly your plans and pricing are.
              You just want to steal money from customers and then keep them on hold for hours and hours on complaint/ after sale service. Your customer care person was laughing at me, i don't know for what reason. Is this # company you run for what?
              Your engineers says something different. They come after the issue is solved, what's the meaning of giving a complaint and solving it after 24 hours. Till that time what a customer can do, if they are working on very important projects or attending any meetings.

                My internet is not working last 3 days i have raise complaint many times but always i received computer msg and mail frequently in 4 hours issue reported then issue solved. I have suck of this kind of bad service and i have not received quality that for i have pay..
                My work is getting disturbed i have been writing in every 4 hours but no getting attention very bad experience..
                I request please do resolve it on urgent basis...

                  I have been promised to have the connection for the broadband today.
                  But due to government curfew restrictions it got postponed, i can understand this. But now vikas jaiswal an tikona personal is not picking up my calls. I only want the confirmation for future date that when it will be installed, so that i can give the tentative date to my manager.

                  I called him 10 times today but he did not answered my call he is even ignoring my whatspp messages.

                  This is the customer care you give to us. After receiving payment from customers you do not answer their calls.

                  Ridiculous customer care experience.

                      Dear Team,

                      I'm really frustrated with the tikona services.
                      My account number is -[protected]. I have purchased this connection on 23rd Jan 2020. From the date of installation I'm facing frequently link down issues I have called many times to the customer care but it always take 2-3 days to resolve the queries they always says engineer will reach your location within 4 hours.

                      Currently I'm facing link down from past 10 days I called customer care but no response from them. I called installation guy regarding this he said your POE adapter is not working, I asked him to replace it he said you need to pay the charges for replacement. I paid 200rs. Due to my emergencies but still issue is not resolved. Now he says that device which is installed on terrace is not working which is need to be replace which will cost 1500/-.

                      If I already paid 3months rental in advance then why should I pay more charges for the Devices. This is not fair.

                      You guys please look into it.

                          I have taken Tikona service in the month of November 2019 and paid 3 months in advance. After 1 month, I was not getting speed and raised several complaints but nothing has been resolved from their end. After my 3 months, they have raised another bill for 3 months and asking for payment. i told them I wont be continuing the service several time but the customer care people insisted and asked to give them a chance and I have exceeded 1 month but I did not get any better network. No they are sending multiple invoices with different amount. On 26th March at around 8:30 AM I got a call from one of the executive that I have to pay the amount and at 9:00 AM, they have sent an executive at my place.
                          I have not opened my door since its a lockdown now and still they are sending people at home and threatening me about illegal action and police complaints and behaving rudely. I wrote a letter to their CEO mentioning the behavior of their employee and also mentioned I will pay the amount for 1 month. But the kind of harrassment the executives are doing is inexpiable .
                          Please look into this matter as many of the Tikona user are feeling the same trapped in their fraud business.

                              You have very worst service in my area.Already i have heard about Tikona bad review but due to Sales person (close friend :Asif ) we have taken Tikona internet from December he told us to take 6 month internet.Since from that facing Tikona internet issue as compared to other broadband ( Neighbour connection) .Even our customer support is very worst, not suggest to anyone.
                              Now we are allowed to work from Home but due to Tikona bad service we all in your area facing this issue and misbehaviour by Area field Manager .I am facing this issue dated 15 March 2020 still now .If called customer care not get any response even when call Tikona team especially Area field Manager (Anirudh) like people misbehave, not give answer properly.As all in your area fed up with issue.
                              I want refund, from December- March you calculate that amount cut from my paid original amount and give remaining amount.If not found refund i will remove all keshavnagar connections, after that not a single person from this area not user your worst service.Already given bad review on google about your company.
                              So please refund me the calculated amount so i can take different local broadband to solve my internet issue.

                                Tikona internet service is fraud. They offer you great deals but when it comes to service it is pathetic. Their customer service centres are also fraud. My internet was slow, so i registered a complaint, then a day after my internet stopped working suddenly, its been 2-3 days and i have not received any updates. I know due to corona outbreak anyone is doing wfh and it may have caused issue. But i am asking atleast tell me how much time it will require to fix issue so that i can arrange something else. This is not the first time although, their service has been not reliable since day 1. Tikona is worst internet service provider, and i would not recommend anyone to choose this even if you dont have any options i would suggest use mobile internet and not this broadband

                                  I am pissed off of tikona currently. They seem to pay no heed to customer complaints. I have had no internet service available since 5 days. I just receive a sms problem resolved but its all fake. Nothing works.in a situation when govt asks us work from home we have not internet.

                                  Tikona has crossed the limits of my patience. I suggest no customers rely on tikona network.

                                    We had taken wi-fi service of tikona whereby while making payment we were assured that installation would be done in a day or two. However, nobody turned up for 3 days and when we called the representative who was assigned the work on the number shared by the company (Narendra yadav). He bluntly refused to address our concern and said that the same would be done as per his convenience. Further, he hardly responded to our calls and messages and neither his higher ups (Mr. Chandrakant tl and mr. Dharmendra asm) therefore we are registering a complaint against the company for refund of the amount paid and a apology for the mental harassment given during the entire process. Apart from mr. Lalbahadur yadav all other representatives are very uncooperative, blunt, careless and having a laid back attitude.

                                      I have applied for new wifi connection from tikona. They came to setup the connection but did no bring the router with them. They said it's not available, so for we are setting up lan connection. Tomorrow we will bring the router. It's been 2 weeks but they have not connected the router and from past two days they have stopped receiving my calls. Even the technician and his managers and coordinator no one is picking up the call.

                                      It's getting difficult for me to work as i have to sit at the cornor of the room entire day. If this is the behaviour in the beginning, i don't know what in happen in future.

                                        This is to inform that tikona has the worst service and worst connection. I tried calling there customer services for the past 4 days, no response, no call back nothing. Because of coronavirus work from has become mandatory and internet is crucial for it to happen. But tikona has managed to disappoint me at this bad times too. And the worst part is that its not even a month i got there connection. I would like tikona to disconnect my internet and issue my refund asap
