I had asked for discontinuation of Tikona services and I received an email acknowledging my request and informing me that they Tikona has stopped charging rentals for the service from 13/July/2019.

However, being a valuable customer Tikona provided me 10GB on my account which was non chargeble.

After disconnection I called customer care to refund my security charges as I was being informed by the Tikona executive...

I paid for the below connection on 8th of february and it is still not being installed at my home address.
After 25 days of payment the engineer provided to install this connection confirmed that connection was not possible at my location

Request you to investigate this issue asap and proceed further with a refund of my transaction amount with transaction reference number as below

I sushant user of tikona wifi broadband, it was installed in april 2019 and since last month i am not able to use the wifi since 1st feb 2020, due to tikona manager is not interested to meet our society chairman. So i am requesting to kindly refund my amount inr 2124 which is valid til 14th april 2020.

I am writing and wish that this should be the last complain of tikona as i am now completely fed up and want to get rid of it. Its very shameful to write complain for each and every little thing but the employees of tikona are well groomed & given special training for cheating the customers. They speak only and don't even bother to listen the customer's requirement.

Tikona digital networks provided a really bad internet service and when i discontinued their service they levied penalty on me and called me through rude lawyers who behaved really badly on call and asked me to pay my dues, which i did. Later, they activated my dead account without my permission and now that i sent them a request for deactivating my account before my next payment cycle even starts, they are charging me an unnecessary fee...

I got tikona installed last week. Not even a single day, tikona network worked properly.
I have raised incident almost twice everyday. But no resolution till date.
I want my refund and discontinuation from tikona network.

I had taken internet service on 4th feb 2020, bearing user no :[protected].

However i am not getting proper service, since 5th feb 20 till 13 feb i have been writing mails and calling them. However since i was not getting proper service and internet, i requested them to disconnect and refund the money, since this was 6 months unlimited plan, i was told they can't disconnect and refund the money, i feel cheated, as this is worst...

I have disconnected my connection with customer id [protected] on 7/06/2019. But same was not acted by tikona & they sent me a mail that i am using the services even after sending disconnection request. Which was incorrect. I have replied back to them to share that i have connected. They did not respond.

I got tikona internet service and paid for your 3 months on the very first day. And as soon as my 3rd month was going to end i called customer service around 15 days prior to the end date.

I confirmed with the customer executive twice on the call if i have to pay anything extra? they clearly said no, you can use the connection till the end date. And we will not charge you single...

I installed on 22jan2020 and till today 4th feb2020, i mfacing daily 15-16 hours of internet issue, i asked for refund as i have paid for 6 month plan, but they told refund is not possible, even ther modem is cheap china quality, i have removed their modem and using mine one, these are the fraund company in banaglore. And i will file a case and let them to think twice to fraud anyone....

I have raised disconnection request since 21st january 2020. The disconnection is still not done. I get calls from customer care daily and i am being harassed by them daily. Uid: [protected].

I have all the records now and if this is not resolved i will be definitely going against these frauds in a legal way....

My problem is not resolved yet.
Now i dont want to resume with the services of tikona because services are very pathetic.

Even sales person mr. Ajay ([protected]) is not responding for my call and technician mr. Vikram[protected] too.

I dont have received any concrete solution from customer care also.

I was told that an engineer will come and change my device on terrace as it is not capable of delivering 25 mbps speed. Still everytime service resolve ivr comes and no action. I have forged for 3000 rs instead i use to pay half for 4 mbps. I have recording for this commitment and will approach consumer court if not resolved. Tikona i'd : [protected]...

I m from gurgaon. I before yesterday i buy tikona 6 month plan (40mb/sec) as per discuss with tikona agent. He said you receive 40 mb per sec speed. But from yesterday i receive only 15 or 16 mb speed. I already call to agent 100 times he didn't attend my call. If you not understand my problem i forward this case in consumer court. I think you understand my problem and resolve on priority. Now i want my money back....

We have disconnected Tikona connection with prior mail intimation to team, still we have got multiple call from customer care and today we got call from Advocate Delhi civil dept (Sumaya singh) stating they have launched case against us and we need to pay or else you need to report in civil court, To avoid this situation we have agreed to pay this amount later on she says we need to pay extra amount double of our bill, we argued with her...

I have already initiated disconnection of my service, so they stopped my services sending a mail saying, there is no outstanding bill, then I ask them them to collect router, but nobody came to collect the router. and again they continuously sending me bills after that....

I have been receiving calls from [protected], [protected], [protected] stating she is a lawyer and threatening a case will be fired in delhi court against me and my document will be freezed for 25 years.

Below i have attached the proofs which clearly states i applied for discontinuation of services and i also received the acknowledgement through mail.

Now after 5 months i get another mail stating additional dues...

Today i have received a call from tikona digital network stating that i have not paid a bill of rs 1500/- against not handing over the device that i have received during the installation. The first call was from a lady stating she is calling from the court and you need to pay the amount and if the amount is not paid you need to come to delhi court and all the government id's will be ceasied and post that you will not able to apply for any...

I have recently received a legal notice from tikona stating that i have not paid rs. 1392.00/-, in the notice it states that i have to pay charges and return the equipments which i had received at time of installation.

Now when i called and cancelled the service with tikona they told me someone from their company will come and pick up the equipment but no one ever came. I have raised several complains by calls and email but...
