Fraud people i had made the payment of 4000 rupees sale agent told me the connection would activated within a day second day crossed now today is third days still have not received any update sale agent has switch off the phone customer care person tell me it would be done we shall get back to you had send a email for the same but no revert yet i feel like i have been cheated my work is getting hampered i have been harrassed mentally
I dont know what to do bcoz sales person tells me to contact the customer care & customer care tells me to contact sales person stuck in between done have solution 4000 loss of mine plz help called customer care more then 20 times

    Hi,

    The sales representative promised me that my internet will be installed and activated in 2 hours from the payment. I made the payment on 15th march

    Today is 19th march eod and the internet is not installed. I called the customer care, everyday they told me it will be done today itself but it didn't happened. The engineer assigned never called never did picked up the phone.

    They are not resolving it and making false promises like a fraud everyday.

    I am suffering a lot sue to no internet connectivity during these troubled times.

      I had applied for tikona broadband package of 6 month paying 4500. As i shifted my home, i requested them for shifting my connection to my new address. Also raised a ticket (No[protected] for the same, a person was assigned for this job (Name - raj kumar -[protected]) this person closed the ticket without doing job, since that day no one is answering the call. Tried calling customer care and also the concern person, but no one is reachable. Now im so fed up of calling them. I tried reaching customer care on numbers like[protected] and also various numbers found on website. I never got a callback from them nor any response. Attaching a screenshot of my request id and the date on which i had lodged a complaint.

        I have already paid for 3 months in advance. My installation was done on 13th March and still don't have access to internet. Internet isn't activated yet and customer care says it's back end issue and even they don't know when it will be fixed. worst experience ever.
        They won't even refund the amount in bank account. give me the service I paid for for Or refund my money.
        I have contacted customer care, the technician, the sales person I paid money to countless times. but no help and now they don't care at all. Had I known this in advance, I would have never gone for Tikona.

        I paid the amount to their sells person on 5th of March (its been two weeks) and he told me that it will be done within 2-3 days. after 3 days I called the sales person again and here begins the lies. whenever I call, he says it will be done by today evening, tomorrow morning and so on. After so much frustration, I called customer care and got to know that the sales guy hasn't even paid the amount on my behalf. Anyway... later on, I got to know that its been paid on 10th March. now here comes the actual trouble. they took 3 more days to come here for installation. But just for installation and not for internet activation. Technician told me that it's a back end issue and within a few hours he will come and fix the issue and start the connection. call after call, I did so many calls to engineer, customer care and even that sales person without any help. Customer care says that its a technical issue. I asked them to connect the call to back end/technical team to know the update... they said that's not possible and I have to just wait. it's passed two weeks and due to this "corona virus" thing, I have to do work from home. only I know how difficult and frustrating this all has been foe me due to their unprofessional behavior. Help me get my refund if they can't give me the service I paid for.

        I am desperate need of help as I have to work from home due to corona virus thing and I might lose my job if I don't have the internet for which i have already paid. This is completely unprofessional. If you can't fix this, just say it and refund my money. And I don't want to wait for 30 days to receive a DD from you to my address. Just issue the refund directly in my bank account. This is now mental harassment.

        Here is my story again from the beginning : I had no other option then writing to you and bringing this to your light.
        I bought Tikona 3 months Broadband subscription plan with 40mbps unlimited data. On 5th march I paid Rs.3182 to your sales person Jitendra ([protected]) and was told that i will have my internet within 2-3 days. I waited a few days before calling him. He told me that the devices were not available and that's the reason in delay of installation and he keeps telling me the same thing whenever I called him.
        At last when i called to customer care I was told that the amount has not been paid by the salesperson and hence the delay in installation. Finally, after multiple calls to sales person, it was paid on 10th.
        On 13th a technician Nagraj ([protected]) visited and did the installation. After installation, he told me that there seems to be a back end issue as there is no net speed in my connection. He told me that, he will keep be in touch with back end and will keep a follow up for me and as soon as the issue gets resolves, he will come back and activate the internet.Now, whenever I called him afterward, he keeps repeating the same thing that it's a back end issue and he can't do anything about it. After a while, he even stop taking my calls. Whenever I call customer care, they kept me on hold for talking to the technician Nagraj just to tell me that issue still persist and there is no way they can speed up the process.I have called the sales person, the technician and customer care countless times till now and no one is offering me any kind of solution. It takes half an hour to connect to customer care and they hang up the call whenever then want to even though i have been talking so politely to them.I have discontinued my previous broadband as I wanted to have tikona. Now, due to this Corona Virus thing, my office asked me to work from home. But since I don't have the broadband, I have been forced to take the time off as my work depends on the internet. It has been such a frustrating experience I can't even express. No one seems to care at all. 

         IF they will tell me that this issue can't be  fixed, I will look for alternative. When asking about refund, i was told that it will take at least 30 days that also only if I am eligible. In that case, a DD will be sent to my address and they can't just credit the amount to my bank account.

        I just want my internet service I paid for. It's been more then two weeks. My friend is using tikona in the same building without any issue. I have already discontinued my previous broadband because i bought tikona service and also there is no other broadband available in my area. I can't afford to lose my job because I can't work from home. I have attached my subscription receipt. Please help me!

          This is to inform to all that tikona is the very cheap company in providing internet service. I have taken speed of 10 mbps while starting with i got nice 10 mbps speed for three months but after the first payment done the speed started going done to 8 mbps i complained but they say no complaints registered with them for same than i again paid the next due but after that the speed went still low to say 4 mbps so i didnt pay them and asked them to give me proper speed or forget than they contacted me and gave me the speed but i asked them that i will pay only if i get this speed continuously fo 15/20 days and i got than i paid them but now for again time for payment the speed has gone too low that is.88 mbps what this is the director looking into this matter or he himself is telling to lower the speed. Please guys never take tikona connection for they are the cheapest company with false service.

            I've been using tikona wifi from Jan 28 I've paid the bill for 3 months i.e upto April 28, the services were worst they promised me to give 10mbps speed but I used to get 100kbps sometimes 10kbps so I requested for termination lately, the billing cycle strated again so I contacted customer care and changed my plan to 1month and I paid the bill I didn't use net for that month I stopped using net since May 13 and requested for termination and I got it now they are sending mails and some adv Preeti Singh is calling and saying that they've raised a complaint in Delhi high court

              I have bought the connection on 28-feb and i have made online payment for 6 months subscription. Sales person informed that connection will be provided on 29-feb. But, its already 8 days over still no calls received from sales person or engineer. This week i have called customer care for 3 times and they informed that will be given in 2 days but still i never got any call.

              Is this the service you are offering for your new customer? I regret for choosing your connection and taking subscription of 6 months. When new connection is getting delayed like this, then how can i expect better service after installations.

              Kindly refund the full amount, thanks for wasting my time with your new connection.

                I'm priya alli, facing worst service of tikona. They demanded me the upfront amount for the 6 months internet service but failed to install the broadband. Now they are not processing my hard earned money 2757 rupees.
                Kindly look into this.

                Im regretting now.

                  I had asked for discontinuation of Tikona services and I received an email acknowledging my request and informing me that they Tikona has stopped charging rentals for the service from 13/July/2019.

                  However, being a valuable customer Tikona provided me 10GB on my account which was non chargeble.

                  After disconnection I called customer care to refund my security charges as I was being informed by the Tikona executive at the time of installation that the security is refundable .

                  Everytime I call the Tikona customer care to initiate the security refund, executives make a vague reason for not refunding the amount.

                  Following are the reasons given to me.

                  1. Tikona provided 10GB after discontinuation of services . The charges for 10GB are balanced with the security(Although 10GB was given to me completely non chargeable. I have confirmation over email.)

                  2. If the executive false guided me, please provide phone number of executive Tikona will log a complaint against him.

                  I wish to further inform that I have called customer care to take back installation equipment to initiate my refund. But, till date no one has come to take back the equipment and the security is also not refunded.

                  Kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund of security ASAP.

                    I have been constantly calling tikona customer care for refund and my calls are constantly put on hold by telling me they need to talk to a supervisor.

                    Please arrange a callback from your customer care
                    I have still not received any call from tikona for my refund. Please tell me if this can be reported as an FIR?

                      I sushant user of tikona wifi broadband, it was installed in april 2019 and since last month i am not able to use the wifi since 1st feb 2020, due to tikona manager is not interested to meet our society chairman. So i am requesting to kindly refund my amount inr 2124 which is valid til 14th april 2020.

                      Mr. Sachin [protected] this guy is visited, to handle the issue, as our society chairman demanding him for 4 wifi connections. And the after tikona service engineer visited and installed the wifi.

                      TIKONA is providing worst service in Dhayari Pune area. I have raised around 10-15 complaints in last 15 days about connectivity issue but still no one is looking at this issue.

                        Dear mam/ sir,

                        I am writing and wish that this should be the last complain of tikona as i am now completely fed up and want to get rid of it. Its very shameful to write complain for each and every little thing but the employees of tikona are well groomed & given special training for cheating the customers. They speak only and don't even bother to listen the customer's requirement.
                        I am using broadband services of tikona since long. But every time i get cheated in one way or the other.
                        I renewed my annual plan in the month of december, 2019. And i was told that the same plan has been renewed which i was using since last 12 months. I called the customer care on[protected] as my internet speed was too slow. The lady behind the call asked me to call the technical team for the issue. I asked her to check my data usage and if 1000 gb of data is there in my account as per my plan. She denied and said that 1000 gb data is not applicable in this plan.
                        I then asked the lady to go for disconnection and get me the refund on the pro-rata basis. I don't want to continue any more with tikona. Every time i cant get cheated and don't have that much of time to check each and every little thing. The lady then transferred the call to one of her so called senior and the argument begun.
                        Earlier she offered me a plan with 500 gb monthly data in the same plan which i was using and during the conversation only she reduced the annual validity to 6 months and so on she carried... Putting my phone on long hold every time. She was actually testing my patience. I finally concluded her to go for the disconnection as i don't want to continue any more with tikona and refund me the deposit on a pro-rata basis, she then told me that the amount which i have paid for the annual plan wont be refunded. This as per their company policy.
                        I request this forum to pls intervene and stop the monopoly of such service providers.

                        I received a call from Mr Pankaj from Tikona. After explaining each and every issue with the lady yesterday, Mr Pankaj called me and asked me that I had complaint regarding the service and technical issue in my area. I again told him to go for disconnection and initiate the refund on the pro-rata basis. But he refused to do so. I then told him that I have written your complain to the consumer Court but it made no difference to that gentleman.

                        This is just an update. Thanks..

                        Received a mail from Tikona where change of plan was mentioned but was not very clear. I then called the customer care, the guy behind the call confirmed me that the plan is changed and in the new plan I would be getting [protected]@60mbps.
                        One more mail was received from Tikona which says that my disconnection is under process and the same would be disconnected on 20th Nov, 2020 as i had made the annual payment to Tikona. On asking the customer care that the new ie. [protected]@60mbps would be applicable till 14th Nov, 2020.. the guy behind the call has no reply after checking and putting my call on long hold.

                        As per telephonic conversation, kindly find the below plan details activated for your user-id.
                        As your amount is already in credit, if you continue with same plan your validity will be 14-NOV-20

                        Plan Name: TURBO_MGR_043
                        FUP Limit per Month: 500GB
                        Download Speed: 60 Mbps
                        Post FUP Download Speed: 1Mbps
                        Plan Validity = 3 Months

                        Hope this time I don't get cheated any more and they stick to their words. Also, my connection would be discontinued after 14th Nov, 2020.

                          Tikona digital networks provided a really bad internet service and when i discontinued their service they levied penalty on me and called me through rude lawyers who behaved really badly on call and asked me to pay my dues, which i did. Later, they activated my dead account without my permission and now that i sent them a request for deactivating my account before my next payment cycle even starts, they are charging me an unnecessary fee of 1400.
                          This fraudulent behavior is a punishable offense.

                            I got tikona installed last week. Not even a single day, tikona network worked properly.
                            I have raised incident almost twice everyday. But no resolution till date.
                            I want my refund and discontinuation from tikona network.

                            I paid 1450.
                            It's the worst network. I get calls almost daily during day time and no visit.

                            I want my money back. Your network speed is worst than my mobile network.

                            You claim to have 25 mbps but it's 1-2 kbps only. 80% of the time, there is no internet connection. Big latency time.

                            I want my hard earned money back.

                            This is torture.

                              I had taken internet service on 4th feb 2020, bearing user no :[protected].

                              However i am not getting proper service, since 5th feb 20 till 13 feb i have been writing mails and calling them. However since i was not getting proper service and internet, i requested them to disconnect and refund the money, since this was 6 months unlimited plan, i was told they can't disconnect and refund the money, i feel cheated, as this is worst service.

                              I just, want my refunds with proper compensation. Its already 16th feb 20 without any resolution.

                                I have disconnected my connection with customer id [protected] on 7/06/2019. But same was not acted by tikona & they sent me a mail that i am using the services even after sending disconnection request. Which was incorrect. I have replied back to them to share that i have connected. They did not respond.
                                They continued to give me threatening call. Today i received call from no[protected] claiming that she is lawyer. But seems to be a threatening call. I paid money.
                                I would want to log extortion complaint against tikona.

                                  I got tikona internet service and paid for your 3 months on the very first day. And as soon as my 3rd month was going to end i called customer service around 15 days prior to the end date.

                                  I confirmed with the customer executive twice on the call if i have to pay anything extra? they clearly said no, you can use the connection till the end date. And we will not charge you single rupee more. (And i have the audio recording that i can use in court if i had to use)

                                  I got the confirmation text about the disconnection request and acceptance of it. (Attached - disconnectiojn_req. Png)

                                  Now i am getting calls from some stupid legalcolls (Recovery agents of tikona) so-called advocates. Saying that i have 1398 rs due. (Attached-2-demand_notice. Png)

                                  I have attached the bill that said my amount is due.
                                  After disconnection there is no call about any device recovery. Customer care said

                                  "they will get it at any time. You don't have to worry about this."

                                  What is wrong here. I don't understand that.

                                  After that call from legalcolls i called the rooftop device recovery agent and he said i have left the company and gave me the other number.
                                  The other one picked up the call and said i will case you if you call me again.
                                  What kind of business prospectus is this? This is clearly mental harassment. If you guys are not up to fix the bug, i am 100% ready to fight in court this time.

                                  I want a quick response and action against this issue.

                                  Please take severe action against this so called "TIKONA". These people are biggest cheaters. During corona time, when most of the people vacated their house and moved to different places, they disconnected with this people, paid all the bills and went.

                                    I installed on 22jan2020 and till today 4th feb2020, i mfacing daily 15-16 hours of internet issue, i asked for refund as i have paid for 6 month plan, but they told refund is not possible, even ther modem is cheap china quality, i have removed their modem and using mine one, these are the fraund company in banaglore. And i will file a case and let them to think twice to fraud anyone.

                                      This is to inform you that i am continuously being harassed and troubled by the tikona people regarding my dispute and internet connection. I have recently got a threat call as well by some lady 'priya aggarwal' who was claiming to be a lawyer from delhi. Tikona is asking me to make the due payment which they have charged me unreasonably. Also the lawyer was threatening me to block my aadhaar card for 25 years. Is it legally legit?

                                      I have received a legal notice today on 4th feb 2020; while the date mentioned on the paper is 11th dec 2019.

                                      In that letter i am being asked for the legal proceedings inspite of me being the victim in this case.

                                      This is to be noted that since the time i have taken tikona connection; i am being harassed by tikona. Since aug 2018 i am suffering with the bad connections and slow interment speed continuously month-after-month. Even after charging me hefty monthly rent, they are not providing me the promised speed and connectivity.

                                      For the same reasons, i also have raised multiple complaints with tikona customer care since september 2018 till september 2019. And spoken to them at least 10 times. But the query was never resolved. Multiple technicians also they sent to my home multiple times to check the connectivity; but they never solved any problem and rather mis-behaved with my family in my absence. They were threat to my family's safety.

                                      When i demanded a compensation with tikona, they never replied and promised that it will be solved soon. I have paid more amount than the services i had used; then why these charges are against me?? In fact i need the money back from tikona for my compensation claims.

                                      In fact i have multiple times, already told them to disconnect me from the services; but they kept charging me and did not take my discontinuation request seriously.

                                      All these things you can cross check by going thru my discussions with their customer care calls.

                                      I request here one last time that, kindly take out the tikona internet connection immediately from my house and pay me back my compensation. And meanwhile delete all the pending charges from my account. Otherwise i do not have a choice, but to complain to the consumer-court and apply for my harassment charges against tikona and fight for my compensation back.

                                      I have raised the similar query on 6th jan 2020 as well, but no response received by tikona and their legal dept. My online request number is 1-[protected].
                                      And today again i have raised the concern.
                                      Kindly act on it asap.

                                        I have raised disconnection request since 21st january 2020. The disconnection is still not done. I get calls from customer care daily and i am being harassed by them daily. Uid: [protected].
                                        Sr to disconnection is already raised still the cabling is not removed.

                                        I have all the records now and if this is not resolved i will be definitely going against these frauds in a legal way.
