I was told that an engineer will come and change my device on terrace as it is not capable of delivering 25 mbps speed. Still everytime service resolve ivr comes and no action. I have forged for 3000 rs instead i use to pay half for 4 mbps. I have recording for this commitment and will approach consumer court if not resolved. Tikona i'd : [protected]

I’m Getting Fraud Lawyer calls and these lawyers are threatening that if you don’t deposit it within 20mins we will file complaint against you & tikona company is not deactivating my account and sending unnecessary bills & when I stopped paying it they started harassing by calling and this company is completely fraud it should be banned

    Hi all,

    I m from gurgaon. I before yesterday i buy tikona 6 month plan (40mb/sec) as per discuss with tikona agent. He said you receive 40 mb per sec speed. But from yesterday i receive only 15 or 16 mb speed. I already call to agent 100 times he didn't attend my call. If you not understand my problem i forward this case in consumer court. I think you understand my problem and resolve on priority. Now i want my money back. That tikona agent number is [protected],[protected] these guys abuse on call and not respond on my call. I never buy tikona internet in future if now you not give any solution. I also attech speed screenshot & what i have talked with agent also mention in screenshot that agent read my message but no reply. My user id - [protected]

      We have disconnected Tikona connection with prior mail intimation to team, still we have got multiple call from customer care and today we got call from Advocate Delhi civil dept (Sumaya singh) stating they have launched case against us and we need to pay or else you need to report in civil court, To avoid this situation we have agreed to pay this amount later on she says we need to pay extra amount double of our bill, we argued with her that we can see in tikona website amount payable is Rs 660 she denied and started threatening us that you have only 15 mins to stop your case if you deny or delay to pay,
      your case will be registered and you will get legal notice from court .

      We have paid total amount of Rs 1568 and now when we ask us to close our case she is saying i need to get confirmation from Tikona and Tikona is not receiving her call now.

      I am writing this mail so as to get my refund amount which i have paid extra to tikona

        I have already initiated disconnection of my service, so they stopped my services sending a mail saying, there is no outstanding bill, then I ask them them to collect router, but nobody came to collect the router. and again they continuously sending me bills after that.

          I have been receiving calls from [protected], [protected], [protected] stating she is a lawyer and threatening a case will be fired in delhi court against me and my document will be freezed for 25 years.

          Below i have attached the proofs which clearly states i applied for discontinuation of services and i also received the acknowledgement through mail.

          Now after 5 months i get another mail stating additional dues of 1500, mentioning "termination penalty charges". (Image attached).

          The 3rd mail was from the so-called legal team of tikona saying i have not paid my dues. It also states that 1500 is charged for not returning the modem. I myself had explicitly mention about modem in my last call with customer care and i was told someone will come a pick it. But no one came. (Image attached)

          This gross misinterpretation and scamming its old customers needs to stop. We should take strict action against tikona for doing this, and i know i am not alone.

            Today i have received a call from tikona digital network stating that i have not paid a bill of rs 1500/- against not handing over the device that i have received during the installation. The first call was from a lady stating she is calling from the court and you need to pay the amount and if the amount is not paid you need to come to delhi court and all the government id's will be ceasied and post that you will not able to apply for any government/private jobs. Second time when i called them back a guy received it and told that the amount is because you have used the postpaid services for this bill is generated.

            This is really ridiculous and the number from where the call came is [protected].

            I have paid the amount of rs1500/- as i don't want any complexions. They told me that they will give me the noc post clearing the amount but till now i haven't received any response from them. Now they are not receiving my calls also.

            For billing and sending legal notice they have time and people but not to respond to any complains. I need resolution for this issue asap if i don't here from tikona i am going to make sure that i go to police to file fraud with this ridiculous company! Please ensure to send someone to pick up the device and get this bill completely cleared as this isn't my fault that no one from tikona is coming to pick up the device which they care so much for!

              I have recently received a legal notice from tikona stating that i have not paid rs. 1392.00/-, in the notice it states that i have to pay charges and return the equipments which i had received at time of installation.

              Now when i called and cancelled the service with tikona they told me someone from their company will come and pick up the equipment but no one ever came. I have raised several complains by calls and email but they do not response or no one ever comes to pick up the device. They keep on sending bills and every time i got a bill i raised a complain but yet again no response. They are charging me rs.1392.00/- for the device which is with me and which they never came to pick up... This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever come across... For billing and sending legal notice they have time and people but not to respond to any complains. I need resolution for this issue asap if i don't here from tikona i am going to make sure that i go to police to file fraud with this ridiculous company! Please ensure to send someone to pick up the device and get this bill completely cleared as this isn't my fault that no one from tikona is coming to pick up the device which they care so much for!

                I called and sent multiple emails. They said i will get 10mbps speed.
                However i am getting less then 2 mbps most of time and no connection some time. They are not ready to refund my money, however they said i can get full refund with in 15 days. I got connection on 15 of jan.
                Please call me after 2 pm if required.

                i have sent multiple emails and called many time however getting sense less response that i have net connectivity.
                however not getting proper speed. please refund my money i dont want to waste my time anymore.

                  I was about to disconnect connection but the agent of tikona promised me that i will get less bill for using the internet from october to september and the bill amount will be 460 rs or so. When i got the bill on 15th september the amount was more than 2000 rs. I also gave the company the recording of the conversation and every possible evidence. But today i got a threatening call to pay the bill or they will file a case against me blocking all my documents. I am going to file fir if this happen again

                    I disconnected my services in feb 2019 but still got charged till nov 2019.
                    My plan was three months plan which i had to terminate due to network issue all amount was prepaid by cash of rupees 1805 but today got call from the advocate to file a case against me now she threatened me court.
                    No person from tikonna came to take device back. No usage has been done in this id still got charged.
                    I am gonna file case in customer forum.
                    Sort it out immediately.
                    There is zero usage in bill and rental is also closed.

                      Me and my friend subscribed to tikonna in nov 2018 for 3 months plan in which we would get wifi free, billing was done as 1st month bill will come in 2nd month, but in 2nd month we started to get lots of connectivity problem so we decided to disconnect srevices and we got confirmation mail of disconnection from them, but in nov we got billing from tikona from feb to nov asking for 1500 rupees which i tried to clarify with company but failed due unavailability of service no on site today i got call from advocate reema singh threatening me to the court for invalid reasons of not returning router and paying bill because we tried to call them but didn't get response i tried explaining her but threatened me to go legal.
                      Now i am going to file complain with police and consumer forum.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        Need your help against internet service provider - tikona infinet limited, i am filling this complain against tikona infinet limited (Tikona digital networks) who are asking me to pay rs 1460 for the service which i have never used. I applied for internet service in july for 3 months and whose amount i paid upfront. Due to bad service the internet was not working and i called customer support but they couldn't resolve issue. So i decided to stop using their service and told them to disconnect on phone call.

                        But they never disconnected and after 3 months of service they automatically renewed plan which i never asked to and i have proof in attach pdf where it is showing i have never used their service but they are still charging me.

                        I called them 10-20 times but they never disconnected and my friend suggested to drop email for a proof and then i drop email on 6th nov 2019 and they finally disconnected and asking me to pay 1460 rs which i never used. Now i am getting call from lawyer or some one from tikona who are harassing me to pay or they will file legal case.

                        Need your help on this. I am attaching billing from tikona and you can see total usage is 0 in all bills. I am raising this complain on behalf my brother - nilesh khatti.

                          I had been using tikona broadband and often it had speed related issues. Many a times, i had to call the executive at home and the same issue pertained a few days thereafter. However, in 2018, they generated a fake bill setting that the earlier payment was not updated in their system and hence, i was asked to pay that amount of about rs. 900/- again. For months, they kept on harassing me for the payment i had already made. I made a complaint before grievance redressal forum and thee issue got resolved only thereafter. So, i already knew that it is a fraud company and i thereafter sent a disconnection request through email upon which they kept on insisting that you may please tell if there is any service related issues and that they can also lower the monthly bill amount, etc etc. However, i had already disconnected my router and waited for more than 15 days to get it disconnected. Although, what should have been a disconnection related email, they sent me emails and calls deliberately treating the issue of service related problem but did not disconnect. I made sure that the router was never connected again because i was aware of their fraud of generation of fake bills. Thereafter, i received an email stating that my account is now terminated. Now, they started sending me emails of demand notice of about rs. 1300/- to 1500/-. Further, they kept calling my family members about this issue and threatening then to sue me in court about the issue. Their fake recovery agents called to threat and harass not only me but in an annoying manner, my family members too. For a disconnection request that i made in january-february, 2019, they dragged it to march and april and now demanding money despite no usage and fault on their part is highly objectionable and deserves heavy punishment. Such a company cannot be allowed to run in this manner. I will surely write to the telecom industry also to look into this matter as the company has already harassed and looted a lot of people. Their recovery agents call in the name of lawyers, policeman, etc etc.

                          No. I have seen the fate of people who have posted their complaints on your forum. You have simply not resolved their issues. All I'm saying is stop harassment of people for arbitrary delayed disconnection and then looting them in the name of fake outstanding bills generated to extort money. I'm done with your service and my connection with Tikona is long over since post 10 days of making disconnection request and plugging out the router that too within the bill cycle for which I had already paid, so, kindly, do not disturb me or my family members by calling from different number and threatening us.

                          We got a call from Nikita Kalra saying that she is an advocate from Delhi high court and charging us on the behalf of the Tikona office of rs. 1374 as according to them, we didn't make the payment on time and didn't notify Tikona about cancelling the payment plan.

                          It's very disappointing to tell you that your staff members both Nikita Kalra and Narendra Nagar are extremely rude and very unprofessional. As a matter of fact, we sent an email to you on 1st September, 2020 regarding the cancellation of our Tikona Plan as we shifted to a new place. Please find it attached.

                          Now because it was very annoying to receive calls from your unprofessional team, and was hampering our mental peace we have made the payment of 1374 but got a message that the Tikona service is "re-activated". WE DON'T WANT IT TO RE-ACTIVATE, we already have airtel and don't want to get Tikona ever, and will make sure that none of our friends/family members/colleagues/anyone we know get your services ever because it's not just terrible but also UNPROFESSIONAL & annoying,

                          We haven't received the NOC Yet, and the shameful thing is that Nikita from your team has also deleted the messages on whatsapp in which she promised to deliver the NOC. I am here saying that we won't be making any further payment to TIKONA as we have made the payment 1374 rs to DEACTIVATE AND to give the due payment as stated by them.

                          lodge a complaint here. call 1915 or [protected]. lodge a fir. The company needs to shutdown and owners and management needs to be arrested.

                          As per process, there needs to be unsubscribe option, account deletion option.

                          Since you have communicated personally, the service should have stopped next day.

                          It only takes 10 minutes to switch off internet services. The company is behaving like cable shop. Sad to know your grievance. Confront them with action.

                              I don't know where this complain ll go to, but i need to inform you that i have got a letter from advocate stating i need to make a payment of 1444 amount and in the letter its stated that i have agreed to make the payment through the email, where i have send an multiple emails to your customer support, where you have not dared to call me back nd resolve my issues.
                              Please pass on the correct information to them.
                              If this is the case, i will also file and rti against tikona and will attach al teh call records and the emails to them.

                                Very poor customer service/customer support services. Really required good management. First and the last time taken you services. Neither ask some to prefer tikona services. No customer values.
                                I registered for a 6mbps internet broadband plan and for urgent installation, got convinced but after that real services began, i was told with in 48hr person will come for installation that turned into 12 day.. Here you can see how they treat urgency. And then i asked to send a person by 11 in morning turned to 1 then turned to 3 then turned 5 pm in evening.

                                  Although the plan I have availed is unlimited, for some reason after watching a series episode or a HD you tube video, the internet service is disconnected. The internet then resumes only the next day. They are liars and send clueless service men to fix something that they themselves did. I have spent more time on their app, registering complaints.

                                    I had send email to tikona to close my account several times, they didnt provided any other communication to close the account. We use to get many more calles and they are not disconnecting my account. I need your help to close / disconnect my tikona account as early as possible. Attached is the email i sent to tikona.

                                    Dear Sir / Mam,

                                    Tikona people are harassing me day in day out, I use to get call almost daily.
                                    I requested several time time to disconnect my connection but they are not disconnecting and keep asking to pay bill even connection is pre paid. We have even not used any single data after disconnect request.

                                    I need your help to to resolve this issue. These people use to abuse on phone and harassing me.

                                    I am not getting wifi connection since 2 days, the connection is automatically lost. I am having problems, i have been trying to contact tikona service but i am not able to, my internet is not working since 2 days

                                      I have submitted all device & received NOC acknowledgment eventhough recieved LEGALNOTICE its stating that 1500 is pending???? Tikona service guys have charged 1500 as termination fee??? I have paid 3months bill amount without using connection I lost those amount also.

                                        Dear forum,

                                        I opted for tikona broadband services with service id [protected] in the month of january 2019.

                                        Firstly, i purchase a plan of 3 months (60 mbps) for 2474 rupees. Because of travel, i asked for discontinuation of services the following month on 18-feb-2019. This means i did not even use the services for complete 3 months.

                                        I have the e-mail attachment & call record proofs made to the official customer care of tikona. After hundres of calls & repeated emails to the customer care, they deliberately did not discontinue my connection & then sent me a new bill.

                                        Thereafter, now they have the audacity to send me a legal notice with a recovery of 2500 rupees. I have attached the e-mail sent to their customer care for discontinuation of services. This is the most unethical company, ever.
