Dear sir,
I took Tikona's connection on 8 March, but that connection could not be installed because of installation problem.

Due to not having an installation, I told them to return all their money, but it has not been possible yet. He told me that it will take time like 1 month, then your money will come, but so far I have not received my money back.

Because both of your employees are not paying any attention to any of my recommendations.
I have been calling and messaging them for the last 3 months, but they do not give any response.

I am giving below in the name and number of your employees, I hope I will get the benefit of the next service

    Hello

    This is to inform you that, on dated: 05-mar-2019 i mailed tikona to discontinue my account, thereafter tikona customer started calling me and start put pressure on me to continue with tikona, and they did not close my account and i have paid the bill

    Thereafter on dated 16-apr-2019 again to discontinue my account and also talked with tikona customer care executive to close my account, still tikona did not close my account and i again i paid the bill

    Then on dated[protected], i sent 3rd mail to tikona to close my account, and now tikona asking for payment and putting pressure on me to pay the dues and thereafter your account will get close.

    I have paid march-2019 bill after put request disconnection request, then i have also paid april-2019 bill after put request of closer.

    Now, why should i pay the dues... After raised three closer requests and paid two bills. I am not liable to pay any dues to tikona as i had already requested to close my account, but from your side tikona have not close my account.

    From march-2019 every day i am getting calls from tikona, if now on wards i receive calls from you then i will raise complain in indian consumer.

    Now tikona is putting pressure to do legal action on me.

    What should i do now??

      It has been 24hours that I bought the Tikona connection and the internet has already stopped working. I had no other option for Wireless Network which is the reason I bought Tikona, but it seems I made a mistake.

      I already had a bad experience with Tikona connection, but the only reason I bought it is because I thought atleast video calls would be possible through that.

      The router light is blinking continuously. And the internet is not connected. It says that there is no connection for internet.

      I installed it yesterday and it has already stopped working, since morning. When I connect to the router it says no internet connection.

      I hope my issue gets resolved.

        I am facing frequent disconnect with my connection. The internet keeps disconnecting every 15-20 mins.
        I have been raising complaints for past 3 wees and it is marked resolved next day without any support or proper resolution.

        I still have not received proper support. I had raised complaints via Email and Tikona App.
        Also, I tried calling customer care which kept me waiting for 7-8 mins and then call was disconnected.
        It has been more than 3 weeks. I will be taking more strong actions now. I will take up with TRAI too if the issue is not fixed by this weekend.

          I have raised a cancellation request on 21-aug-2019 but i have not received any response from them yet. My billing cycle will start on every month 26th[26-aug-2019]. I am not going to use the tikona service after 25-aug-2019. So i would like to cancel the connection and requested them to collect their belongings. Tried to reach the support number but no response. After i shift my home i will not be responsible to their belongings and i will not pay any bill after august month.

            Sir/Madam
            Customer ID [protected] - I have Tikona wifi connection at home with following details
            Plan Details:-
            Start date: March 28, 2018
            Plan Name:-BF10M5500
            Fair Usage Limit: 6000 GB
            Speed is: 10 Mbps
            Validity 18 months
            Expire date: September 27, 2019

            During the last 18 months I must have been out of state for over 3 months. Plus for man hours equalling 3 months there were no internet connections. This gives me a monthly data if 6, 000/12=500GB per month or 16GB per day. Even if you take 6, 000GB for 18months it is 11.33GB per day. On an average We use between 200MB to 2.5GB per day (average @ 1.5 GB per day or 45GB per month x 18 months = 810 GB for 18 months. Most of the time we use unlimited mobile data through Airtel and not Wifi of Tikona

            During August 2019 I hardly used it for less than 50 hours. Every two weeks prior as latest @ August 7th I was getting sms from Tikona saying “Happy alarm - you have lot o[censored]nused data... etc)”. ON 16th I AM TOLD I HAVE ZERO MB LEFT. I MADE OVER A DOZEN PHONE CALLS TO TIKONA AND SPOKE TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES. EVERY ONE KEPT REPLYING THEY ARE CHECKING AND SOME ONE WILL REPLY. AS ON NOW 22nd AUGUST NO RESPONSE FROM TIKONA. I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER...REP SAID CALL BACK ARRANGED...NO CALLS RECEIVED AS OF NOW.

            I PAID FOR 18 months till September 28, 2019 and there should be over 3, 000 to 3, 500 GB balance in the account but I cannot use the Wifi from August 17th!
            Tikona rep could not provide me a monthly usage details from March 28, 2018 to date
            Couple of reps replied that other customers are also facing similar issues and raised complaints

            Please investigate/escalate my concerns and blacklist this company

            I have Tikona wifi. My current contract to expire on September 28, 2019. On calling Tikona rep Pallavi yesterday she confirmed this. Tiday another rep says already expired and zeo MB. Based on my usage from March 28 2018 to date out of 6, 000 GB. I should have over 4, 000 GB unused! Why so much discrepancies between twi reps

            I called too many times to customer care regarding my account, but the executive name (Mr Sagar) is not able to reply any satisfactory answer and when i asked him to transfer my call to higher official, he augured with me and disconnected the call.

            This is shameful service by Tikona.
            Tikona's network is never present and there service is worst. Sadly there's no ISP in virar other than tikona. They make threats for payments and they never provide refunds.

              We have requested for connection on 2nd August with a advanced payment of 3500 rupees. technician came and said installation cant happen due to tikona range is not there at my place, he will submit report and we will get refund
              there was no response from tikona care after that.
              Our connection date was 3rd August which is not done
              We calling continuously after that, they close the account on 14 August and said refund will get in 2-3 days
              since then we are not got our refund, not even any kind of information regarding the refund
              Tikona people not listening, not resounding to mail when called and asked for refund they say same thing every time this is totally a mental torture and harassment
              person haven't take us seriously.
              they stop responding on mail.

              We have paid you Rs. 3500/- on 2nd August 2019, we want our money back.
              This is my last mail to Tikona, if you will not solve my problem. i will post about this fraud on social media, on your facebook, twitter, linkedin page. i will do your complaint in consumer court. take this seriously.

                Tikona network pathetic and threatening service providers two years after disconnecting the network even after the pathetic service they provided with me spending more than 1000 rs on customer care call almost every month of service i get calls from their supposedly lawyers from delhi court to pay the amount even after moving from the address and asking them to disconnect. The part they are using the name of delhi high court to cover up the negligence showed by their tech and operational team in disconnecting the network even after requesting the same and always paying my dues on time how can they expect to threaten like this. I request some strict action against them for misusing the name of law and resources.

                  I requested to disconnect my tikona wifi service on 3rd of August, 2019 as my previous 3 month cycle got over by 15th of July. I never mentioned or asked them to extend the services. So when asked them to remove the router on 3rd of August, their representatives started calling me regularly, askimg to transfer the service or give it to friends/relatives, after telling them directly many times that we want to discontinue, their calls didn't stop. Have been calling them and mailing since 03/08/2019 repeatedly, they haven't sent anyone for discontinuation. On 10th of August they told it takes 10 days for the process to get over. Today on 20th August, they haven't addressed the issue. Above that they have charged me for a month from 15th July to 15th August without my consent, and added late fee on the bill. I told them to disconnect the service from 3rd August, 2019 and was ready to pay for the days I had used their service but after all this harassment, they don't deserve to claim to have a customer support system.

                    I mail them many times but I don't get reply. I called them and every time I have to wait for at least 15 to 30 minutes to reach them. I talked to their senior name 'Nayan' but he told that they cannot refund the amount. He keep on repeating give us last chance. I told him to reply via mail but he refused. Every time he said right now I cannot reply but on asking time he said we don't reply via mail. Disgusting.

                      I submitted my complaint (1-[protected]) on 18-aug'19 regarding my data balance fraud done by tikona, and it was assured by tikona team that my issue will be resolved in 2 days, but instead of resolving, they disconnected my connection.
                      The issue was as below:
                      I was having data balance of 26gb on 10-aug
                      My tikona device was switch off from 10-aug to 17-aug
                      But on 18-ug, you disconnected my services.
                      This is real fraud by tikona.

                        Hi,

                        I have registered and paid amount for wifi connection to tikona executive on 12 jan with user id: [protected] for 3 months with a total amount of 2300/- rupees but as there was no update on installation, we had asked for disconnection of service before installatiin of wifi router. When i had tried to talk to customer care, they said that the money will be refunded in 30 days. It has been over 6 months now and i have tried to contact their customer care support but no body picks the call up on their end.

                        I wish to raise complaint against them in the hope that i can get my money back.

                          On 16/08/2019 out of the blue i received an email from [protected]@tikona.in stating my total outstanding bill for rs. 5637 and i have a 20% discount if i pay by 23/09/2019.
                          I had stopped using tikona sometime in june 2012. The email also states that they have been contacting me since a long time however this is the first time i am hearing about this outstanding dues. This is the first email i have received from tikona after july 2012.

                            I stopped using tikona a way back and informed personnel to stop and uninstall the net as i was shifting my home. They haven't stopped services. Also the internet was not working properly however as i told them to uninstall i thought they have stopped but later they put the charges for that month too. For reinstall at new address, nobody came. On asking the details they said i need to first pay the pending bill and then they will come. I asked them to collect your hardware and i will pay the amount so that no dues will be there but they are not coming to collect their stuff and kept on calling me to pay the bill for the month which i haven't used. Now they are calling me again n again and threatening me and irritating me. Now i want to file a case against them for mentally torturing me. Please suggest.

                            I have already updated you people many times on email but you have hired goons to threaten customers. Please be in your limits. I haven't filed any FIR till now.
                            System is down for more than 3 weeks due to delay in serves for relocation. Shifting is done on 10th Aug 2019, system works for two days and their after again system is down.

                              Hi, myself rajiv kumar srivastav, it has been 2 months that my money return has not been initiated...in the month of june, an agent of your company contacted me and explained your plans... Then he asked for immediate payment and said the engineer would do the rest of the procedure... But as soon as the payment was done, everyone (Manager, technical officer, agent started to ignore the process...3 times i have called the customer care.. Everyone said me to wait 10 days but now it has been over 2 months... It my request to you people to please return my money as soon as possible... One more thing... Hire people who are willing to let you grow rather people who just work for salary... Many said tikona is scam but i would like to beleive that you would return my money immediately.. Thank you...

                                  Despite i have send the mail to tikona and even informed them on call to deactivate the account on 16/05/2018. They have not done so. And then they have send me the bill for the same. (Bill attached).

                                  From past 6-7 months, they are threatening me to pay the amount rs.650/-.

                                    This is to bring your notice that my internet is not working since almost 1 week, have complained several times on tikona app and also spoke to customer care team . They kept on saying that engineer is assigned and contact number was provided. Have called almost 50 calls and messages to services engineer, however he did not bother to call back to answered my called. Even complained same to call center but not once o received any call from customer care or any other team to check on my request and later I get a sms from tikona starting that they tikona is unable to get my appointment hence they will close this complain even without knowing if complained is resolved or not .

                                      I start using services in the month of June 2019. Almost everyday I have to contact customer care to resolve the issue. Soon after I realized that the internet is not connected probably through out the day. I made several complains almost every day, every time I got a response that everything is fine at their end. After this response I decided to discontinue the services with in two months although I paid for 6 months in advance.
                                      After my cancellation request I was contacted by tikona several time with various lucrative offers but I denied due to the earlier bad experience. Even after several request from my side to cancel the connection and refund the money on prorated basis, they denied to issue a refund and compelled me to bear with their service for 6 months. Please suggest how can I preserve my consumer rights.

                                      First they visited to check the modem. But again I had same issue, I was told they are having server problems in my area. Then again I had no connectivity, they kept my account on 24 hours monitoring. After confirmation from them problem has been resolved, next day only I had same issue and call customer care. Lady after 30 mins just disconnected my call. Never call back for next 2 days. Then I took my decision to discontinue the services and ask for refund. Till now they are compelling me to use service till Dec 6 2019 which I don’t agree.

                                        It's very disrespectful that i have paid my bill and still getting threat calls from your customer support team, saying that they will irritate us, call us day and night also the another guy whom i paid in cash he disappeared without giving me any receipts, he said he is coming in while and then no calls, now i have disconnected them 3 months back still now after 3 months they are calling me and my family and threatening that.
