Customer ID [protected] - I have Tikona wifi connection at home with following details
Plan Details:-

Plan Name:-BF10M5500
Fair Usage Limit: 6000 GB
Speed is: 10 Mbps
Validity 18 months
Expire date: September 27, 2019
During the last 18 months I must have been out of state for over 3 months. Plus for man hours equalling 3 months there were no internet connections. This gives me a monthly data if 6, 000/12=500GB per month or 16GB per day. Even if you take 6, 000GB for 18months it is 11.33GB per day. On an average We use between 200MB to 2.5GB per day (average @ 1.5 GB per day or 45GB per month x 18 months = 810 GB for 18 months. Most of the time we use unlimited mobile data through Airtel and not Wifi of Tikona
During August 2019 I hardly used it for less than 50 hours. Every two weeks prior as latest @ August 7th I was getting sms from Tikona saying “Happy alarm - you have lot o[censored]nused data... etc)”. ON 16th I AM TOLD I HAVE ZERO MB LEFT. I MADE OVER A DOZEN PHONE CALLS TO TIKONA AND SPOKE TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES. EVERY ONE KEPT REPLYING THEY ARE CHECKING AND SOME ONE WILL REPLY. AS ON NOW 22nd AUGUST NO RESPONSE FROM TIKONA. I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER...REP SAID CALL BACK ARRANGED...NO CALLS RECEIVED AS OF NOW.
I PAID FOR 18 months till September 28, 2019 and there should be over 3, 000 to 3, 500 GB balance in the account but I cannot use the Wifi from August 17th!
Tikona rep could not provide me a monthly usage details from March 28, 2018 to date
Couple of reps replied that other customers are also facing similar issues and raised complaints
Please investigate/escalate my concerns and blacklist this company

I have Tikona wifi. My current contract to expire on September 28, 2019. On calling Tikona rep Pallavi yesterday she confirmed this. Tiday another rep says already expired and zeo MB. Based on my usage from March 28 2018 to date out of 6, 000 GB. I should have over 4, 000 GB unused! Why so much discrepancies between twi reps
