Hi team, i took connection on 5th june which was 3 months valid and i paid rs2300 for the same. Tikona generated a bill frm 5th june to 26th june without my knowledge. They stopped my connection in july and generating bill on bill thereafter also threatning me by saying they ll drag me to court, i am on a verge on commit suicide by getting ph calls day n night from their solicitor who is again asking for more money

    Hi team,

    I had purchased home broadband connection from tikona on[protected] and paid 2757 /- amount online.
    After this, tikona field team was taking time to install connection and every time they were giving me new excuses. So i have called on[protected] and asked for connection cancellation. Tikona customer executive told me that he has initiated cancellation request and you will get refund amount with 7 to 10 days.

    I have cancelled my connection on[protected]. And from that day, i am taking regular follow up with customer care for my refund and every time i am getting answer that "you will get refund within 7 to 10 days".
    But still i didn't received my refund.

      I'm using tikona internet at my home and it doesn't work at all.
      They have no one to provide any service related to my issue.
      They have no contact person nothing.
      They just a no -reply e-mail id which sends me the monthly bill.
      Is there any magical power around in this world which can make me contact with these VIP's and solve my internet issue?

        Hi

        I booked a broadband connection through tikona and i paid the amount of 3033 rs but due to network or some other issue technitian not able to install the broadband connection. However i also call the customer care and update to refund my amount as per tikona representative they confirmed that my amount will refund in next 7 days but after one month my amount still not refunded.

          I was using tikona broadband since around last 2 years. By april 2019 i wanted to cancel the connection because i did not use the internet anymore. I called them numerous times and requested to cancel the connection but in vain as they did not pay any heed to my request. They kept charging me for all these months and now i got a bill for rs 1955 which i denied to pay.

          I have sent an email as well to take the belongings from my workplace and terminate the connection, still no action taken by them.

          Now daily i am getting numerous calls and they are forcefully asking to pay the remaining amount which i am not going to pay due to illogical charge.

          I hope someone will look into it and help here.

              My customer id: [protected]

              I have taken 3 months rental plan of 1766 and paid the amount in advance on 8th june 2019.

              They are send me bill on 26th august, 2019 and as i was unaware about that it is an auto renewal plan and no one told me about it even i didn't any confirmation.

              They send me advance bill of 1766/-. I don't want to continue their service and droped email regarding disconnect my services and i also paid outstanding amount of 118/- and 249 /- balance was remained at tikona end.

              They send bill again to me on 26th october of 384/- to pay and send me legal notice. Attaching a screenshot here.

              I am not able to understand on which basis they send me this amount of bill.

              I requested many times to customer care to revised my bill but they are not giving responses properly.

              Kindly help.

              Dear customer,

              We wish to draw your kind attention to the following facts:

              That tikona infinet pvt ltd is a corporate body duly registered under the companies act, 1956, and in business of providing internet services.

              That you have subscribed the internet services being provided by us on the terms and conditions as laid down in the subscriber registration form (Srf) which was duly read acknowledged and signed by you

              That in lieu of the internet services availed under this agreement and the devices provided to you, we have from time to time sent you bills for the same.

              In view of the non-payment of the bills, you have also been reminded through telephone calls and sms messages to make payment of the bills sent to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of outstanding bills aggregating to rs.384.

              In accordance with the terms and conditions of the srf, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of statement o[censored]sage from us, you have grossly failed to make said payments.

              In addition to above, you shall be required to pay rs. 1500 in case you fail to return modem along with all accessories to our authorized representative.

                I have paid amount of rupees 3257/- online for the new broadband connection, the executive came and check but no installation done, i called customer care and asked for the refund on 14th october 2019, they told me the refund would be processes within 15 days, now one month has passed no status of refund, i have called the customer care several times but they always give fake answers, i have sent several mails to [protected]@tikona.in but only got auto-reply mail.

                In short they have no intention to refund money of customer.

                I hope this message of mine will be noticed!

                I got my refund via cheque. But the company refund money after posting complaint here on this portal. I got the refund cheque after 45 days which is very long and they even did not communicated anytime since logging complaint. This is worst company in market. Will suggest to all that log complaint and try escalating by collecting valid proofs

                Misleading and false terms and policy of Tikona Forum where they ask to post the complaint. Any company reserves no right to change terms and conditions without notifying their current customer.

                See the fake tikona policy phrase as below " Tikona reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Terms o[censored]se and/or the Guidelines at any time without notice. "

                  Myself vijayendra khot have done neft payment of rs. 3394/- towards new connection.
                  After which your executive has visited at our home and have check about the connectivity, for which he would require some permission and it was already 7 days past.
                  So i called up the call centre and ask to revoke my request and refund the amount for which the executive confirmed that it will take 10 working days.
                  Its almost 1 month i am struggling to get the refund.
                  Have marked email on your customer care email but only auto generated mails are received,
                  Such a pathetic service that customer needs to follow up for refund and there is no solution either through email or phone.
                  Request you to refund the said amount by 12th nov 2019.

                    Tikona has kept outstanding charges for services not utilized and has shared no legal notice on email id. However, shared my personal details with this lady nidhi sharma. She has all my personal information, which worries me the most. She has had an instigating conversation threating to file case in delhi court over an error that has done by the company. Have exchanged multiple emails with the company. However, this is not acceptable. No company can share their customer details with a third party and have them threaten for clearing payments.

                      Very worst experience i have faced with tikona.
                      I was not able to attend the skype calls, as there was intermittent issues. Escalated several times and didn't resolved the issue. I was requesting them to cancel the service before one month of the subscription but they told to call on the last day, when i was trying to reach the customer care they were having some issue in their system and the next day i sent an email saying to disconnect on the 1st day of billing and paid the extra one month amount for cancelling the connection on the 1st day of billing.

                      Now after 5 months, still they are sending the emails to pay the bills, this shows how efficient their applications are.

                      They will torture end users and make them suffer, i was about to loose my job because of the issue with their networks.

                        I have been called by tikona care "so called" lawyers for last two weeks, who were asking for money which is already paid and i also have the record for same in my mobile.

                        They says they are speaking from tis hazari court and also threatening me so that i easily bow down to their demands..

                        I also request disconnection for the network but company overlooked my request. Also they don't reply my emails.

                        Kindly help me to sort out and get rid of this tension. So that we may live our lives peacefully.

                          I used to live in a pg (Mumbai), where i had tikona worst net connection service. The owner had it under my name and the connection was closed a long back. I raised many complaints regarding the network and the closure of account (Connection). Am moved to delhi and i don't have any idea of it. Now and then am receiving calls from tikona digital networks pvt. Ltd from a delhi high court advocate reema singh bhati, phone number [protected] and more guy mr. Singh -[protected] and they are threatening me of filing a case in next 30 mins, i have to come to court to fight my case and said we tell you the hearing date, and if i don't oblige i have to pay the amount to tikona. I paid the full for which i have used (3 months), later on the connection has to be terminated but they (Tikona) continued it.
                          Now i will be filing a case and lodge a police complaint if i receive another call from tikona advocate or anyone from tikona. My user id is [protected].

                            I was using Tikona digital networks from more then two years, then in July 2019 I need to relocate from Delhi to G. Noida, so I search that how can I place a request for connection relocation, after a thorough research I cam to know that I can only raise this complaint from tikona mobile app, I done the same thing approx. 15 days prior from the date of relocation, then on the decided I shifted to new location but heard nothing from Tikona regarding my request then on 15th of August I got a call from Tikona Technician asking that we received a request for relocation of connection, I told him that I have already shifted and having no other option I got a connection from new service provider, and you can close the request. The technician then ask me where did I relocate I told him that I relocate in G. Noida and then he told me that they are not providing service in this location. If this could be done by tikona before my relocation I would have paid the bill and got a disconnection but by not responding to my request they try to show me that they are working on it, then they ask me to make a payment of 900 hundred rupees for the previous month service, I told them that I will pay the money on the first day of the very next month but they don't try to listen and start sending me text messages that a legal complaint has been raised against you and will se the consequences etc. but today I received a call from a lawyer she told me that she is taking from Mumbai court and on humanity grounds she is giving me a call to let me know that there is a court case has been filed by Tikona against me for the payment of 1500.00, If I pay that amount in next 45 mins then it is okay otherwise she will file the case against me, I asked her to provide any documents related to that notice but she refuse to provide any such document to me and told me that you have already received information from Tikona on Email (however I dindnt reced any email from Tikona in this regard), and they provide me a number which is "MU_Maharashrta_/2019" and told that this is the case number they filed against me and told me to be present in the court whenever it is required. Can some body told me is that is something legal or they are just harassing me by these false threats.

                              Hi i have came acrossed the worst internet provider. I have called several times to the internet provider asking them to discontinue the service due to my personal relocation but instead of this they are putting fake bills. Internet was suspended from jan 19 as i have informed that i will be moving out in some months but no one came for clearance and router handover. And on april i got a call from person named priyanka sharma claiming to be the advocate that i need to submit sum of approx 1200 for some charges else legal case will be registered against me which i did and i asked her to remove the router and disconnect the service. But no one came until now i again got a call and asked to pay 2300 else legal complaint would be lodged. I don't understand if i don't want the service why they are forcing me into.

                              I request the concerned authority to please connect with me and get this thing resolved.

                                This is to complain against the tikona service providers. We used to have a tikona connection (Consumer id:[protected]) for a few months. The speed was very poor and many a time there was no internet at all. This was very frustrating and even after many complaints, the issue was not fixed permanently. So we decided to close the connection. So days before our next cycle starts, we called the local tikona manager (Name: venkat) for closing the connection. We asked him to immediately stop the service, take the router back and return our deposit as well. To which he replied that there would be no deposit returning and router can be kept with us, which we found very unprofessional. After a few weeks, we started getting calls from tikona customer care asking for the due amount which we never used as we had already stopped using tikona way before our next cycle. We informed them the same that we had already asked many a time to close the connection and no internet services were taken from our end hence we would not be paying a single penny. But day in, day out we were still getting calls from tikona customer care asking for the due amount and we kept informing them the same thing again and again. Today we received a call from reema singh bhatia who said to be an advocate from delhi high court and asked to pay the due amount else case would be filed in the next 15 minutes. I do not know what kind of a service provider the company does this. Please look into this.

                                  Firstly, on multiple requests of changing the contact no. It was not fulfilled. Due to the delay of replies from their end, i waited to change my details and plan as well as i was having slow speed, technical issues for my old plan, however bill was generated and i received a call from local manager and he threatened me over the phone for non-payment. I was ready to pay the amount but i felt harassed by the goon.
                                  In may month-end i shifted my house and raised a request to shift the connection. Before doing that i checked with tikona care and they informed that they will be sending over my new address, also they confirmed multiple times that they provide internet to my new place. I wanted to cross-verify before the new bill gets generated and deactivate the account if the connection was not provided in the new address. On the belief that connection will be reinstalled, i did not deactivate my account. I called infinite times to customer care, local merchant and waited for more than 10 days but no one showed on my address and every time i call these people they will say they provide the internet and will be coming very soon. All of sudden when i was out of control, i called these people and was not ready to hang up until it was confirmed from their end. At last, they said they do not provide a connection to my new address and it was shocking to me.
                                  On account of wrong and deceitful information, i was ready to file a complaint but i was told that they would compromise regarding the final settlement and we agreed. However, a bill of 508 was generated and i wrote an mail to them about all the matter but i did not get any reply.
                                  Suddenly i received a call today from a lawyer it seems and she was so harsh that i should make the payment of 3097 otherwise court will block my id, bank accounts for 6 months. She pressurized me so much overpayment but i was not informed about the breakdown of fine amount and other legal details. She also told me that she will be sending all the details of the closure of the case and documents associated with it. Again i was left with nothing as she did not send anything to my mail.
                                  Now it is unbearable for me to get harassed by tikona broadband so raising this complaint. I have call recordings from today and i am sure other information can be extracted from tikona call logs.

                                      My plans ends on 7th july, 2019 and as i was unaware about that it is an auto renewal plan because no body told me about that so i dropped an email that i want to discontinue my services on 8th of july, 2019 and they charged me fee of approx rs 700/- and after that due to some technical glitch my tikona id was logged in my laptop and i charged me extra 500 because i was using wifi over my laptop.
                                      So they totally charged me rs 1172.27 /-.in both scenarios i have not committed any mistake.

                                      Kindly help me to get justice.
                                      I am frustrated and mentally harassed and i am a college student its a big amount for me.
                                      Please please help me to wave off this amount.

                                        Dear Team, On 8 Oct 2019 I pay 3394 rs to tikona for there new wifi connection with my credit card, and they promised me to install the wifi at my place in 2 days..

                                        but after 2 days no one came to my place for installation and when I try to them they keep disconnecting my calls...

                                        so I decided to not take this company's connection where they are so irresponsible for there customer...

                                        so I contact their customer care and they promised me that i will get my full refund amount in my original payment method...

                                        I told them to send me a mail that they initiate my refund in 7 days, ,
                                        but they didn't send...

                                        and today I called them, again and again, they gave an excuse like our server is down for a few days and we will refund your moount in 7 working days..

                                        they keep fooling me, and not taking my complaint seriously...

                                        i request you to kindly help me so i can get my refund as soon as possible...
