Hi,

I'm writing this complaint as i feel cheated by the company after i bought a yearly plan for tikona. The plan which i bought promised a speed of 10 mbps but the speed which i'm getting is around 1mbps to 6mbps and not more than that. I've screenshots to prove my point. Please help me get a refund from the company for the annual plan which i paid for. I've complained to the company numerous times but it feels like a scam going on they rectify for 1-2 hours and the problem again arise daily.

    This company sucks when it comes to grievance redressal and customer service.
    For past 7 days dere is no internet at my house. 3 days ago i hv been assigned an engineer visit. The engineer doesnt pick up the call (Making me hear some bihari song on caller tune). Now when i call tikona i hv been told that i cannot talk to the technical team (As if they are gods you cannot meet them) till the problem is resolved. Its a deadlock engineer doesnt visit my home and i cannot complain about that...

    8th day and counting...

    Folks if there is a company named fart go for it but not for a company named tikona...

    My Wi-Fi is no working from a month. I am complaining for this continuously. But no response.
    I received a technical engineer contact details 2 days back but he denies to come.
    Customer care no is also not connecting.

      I'm resident of raj nagar extension, ghaziabad and tikona people took my money and promise to install the broadband set up with in 3 days. But they didn't set up the broadband with in given timelines. Then i took the service of my local service provider. Now tikona didn't refund my money.

      Their area manager [[protected]] didn't pick up my call. I write email to [protected]@tikona.in,
      Delhi. [protected]@tikona.in,
      Vinaykumar. [protected]@tikonapartner.in

      But it's been 11 days and i didn't get any money into my account. This company is a big fraud. They cheat and took my money.

        I approached tikona team for installation in pune warje location and they asked to pay amount before so that i will get discount of rs 500 i did that. Post that they did not came for installation and now i am asking them for refund they are not giving me refund too. There is no confirmation from them on payment.

        Paid amount : rs 5500

        Instead of paying my amount they are sending me some old bill where i have availed their services in bangalore and asked to disconnecct my services but again they raised bill and harassed multiple times by their lawyer. These guys have huge team of forgerry where they unncessary ask for money.

        Attaching proof of earlier disconnected request and their unecessary email and call to make payment where i have not used their services.

            Sir i am facing problem [protected]@tikonatil #tikona internet provide. Tikona charge prepaid and i choose plan 10mpbs but i got only under 1mbps last 3 month i am facing speed problem &they not provide me speed and not give perfect solution. My last bill paid on 26 june for 6 month prepaid plan. After few day i decided to disconnect my internet. I called tikona care for disconnection & they said that if going to disconnect,
            We will not give you refund, and said give us 1 last chance to solve you problem, but they failed. After every week i celled to care to solve problem but they said we send your complaint to our high end network end team but again failed.
            They sent me engineer 3-4 times but only 1 engineer came to me & said your problem solve in next 24 hour but again failed, after again complaint they send engineer, 3 day he working with my system after i got 8-9mbps speed and i am very happy with this solution, but after 2-3 hour facing same problem, after again called tikona and they said next 4hour you problem will solved after 36 hour not solve i decided to disconnect i celled again for disconnect they said we cannot refund bcoz we are giving service in your area. Now i want disconnect and refund whos i paid 6 month advance and i used only 1 month

            I also lot of compliant on twitter and tikona blocked me

              I was using tikona from november 2018 and i paid 2124 for first 3 month, and again i paid amount 2124 in feb 2019 for 3 month. But i told tikona customet care to close my connection after april month. But they didn't closed connection even i send them mail also for closings connection but they was keeping account active but i was not using internet after april 2019. Everyday i was getting call from tikona and they was threatening call and they was asking me to pay amount 2170 which i have not used. Today also i got a call from tikona they was saying i'm calling from delhi high court and your case is registered here. My tikona accound id is :- [protected]
              I having all the emails and call recordings as a proof.

                With lot of hopes in services i had taken the wifi connection from tikona and paid my 3 months bill in advance and later cos of the poor network quality i disconnected the service in between by calling their customer care no. They informed it es under process and no reply back.
                There is continuous call and threatens about to pay the bills of internet unused and filing a case against us in the nearby court or station.
                And they are still sending me bills and calls using absurd languages.

                Please look into this case.

                  I had called tikona in the month of 12 january 2019 & requested a cancellation as i as not going to be using the connection for the next 6 to 7 months. I was advised that i can keep the connection active & will be charged rs 100/- every month. I denied the same & requested a cancellation. I was advised that i ill receive a call the next day for the cancellation, however i never received a call nor did i receive any bills after that day. I then received a call from a lady who was very arrogant, rude & stubborn & did not allow me to speak at all, in the month of 27 may to clear the bill of rs 2098 immediately or informed me that i will be fined a charge of 2, 00, 000 & police custody as well. My wife received the call from the same lady who behaved in the same way. I called the lady on her number [protected] i told her the reason for the unpaid balance. She did not allow me to speak & said "agar aapko bill bharne nahi aata toh app log connection kyu use karte ho? Abhi ke abhi paise bharo"
                  I had never delayed my payment of rs 855/- even if the charges were too high. Me & my both o[censored]s are handicapped i can't drive a two wheeler & i use a public transport to travel.
                  The next day i received the call again from a different number [protected] & told me that as i have not paid the bill she is filing the case & i was advised to visit bharti vidyapeeth police station & collect the legal copy & was also advised that the police will be coming to my place for an arrest & i will be liable for a fine upto rs 2, 00, 000. For paying rs 855/- every month & for an outstanding balance of rs 2098/- 2, 00, 000 fine does it make any sense?.
                  Because of this me & my family were under a tremendous pressure.
                  I then received a call from a person named as mr shukla (Mobile number[protected] pretending to be a constable from bharti vidyapeeth police station. I told him the situation which he understood.
                  I then checked the details. Is this the legal way where your legal teams make this harassment. I have paid the o/s balance of 2098/- & i want a legal action to be taken against the leagal team of tikona.

                  We are a company, its been two days we have taken Internet connection from tikona, but since saturday the status of internet is showing "NO INTERNET'
                  talk to customer care, 2-4 times, issue is not resolved.

                    I have been facing the issue of slow network speed for more than 2 months now. I have raised several complaints and every time tikona says the complaint is closed as they were not able to reach me on my mobile for correcting my issue.
                    If they are able to reach out to me for sending message like this, why cant they reach me to correct the issue?
                    I am paying in advance for 3 months for 20mbps line and what i get in return is speeds of 1mbps?

                    In between that, the plan got automatic renew which never informed to me either by mail nor by call,
                    And i have not even used 5% of the data for 3 & 3 months plan

                    In this customer care guy threatened me that they will legally suie me with huge amount,

                      I have been trying to fix this crap for over a month now. What service stops working within10 days of installing.
                      I have been routed over to different teams where no one is bothered to help. My internet is not working for over 20 days and this company is least bothered about this and does not even look forward to helping!
                      I need the entire compensation for this, i want my money back!!!

                      How can tikona write problem resolved when there is no internet. They are asking to dial on the customer care number where no one takes calls. What the hell is wrong with your service tikona. There is no internet since 3 days. Absolutely no connection. And still no one is bothered to reply. Do not ever take tikona. Just a waste of time and energy.

                          I have asked tikona customer care for disconnection request on 20th July 2019 even though i have explained them that i have paid till 14th September 2019 i don't want a refund i want the disconnection and device to be collected.But the customer care is not ready to accept the request they are forcing me to use till September which is not legal you cannot force a customer to use a service.Every-time when i call i get different answers and in the end they say the same thing use till September its in our terms and conditions and when i say i have gone through your T&C they say its our voice process. This is mental harassment which Tikona customer care is doing I want the disconnection to be done in 10days i cant wait till September and i dont ant my refund also.

                            I have been using Tikona Internet Connection since few months. But there has been a problem always with the connection, speed and bill payment. Even after multiple complaints raised through calls and mails, still Tikona customer care is not able to resolve it. I have paid all the bills and dues on time, but still they come back saying payment is due from my side. Recently i have made a payment of 3060 INR on 29th June 2019 for 6 months as suggested by them. I did not even get an acknowledgement for that till i went back to them and raised complaint to get my receipt. After this payment also they were asking me to pay 570 INR without even sending me the bill. I had to fight for it and later they said not to pay. And now even after payment of 3060 INR again they are asking me to pay amount of 327 INR. And also they don’t explain why they send this bill of amount ₹327, you need to follow up with them like around 100 times with mail and call and you get one lame reason to pay the bill and this is being repeated always from them. I feel trapped by taking this connection don’t know whom to reach out to, feel so cheated. I have called them multiple time to address this issue but still they are not responding to my concern. I can share all the supporting mails if required. I need your help to register complain against Tikona broadband.

                              Tikona- worst internet connection. I was promised that der won't b ne connection problem even if I have they will solve it immediately. I want a good connection bcuz I do my office work from home. But everyday der is a connection problem. No internet almost everyday. And nobody is evn bothered to come and check after thousands of complaint. Ppl reading this msg kindly don't take this connection at all. Pathetic service provider.

                                They did not inform me earlier that after relocation the area might not be feasible and i have already paid for the future period.
                                When i asked for refund they said that we won't provide refund. When i asked them for written confirmation they disconnected my call instantly.
                                When i called earlier they said there system was down for the whole time as i called a number of times and did not receive any response from them.

                                  Hello,

                                  I am located in jb nagar, mumbai.
                                  My user id is [protected]

                                  I applied for an internet connection, the installation guys came to check the feasibility. He said it's feasible and asked me to pay an amount of rs. 2474 on 26th july. After paying, next day they came and told they need a different wire and can't install.

                                  I waiting one day more and now they have called me and asked for 1000 extra for longer wire. They asked me to apply for a cancellation request. I called up the customer care and he said that the refund will happen through a cheque and it's gonna take 30 days.

                                  I am really irritated and upset with this kind of service and response. And i cannot wait for 30 days to get the money back. Please look into the matter and get me my money back asap. Through cash, online whatever.

                                    We are a company, its been two days we have taken internet connection from tikona, but since saturday the status of internet is showing "no internet'
                                    Talk to customer care, 2-4 times, issue is not resolved.
                                    Technition has been assigned to us but he is not receiving our call. We are fed trying customer care & technition.
                                    Very upset with services.

                                      I paid tikona salesman ₹4952 advance for a 60mpbs 3 month plan. The installation though promised to be done within 3 days took over a month. Payment done on 22nd june 2019, internet activated on 23 july 2019. I was harsassed to an extent that had to visit their office twice and call them more than 50 times in a month before they could finally activate my connection. After that i never got the actual speed as per my plan, i am getting around 15-20 mpbs but i have paid a much higher amount for the 60mpbs plan. The complaints are left pending by tikona customer care they just keep pushing the customer here and there. The back end says theres a problem at front end, technician says its a problem at back end this is a never ending cycle. Reaching their customer care itself is such a hassle.

                                        I have terminated my services long time back and still tikona didn't disconnected it and now, today i got a call from some advocate nidhi sharma from delhi kakachoora court asking for money and threatening me for seizing all my bank accounts and government documents. Can someone please take a look at these fraudulent call people are receiving for such things. Tikona is really not a good company for services and cannot be suggested to anyone.
