Tikona networks is just fraud, i took 10 mbps plan of 3 month validity. But from second day at after every 10 min their internet is not available. It really irritating that disconnecting internet connection at every 10 min. Apart from this the height is when i log a complaint about it, nobody is receiving call to listen my complaint, they just operate throw ivr system for customer complaint resolution, but no one takes care.

    Hi,

    I do not have my customer id on me. The service is registered under the name sonam naik with registered contact numner [protected].

    I had a tikona connection which i had requested to be cancelled back in the month of may by contacting your customer support. The same was not done and i have left the said premises in the momth of may and have not used your services either. You can confirm that by checking the usuage on the said services.

    As you know, you guyz bill 3 months advance and the same advance bill was issued to me which i am not liable to pay as firstly its an advance bill and i was not present at the location to use your service. Secondly, i had already contacted your customer support team to take care of the same.

    I am not responsible to pay for something i haven't use and for the incompetence of your customer service staff.

    I have been receiving harrassing calls from your collection agency. Inspite of explaining the situation they are constantly calling me and using filthy language. I am currently seeing a counsellor as i am suffering with postpartum depression and the calls and the language used by your collection agency is unbearable.

    I would like you to look into the same and resolve this issue at the earliest. If the calls continue i will be bond to take legal actions against tikona. I will ensure it is all over social media about the kind of treatment you give your customers.

      I have made a connection application to tikona for the 10 mbps for 6 months that they have a said policy for a rented person.
      From day one i have been facing this issue and complaint about the same many time but the problem still persists and company gave false hopes to provide to upgrade to resolve the problem but every time i face disappointment form them.
      They have passed over 2 months now and still no resolution but just false hope. Latency test is included with the complaint but their website shows false latency of 15 ms which i have tried doing the same test on another website simultaneously.
      I want my money back of 6 months.

        This is regarding the complaint with the due amount we are not paying. We requested customer care to change the plan from 3 months to 1 month, but the bill was generated for 3 months. We paid for only one month as we were planning to shift to a new location. Attaching payment screenshot for the same.

        We also requested a connection discontinuation request on 15th may (Attached screenshot), but they didn't. Now i am receiving threatening calls from tikona to pay the remaining amount forcefully (Which we never used).

        Kindly provide assistance on same.

          This is final remainder to collect your router. From past 30 days onwards am following up to you to collect your device, but still you are not interested to collect your device, i already said n number of times to collect because tomorrow is my last day in bangalore location, going to home location to vijayawada, repeatedly am calling to you and explaining the scenario that i won't come to bangalore then also you guys are not interested to collect device and convincing me. Am feeling too torture of you guys.. You guys don't have ethics how to do behave with customers and their emotions... Because of this i have mailing to trai griveince mentioned in the to... I have seen many that tikona will play with customers after one month un-necessarily u will send some notices that you have to pay this much amount like that, but i had clarity upto which amount i have used that many days i have paid clearly... No need to pay single penny from my end it was crystal clear... I had all recording of your calls and many mails... So anyway bye bye...

            I’m using tikona for more than 2 years i think. Usually i get disconnections in the first later it was resolved by one great tech person. So i extended the plan from monthly to years. On that time they told that the extension will be done after receiving the fund for next year. As how they did for the first year. But now without my confirmation they have extended the plan.

            I inquired about this with customer care officer mr. Sagar. But he said that based on my confirmation they extended the plan. I have not gave any request for extension. I planned to change the broadband from tikona to act (Because of high cost). Further i inquired regarding the mode of confirmation he is not answered and he disconnected he call without informing there is no courtesy also. I have complete recording of the call and i want your support to raise legal action against them.

            Now i’m trying to reach the customer care again. After selecting the option the call get disconnected i tried multiple times. I’m not interested to continue the broadband services and i’m not ready to pay any more to this fraud groups.

            I was charged from my network provider for this calls. I need compensation for this from tikona end. I hope i get support from your end in this regards.

              Dear all

              I paid the amount for new connection on 28 september 2019 for tikona internet service in kalyan city and customer care told me that they 2 days tat for installation but after taking countinues follow up and raising the mail to md they have installed the connection on 3rd october 2019 i. E 5 days. On 6th of october 2019 i was facing the slowness and disconnection issue so i complained the customer regarding this and they told it will done within 24 hrs (Where the world it is to resolve the issue you required 24hrs). Again after 7th october 2019 i was facing countinuesly disconnection and this time unable to connect the for one whole customer care only phone ringing.
              After getting connected to customer care they told me that engineer will visit your place and it will take 24 hrs to resolve but it didn't get resolved on 9th again i called up the customer care and told me that it will take 48 hrs to resolve. So i asked them to refund my amount and again telling me that our concerns team will call u and they are looking to resolve it.

              I don't what a market listed company is where they are not capable to server the customer service and they takes the money from them and not returning the money.

                My connection was installed on 23rd september, 2019. I was able to use internet for only one day, i. E., till 24th september, 2019. i contacted customer service regarding the issue. After two days i got to know from customer care that our society wasn't allowing tikona to install its setup on the terrace, only local internet provider is allowed, though the tikona person (Name: arvind singh) who booked our connection lied to us and said there is no issues with tikona in our society. I have been told that i will get refund of my money but no action has been taken yet.
                I have paid total amount of rs 3, 850 for 6 months connection paid on 19th september, 2019. It has been 15 days and our connection is still not active. I want to disconnect from tikona service and want to get my money back. please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  But they are just prolonging and haven’t seen any active response from them.

                    I'm facing frequent disconnections in my service for the past couple of days, i am facing very low speed from the last couple of the days. I have raised complain multiple times but the issue is not resolved yet. They are closing my ticket every time. I am also facing an issue related to disconnecting every 5 or 10 min. This company is a fraud. Since the day i have taken their connection my life has been miserable.

                    Please do the needful.

                    Who will pay for my lost for a couple of days?

                    If this issue persists then i have to complain to the consumer forum and choose the different option providers. I will soon file a consumer complaint against these people if issue is not resolved today.

                    Everyday the internet is not working from 6:00 am onward to 6:00 pm.

                      Its useless to discuss about issue here as you will provide a template answer to post the issue to tikona forum. I just want to know the answer for below query.

                      Question: how customer can approach your help desk when a ticket is already open? Your ivr simply provide an update that a ticket is already open and our technical team is working on that. We will get back to your shortly? How long that shortly usually go? I have open a ticket for slow speed a week back which is still open without a call back. Now, internet is completely down from today and your system do not allow me to reach out to a help desk agent at all.

                      To open a ticket, i have to select new connection and then have to argue with your non technical team to get a ticket logged. How long you will be in business if you continue to provide such a bad user experience?

                      If you really wanted to resolve my issue then some one from tech team should have called me. Already mentioned that i am unable to contact CUSTOMER CARE as a complain is open for another issue. Now internet is down completely and your ### system just disconnect the call. If you only have to provide a template answer then exit from this FORUM. Why you need to respond at all.

                      Finally, I was able to speak with customer care technical team after 5 days as call was not disconnected by IVR. Thy guy promised to send an engineer tomorrow. However, i have not seen any response for the issue i posted in Tikona Forum. You guys just advise customer to post on Tikona forum for fast resolution and never respond.

                      You guys are just setting an example of bad customer service. Great work. keep it up until you vanished from planet.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I already complaint for internet connection and i'm facing issues from last week saturday. On sunday engineer visited but he don't have proper tool kit or tool box to test the problem and he don't have knowledge. On sunday he change some device which is used for internet connectivity to router on that also i was not got proper internet. Second day means on monday he came again that day and one engineer came for solving problem but also they don't given proper resolution they change hole cable but didi not resolved and again i was faced issue at evening for the same even again i'm lounch complaint after that tikona engineer said there was a problem in device so engineer changed the device on today but again i'm facing issues with internet connection. The hell done by tikona and engineers also but no one give me proper solution.

                          My tikona id is[protected]. I took this connection on 7th june 2019 by paying rs.2238 from dharmedra [protected]. Not a single day ur net connection has beed used by us coz all d time internnet was not working.. After instalation mr dharmedra never shown his face or attended my call. I called customer care & registered my complaint regarding inactive internet connection. Several times i got contact numbers o[censored]r engineers but not a single time any one visited or answered my call. Once i got answer from ur engineer that he is unable to attend call coz he was under training.. After this tikona itself declared that complaint had been resolved & net is working with any knowledge to d customer.. Now i am fed up with threatening calls i am getting from ur collection people regarding renewal. I haven't opened any charity to donate my hard earned money to tikona. Please discontinue my services immediately & refund my initial amount which i paid to tikona. You can check how much internet i have utilise in d time of 3 months.. I want my refund & no more calls for renewation from tikona. If tikona is not capable to solve my query i will sue u legally for sure..

                            Bloody cheaters i already disconnected tikona service. Surrendered tikona router on 1st october 2019. I took tikona connecriin from june to september not a single day i got any service. Today on 5th ovlctober i got call from tikona collection guy who asked me to pay for next 3 months..                               Every time i complained tim get the automatic message that engineer has been assigned but o one comes to resolve the issue. I get the message next day that issue has been resolved and no one cares to confirm with client. Since day one their is a issue and almost every day i have complained about it. Tikona has cheated me and i want my money. It's a fraud company.

                                Issues:
                                This is the worst service i have ever used in my experience, i am using this connection since march 2019, i am facing the technical issues continuously, and i have raised so many complaints through calls and also e-mails but i didn't get the proper resolution till connection got terminated (26/08/2019) after the termination request raised through e-mail but till date i didn't get the termination.
                                Customer experience:
                                Worst customer experience, i called and sent emails to customer support so many times but never got a satisfactory response till now, every time they are stating different things and today they sent a guy directly to my home without any previous information, the guy was behaving very un-professional to us. This is the worst customer experience i have ever used.

                                  Hi, i raised a complaint for disconnection of my tikona service on 4th july and after that i stopped using it. But i didnt get any mail of disconnection. They are telling me to pay 1970 rs and then they will disconnect my service. Today i got a legal notice from there side. I am not gonna pay anything. Please look into the issue. Id : [protected].                                     Hi,

                                    This is darshan mistri, i have register new connection at 01st oct 2019 with tikona and sales team (Mr. Vijay pawar) committed, installation will be done on 02nd oct-2019 morning before 10:30 am. But no once came at time and when ever i was called to installation engineer way of talking is very bad and not answer mannerly. Later they have committed for new time for installation as giving excuse for high work load and system outage, but at that time also no one came for installation.

                                    At night mr. Vijay pawar told me next day (03rd oct 2019) early morning at sharp 8 am installation engineer will be at my home for installation and connection active. But again i was waiting only and no one came.

                                    Now i am calling mr. Vijay pawar but some his contact number not reachable and when its ringing, he is not answering.

                                    Below persons i have communicated but not get installation done on time, so i am very curious about support as only installation process they are going provide as committed how support will be there.

                                      I have tikona wifi as my internet provider.
                                      Id [protected]. My current service was to expire on september 28, 2019 midnight. As requested by vicky/imran tikona customer rep i went online and recharged my account on september 28 at 09:50 pm and advised by calling back giving transaction id besides sending email with details:
                                      “you have initiated online payment of rs.2999.0 towards your tikona account, transaction id: [protected]paytm[protected]. Please keep it for future reference.”

                                      Today is october 2nd and i cannot use internet after 4 days of online payment. As per tikona rep, the voucher credit is not reflected and someone will get back but no one replied or called back so far. Not a single manager pick up transferred calls to escalate issues - they just disconnect the call. Truly pathetic service and customer care. Who will bear my loss during no internet service even after 4 days of online payment???

                                      Why can’t you act based on above asap. Why should I go to Forum and start over the complaints? I don’t get your way of working. Reached out many times but no proper response/resolution from your team. So had to go to Consumer Complaints!!!

                                      I shared this on Forum Tikona on October 3rd. As of October 4th 5:30 pm no response or resolution. When called Tikona only answe is “ someone will call you back “ - when, etc no update! Pathetic customer care.
                                      If they cannot provide service. Let them return my money with interest from September 28th

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I am getting bills email from Tikona after disconnection on 5th Feb 2019.
                                        I have "No dues" email from Tikona as well. Handed over modem and broadband wire back to Tikona representative after disconnection and paid all dues.
                                        But after that still receiving mails from Tikona like Legal notice and Advocate calls etc for asking non-relevant money.

                                        Please see below email from Tikona of No dues left:-
