My connection was installed on 23rd september, 2019. I was able to use internet for only one day, i. E., till 24th september, 2019. i contacted customer service regarding the issue. no shifting of connection even after 5 days and giving wrong commitments

I have raised shifting request from tikona portal on 3rd oct morning and even called tikona customer care on sat, sun, Monday 3 times a day
But they are just prolonging and haven’t seen any active response from them.

worst service ad internet speed provided by tokana

I'm facing frequent disconnections in my service for the past couple of days, i am facing very low speed from the last couple of the days. I have raised complain multiple times but the issue is not resolved yet. They are closing my ticket every time. I am also facing an issue related to disconnecting every 5 or 10 min. internet not working at all

Every time i complained tim get the automatic message that engineer has been assigned but o one comes to resolve the issue. I get the message next day that issue has been resolved and no one cares to confirm with client. Since day one their is a issue and almost every day i have complained about it. Tikona has cheated me and i want my money. It's a fraud company....

tikona - worst internet service with worst customer experience

Issues:
This is the worst service i have ever used in my experience, i am using this connection since march 2019, i am facing the technical issues continuously, and i have raised so many complaints through calls and also e-mails but i didn't get the proper resolution till connection got terminated (26/08/2019) after the termination request raised through e-mail but till date i didn't get the termination.

tikona not providing support for installation as well as committed

This is darshan mistri, i have register new connection at 01st oct 2019 with tikona and sales team (Mr. Vijay pawar) committed, installation will be done on 02nd oct-2019 morning before 10:30 am. But no once came at time and when ever i was called to installation engineer way of talking is very bad and not answer mannerly. Later they have committed for new time for installation as giving excuse for high work load and system...

getting bill after disconnection of tikona broadband.

Hi Team,

I am getting bills email from Tikona after disconnection on 5th Feb 2019.
I have "No dues" email from Tikona as well. Handed over modem and broadband wire back to Tikona representative after disconnection and paid all dues.
But after that still receiving mails from Tikona like Legal notice and Advocate calls etc for asking non-relevant money.

unnecessary bill generated - userid 1123847568

I have been continuously stating not to activate my account. It was on hold till yesterday, suddenly i get a mail saying it is active.
I took 3 months turbo subscription in month of march by paying 2800.

I went for maternity (Out of city) in d month of may. I expected after 3 months it wil get auto disconnected. Tikona never informed me that it is still active.

After 15 days they started calls saying...

harassment for non-payment of services which were not used

new installation

I applied to tikona for new broadband connection, all document verification and payment is done. I made the payment on 17/09/2019. I received message regarding installation on 21/09/2019. From 21/09/2019 to 24/09/2019 no installation has bee done. The technical engineer don't respond to calls and the technical support team is also not helping with the problem. Its my humble request to please look into the matter. Thank you....
