I have been continuously stating not to activate my account. It was on hold till yesterday, suddenly i get a mail saying it is active.
I took 3 months turbo subscription in month of march by paying 2800.

I went for maternity (Out of city) in d month of may. I expected after 3 months it wil get auto disconnected. Tikona never informed me that it is still active.

After 15 days they started calls saying me to pay 2800 bill, when i shouted back they said i shd pay 1000 rupees late fee.
I haven't used service n will not pay..

Then after few months one person said he is from court and asked me to pay bill.

Earlier i received call saying this 1000 rupees is waiver and i can get 3 months subscription back..

Now suddenly they activated my account and saying i shd pay late fee for my account to get deactivate.

-y wil i pay the bill if i haven't used? (Out of city for maternity)
-who asked tikona not to disconnect the service immediately after 3 months of subscription end?
- many threatening and torturing calls every one asking the same thing again and again
- no reply to emails. Have sent many.

End point: i am fed up of tikona and it's calls.. I will not pay bill as i have not used. Now also tikona reactivated the service without my knowledge. I want my account to be permanently

Been sending mails and spoke to many .. I need this get action immediately ..

Deactivate and cancel my tikona account permanently.

Waiver the extra bill which u have laid on me even though I haven't used .

Just got 5-7 calls from someone named sidhant Shukla .he says he's from court . He's threatening me to pay d bill ... I have told I have written mail to tikona abt account closure . He started yelling abt y I have wasted courts tym... Please have this closed immediately. .

    This is the worrest service that i have ever used i had raised multiple complaints regards to frquent disconnection and slow speed 7 engineers visited my place to resolve the issue and its same 3 of them said sir it wont be resolved please close the connection requested the CUSTOMER CARE team to close the connection and refund the money as i have paid for 6 months plan but they are saying no refund i requested them to fix the issue in the name of fixing the issue they just assign an engineer who just visit my home and waste my one hour every alternate day its really frustrating now that i am not getting the service and i have to bare this for 6months. I would really appreciate if i can get the money and close this ### service. Thanks [protected]

      We had tikona broadband services at our residence and after 3 months o[censored]sing the broadband we informed them to discontinue the services.
      Internet was not used from our side, however tikona didn't terminate the services and send a outstanding bill of rs 1130. Why should we pay the amount for the services that are not used.

      Today my wife got a call from preeti singh claiming to be a lawyer from delhi court that a case will be registered and we need to come down to delhi from mumbai for the hearing. Being a lawyer and i hope she is educated, she doesn't have etiquette to even talk properly. Talks like a road side junglee. Even illiterate people converse & respond nicely.

      If we get another call from this female or anyone from tikona, mind you i'll go to the police and court & file a complain for mental harassment.

      Call recording will be shown to the police/lawyer & court.

        I have paid full payment but still not get internet connection.. From 2 weeks i am calling them but still not got any satisfying answer. I have paid payment on 16.09.2019. They said we will give you connection in 2 days and now they are saying that we dont have any main connection in your building. And it will take some more time. I am working as a graphic designer and i daily need internet..

          I wanted to disconnect or remove my tikona account permanently ([protected]). I stopped using those services 4 months ago still they are charging me and today i got a threating call from saying that they are calling from delhi high court and if i don't pay my bill then i will be charged against a case. I was not knowing what to do and had to pay the due amount (1900). Then i checked truecaller which showed that number as spam. I request tikona people to deactivate or disconnect or remove my account permanently and please refund my amount as soon as possible. Please respond to my mail and complaints as soon as possible. This is some kind of robbery in the name of law.

            I want to disconnect and get my refund as the internet is horrible as i talked to tikona services they said i have the right to get the refund as the engineers have checked my internet since past 4 days and i qualify for the refund but they keep delaying and denying that i need to talk to their other technical representative .the engineers have themselves suggested me to talk to their customer service and request them but they arent accepting my requests and delaying/denying the process .

              I applied to tikona for new broadband connection, all document verification and payment is done. I made the payment on 17/09/2019. I received message regarding installation on 21/09/2019. From 21/09/2019 to 24/09/2019 no installation has bee done. The technical engineer don't respond to calls and the technical support team is also not helping with the problem. Its my humble request to please look into the matter. Thank you.

                I have paid bill even after not using the services because of some fraud calls from tikona. Please disconnect my services([protected]) and please settle my bill. I have paid 1900 extra for unused services. I want to remove or deactivate my tikona account immediately and hoping for a refund. I got a fake call from delhi saying that she is an advocate and asking me to pay the bill or else I will be charged against a case. I can't do anything but pay the bill. Please help me with the issue. Thanks in advance.

                  Hi,
                  I had a tikona broadband connection, and it was on a 3 months prepaid basis. On I had put in a request for disconnection of the services on May 11th, 2019. I had already paid ₹ 3406.66 as advance rental and my rental period was valid till June 6th, 2019. On June 1st I received a mail from them quoted below :
                  "Your request for cancellation is processed, however as your plan validity is till 06/June/2019, you may use your connection till your plan validity expires.
                  Your rental will be stopped from 06/June/2019 and no further charges will be applied if no usage is seen."
                  We observed that even post-June 6th the services were not disconnected and I was getting frequent calls from tikona asking me to continue with tikona. I had repeatedly requested the tikona's telecallers to stop my services and collect the modem from my location, but they didn't do anything about it. On Jul 12th I got a bill from tikona asking me to pay ₹1434.99 for the billing period of "07-Jun-19 to 06-Jul-19". I had conversation with tikona customer care asking them why i was charged inspite of asking for service disconnection, they just told me that i had pay the bill amount. I refused to pay an outstanding amount. I was getting constant calls from tikona asking me to pay the amount for next 7 day . On Sept 6th they sent me mail saying that if i dont pay the out standing bill they will take legal action against me.
                  On 17th Sept I called tikona support asking them about the overstanding amount and i got a response from the executive saying that I don't need to pay the outstanding amount I was relived(i have the call recorded).
                  Today (Sept 24th) I recieved a call from advocate named "Nidhi Sharma" saying she is filling a case against me in delhi court.
                  Please help me i am being charged inspite of asking them to terminate my connection.

                  I would also like to point out violation of TRAI regulation by Tikona applicable in my case, please refer below :
                  "A consumer has made a request for termination (closure) of the service. How long has he to wait? What about rentals and other dues?
                  A.The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer. Further, fresh bills shall be raised only after adjustment of the security deposit. The closure/ termination of service shall not be made conditional upon payment of dues/ bills/settlement of dispute. The outstanding amount of security deposits has to be refunded within 60 days of closure/ termination of service. In case of delay in refund beyond 60 days, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days"

                    After install the internet service of tikona date on 26th august, my internet was not working as yet and i complaint again and again but no one give any solution in this regarding. They automatically resolve the same and i also ask about the disconnection but customer care says they have not authorized and sale man said they also not authorized. I fed up there services.                       First thing first. Very pathetic network service and recurrent internet issues which are not at all resolved in professional way.
                      I asked for service discontinuation due to bad internet services. However, they autorenewed my service and asked me to pay the due bill. I denied paying the bill as i specifically asked them to discontinue the service. I was getting 3 to 4 calls everyday asking about the bill payment and it was like harassment of the customers.
                      Now they are threatening me to sue in court and some random people calls me from random numbers and threatning me to block all my bank accounts and that you will be jailed for 3 years and serving the notices from delhi high court.

                      I am not sure if these people are from any law firm as they don't have manners to speak to the people. I am sure as if these people were advocates then they would not tell me that "lawyer rakhne ki aukaad hai but bill pay karne ki aukaad nahi he".

                      Its my humble request to people handling complaints that even if it is the case of bill due, please ask these people not to misuse the name of sacred law and order to harass people. Its a matter of time this will be escalated to higher authority.

                      Please do not use honorable high court's names in fulfilling your greedy pockets.

                        I took tikona connect in june 7th 2019 to 7th september 2019. Not even single day my internet worked. I wasted my rs 2130. I had given complaint on their customer care number. But without any justification everytime declared problem solved without even caring that net is really working or not. I left d hope & thought did a charity to tikona they have vvip engineers who never responded any single call. Now after completion of 3 months i wanted to discontinue with their services i started getting calls from tikona for renewal. Are theses people are out of d mind. Thirdclass cheater company. Thinking to sue them legally.

                        My Tikona id is[protected].I took this connection on 7th June 2019 by paying Rs.2238 from Dharmedra [protected].Not a single day ur net connection has beed used by us coz all d time internnet was not working .. After instalation Mr Dharmedra never shown his face or attended my call.i called customer care & registered my complaint regarding Inactive internet connection.several times i got contact numbers o[censored]r Engineers but not a single time any one visited or answered my call.Once i got answer from ur engineer that he is unable to attend call coz he was under training..after this tikona itself declared that complaint had been resolved & net is working with any knowledge to d customer..Now i am fed up with threatening calls i am getting from ur collection people regarding renewal .i haven't opened any charity to donate my hard earned money to Tikona. Please discontinue my services immediately & refund my initial amount which i paid to Tikona .You can check how much internet i have utilise in d time of 3 months..i want my refund & no more calls for renewation from Tikona. If Tikona is not capable to solve my query i will sue u legally for sure..T

                          Hi i have called tikona customer care and got services disconnected on aug 4th, 2019 and it was specifically mentioned on call to customer care representative to immediately disconnected the service and he confirmed on disconnection as well informed that devices will be removed from home within 10 days and i will be getting a final bill in email. I removed all cables and connection from tikona and very next day aug 5, 2019, i took another connection from den broadband. Since aug 5th till aug 11th i received multiple calls from tikona customer care persuading me to continue with their services and they offered big discounts and wasted lot of time and every time i told them that i have taken another service and there is no point of continuing with tikona but still they kept on calling me and delaying things. On aug 11th, 2019 i received an inflated bill for services till aug 11, 2019, and i responded to them to fix the bill and send revise bill for service till aug 4th, 2019. But tikona continues to harass via emails and phone call asking to pay bill till aug 11, 2019. I escalated to nodal officer but even he also didn’t respond to the email. Tikona sent their representative at home on aug 25th, 2019 for bill collection. Can you please look into the matter as not only their services are bad but they follow the un-ethical practice as well. There were frequent issues with tikona connection availability and speed and multiple complaints were logged since i got a connection on march 30, 2019. I even mentioned in complaints that i will disconnect the service if there is no improvement as it was impacting my job which needs high-speed bandwidth but all in vain and issue continue to persist.                             This company is a cheat. The representative showed me a demo with 2MBPS connection and during the demo the internet was working great with a download speed of 2 MBPS and an upload speed of 900 KBPS. Based on this I booked a new connection (4mpbs) and the installation team came to my apartment and I asked them to show the signal strength and speed before actual installation. The signal strength was 13% and download speed is only 350kbps and I told them to cancel the connection. The tikona representative told me that he will speak to the office and disconnect it with two weeks. After three weeks I got a call from Tikona team that my usage is around 15GB. First of all the installation itself was not done and how can I use it. They can easily find out who is using it and disable it. Even after repeated calls they are not disabling the connection. I guess the tikona executive is selling the information to outside world for some cheap money. I sent an email to CEO prakash.[protected]@tikona.in‎; [protected]@tikona.in and customer care still no response. I realized that still consumers dont have any rights in India. This is my horrible experience in my life time. Please don't try the internet connection given by this company they know how to cheat & frustrate the customer only. The customer care of tikona is world's worst service I ever seen

                              I am trying to change my plan from last 7 days. I have done my advance payment.
                              This is the worse customer service i have ever recieved. You people dont know how to value your customers time.
                              I dont know how you people are surviving. When i started with plan you were running after us, now see the worse services.
                              Every the customer care is saying mam, it will be done. When i am asking that make me talk to your seniors they are refusing it continuously.

                                Hello sir /mam. I subscribed for TIKONA broadband service . No one came for installation . I paid 3800 rs and now one is responding. Even on call centre they are not responding. Please help it's a mental toruture I am calling them since one month. Please I need my money. Please help me

                                  This is regarding the poor service, lack of expertise, roaming and hiding around the flag of company policies of tikona.

                                  I parag shinde requested for an internet connection from tikona on 3 july 2019.
                                  They said you need to to transfer payment first to get the connection done.
                                  I transferred full amount via net banking to tikona. I took one day leave from my office the very next day to get the connection done.
                                  But the team who were responsible for the connection didn't came at my place.
                                  It took 3 days for them to come to my place and thereby resulting in 3 more leaves from my office. After the try they were unable to setup internet connection at my place.

                                  I requested for removing my account and refund after one week. The guy at the customer care took the closing request and promised for a refund in 45 days.
                                  I called after 45 days and then they are saying that no closing request has been raised from their end. And now they have raised another request and now saying that it will take another 25 days for refund and that too via cheque.

                                  My question is if you guys took money on urgent basis to setup a connection through online payment. After failing to setup a connection why can't you transfer the money back on urgent basis since you have failed and that too via cheque.

                                  This is a clear case of cheat and i request the commission to look after our request against tikona.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    I amit kumar singh, on 21st of august i requested for a new subscription and for new connection i paid rs3394 but due to non feasibility of network in my area the connection could not be done. I tried calling customer care number but i didn't get proper status of request. As it was mentioned in my email that in case of our inability to install your connection due to speed or any other issue, the paid subscription amount will be completely refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of declaration of non-feasibility. It has been more than 20 days now, yet i have not received my refund back. My user id is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected]. It is my request to you to take appropriate action in this regard. Please do needful to initiate my refund. Thanking you

                                      I made payment for wifi on 15.08.19, very pitty to mention that neither your sales person nor installation person called me & did the installation & till today it is pending. I followed with them but no action either from them or by the company. I have never seen any company like yours. Please refund my order since i already taken wifi from other company yesterday. Please refund the money as soon as possible. Please treat this as urgent

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I have sent 2 -3 emails and have not received any reply. Now the Internet is connected and we have taken the package of 25 mbps speed and I am getting 0.5 mbps speed. We have complained to technical team no one is coming to resolve the issue.

                                        I am sure i[censored] can reply here within 24 hrs so u should reply on email too but no one is replying to the email or assisting on the phone or coming hole to solve d problem
