I have paid bill even after not using the services because of some fraud calls from tikona. Please disconnect my services([protected]) and please settle my bill. First thing first. Very pathetic network service and recurrent internet issues which are not at all resolved in professional way.

I parag shinde requested for an internet connection from tikona on 3 july 2019.
They said you need to to transfer payment first to get the connection done.
I transferred full amount via net banking to tikona. I took one day leave from my office the very next day to get the connection done....

regarding payment for non usage

My user id is [protected] and i paid 2638 on 30th april for 3 months i. E - april-may-june and they only provided the service for one month and for rest of the two months they didn't provide me any service and after that in july they again generated a bill for next 3 months. They are now harresing me mentally and they want me to pay 570 after terminating my connection, i don't know this 570 is for what i was unable to use a single mb of data...
