I requested for surrendering my connection on 31st aug 2019. I called the customer care and informed the same. Also i stopped using the service from 31st aug 2019. I called customer care and confirmed my request to surrender. At the time they said as the cycle is started on 15th aug (Mine is a 3 months billing plan) they will close it on 14th sep'19 and will close the bill. Now after repeated follow ups i got a mail that my connection is cancelled but the billing cycle will extend till nov'19 as it is a 3 months billing cycle. If i opted for disconnection and not using the connection why should they extend upto 3 months. Today when i called the customer care the senior deck executive informed that there won't be any bill hereafter. But after seeing the bill due date they are cheating will raise another bill for not using the connection also. I have recorded both the conversations so that when they raise unwanted bill i can raise it with concerned authority. Also every time they call and ask me to use the connection or transfer it friends or relatives. If a customer don't want a connection why should they harass him like this

    Won't provide any service and talk in a very bad, ridiculous, worse and underlined language. How dumb and useless employees they have, they don't know how to talk with customers, they are completely mannerless and indisciplined employee.

    No service
    No ivr call response
    No technical service
    No email response
    Call with a personal number in a talk in a rough way.
    Fake scheme provider.
    Every time a new employee calls, and we need to explain the problems to each employee at least 6-7 times and still, problems can not be resolved by them.

    They are only good, and punctual at talking in a rough tone and calling for making their payments only, nothing else.

      My user id is [protected] and i paid 2638 on 30th april for 3 months i. E - april-may-june and they only provided the service for one month and for rest of the two months they didn't provide me any service and after that in july they again generated a bill for next 3 months. They are now harresing me mentally and they want me to pay 570 after terminating my connection, i don't know this 570 is for what i was unable to use a single mb of data and they are saying that now u'll pay this in court.

        We have got legal notice for a unused service. We were using the tikona service for many months and faced lots of issue in internet speed and often downtime.

        The engineer who served directly said that the service cant be corrected due to poor signal. Also said if you want close the connection.

        We shared the same information tikona service team and no response. Finally we moved to another isp - act.

        After many months we are receiving the legal notice for unused service.

          I had taken their broadband service in june and within a month i had to cancel the subscription as i had faced multiple issues and internet would disconnect very frequently. On calling the customer service they would say that its a tower issue and even send their engineer to my place to solve the issue but in vain. Have given them last chances around 3 times and they still claim that they can solve the issue. I had to ask them to cancel my connection with actually ends in dec 2019. However, after calling them a few days later they say that my connection is terminated and i will not get a refund as my subscription ends in december.

          I wonder what kind of company this is, that first of all cannot provide any kind of service and meet basic customer requirements and further unable to refund the amount of around rs.7000.
          This is really frustrating as you cannot speak with anyone about this at their customer service and i hope someone can help me with this issue.

            I got legal notices about pending payments of account mrs. Utkarsha kumbhar

            I used to get calls and gmails about the same.
            I told many times to tikona executives about the same.
            Now though i don’t using this broadbrand connection and i am not owner of the same.
            I have cleared pending amount of 1413.

            I request please deactivate above account. I have cleared it by mail also that i will not responsible anymore about mrs. Utkarsha kumbhar

              I have requested for disconnection on 28-aug-2019 and given a req id (1-[protected]), but no action is taken till then. Every day getting calls service calls and they are forcing not to disconnect the service. They said that i will get a full and final payment mail within 10 days but no mail till date. Every time i call the cusotmer care number[protected], they put the call on hold and than after 10 mins they disconnect the call. What type of service is this by tikona. Need a quick action on it as asap.

              I Got the below reply from the tikona regarding the permanent disconnection request but didnt got any details regarding my Deposit refund and when they will come to pick up the tikona device. I am trying to call on Customer care number but no one is taking the calls. Can you please take any action asap.Please see the below mail which i got from Tikona .

              With reference to your request number 1-[protected] dated : 28/August/2019 for your Tikona user id: [protected].

              We would like to inform you that we will stop charging you rentals for the service from 14/September/2019.

              As being our valuable customer we are attaching 10GB on your account with effective from 14/September/2019 with no validity and no charge for this 10GB. You may continue to use even post 10GB and at 2paise/MB with 4Mbps speed.

              As on date 10/September/2019 there is no outstanding payable for your account.

              Since you are using the service, we suggest you move to a rental plan to avail benefits on speed and data http://www.tikona.in/ (click on view plans).

                Tikona, im really dissatisfied and disappointed with your service. I made sure i paid bills on time. Paid all debts back and yet i'm disapproved of basic internet connection. All of a sudden i have no internet connection and i'm left to wonder if it was my fault. Worse part is i was scammed by one of your agents to pay for something where it was wholely his fault. I had to pay for closure of a connection and for the months i was being charged when i wasn't even using the connection and when i specifically asked him to close the connection much earlier.

                Anyways,
                Please get this connection issue fixed, i'm avaiting response.

                Its sad to be treated this way. There was a time when i had no problems. Things were smooth.

                      I am getting threatening calls from nidhi sharma forcing me to pay some 5000 with no proof.
                      She says if i dont pay she will drag me to the court and tells that i will be liable to pay rs5000/- fine.

                      When i ask her the details she denies to share the details and disconnects the calls.

                      She is asking me to come to delhi court. When i checked her number on truecaller it shows as spam.

                      She threatens of blocking my bank accounts and credit card. I know she is not a legit person. Please take some action. Or else i will

                          I am using this platform for the very first time. And I was forced to do this.

                          I used your service for more than 2 years. The connection was under my roommate' name who moved out sometimes back.
                          I am no more in touch with him.
                          I tried to call your customer service to update the mobile number and email address to avoid any inconvenience in future. But they simply told me to raise a ticket with the registered mobile number or email id.
                          And literally I tired to put a common thing into your service executives head that he was no more in touch with me and his number and email id were not reachable.
                          I called them over 50 times but they couldn't get it.
                          Then I also have to move out of Thane and I discontinued your service paying all the bills.
                          But no, your team is still harassing me and now I am getting calls from some Adv Priyanka Sharma to pay the bill of 2400 while your selfcare portal is showing 1900 and your customer executives are saying there is no due.
                          So before I bring these things under your higher management notice, I request you to resolve the issues else I will raise my voice in my way.

                            I have been cheated by this fraud company. I registered for a new connection with this provider in February 2019 by paying a 3 month subsciption fee of INR 2171. Though the executives dint even turn up or tried to reach me out on my mobile, I kept getting messages from Tikona care that my phone is not reachable. It happened for a week or more. This is the first rick, beware if you have also seen this pattern...

                            After this no response for either the customer care or the field executives. Finally I got a SMS saying that the connection is not feasible at my location and the request would be closed and the money would be refunded to the channel I have paid.

                            Will date no refunds have happened. The customer care does not provide any proper information, no acknowledgement numbers given for various times that I have called them. They claim to have sent the cheque over courier to the provided address and has returned. However when asked for the courier details, they are unable to provide. This shows they have no intentions. Further more, I receieve no communications from them when ever I call. They say an e-mail would be sent with the tracking number for the ticket, which never comes.

                            Finally I thought of expressing my plea here as a resort to get my hard earned money. Worst ever customer service interactions I have had. They do not even know basic English, they start taking to us in their native language

                            I wish TRAI identifies such fake organizations that are cheating the customers and take strict actions.

                              Respected sir, i paid rs3394 as booking amount with ref#igagvofsb9 to tikona for a new internet connection. Due to unavailability of network in my area tikona is unable to provide service. Tikona is not responding to my refund req for my uid [protected]. On 21st august 2019 i requested for new internet connection from tikona (Internet service provider). I tried calling customer care number[protected] but my call is not getting responded neither they providing any information related with my refund. I tried mailing the appellate authority til. [protected]@tikona.in of tikona but i am not getting any help from appellate authority too.

                              I Amit Kumar Singh, On 21st of August I requested for a new subscription and for new connection I paid Rs3394 but due to non feasibility of network in my area the connection could not be done. I tried calling customer care number but I didn't get proper status of request. As it was Mentioned in my email that in case of our inability to install your connection due to speed or any other issue, the paid subscription amount will be completely refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of declaration of non-feasibility. It has been more than 20 days now, yet I have not received my refund back. My User ID is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected]. It is my request to you to take appropriate action in this regard. Please do needful to initiate my refund. Thanking you

                              My complaint is not resolved till day, I am sending details as screen shot of email sent by Tikona and payment done by me.

                                Worst internet service ever taken. My internet connection is always down. Customer care, complaint, mails did everything bt still there is no improvement. I m tired of running after them and finally decided to discontinue with this tikona service. If anyone is reading this then i would suggest nvr take tikona internet. They will give u false promises and quite convincing they will sound bt it's not good. Not at all. It's not about a particular area, i had a word with many ppl regarding internet connection and nobody is happy who has tikona internet. My time, energy, work (As i am working from home), patience have lost everything now. And i have stopped complaining. Just stopped using this internet service, was left with no other option.

                                  Hi consumer forum team,

                                  The tikona service provider has cheated us. While issuing a connection they showed us a faked speed, and after we did the full payment for a year the issue started coming. Our plan is of retail-10mbps but we are getting very low speed (300kbps-2mbps) most of the time. The issues are coming since beginning and they are not resolving it. Since beginning (2 months) we have continuously raised a complain almost every 1-2 days but they are not resolving it.

                                  I am asking for a refund but they are not refunding me, giving false assurance of resolving the issue again and again. At last after being fed-up of their false assurance/promises i am raising this complain. Kindly take it up further and help me in getting my money back.

                                  Date of incident: continuously occurring since installation past two months
                                  My user/client id is : [protected] and rate plan is :ecoula_c1
                                  Plan: 10mb per sec but most of the time getting 500-1.2 mb/s
                                  Desirable resolution : full refund including the installation charges.

                                  Attached is the session history of mine downloaded from their syst7em. Kindly note most of the time i am not even able to download even 50 mb.
                                  The history of complain cant be seen in their system, only current active complain is visible, must be intentional. Although i have complain ids in the sms.

                                  Also attached the the payment screenshot which included payment for an year and installation charges as well.

                                    When i spoke to tikona care, they informed my plan will end on aug 15th, then i informed to disconnect my services after 15aug. Instead of disconnecting the service's, they started cheating with out disconnecting my service and asking me to pay un necessarily charges this is the 2nd time i am facing this problem with tikona. This time i won't leave, i will go as far as i can to deal this... Very disappointed service from tikona. For the same service disconnection i am getting 10calls everyday from tikona and no one will listen my concern insted they will convence me to tansfer or refer my connection to someone.

                                      After a a lot of phone, finally you forced me to write a email to your careless company who doesn’t think about costumers problem. You guys only think about making money from your costumers. For payments you just keep on calling the costumers and even you send your employee to collect money. But when it’s about service you guys never answer our calls and just make a fool of your costumers “we are proceeding your complaint to our executive”

                                      I am facing internet speed and keep disconnecting issue from last 4 – 5 months and i keep calling you every week regarding my complaint.

                                      Even on 1st aug. Your engineer (Prabhakar singh yadav) came at my location to check our internet setting (Reference number : 1-[protected]). He told me "there is some issues with tikona tower so we need to adjust receiver (Which is placed in my location) and sender (Which is placed in tikona tower). So i will come tomorrow with engineer to adjust your signals." after that he didn't came to my location and also didn't pick my call.

                                      I also call you last week (22 aug.) for my internet issue ref no. : 1-[protected], your executive told me “your complaint is in process and one of our senior executive will call you within 24 hours” and now today is 29 aug. No one called me or messages me regarding my complaints.

                                      You guys have no idea how much losses are i am facing because of your poor services.

                                      Now i want to escalate the case to your senior authority to work on my network issue and otherwise now don’t expect from me that i will pay any single rupee from my pocket.

                                      It’s my humble request to you to do something regarding my issue asap.

                                        I am facing issues from last two days I had raised complaint but no one respond to complaint even customer care just told me our technical team working on this we will update you shortly but no one update properly what the hell going on if not possible os give be return back money.
                                        I had calling from last 2 days but no respond and every 2 hours we are working on your complaint no.1-[protected] this massage drop first they told mr 8 to 24 hours I accept but on 2nd day the same thing give us 2 hours or 6 hours.
                                        see this type of service I was not accepted. when I applied for connection so sales person told me demo not given or demo stop so I understand and take connection for home and I paid 6 months amount in advance I'm tenant that why they told me pay 6 month amount which is Rs.4200/- I asked for monthly basis but they told me no sir company have police for tenant so I paid and they promise me sir our network very strong and you will never face issues.

                                        in this week 2nd time my internet connection down. whats wrong with Tikona .whats the Problem and Where is problem?tell me.

                                        ConsumerComplaints think about this. I'll not tolerate again and again. if not possible to tikona provide better services so I want money back and want get-back business loss. every minute I want internet connection if not so tell me.

                                        now whats the time limit.
