Tikona, im really dissatisfied and disappointed with your service. I made sure i paid bills on time. Paid all debts back and yet i'm disapproved of basic internet connection. All of a sudden i have no internet connection and i'm left to wonder if it was my fault. Worse part is i was scammed by one of your agents to pay for something where it was wholely his fault. wifi disconnection

threatening calls from nidhi sharma

I am getting threatening calls from nidhi sharma forcing me to pay some 5000 with no proof.
She says if i dont pay she will drag me to the court and tells that i will be liable to pay rs5000/- fine.

When i ask her the details she denies to share the details and disconnects the calls.

I have been cheated by this fraud company. I registered for a new connection with this provider in February 2019 by paying a 3 month subsciption fee of INR 2171. Though the executives dint even turn up or tried to reach me out on my mobile, I kept getting messages from Tikona care that my phone is not reachable. It happened for a week or more. This is the first rick, beware if you have also seen this pattern...

Respected sir, i paid rs3394 as booking amount with ref#igagvofsb9 to tikona for a new internet connection. Due to unavailability of network in my area tikona is unable to provide service. Worst internet service ever taken. My internet connection is always down. Customer care, complaint, mails did everything bt still there is no improvement. tikona broadband internet services

Dear sir,
I took Tikona's connection on 8 March, but that connection could not be installed because of installation problem.

Due to not having an installation, I told them to return all their money, but it has not been possible yet. He told me that it will take time like 1 month, then your money will come, but so far I have not received my money back.

internet not working.

It has been 24hours that I bought the Tikona connection and the internet has already stopped working. I had no other option for Wireless Network which is the reason I bought Tikona, but it seems I made a mistake.

I already had a bad experience with Tikona connection, but the only reason I bought it is because I thought atleast video calls would be possible through that.

no support from customer care
