I Neelavo Banerjee, i ordered a product combo of wireless headphones and wireless earph one order number #dk432 ordered on date 24th July 2019. I have received a wrong product it was stated that its a combo but i got only one item so i therefore want to return the product and get my refund. Please see to it and kindly see my problem as fast as possible.

    I have been using your tikona wifi connection from last 3 months.
    From last 3 months i have rarely used your connection because there is always no internet connection showing in wifi.
    From last 3 months i have already made more than 50 complaint because of no internet. Your technical team logged my complaint and then my wifi start working after midnight. And it's useless.
    And whole day there is no internet.
    Even i asked them to refund my hard earned money. But no one is taking me seriously.
    Your executive used to call me 10 times in day for taking your connection but now no one is available to resolve my issue.
    After some days your technical team started to ignore me and didn't reply to my complaints.
    I have made lots of complaint through call and emails but no reply.
    But as soon as my plan expired they started to calling me for payment.
    I have already told them to discontinue my service and take your router back. But as expected no one is taking seriously. It's been more than 10 days i have told them to discontinue my service.
    My all money is wasted.
    This is my last mail. I want to discontinue my service and i want refund.
    If this time you ignore me i will complaint to department of telecom.
    I already have recording of fake promises by your executive about refund and better connection.
    I hope someone will surely look into this.

      Worst service ever. Router or adapter both not working. Kindly send anyone to check the problem and change the modem or adapter as soon as possible. I’m facing this problem many times but your service man dont change the modem or adapter he only says "theek hai chal jayega aise hi” what should i do now.

        I am using tikona from last 3days (I. E[protected] and from starting date to till now facing internet speed not getting speed as per plan. My plan is up 10mbps however i am getting 5 to 8 mbps and sometimes it give 2 to 3 mbps. Also maximum internet disconnection issue facing. Tikona customer care team not helpfull and tikona team not ready to fix it out.

        Appreciate your support to help me get my money back.

          Hi, please help me to file a complaint against tikona broadband. I'm using their services for almost 2 month and since then i'm not receiving the expected bandwidth that was promised to me at the time of subscription. Most of the time, i cannot do my official work due to this issue and this caused me inconvenience. I've sent them more than 100+ calls, but it didn't turn out positive. Now, finally they sent me a mail saying there are some technical issues in this region and therefore they cannot provide me expected services. If this was the reason then how could they take this long period? I want a valid compensation for my work loss and mental harassment due to this worse internet connectivity.             I taken tikona broadband connection on July 5 and pay advance amount RS 3900 .
            But on date 20 July my services not conect. Due to I get other broadband service. But Tikona not refund my amount.

            If Tikona not refund my amount I will file cause in court.

            Tikona also block my number when i call my call not connected . you can also try to call tikona. whwn you fill my id call traumatic disconnected .

            I already many complaint register. Already sended more than 20 email. But no any responce.
            For your information after wait 20 days i get new connection from Hatway. So we not need your conaction continuus. Please refund my 3900 amount. And get back your cpe and wifi devuce.
            If you not refund my 3900 amount. Forget your cpe wifi and cable. I will sale and reciver my amount.
            I give you 7 days.
            Because i already 8nform you regading this in mail.

              I am regularly facing the problem of no internet service from last many days. I have raised many complaints but the resolution was done temporarily. The complaint numbers are 1-[protected](21st June, 2019), 1-[protected] (dated: 24th June, 2019), 1-[protected], and 1-[protected]. Looking in so much trouble, I have decided to not to continue with Tikona, I have raised request (1-[protected]) on 17th July, 2019 for disconnection, but till date no action has been taken.
              Hope, I will not be charged for not using internet services.

                My internet is not working since friday i compliant on their app my tikona app my net not working. Tikona assign 1 eng and gave his number i called that number and eng said coming in 10 min but his min not done on monday 7 pm my issue still not resolved i need to finish some work on sunday evening to use the internet it's not done around 1 lakh money wasted because of these tikona guys. Very bad thing is that if eng assigned to your compliant customer care never respond any call or other manual talk. I am not able to connect any person of tikona they reject my phone because eng has assigned. I already pay the monthly money they should refund all my waste money of 1 lakhs.

                    I have been using Tikona broad services since 2013 and never has it been so bad as it has been lately. In 2019 (till July), itself i have registered complaints for 11 times. Each time it was promised that same issue will not crop up again, but to no avail. The consistency and frequency with which i am facing networking problems baffles me. How does the service provider even manages to still operate with that kind of service. i have formally written to customer care of tikona and hoping that i will get rid of their broadband services soon enough. If not the issue will be reported to related authorities for sure.

                        I had registered for a wifi service but they could not make the connection in the specified time. And had even taken the amount for 3 months in advance, without informing that refunds may take time. So i didn't want to get it done after that and wanted to cancel it, anyways the connection was not made, so it should be refunded immediately but,
                        I got my refund initiated with only oral talks and they said i'll receive an email for the same.. Which has not yet been received.

                        It's a genuine request to please spread the awareness that they just don't work like the other local service providers also do.
                        They are pretty useless.
                        Every department is useless as i have never received any call for any update, i had to do it myself!

                        Nothing is happening. You guys are just giving false commitment on the refund.
                        I don't understand the policy of return via a cheque, what if I don't receive it in my hands ?
                        All these are rubbish and false claims.
                        Refunds are done back to the way it was payed by the customer.

                        Also, I was told I will receive a refund mail, which I didn't.
                        This is just a complete scam, I'm a student and you have looted me.
                        3000 rupees may fulfil your bank accounts but we have to suffer.

                          Hi,

                          I have converted my monthly plan to 6 month plan but i still got monthly bill.

                          I have sent lots of emails to tikona customer but no response at all.

                          I have already requested tikona to close my account but they only suggested for long term plan then why they are still charging us as pee earlier plan.

                          Worst service, how we can escalte this??

                            The tikona care officers have been rude and un helpful i was charged full 3 months amount and in the month of may when the connection was initiated and within 48 hours the connection was disconnected a the company did not have noc from the society to provide connections.
                            After 1 month of help and multiple emails and phones the tikona officers were unable to obtain the noc and stopped taking my calls.
                            Now after completion of 3 months of the payment i get a call from tikona team asking me to pay more money else i will be fined and the connection will be terminated.
                            How amazing are this guys they don't solve the problem and provide the connection but call you to ask for more money complete scam and fraudsters.
                            Also threaten you on calls that whatever you want to do go and do we are right and we will not give you any money back.
                            Please avoid using this company and its service to save yourself from fraud.

                              Tikona is the worst service that one could get. It has been 5 days since we complained for the internet not working. All the say is your problem would be escalated and resolved. The engineer they assigned his number is off since 3 days. Don’t ever use tikona.. They’ll hang you in between and you cannot trust them at all. Sales representative will be there within 2 minutes and take your money and never comes back. The technicians are incapable, customer service is the worst one can get. Highly unprofessional and incapable staff. Not even one person is ready to give you a resolution. Highly uneducated and incapable people work here.

                                I became a customer of Tikona as i think your service will be good as your sales executive told me but your service is really pathetic.Today is the 5th day I can't use my internet. i raised a complaint on Friday and after talking to customer care they gave me token # 1-[protected] and they told me till Saturday morning Tikona Engineer will come and check the problem as they can't fix it from there ...

                                on Saturday i got a message from Tikona that my problem has been solved while there was no Engineer came to check in my apartment. I checked my Internet and still it was not working... again i called to customer care and as ususal the same they asked me to wait till next morning and promised me that the problem will be solved surely on Sunday, but Sunday also finished and again I raised a Complaint they again told me to wait and gave me a new Token number 1-[protected] and asked me to will till Monday morning... Now it's Monday Evening and still none has visited to check the problem. they provide me an Engineer(Pradip Korde) Number [protected] & [protected] but this Engineer is not even picking the call as i am trying from last 2 hours... his call is going Continuesly on waiting

                                Do i had make a mistake that i had taken TIKONA Connection.????????

                                  I became a customer of Tikona as i think your service will be good as your sales executive told me but your service is really pathetic.Today is the 4th day I can't use my internet. i raised a complaint on Friday and after talking to customer care they gave me token # 1-[protected] and they told me till Saturday morning Tikona Engineer will come and check the problem as they can't fix it from there ...

                                  on Saturday i got a message from Tikona that my problem has been solved while there was no Engineer came to check in my apartment. I checked my Internet and still it was not working... again i called to customer care and as ususal the same they asked me to wait till next morning and promised me that the problem will be solved surely on Sunday, but Sunday also finished and again I raised a Complaint they again told me to wait and gave me a new Token number 1-[protected] and asked me to will till Monday morning... Now it's Monday Evening and still none has visited to check the problem. they provide me an Engineer(Pradip Korde) Number [protected] & [protected] but this Engineer is not even picking the call as i am trying from last 2 hours... his call is going Continuesly on waiting

                                  Do i had make a mistake that i had taken TIKONA Connection.????????

                                      Yours sales person give us preepaid plan but after 3 month company person come for the payment of 3 month advance payment of bill n he tell us it is your postpaid plan this is a cheat with us also he registration faulty mobile number n email adress your customer care number[protected] is not connect from my mobile phone i don't know how to contact company also
                                      Not a single day connection work now what to do
                                      From Delhi court advocate call to pay the bill other wise judicial prosses done daily call on alternet number also some how take my mobile n email without my knowledge it is onther wrong thing done by company

                                        I have taken tikona on 30th march for 3 months. Due to bad service i disconnected the service on 28th jun (Not even 3 months). Even if my multiple mails they didn't close the connection and sending me messages and bills.

                                        I mentioned them i have taken for 3 months and i have disconnected before that still they are not listening and they are sending messages.
