My internet is not working since friday i compliant on their app my tikona app my net not working. Tikona assign 1 eng and gave his number i called that number and eng said coming in 10 min but his min not done on monday 7 pm my issue still not resolved i need to finish some work on sunday evening to use the internet it's not done around 1 lakh money wasted because of these tikona guys. On 28th of may we informed tikona services that we don't wanted to use your services any more and to remove their device but till now they haven't removed the device and every month they are generating bill against us while the device is off.
I request you to please resolve my problem and get me rid off from tikona services.

I have converted my monthly plan to 6 month plan but i still got monthly bill.

I have sent lots of emails to tikona customer but no response at all.

I have already requested tikona to close my account but they only suggested for long term plan then why they are still charging us as pee earlier plan.

Worst service, how we can escalte this??

The tikona care officers have been rude and un helpful i was charged full 3 months amount and in the month of may when the connection was initiated and within 48 hours the connection was disconnected a the company did not have noc from the society to provide connections.
After 1 month of help and multiple emails and phones the tikona officers were unable to obtain the noc and stopped taking my calls.

I have taken tikona on 30th march for 3 months. Due to bad service i disconnected the service on 28th jun (Not even 3 months). Even if my multiple mails they didn't close the connection and sending me messages and bills.

I mentioned them i have taken for 3 months and i have disconnected before that still they are not listening and they are sending messages....

By mistake i took services from Tikona at my home,
Every month they charged around 6 to 8 thousand for there brodband connection which didnt worked properly.
They disconnected without informing me 2 times when i missed the payment date. So in feb when it happened again and i didnt received the invoice on time I left tikona and took another connection. And from feb these guys are threatening me by sending every month invoice...

I bought tikona service last month but from the starting week i face problems ehile using that service many time these happen suddenly it stop internet and it shows no error and every day i have suffer by slow speed probablem some time its worst it shows speed 39 mbps but it never even giving 2G speed suddenly stop working slow speed has issue i have to face every day and i complain on their website they just sent complain id msg and they...

I took connection of tikona in november 2018 and i paid them amount rs.1950/- for three months subscription. After i took connection i saw their internet connectivity is so poor. I usually get chance to surf internet during night after my office work. Disconnect my net i don want it i complained enuf for 3 montha if not done m sendin mental harassment case to police and i hav proof for it. They themself start service even j paid once for their fraud and thout let it go.. After that i called many times to their customer they din picked.. After 2 ring it get cut itself.. Complains registered in relation to tikona broadband service, but goes attended for days.
Whenever complain is registered, engineers mobile number is shared however this number always goes unanswered when called.
Seems to be more of a fake service number then a genuine one
Our broadband service is down since last week and has not been attended nor solved till date....
