I don't want to use the auto renewal service offered by tikona. I've already sent an email to [protected]@tikona.in. I tried calling the customer care number but nobody picked up. I am moving to a different place and no longer wish to use any internet services. I request you to cancel this service. My email is [protected]@gmail.com. user id [protected]. Can u all please help in resolving the issue facing since many days.
When tried to lock complaint in app, it states problem already resolved... What kind of service or support is this.. M unable to understand the reason for this... Moreover since yesterday customer care number is also not working.
Its alsways the same, got call that issue got resolved but as soon as i submit my comment the issue arises again in next 1 hr or...

My last usage of tikona was 26 may and after that i had stopped using tikona and also contacted tikona customer care for disconnection, They said the request will be raised and i am getting continous calls and messages regarding the payment and bills.
Discontinue the service asap as I am moving to abroad very soon.

I want to raised complain against TIKONA saying i am not getting proper connectivity in my whole complex to any one. We have paid INR 6500 for 2 years REF no. [protected]
Speed of 25 MBPS and they give speed of maximum 3 mbps approx.
they are doing total fraud to us and cheated us.
whenever we raise complain they closed it without solving issue.
and since 3 months nobody came to solve issue no engineer came....

I have gone through all fraud tactics ( As on the name of technical support - Tikona cheating with me since last 2 to 3 years, but never resolve network issue yet. (Frequent disconnection)

Tikona is fraud company I will never sign up for tikona service in future! Tikona only exited to sign up new customers, but not able...

The company is a fraud, internet doesn't work, customer care number doesn't connect, if it connects problems are not solved, being charged unfairly, mailed for disconnection on 13/11/2018, their team didnt disconnect my connection and now THEY filed a case against me to pay the rentals till MARCH (for internet that didn't even work, not even the login page was loading)....

I was promised that tikona connection won't give you any trouble even if it does u can complain and the person will come asap and do the needful. Now there is no connection almost everyday. Speed is very bad and when i complain no one is bothered to come and check. Hardly there are days when i get internet connection. I have taken the tikona connection for 10 mbps speed for 3 months. Initially i got i got 10 mbps speed. After one month the speed starting down and than i was receiving only 2 mbps than on... I had raised many times complaint to the tikona... All most 15 times. And there is solution. They just close the ticket after one day. I have been using this service for a while. I work from home for which i use high-end software that requires the highest speed. Which is why i have bought the 40 mbps speed.

Now i multiple issues with the service.

Firstly the net keeps disconnecting for which it hampers my work. This is the 3rd to 4th time in a week i have to raise a complaint about disconnectivity along with speed drop down....

I send closing account request to tikona at there official customer care email id. I got automated reply from system about they received my mail. But after that there is no confirmation mail from there officials about closing my account.
I paid my all bills and regularly online so i have proof of my payment. And account closing email with valid reason.
