So I have been using Tikona since last 3-4 years. Earlier I used to have a 2 mbps plan, at that time I used to get 512 Kbps speed only. Then I switched to a 6 mbps plan even then I am getting only 1-2 mbps speed.
Whenever my bill is overdue they will harass me for payment but when I lodge a complaint for poor service they rarely take an action. Internet is down for atleast 5-6 days in a month. Sometimes when I call on their customer care number they put me on hold and then cut the call. I tried complaining through their app but their app is useless. I lodged 2 complaints on their app but complaint was neither registered nor solved.

    Tikona has been mentally harassing us with its service. We have been complaining for poor actually worst cennection and speed since last 15-16 days to customer care has written mails too. Customer care person says they have assigned a technician telling us the name and number and he will visit us but when we call technician he says for our connection no request has come to him for resolution and he says he cannot help us. Also when I asked for deactivation of services the customer care person says that according to company policy we cannot return your money "jaisa chalta h aapka plan end hone tak waise hi chalao"
    We recharged for 3 months plan 20 days before and now even our monry is stuck and we are not even getting the service.
    The worst service provider I have ever came across . The worst and fraud company to deal with.
    We are pending with our professional and personal work due to this issue since last so many days.
    We have marked a mail to consumer forum and tikona both. But this is too much trouble and mental challenge for us. God knows on what day on earth we decided to choose tikona for our network. Never ever going to recommend it to anybody ever ever.

      More than 1 Year of my business with Tikona Enterprises

      76 Times there was email communication and more than 1000 phone calls to resolve the issue of internet

      This is business account and i am charged Rs 3540/month for such unprofessional service

      3540x11 months = Rs 38940 +10000 Installation charges (Paid for nothing) kept on false promising the issue will get resolved permanently but nothing happened until now

      This is unfortunate that Tikona has dominated here inside the premises and i do not have any other Internet service provider to provide service inside the Mall office

      I am raising this complaint about Tikona company to sue them from business and give compensation on the harassment given to me for all these days

      I have already spent 1 year running behind them for resolution, Every time they have one or the other reasons to avoid circumstances and demand money

      Photos attached is the proof to show the number of escalations and tickets raised to resolve the issue

      But issue still continues... I am totally fed-up with Tikona hence seeking help from Consumer court to see if i can get the permanent resolution

      I wish to get my money returned before i could disconnect the service completely

      I do not trust in permanent resolution from Tikona since i have already spoken to top heads from Tikona already, Nothing happens apart from false promise

        I got tikona broadband connection installed at my house 4 days ago . At the time of installation the engineer said that your internet service will start in 2 hours. Surprisingly it has been 4 days but the internet is not working at all . I started complaining regarding this issue to the customer care and the person who installed the router after 1 day after i had no hope that the service would start on its own . The customer care executive is just making fake promises that my problem will be solved in 24 hours from that they onwards . No one has solved the problem yet . I had already paid 6 months fees in advance but had not even got to use even 10 mb of internet. I have lost all hopes in this companies services as they just ditched their new customer from the first day onwards. My complaint no. is : 1-[protected]

        I have applied for tikona network on Saturday 15th June money rs 2474 as subscription amount was taken but nobody has come for installation of internet I want refund for my amount paid and tikona is not responding.

          Dear Team,

          I am using tikona broadband service since last 3 months and facing lot of problems since then.I think you should focus more on after sales team rather than increasing your sales team .

          Your executive Mr Riyaaz from virar west zone dist palghar comes daily twice to collect the renewal amount and promises me to solve my net connectivity and sped issue at the earliest.

          But once the renewal of more 3 months is done he is not there for next 2 days and then after several calls from my end he tells me to that inspire of telling the company that is tikona no engineers are there but he is ready to arrange someone but i have to PAY HIM CHARGE for that .
          This is the way tikona company treats his customer and the set of employees that they are having .I want a strict action to be taken against this and please stop giving licence to such companies who can not solve there customers after sales problem .

            I had from past one month faced a lot of problems with this internet company named "Tikona". I was lured to take the connection as the installation person convinced me that their services have improved and the speed would be up to the mark. I booked a plan for 40 Mbps and this is my experience of past 30 days - 10 days internet didn't work, 10 days it worked at 1-2 Mbps speed and rest 10 days got wasted calling their customer support team. The technicians who attended to fix the problems were incompetent and didn't know the solution to it. They had come 5-6 times in a span of a month to fix the issue but due to lack of knowledge they couldn't fix it. So I escalated this to the technical head of Varanasi and explained him about this issue. He responded by saying - "Apka kaam to ho raha hai na". The audacity to speak with this kind of tone shows the standard of Tikona as a company.

            Forgot to mention that they didn't even give me a trial of their speed test and insisted to pay first and then test the connection. I was fooled into this and I am suffering because of this fraud company.

            Since two months I haven't used their service for even one single day. I demand my three months advance payment of Rs 2200 refunded back to me

            I had paid for the connection on April 22nd, the total payment was made for a three month period

              This worst company so called Tikona is just taking my money again and again and not providing any service.
              I have taken 3 months plan and it’s been a month now I have to call them email them no reply on either and then have to wait for their reply
              In one month I have used service only 10 days hardly rest all we’re waste of money for me.
              Again today I paid amount they asked me to pay more 70 rs to run ur service where I have already paid 2124rs

              I just want to stop this service and need refund of my complete amount

              Customer care people don’t know how to speak or reply cheap and uneducated people are working in this organisation

                  Can u all please help in resolving the issue facing since many days.
                  When tried to lock complaint in app, it states problem already resolved... What kind of service or support is this.. M unable to understand the reason for this... Moreover since yesterday customer care number is also not working.
                  Its alsways the same, got call that issue got resolved but as soon as i submit my comment the issue arises again in next 1 hr or less.

                    My last usage of tikona was 26 may and after that i had stopped using tikona and also contacted tikona customer care for disconnection, They said the request will be raised and i am getting continous calls and messages regarding the payment and bills.
                    Discontinue the service asap as I am moving to abroad very soon.

                    Customer care executives are offering with no help. I don't want you all to send me bills even after I stop using the net, still I am getting the bills.

                      I want to raised complain against TIKONA saying i am not getting proper connectivity in my whole complex to any one. We have paid INR 6500 for 2 years REF no. [protected]
                      Speed of 25 MBPS and they give speed of maximum 3 mbps approx.
                      they are doing total fraud to us and cheated us.
                      whenever we raise complain they closed it without solving issue.
                      and since 3 months nobody came to solve issue no engineer came.

                        ( Tikona Digital Network ) The most worst / pathetic service provider ever realized by me!

                        I have gone through all fraud tactics ( As on the name of technical support - Tikona cheating with me since last 2 to 3 years, but never resolve network issue yet. (Frequent disconnection)

                        Tikona is fraud company I will never sign up for tikona service in future! Tikona only exited to sign up new customers, but not able to provide service as promised,

                        Now Tikona poor service complaint should be escalate to higher level . ( Grievance cell )

                        As I am going to raise a consumer complaint against Tikona Digital Networks for poor service & fooling subscriber.
                        I am very disappointed .This looks cheating case & matter of integrity.

                          The company is a fraud, internet doesn't work, customer care number doesn't connect, if it connects problems are not solved, being charged unfairly, mailed for disconnection on 13/11/2018, their team didnt disconnect my connection and now THEY filed a case against me to pay the rentals till MARCH (for internet that didn't even work, not even the login page was loading).

                            Hi Prakash Sir,

                            Need you intervention on following issue:

                            Technician & customer care executive is giving false commitment to customer:

                            On Thursday I have called your customer care executive for new connection as per the guide line given by your customer representative I have make the online payment of 6180/- and taken 12 months 6mbps unlimited connection on Thursday...

                            Your representative told me that online service technician assigned you and they will visit in your home and the connection will start within 48 hrs... I told your customer care representative that on Saturday I m available at home please arrange technician accordingly so that on Saturday connection will done...

                            But today no one visited at home for the connection setup so that I called online assigned technician Mr. Kiran (mob no[protected] but the he is not picking up the phone and not responding... I have draft the message accordingly to call back me but till the time he has not yet contact me...

                            Then I have called to customer care on 12 o clock for the status that why technician is not visited home... Customer care executive Ms. Pranali and other two guys are connecting to Mr. Kiran but they are also not able to connect with them, then they have called to backend team to assige new technician and commited me that new technician will visit before 6:00 PM and start the connection...

                            I have received call from other technician mob no.[protected] around 3 o'clock and told me that today it is not possible tomorrow it will be done... But I clearly told him that I need connection by today only... the technician told me that he will speak with Manager and come back to me... but the 2nd technician is not called me... around 3:30 PM I called him but he has disconnected my call on that time...

                            Sir, till the time no one called me, no one visited at home... And still customer care representative misguiding to me that sir Abhi 6 nahin baja hai AAP wait karo engineer AA jayenge... Agar aaj nahin aaye to AAP favour karo kal 10 baje tak AA jayenge..Why should I wait after making the 100% payment????

                            Sir my concern is that my entire day is spoiled with discussion with your customer care representative and trying to call to technician Mr. Kiran and 2nd technician mob no[protected] but not receiving and proper resolution from them...

                            I have attached my call details, payment confirmation SMS for your reference purpose...

                            The case is clearly show that cheating with customer, misguiding, unprofession work, poor service with zero responsibility, unprofessional technician...

                            Sir I promise that I will do my job 100% and share my poor experience with tichona to online consumer forum, Facebook, twitter, whtsup group and other social media so that maximum loss I will do for your organisation...

                            Now it's your call what action you will take on these people...

                              I was a consumer of tikona broadband service. My consumer id was [protected]. I was staying in a rented apartment and before shifting to another location i have sent multiple mails to tikona to inform the same. As tikona only takes complain from registered email id, none of my request was entertained. My email id registered was wrong which was updated by the sales personnel during new connection.
                              Post that bills got generated and i received multiple calls from tikona to make payment. To every caller i have mentioned that i have shifted to other location and my usage is 0 kb which is reflecting. Still the tele caller, did not bother to stop connection and went on increasing my bill. Now some collection agent is calling in the name of cibil department for the payment

                              This is a complete fraudulent activity. I request to the authority to take action against such a fraud company. Recommend all the users not to take tikona connection as after discontinuation also you will receive bills from them.

The customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. They do not have any complain direct no. No contact to the corporate office. Please help me.

                                  I have been complaining about a technical issue that my services are not working as expected and for what i am paying like (Slow speed, frequent disconnection, network conjunction) since march 1st week i have been calling to resolve the issue everytime i get an assurance will be taken care in 24 to 48 hours but u will be surprise to know till date 06/03/19 technician has not even visited till now, when i recevied my last bill i call again to a surprise manager spoke to me said u pay the bill in your next bill there will be a waiver adjustment will be done because tikona does not have a proper technical assistance in my area they accepted on recorded call, but till date no adjutment done since april my services work for a day or two and then i will not work for a week imagine do u think i will use the services and i received bill again but no resolution yet i gave them option to (Cancel, waiveoff) they gave me waiver off 200rs which i did not accept and told them to cancel since april almost 6 times i have request for a cancellation but everytime i have been told it will be done in 3-5 days now its neither cancelled and nor its working and bills are getting generated please give me more details now i want to take it further to court and sue them they are taking my time now i want compensation for email calls and pathetic service also

                                    Tikona se executive aaya aur bola ki 1750 rs me connection le lo 3 mahine ka plan h but 5 mahine tak ap bina koi problem aur payment k use kar sakte ho mene october 2018 me connection liya february me 5 mahine khatam ho gaye.. Uske baad mujhe koi use nhi tha wifi ka to mene renewal nhi liyaa.. May 2019 me tikona se itne farzi call aa rahe h bolte h delhi high court me case laga h.. Apki tarikh h.. Kabhi juni indore thane pe bulate h.. Number is [protected] bolte h juni indore thane pe head constable hu.. Apka[protected] ka payment nhi kiya.. Then i called the executive who provided me connection.. Mene bola mere paas call aa rahe h aur summon aaya h thane bula rahe h to number switch off kar liya number is [protected] seriously they are continuously doing mental torture.. I am completely fed up with this fraud company.. I suggest to all users please don't take tikona connection.. Services are worst.. Baad me apko agar use nhi h to bhi jabardasti k mathe aate h call kar karke pareshan karte h..!!

                                        I was promised that tikona connection won't give you any trouble even if it does u can complain and the person will come asap and do the needful. Now there is no connection almost everyday. Speed is very bad and when i complain no one is bothered to come and check. Hardly there are days when i get internet connection. I took this net bcuz i do my office work from home and i was promised that this connection is best and my office work won't b affected. Forget best i just want a net that works. Pathetic connection. Very bad service. Don't ever take tikona. After discussing with few other ppl as well they all had the same problem and hence switched to another connection. Don't go by der words. It's just waste of money and time.
