By mistake i took services from Tikona at my home,
Every month they charged around 6 to 8 thousand for there brodband connection which didnt worked properly.
They disconnected without informing me 2 times when i missed the payment date. So in feb when it happened again and i didnt received the invoice on time I left tikona and took another connection. And from feb these guys are threatening me by sending every month invoice for the suspended connection. and Late fees on the same.
When i asked these guys, they dont have any replies still they are sending me invoices

    I bought tikona service last month but from the starting week i face problems ehile using that service many time these happen suddenly it stop internet and it shows no error and every day i have suffer by slow speed probablem some time its worst it shows speed 39 mbps but it never even giving 2G speed suddenly stop working slow speed has issue i have to face every day and i complain on their website they just sent complain id msg and they said they will solve the problem without contct and just said sorry not said sms connection has no problem and their app wilp not show any complaint status or many times sorry mostly all the times it won't save the complaint. I am frustrated of this service no technical support is given for their service

    Since last Saturday there is no internet connection and no response from customer care very pathetic and disgusting customer service

    I have been trying to contact customer care and it don't connect if there is an open ticket

    I had also wrote mail even that with no response

    Even i marked their CEO still no response

      I took connection of tikona in november 2018 and i paid them amount rs.1950/- for three months subscription. After i took connection i saw their internet connectivity is so poor. I usually get chance to surf internet during night after my office work. When i try to reach customer support during night time they are unavailable and during day their connectivity works for some hours and they resolve the case. This process continue for month one. I was so frustrated that i stopped complaining and them to discontinue the service. I started using my phone network for my work and of course tikona if in case it works. After three months i wrote mail to company to discontinue their service as i was still receiving the service. I started getting call every hour form tikona to continue with their service but everytime i told them no. Aftaer few months i started getting threatening calls form company that they are lawyer speaking form tees hazari court and tikona have filed a case against me to pay due amount of rs.440/-. I told them i am not going to pay any amount as i already followed the procedure. You can send me notice and see you in the court. So, they always started fighting. I receive such call every alternate day form them. Contact no - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],... More these are few contact numbers from which i have received calls. I have followed the procedure. It's there fraud. Why should i pay the amount.

        I took tikiona connection before 7 months i paid 3 months advance for it. After they installed my net start burfing burfring so much so i can't use it at all then i keep complaining about it to tikiona but of no use. After 3 months got over tikiona company start calling for another payment in advance i told them in clear way plz disconnect the net i don't want to use all my money is waste bcz ur net is so poor but they did not did it. I did not use their net at all. The company lawyer start calling me and from different no and start harassing me and absusing me on call and threatening me. To pay the bill amount 1300 sometime saying 1400 sometime 1100 each time a call come from different no and it is mentally harassing so much i try sending email to them many times but it is not going their customer care no is not working. They want a person to pay for something it is not used at all. They are harassing so much lawyers are calling for delhi and have very pathetic lauguage

          i have complained thru helpline & tikona -App both.
          after many complains they assigned engineer mobileno.[protected] three days before.
          But Engineer neither visited nor responded yet on my call.
          I have complained on Twitter also many times
          I have emailed my complain many times
          but there is no one to whom i can communicate my issue in tikona

            Disconnect my net i don want it i complained enuf for 3 montha if not done m sendin mental harassment case to police and i hav proof for it.               Complains registered in relation to tikona broadband service, but goes attended for days.
              Whenever complain is registered, engineers mobile number is shared however this number always goes unanswered when called.
              Seems to be more of a fake service number then a genuine one
              Our broadband service is down since last week and has not been attended nor solved till date.

                I bought a tikonna broadband connection on 11th may 2019. I wanted a quarterly 40mbps unlimited plan with was costing around rs. 3200. But the installation guy put me in contact with the sales person who told me to pay 3700 rs online because my building is 3 floors or less but my building has a total of 4 floors. But i agreed to pay 3700 rs and paid it online.
                After 20 days i got an alert that my plan has been shifted to secondary plan due to total data consumption.
                Now here comes the twist. They activated 2400 rs plan for me which had a 200gb limit but i asked for the unlimited plan.
                So, i registered a complaint to customer care on 6th or 7th june regarding this and changed my plan to literal 40 mbps plan. Now i am leaving pune, so i want to disconnect the network and i have only used around 2400 rs worth of internet for two months. And now customer care guy says that your company policy doesn't allow you to refund any money pending in account.
                So i am asking, why did your sales guy ask me to pay 3700 rs while my plan was activated for only rs 2400.
                This is the scam they are doing to people.

                  We purchased a wifi connection of Tikona in Dec 2018. The pakage included a router with 3 month 5 mbps plan in 1500 rs or so. Although the speed issues prevailed every month the wifi was cut off by the company in mid Feb. They started harassing me and my roommate by calling and asking for money that our plan was of only 1 month and they auto renewed our wifi connection automatically as it is the company's policy.
                  On 27tth june I got a call from a lawyer named Priyanka Sharma regarding that there has been a compalint filed against me and my roommate for not giving tikona their money. So due to this fear of some legal action my roommate feared and paid the money.
                  Yet on 28th june tikona customer service again called for money.
                  We paid the money which was not theirs in the 1st palce due to fear of legal actions as we are students. Secondly that's all the company's fault in their advertising. Yet they ask for money and harass us.
                  Thier advertisement clearly mentioned a 3 month plan yet they were asking us for money from the month of February 2019.Is it that easy for such company to steal people's money in this country and who should we compalint in sich cases if no action is taken by their customer service.

                    My complain reference no is 1-[protected]. I registered my issue since 21st june, 2019 and after that i tried so many times to call on toll free number but everytime i got answer that your issue highlighted to our technical support team and they are working. They assigned service engineer visit and surprisely that person number is switch off. Neither that person call me once or i can able to call him as his number is showing switch off. They have facility to call and talk for commercial but no facility for technical part. I want to close my services but they are not supporting in that also.

                      I was looking for broad band service near me so i got details for tikona from just dial services. The executive came for demo but he failed he was not getting proper signals and took 2 days to fix it but couldn't go through. After few days i got call from tikona company and one of his executive committed me that he can do that as he is the senior experienced person. He gave me demo and its was showing 10mbs i was happy and he told me to reacharge for services and i did that, when he left after couple of hrs i found my speed is showing 1mbs i thought it might be some technical issue but i was not aware about their scam. Since that day i am calling on there toll free no which is chargable and no one is there to help you. You will get a sms where you will find that your request is been taken and after sometime you will get one more sms that we checked our service its showing signal are very well but still if you have any issue plz call on this no which is toll free but when you call you will get charged for that. One more thing you will get call where you will get info that services are fine plz switch off and switch on your device or press 2 to get in touch with techiniacal execuitve but you will never go through it and it will place you call on hold for 10 to 15 min and it will get disconnected automatically. So i would never recommend such kind of bad service to anyone.

                        Tikona internet service is one of the most hopeless,, incredible, and incompetent company in india. They are fooling customers (Sales people) making them show faulty demo where you will be show good speed and assured of high speed. But once you take connection you will be screwed.

                        Firstly, you will be billed in advance for 3 months or 6 months. That means you are already screwed, as the company will never refund you the money keeping their claws in place. I too got in the trap. My cust id: [protected].

                        I had paid advance rental for 3 months each. 10-15 days in a month either day or night, there services are fully dead. One keeps giving them information and complaints. Rest 15 days or more it is 20% of speed as committed to you. I took a plan of 6 mbps speed, and one full month was getting a speed of 1.45 mbps - 1.95 mbps. I have paid for 6 mbps and getting hardly anything.

                        I kept complaining on their app and even called up their customer care, launched complained, spoke to even supervisors, they keep asking for time. Every time they ask for 24 -48 hrs. Till date they have sent no engineer to my site, never called to check the status and time passed on.

                        They are least bothered on customer retention. I blasted them many times on call even, but they have nothing to say. Lastly, i asked them to refund my full last payment made for 3 months as only 1 month has gone and they have given around 1 mbps speed failing in their services. So asked them to disconnect my services and return my full payment.

                        To which the senior executive on call simply denied that as per company norm's we donot make any refunds. This is purely a fraud …

                        How dare you charge somebody for a service which you have never given as committed. How dare you say you cannot refund?? From where you get so much of guts to say this on customer, being shameless creatures.

                        There are hell lot of complaint on internet on tikona. It seems the ceo of tikona & founder is also a shameless guy … he knows every bit of thing about his services, but keeping quite. There call center doesn't have and never have a supervisor or a manager if you want to escalate. If you shout on them, they will disconnect the call. If you donot pay your will by due date, they will immediately cut your connection.

                        They only want to mint money. Its a high time now. People should come forward and launch an official complaint with trai, and also sue them in court of law.

                        Here within a week if i don't get my full money refunded, i will sue these people in all possible way and will take them to court.

                        It a pathetic company to deal with...

                          I have subscribed to tikona 10 mbps plan on 15 july 2019 and no installation is done by engineer i only get message that installation request is in process and engineer will call you even after assurance that my building has feasibility for connection hence i requested for refund after more than a week and they told i would get an email for refund which i haven't got yet and today 23rd june 2019 i am getting call from engineer for installation which i declined since i have told tikona for refund.

                          There are frequent internet outage for hours and many times internet speed is super slow. I saw there are lots of complaints against tikona, i am planning to file a class action lawsuit against them for fraud. Please comment of interest.

                              In today's era of digital world i am unable to browse the internet thanks to tikona. Now i know why they don't have a one month plan. Coz they know that after one month of trouble the clients won't come back to us. Poor customer service.
                              I feel cheated as i cannot use the internet service since last 7-8days and there's no solution.

                                  This company started billing us for no reason. And even when connection was disconnected they kept generating bill. And now are calling our phone no and harassing using different phone nos and causing mental torture also harrasment. We would like to complain that pls shut this company as they have lost all reputation and are making life worse for people.

                                    I am getting constant call from people claiming to be lawyers from delhi who are threatening to take legal action against me.
                                    Today i got a call from person claiming to be constable from pune police station ([protected]) and asked me to visit police station because ([protected])-advocate has sent some fax and asked me to pay 3200rs else he will send constables to my home.

                                    Case details :
                                    I had requested tikona to disconnect my connection on 8 march 2019 and they did it only after 17 march, i was asked to pay the bill till 17th march, whereas i didn't even use their services and had already requested for disconnection on 8th march.

                                    I have written them multiple times to fix the bill but there is no response from them but the harassment is not stopping.

                                      I took connection 3 months back 60mbps plan. for 6 month
                                      Since i got connection i am raising complain in every 2 days that i am not getting speed/getting 3-4 mbps speed only.
                                      no resolution, such type of company should be ban.
                                      their IVR is also not connecting us to customer care executive.
                                      daily they are saying they escalated tmy case but no resolution.even after paying also i am not getting service.

                                        I have Tikona broadband connection which is not working since last one week. I have registered complaint about non functioning of WiFi with the company on 17/06/2019 and waiting for the technician to attend the issue. Today is 22/6/2019, so far nobody turned up and I am very much disappointed with the service from Tikona. There is a limit for everything like this type of harassment. Kindly arrange to discontinue my Tikona Broadband subscription and free me from this useless thing. There are so many other service providers from whom I will get good service. If they fail to take immediate action, I will be forced to take legal help. -
