Your sales man or executive named ajay gupta come to me for wifi so i had choosen 25 mbps plan for which i transfered 2828 rs to tikona from my account and he told me that after submitting payment you have to pay 300 rs to electrician and also installation will be done within 24 hrs or today but we are calling him no response and if he pick the call tell me that it will be today only and all and later told me engineer is on holiday so it will be done tomorrow so when engineer come to he told he was not on holiday and electrician will charge around 700 rs so you tell me whats my fault because of your executive i'm not gonna take the connection im cancelling that and i kniw many people who gonna take the connection but now im gonna tell everyone use another company for your wifi and broadband this company is full of liars if you can help me punish ur executive ajay gupta and return my money asap address virar west bhoomi acropolis

My BAN is[protected]. I have been getting harassment calls from Tikona and now some lawyers for a bill payment. I have not received any service from them since December 21, 2018 and as far as I know I have paid till December. I have requested Tikona to give me details of the billing period they want me to pay for but they have not responded.

    I used tikona for 6 months then i want to disconnect the tikona then i clear all the bills and rewuest on mail to disconnect my connection but they didn't terminated my broadband connection for approx 5months and in these 3 months tehy are persuading me to continue with tikona but i did ccept the offer so they delaying my termination approx after 5 konths thee termination happens and the service expert come on my home to removethe modem but after some time i am getting call from tikona they saying that paythe outstandingamount which you used in these 5 months but wheni discuss about this problem you are delaying my termination it's not my mistake but they didn't understand and they say they will contact me later and after approx 1 month i get call from a lady who is saying that she is nidhi verma an advocate in high court they say me to pay the outstanding amount otherwise she will case on me and arrestme for 6 months and the penalties of 50000 i have to pay but when i discuss my problem withher she also didn't understand and disconnect the phone. This is my humble request from tikona to resolve the issue and be loyl for your costumer

    we are facing the same issue, a lawyer called Shruti sharma called us on 2nd Jan 2021 from respected Kadkadduma court, chamber no 108, to make the outstanding amount of Rs. 1800, she called at 4:00 pm and given us the deadline of half an hour otherwise she was going to file a legal case against us, after a little conversation she said ok she can give 1 hour time to make the payment (till 5:00 PM on 2 jan 2021) and told us that she is going to send us the direct payment link but she had sent the normal website link for payment after 2 hours (6:00 pm 2nd 2020). i had texted her that time only at 6:00 pm for clarification that if she had given us 1 hour window but sending us the payment link after 2 hours. i also asked her 1 point which is mentioned in TIKONA customer charter that every jurisdiction is subject to Mumbai court then why is hse calling from DELHI and asking us to present at delhi court, she has no answer.

    Today after 4 days she called us again and asked for the payment (which we never denied) in half an hour at or before 12:00 PM on 4th jan 2021.

    after a conversation when i asked her about her identity, which i guess a normal legal right of every Indian citizen she got angry and threatend us that she is going to issue a Summon against us to present at Delhi court, when is said that she is on a recorded call, she got more tempered and threatend us even on a higher scale and said i will show you my identity on court and disconnected the call.

    When we tried to call tikona customer care on[protected], we got only to option 1 is dial 1 for technical issue and dial 2 to for billing and any other issue (talk to a representative), when we dialed option 2, we have received a response that - "thankyou for calling tikona" and line got disconnected automatically, this is how they serve their customers.

    Even if you download their customer charter you will find in point no. 16 - "16. Miscellaneous
    a. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The validity, construction and performance of the terms
    and conditions of the Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in
    accordance with the Law of the Republic of India. The Parties hereto agree to submit to
    the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India."

    you will not even find a boardline number to connect with them anywhere on the internet.

    if you have any issue with them they will take their own sweet time (sometime MOnths) but if they have any issue they want to get it resolved with threatening calls taht to immediately.

    earlier we had some issue which took almost a month even we have written so many mails to them, few of them we marked to telecom ministries. DOT as well even then they have guts to take their own time in responding the mails.

    we are going ahead to tackle this problem, if anyone has similar issues, we request them to write or comment on this.

      Fed up with the service and need the money refund.

      Technical executive comes, rectify the issue and again the same problem crops up. Need urgent attention.

        Dear sir,
        Whomever it may concern..
        This is very disappointing that tikona is not serious to give me a internet connection and so to raise customer base
        I have made the payment on 30th april 2019 ans expecting the connection with 24 hrs as expected and more prominently as promised. But still the date nobody from tikona is seems to be serious and concerned about the issue. Reason may be that payment has been made by customer so no issue we take our own time.
        My wife is a professor in engineering college and she needs undisturbed internet for online activity for studying and to keep updated. But for last 6 days there is no internet connection.. And a very poor response from everyone executive involved in the process of providing internet..
        Same was happened in last year also..
        Please find attachments for your reference..
        I expect the connection in next 12 hrs or refund with fine of 25 percent extra amount..

          With respect to subject mentioned, i was using m/s tikona broadband connection and after usage of 3 month i opted for disconnection and with this regard wrote e-mail to tikona customer care dated[protected] and there was no response to my mail. So i spoke to customer care dated: 08/april/2019 (Request number 1-[protected]) and opted for immediate disconnection and stopped using the internet from[protected] itself.

          Even though i opted for disconnection and stopped using the internet service, still tikona continued to provide service on their own and end of the month sent bill for entire month, even though not used the service. When i wrote mail in this regard why for entire month is charged, there was no answers to my questions but repeatedly i asked to pay bill for entire month through mail and messages and also through phone calls by automatic machine.

          Whenever i spoke to tikona customer care there was inconsistent in their approach with regard to disconnection. One person said 10 days for disconnection on 8th april then after 3 days one lady called and said another 10 days for disconnection and further to that no one called but on 22nd apr i have received mail with one month bill of rs 566.4/-rs then when i called customer care and questioned the event occurred from 5th apri to 22nd april he said it will take 7 to 15 days but when i said i won't be paying the amount anything after 8th april he was in disagreement and disconnected. Then in 5 minutes someone called and said immediately he will disconnect and with regard to amount customer care will take care and disconnected after 5 minutes. And every day 3 to 5 times there used to be call from tikona automatic machine during office hours which was totally disturbance to my work.

          One month bill is rs 566.4/
          Actual usage: 1 month bill is equal to 566.4/- rs, divided by 1 month is equal to 566.4 / 30 = 18.88/- rs. So from 26th mar to 8th april 2019 i. E 13 days, so 18.88*13=245.44/-rs. So 245.44/- rs paid through online. (Reference number: [protected]tpc[protected] date:[protected] & time 8:40pm)
          Based on calculation for 13 days usage i have paid the above said amount.
          Now tikona is asking me to pay rs 305/-, and they are threatening me, if not paid they will take legal action.

          Paying rs 305/- is not the question, always i can pay the same.,
          Question is that m/s tikona has cheated here by not disconnecting the internet service and billed for the entire month which i have not used.

          I request you to take action as appropriate, so that tikona will not cheat any other customer.

            Hi

            I have been using this service for a while. I work from home for which i use high end software that requires highest speed. Which is why i have bought the max speed based on my requirement. That is 60 mbps speed.

            Now i multiple issues with the service.

            Firstly the net keeps disconnecting for which it hampers my work. This is third time in a week i have raise a complain about disconnecativy along with speed drop down. Additionally every night after 10 pm the speed drops down to 10- 20mbps sometimes. And this is regular issue. That's about the service.

            Secondly the engineer assigned to my local area is not helpful at all, moreover he is dominating and arrogant. Just become i'm a female he feels every complain i have are unreasonable and i have zero knowledge about internet connectivity or anything related to it. (Well i didn't took your connect to judge my knowledge base. His work is to come and solve my issue rather then trying to dominate)

            Now talking about technical part. (2 days back)
            1) when i told him the speed is low and fluctuating from 16-20-40mbps his reaction to it - the speed will be slow from avarage 35-40 mbps since no company provide network accurately as told me to me it should me 60 mbps. (But dude the speed is not stable right? If it falling as low as 16mbps?) nevermind he is not ready to listen because he is adamant.

            2) moreover he asked me to move to low speed internet if i'm not received the speed from 60mpbs so should take 10 mpbs. Excuse me? Can i decide how much speed i need for my work. Or your engineer will plan that too.

            3) after stretching on more to explain him that i keep track of speed lot cause of my work in depending on your service. If the speed drops it hampers my work. All this time i did receive 60 mbps speed as promised... I have raised a complain that it is dropped which is why you (You as in the engineer) are here. For which he said me you should feel lucky that sometimes you get 60 mbps speed but you will never get so. Seriously? Is this why he is at my home. Is this what you call technical engineer support of yours. On top of that he tried to raise his voice over me. Good thing my husband saw and he told him that we are not crazy to complain if you can fix it please let us know or will escalate it. After that he said us not to do so and he will raise the ticket.

            This is not the first time we had to face his arrogant behaviour. I would also like to add he said us that he is doing a favour to us by coming to our place and checking things for free.

            Today again since morning there is no connection and same engineer is assigned to us sadly cause you don't have any other responsibilities person. I'm still waiting for the answer to him and it's been 5 hrs i have raised the complain. Atleast keep us in loop how long it will take.

            I'm not paying for the service to get lectured over or dominated by male ego issues. Please ask him to keep that at home before coming to work. My humble request to assign more responsible engineer who can actually solve the problem.

            I don't have time to spend my money for poor service along with free extra unwanted stress.

            This means you just don't have speed issues or frequent disconetive issue but also incapable employees.

            My humble request not to send this engineer to my home please. Kindly assign someone else who is responsible and ready to help provide service.

            Hi,

            I'm fed up contacting your customer support. When I try to call them they don't have any responsible respective as a manager on floor to talk to you. When we try to explain a thing to them for a hour they come up with only one solution. "We have took down your complain and we will not assign the same engineer to you, however after an hour I r aeceive message the same Engineer is assigned to us"

              As you know that my connection started on 6th feb 2019 i paid in an advance rs.2100/- for 3-months of plan but tikona terminated my connection on 25apr2019. 2nd first 15days of my service there was continuously interruption in their connection you can check this with their team. I am so fed up with this co. Tikona and their team that i request them to terminate my a/c.in 1month advance. Still you are sending me bill? What a hopeless service you offer. You can check tape recording for the same. Without owners prior permission tikona could not have done this types of foolish things. Even beggers are standing in front of you and begging, but what to do with this white collar beggers? I have kept all your evidence because your staff already told me about this. If tikona could do this with me that means tikona are doing it with each and every customer that is pretty sure.

              I was threatened to pay an amount of 1800 for a bill of 444 but I have not even used tikonas service! I was scared and hence made a payment of 1800 I need my money back you frauds

                There has been a lag of net connection from past week, so kindly look into it bcs net speed is not reaching it's desired mark

                There is only speed of few kbps, and what's app image is even take min to download
                Router light also blink barely, there is chance that it is the issue of one router that is palced on terrace,
                Kindly look into this, as this is getting serious day by day

                  Tikona is the world's worst isp. Zero rating in all aspects.

                  Frequent network problem and many more lead me to disconnect the wire. Raised complaint against, no resolution provided.

                  Daily sms and e-mails of outstanding amount though i don't use the service pisses me off.

                  Received one of the calls from tikona, asked to pay money. Said that i am not gonna pay any money for the damn service. Still i continue getting sms & emails.

                  worst service, have paid full payment and sudden loackdown happened, now after 8 months they are calling as so called leagle department fake calls and using abusing language. dropped multiple emails for deactivating it but no response. Fake company, request you all to use same language once you get call, if we try to connect same no again they do not pick hahahaha, fat jati hey unki...

                    I have tikona connection from last 12 month, i had paid all past chargers, when there was no service or no one listing to complaint or try to resolve, so this time i have not paid the charges then they are sending people to recover money, i had send 100 of mails but no reply, i told them first start the service then i will pay, and i will not pay which i have not used, but still nothing happen, there vasuli department talk to me like i own there 10 laks of rupees, even they are making call from delhi, saying that the tikona had file case against you in delhi court... Then also i had make payment as per there man said, but still i am not getting connection... Even no one meet or entertain at there register office at mumbai, bhandup when i visited there to resolve the problem... I think tikona is a very big fraud company and trai should take action against tikona and its people

                      Tikona broadband company is threatening and forcing me to pay for unused service.

                      I registered with them for broadband service in the month of september 2018, i paid upfront for 3month ie from (Sep 7 to oct 7), (Oct 7 to nov), (Nov 7 to dec 7). Connection and there service both are pathetic, i have raised complaints several times to resolve the issue, by nov end internet connection was very slow and the connection used to breakdown every 5min, i raised a complaint, and it was not resolved, i stopped using there service by nov 5 and called there customer care and raised a request to disconnect the connection, after that i kept getting calls from billing team to pay december month rent, i clearly explained them my connection ends on dec 7th and i have called customer care to disconnect the connection before that only and i havnt used there connection at all. Also there executives only confirmed that i have not used there data (Service) from dec 5.in january tikona executive came home to collect the amount i clearly explained again that had raised a request to disconnect the connection. He gave me a email address and suggested me to send a mail, which i did on spot in front of him. He said its done and left. Know im getting call from tikon advocate stating they will raise a complaint against me as defaulter. They are threating me and stating i will have to pay 85000 as fine to them. Please help me.

                        I am writing this similar to the harassment with a lawyers notice which is given below
                        My m in law patsy sequeira expired on 24.12.16 since then there were a lot of issues regarding the internet. We called the co several times similar to the complaint given below they said your no will be changed (Since my m in law expired) and again and again the same internet issues. We have called them several times from unregistered mobile no since they say they relate only to the registered mobile nos (As a result of which they do not listen to any other calls being made) frustrated we told them to disconnect the line and we are not using the net for the past 6 months or so
                        Yet today 25.4.19 i receive a notice from halai & co saying your dues 1142/= are pending and along with the modem chgs u have to pay rs 1500/= i do not even know whether any modem was given since there is no modem in the house
                        Notice also says the bills have been duly accepted and acknowledged whre as we have not received any bills even this notice is put at the door without any acknowledgement being taken (Sent from adv office)
                        As given below encl tikona helpline is only for namesake they do not do anything except take reg no calls (Any other issues are not taken like the current one where my mother in law has expired and i wanted to change the details till today nothing has been done insite of calling them from unregistered mobile nos my wifes)
                        As of the date till we used the internet all dues have been paid, cse of their careless attitude (Helpline nos we disconnected the line may be 6 mths or so) but there is a due showing 1142/= though we have already told them to disconnect.6 mths back
                        Another issue is since they deal with customers only who are registered it becomes an issue like mine where my in law has expired - i want to change the phone no, etc it says anything will go only to the registered no (M in laws reg no was disconnected after her death

                        Is there no other option when a person expires and she has to change her profile - can not the customer relations do it online/relatives of the person invloved when we produce the necessary docs?

                        I had been using tikona for over a year when it suddenly stopped working in the month of october 2016. Since, i had used some data in the monthly rental, i had been asked to pay the bill for october. I hadn't used the internet in november and december and i forgot about the tikona issue.in january 2017, a tikona representative called me asking me to pay for the month of october, which made sense, since i have not paid after using the internet. So, i paid the amount in cash. He made the call to the tikona call centre, spoke to them asking them to cancel it. He said the job's done. I have been constantly getting emails, asking me to pay for the months of november and december and now finally, i have received a lawyer's notice from one, k. H. Halai from halai and co. Advocates. The tikona helpine is hopeless and they are just putting me on hold. They cannot harass me like this and i am willing to take legal action.

                          After disconnecting the tikona broadband connection. They are sending the due dates for bill payment for at least one year i have already explained the customer care about closing the connection but they have not responded well.
                          Then after one year they are filing case against me by saying that due amount is not paid because you have closed your internet connection by phone not by mail. And they literally mentally torture me for paying the bill in half hour. I want to register the complaint against tikona for cheat against the customer

                            Even after mailing them, they are least interested in it. If you want to get new connection, their representative will keep on calling for the booking amount. But after that, they will give you third class service.

                            I paid for the new on 20th march 2019, my installation was done on 1st April. Please note that, it was just the installation that took place. Internet was not working till 3rd April 2019. My first log in was on 3rd April. After 3rd April 2019, i'm facing lots of problem like speed, automatic disconnection. And when opt for a waiver from 20th march 2019 to 2 April 2019. They cancelled it (Said you are not eligible for waiver).

                            This is what i mailed to them:-

                            This not the first time i’m complaining regarding you Services. You can check from the logs that you have from my registered mobile number i.e ******7562.
                            First my installation got delayed by almost 15days. I was assured that there won't be any connectivity issue. But i’m afraid, on every 2nd or 3rd day i’m facing this issue. This has affected my time and my money too.

                            Your service is worst. I have never seen such internet service provider. I guess now i have to post my pathetic experiences on social media and also file a compalin in Consumer Complaints.

                                  Hi,
                                  I was a user of tikona for 3 months but their performance was extremely bad to say the least. I raised multiple complaints about the problem i have been facing but i have found no solution so i decided to terminated my connection. Tikona representative then begged me to give one more chance and ensured performance issues will be taken care of. I felt like giving a second chance to tikona. But the performance continued to be pathetic. I decided enough is enough and requested for termination. The termination did not happen immediately and tikona continued to generate bills even for the prepaid connection i don't know how so i did not pay for the right reason.

                                  Today i got a call from advocate who said she is an advocate from tees hazari court and my case will be filed, i have to come to fight my case, and if i dont oblige i have to pay penalty to tikona. And btw, that too because tikona did not address my problem. I asked for copy of court notice, and she evaded the question.

                                  My sincere advise to tikona - we, your customers, are not newborn babies or people with less than iq of 25. Don't spend time in playing this kind of dirty, cheap, and laughable tricks. Instead, pay more attention to customer's problem to help your organization to grow. I have moved to another internet provider who is much more customer friendly and professional.

                                  If i get another call from any tikona representatives, i will lodge a police complaint. Please keep this in mind.

                                    I paid the last bill of rs.883 according to 6mbps unlimited plan on 30th of march 2019. Then they change my plan to 4mbps without notifying me. Then i called them to change my plan to my previous plan. They did it but now they send me a bill of rs 1530. Why i pay extra charges to them because they forget about my last bill payment of rs 883 on 30th of march.

                                      The worst service ever they provide.the call attendents do not receive calls nor they take follow up of the customers complaints.soon will be disconnecting the network. Lot of issued are being raised even after paying 6months amount alltogether complaint is not being register nor any technician is being sended to resolve it.such a careless customer care service.we are being facing problem from 2 months with the wifi n its not getting connected by our andriod tv 😡after all paying so much of money at a time.people do not buy their services at all😡
