Request you to please intervene and help me sort out this billing miscalculation issue for my account - [protected]

Please go through trail email which contain details of my billing done against service used. Since dec-2017; i did not wish to use tikona internet services. Hence, i did not recharge the prepaid plan - ret_adbby4m999.

This plan was suggested to me in december - 2015; when i wanted to discontinue the services of tikona. But, since customer-care executive offered me a minimum rental plan of ret_adbby4m999 and mentioning it as prepaid - i subscribed it. Since this was prepaid plan for duration of nov-2015 to nov-2016; it should automatically get stopped if i do not renew or pay the bill dated 7 nov 2016 (B[protected].

But, it seems that this plan was never stopped from tikona billing team; and hence system keeps generating bills and keeps adding previous due ammount + late fee + taxes every month. Since december - 2016, till today; its been almost 2 years now. Its really annoying to know that no common sense is been applied here and plan is never stopped.

May i ask why there is no stopping of services withing couple of months due to non-payment of bills (Ofcourse, its miscalculated bills). Recently i have received email from legalcolls asking to pay the dues. It seems that whenever there is disconnection or stopping of services; tikona neither acknowledges customer's grievances nor it has yet provided me docket number to track this disconnection.

Request you to please look into this matter and take it to closure.

Tikona internet services were excellent during my usage till november 2016; never had any troubles related to slow speeds or outages.

I hope there would be some positive solution on this.

Now, inspite of sending disconnection requests over phone & email to tikona; i still receive emails from collection and billing teams. And now legal has also sent email; this is totally unacceptable.

It seems that nobody is considering my disconnection requests; and simply generating bill every month with 118 rupees (100 late fee + 18 tax) + previouse dues (Ret_adbby4m999 plan rental).

Can some higher authorities involve in this matter to help resolve this.

    On 22/12/2016 - I had replied to [protected]@tikona.in (B[protected] requesting for disconnection. But it seems that it was not considered and i did not receive docket number against my disconnection request.

    Later on, i did receive multiple calls to pay bill; but i informed them that i had sent email dated 22 December 2016; to which they can refer and disconnect tikona internet services ASAP.

    But, i still received bills for consecutive months; which are baseless as i had completely stopped using tikona services since december 2016.

    Frequent calls irritated me a lot; so
    i did payment of 1150 rupees just to close this matter; as i was totally frustated from tikona phone calls. (I did reply tickona call; saying that i shall pay outstanding but please stop sending me bills and calling me as i do not wish to continue tikona)

    Still, billing was not stopped and i still received phone calls - which i started ignoring as TIKONA did not understand what i repeatedly asked them to do (disconnection).

    Later on, again i called Tikona in October 2018 - asking to disconnect the services; luckly tikona sent me docket number for my request.

    Please consider docket number 1-[protected] and please take appropriate action and investigate this matter soon.

      I used Tikona broadband services for almost a year. I used to have monthly recharge plan in advance. I Stopped using their services on 7th Jan, 2019 and informed before that for using their services when they inquired about next 3 monthly plan payment. I used to have 3 monthly plan of 1943/- which was supposed to end on 7th Jan, 2019.
      As per Tikona, they are looking for 485/- bill outstanding as they stopped their services on 25th Jan, 2019. Recently calling and dropping a message for legal action which is totally unfair and harassing customers like this. II never used their services after plan end date. I informed them beforehand as well. also it was never postpaid plan, it was always a pre-paid plan where customer can stop using any time and they can not extend services beyond last date of plan if customer has not paid.

      Please let me know further details required. Looking forward for your help.

        Very worst service provide by tikona isp and from last 15 days my internet not working after the shifting from one place to another.
        At the time of new internet connection, tikona team said like we will provide the best service related to internet and our support team also very best like working as 24 * 7.
        Last 15 days i faced internet issue but still not update on this.

        Please dont choose tikona for internet service as of my experience.

          Subject : internet connection no.: tikona service id no [protected] & billing account number[protected], ghaziabad, up.

          Dear sir,
          I had already informed tikona for disconnection of their services which was not functioning even after number of times attending and subsequent not attending the same. I had received their mail and replied to them for taking out their modem instrument in writing where as the same was informed number of times earlier on phone also. I have been receiving number of harassing calls informing that calls are from high court and threatening for court case otherwise pay rs.750/. Their automatic recordings system of customer phone calls can tell number of disruptions complaints lodged by me and request for disconnection and everything will be clear.
          Their undue claim and harassing mails of legal action due to their inefficiency is not appropriate.
          Kindly inform tikona to stop harassment to senior citizens customer like me.
          Today, 8/03/2019, i received another call giving name as anisha sharma, ‭+[protected]‬, from ghaziabad court threatening to come to ghaziabad court using rough threatening wordings. Kindly take up the matter to stop this harassment for mere rs 750. / undue amount.

            I have a connection with id [protected].
            Last payment date:[protected]
            I have a quarterly plan of rs. 1947/-

            Summary: i got a phone call on 20th feb (2 days before my bill payment due date) asking to pay bill of 1947/- for feb'19-may'19. I told the caller that i am shifting from my current place so i won't be using it from next month, so i will pay for feb'19 (Around 650) and then it will be disconnected, but caller assured to me that my current plan is quarterly if i pay less than the bill, late payment fee will be charged. So its better if i pay whole amount and on disconnection refund will be given to me on basis of my usage for 1 month.
            On getting surety from caller and trusting on tikona, i paid 1947 as per my plan.
            Now when i requested for transfer of broadband to my new location (Sector 31, gurgaon). It seems tikona doesn't provide service in this area (As confirmed by engineer salim [protected]) i had no option but to apply disconnection.
            When i called customer service, they totally refused saying refund is never given for such cases. I tried convincing the lady to check my call recordings with the caller around 21st feb.
            I am really disappointed by this. Junior staff is assuring us with commitments but senior staff is refusing completely on it.

            I would have easily paid 600 and disconnected, but i trusted on tikona for this but now i am highly disappointed.

              Hi,

              I was a user of tikona broadband and it was very bad service and connection was mot reliable and whenever issue was raised they have always 3 -7 days to resolve and yes sometimes 1 week too. However they charge for the days when connection was not there. Now they are asking extra money to pay in addition they give threatening calls.

                  We get calls from tikona lawyer about payment and we discontinue service before 5 years why we still get calls from them and we don't remember even tikona ID resolve this issue otherwise we will complaint in consumer court
                  The connection is under bharat bhoir name
                  And we are getting calls from Delhi lawyers from January 2019 continuously
                  We want company to stop stop this harassment

                    One year ago in new delhi, i terminated my tikona broadband service due to absolutely poor service. And even after i got the service removed, they kept on sending me bills. They even posed legal threats on me. Used abusive language.

                    This seems to be a very disrespectful company who treat their customers with threats and get them to pay bills which they are not supposed to. Even to this day i sometimes get messages of outstanding bills, which do not exist.

                      I took 3 months plan with single time payment at the begining. After 2 months i got
                      A bill summing rs 373 in march 2016, i complained about the same to customer care to correct the bill & i was assured that it is not on me as i have paid the full amount at the start.

                      After 3 months i called customer care to disconnect the service and take the antenna and wire back.
                      They said the service is disconnected and they have a policy of not taking the antenna back, and asked me to keep it.

                      After disconnection i was continuously having calls from support team to reuse the plan at the new place i was going to, but i refused.

                      Then i asked again to disconnect the plan and i was told that if you are not using the service it will not be charged. I was having doubt on tikona, so i removed the antenna from roof myself. The same month i vacated the accomodation as i shifted to new place.

                      From the time they are constantly sending me wrong bills and threat calls. I complained so many times but no one replies and keep asking more time to resolve the issue. But every 2nd month i am receiving call from they so called advocate from high court who will torture and harash
                      Its been 3 years of torture now.

                        Tikona / mr prakash bajpai, very very sorry to all i taken tikona net connection it’s my biggest mistake in life, it will not happen again anymore in future.
                        From the day of installetion internet was not working properly and i have raised the complaint on be 1st day. Sometimes no internet and sometimes very low speed. Now i decided to stop this service.in 6 days 4 times technicion came and started the internet and within 2-3 hours it’s again stopped. Daily i can’t wait for technicion to come and start the internet.
                        I handed over tikona wifi divice to your representative mr. Manju and asked for refund. Also raised complaint on customer care and tikona customer care agent told me refund is not possible if you have paid for internet connection.
                        It’s seems like they want to eat customer money without proper internet services. And when i asked to mail me refund policy then they stopped calling me. But still they are not refunding my money.

                          Tikona broadband was frequently disconnecting for more than 3 months and on 11 Jan 2019 I requested them to disconnect my service with immediate effect. Then I disconnected their cable from my router and on 15 Jan 2019 I reminded them again to disconnect my service with immediate effect.

                          While my monthly plan is 354/- rs and I had paid all their previous bills, to my surprise they sent me a bill of 1005/-. When I spoke to their helpline they (Vaishali) said it was a mistake in the bill and I had to pay just 82 rs to settle the final account. Accordingly I paid 82 rs 24 January. But soon after they said I had to pay 400+ rs more as I was using their Internet. This was ridiculous as how could I use their internet while the cable is disconnected and thrown.

                          Since then they have been sending me bills of different amount and calling me on daily basis asking for money. I told them to first send me the disconnection letter and then ask for any unsettled amount. But instead of giving a disconnection letter they are sending me emails charging me on Per GB basis (while there is no use at all) and calling me on everyday for various amount of money, sometimes Rs 300+ and sometimes Rs 400+ and keep on harassing me.

                          After giving a complaint against them about 2 weeks ago Tikona people called me up and said all the pending bills were adjusted and there was nothing more to pay from my side. But unfortunately they are again sending me notice to pay pending bills. Their latest bill amount Rs 474.56 has no base because I have already paid all their bills for the period I have used their Internet. I also paid Rs 82/- on 24 January which their executive told me to pay as a final amount.

                          Yesterday I got a legal notice from Tikona that I have to pay Rs 1500/- in case I fail to return the modem to them. But the fact is that Tikona people have already collected their modem and all other accessories from my house about a week ago. After receiving their equipments they should ideally send me an acknowledgement of receipt but instead they are sending me legal notice to pay Rs 1500 towards the modem.
                          The forum web page is not giving access to post a complaint there.

                          About two weeks ago Tikona people called me up and said all the pending bills were adjusted and there was nothing more to pay from my side. But unfortunately they again keep sending me notice to pay pending bills. Their latest demand of Rs 474.56 has no base because I have already paid all their bills for the period I have used their Internet.

                          To go back to history, on 20 Nov 2018 I had paid a full months bill in advance and on the same day (20th Nov 2018) I had given Tikona a notice to temporarily disconnect my Internet because I had to go out of the city for one and half months. When I came back to home on 6th Jan 2019 the internet was not working and after 4 days of internet problem I wrote them on 11th Jan 2019 to permanently discontinue my Internet. As I had already paid a month in advance there was nothing more to pay further. However their executive told me to pay Rs 82 as a final amount which I paid on 24 Jan 2019. Thereafter they are still troubling me by charging me various amounts of money.

                            After posting complain here they replied that post a complaint on forum. Tikona.in for faster resolution. But the page is not giving you access to post a complaint there. After registering it is giving a error. Why no actions are taken even after complaining so many times. This company is cheat. Customer care are total fake people. Money doesnt come for free we have to work hard to earn it and you people are fooling us into your schemes and asking us to make payment and not providing installation. Not refunding back money. What you get by cheating poor people?? What if you dont get your one month salary?? Will you sit quite or what if someone takes your money will tikona sit quite???

                              Cust no [protected] i have given relocation request at tikona since i was moving to a different state i enquired multiple times by calling tikona customer care if there's any formality left before i leave the city. They assured me they dont need anything else just take the router with you that's all they said. Since tikona cant provide me services at my new residence i asked them to disconnect the internet. I received a call by agent and they asked me to handover the cable that's installed at old residence rooftop. He gave me a number of engineer and told me if i won't call him i will be charged rs 1500 for not surrendering the cable. The contact no of engineer was switched off as well. How can i visit my old location which is in different state that's the fault of tikona customer care. Why am i supposed to pay anything for their fault? I expect them to own up their mistake and send an engineer to collect it from my old residence and apologise for the way they treated me. Now when i called since my application shows rs1211 outstanding they asked me to submit the router how and where am i supposed to submit the router? I have called n no of times for the same issue they haven't assigned any engineer to visit my new location and collect the device. Highly unprofessional.

                                I need to file police complaint against tikona. I called them for intallation of service on 29th dec 2018 they told yes we do provied service in your area. We have offer valid only for today if you pay the amount for duration of 3 months you will get discount and service will be installed within 2 days of payment. I made the payment on same day but service not installed till 18th jan 2019 the reason was we dont have connections in your area. So they fooled me to collect money. I had applied for refund on 18th jan 2019 its has been a month still i haved not received my refund. I am calls, complaining here and there still my issue has not been solved. 30days passed and still no refund. Where should i file a complaint against them so there will be an actual action against my complaint.

                                  Applied for refund on 18th january 2019 today is 18th feb 2019 still i have not received my refund. Making calls every alternate day to customer care, fake response everytime regarding i will be getting mail. I have not received any mail regarding my refund or confirmation of address for refund via cheque. How to file a police complaint?? I need to file police complaint cause this is too much. It has been a month normally you get refund in 15days. While applying for installtion they fooled me that we have offer today you have to pay 3 months fees at once. The team was knowing that they dont provide service in the area i stay than to they lied to me that we will provide you service within 2 days after payment for service.

                                    I use tikona company service more than 1 year but they continuesoly provide poor service interrupted network and also charge additional bills without solving my problem. After that finally i decided to terminate my connection i send so many emails calls for termination but they don't terminate and send me bills. When they finally stop my service and i fullfill my all charges bill. They assure me that in future they don't disturb me again but sudden after 6 month they again calls me so many time from different different no. And their custmor service employees use abusing threatening fraud language and harrasing me. I have enough proof against them to proof my right side. Now i m mentally very depressed because of them. Please help me they continuously demand money from different diffrent fraud reason i m jobless person i can't able to fulfill their demand. Plz help

                                      Took connection from tikona thinking that it will be good.
                                      I also choose 6mbps plan so that atleast ill get 3mbps speed anyhow.. But i was wrong.. They dont even provide 1mbps.. Sometimes it goes to 0.10mbps
                                      Evertime they send technical support person. They come and set it to 10mbps but then again next day it starts decreasing..

                                      Fluctuation in connectivity is also there,,

                                        I had applied for new connection on 29 dec 2018, the connection was supposed to get install by 4th jan 2019 but till 18th jan 2019 there was no installation of connection done. Payment of service for three months of duration was already paid by me by online transaction on 29th dec 2018. I had applied for refund on 18th jan 2019 still i have not received my refund. I am making calls to customer care every alternate day, typing emails no one from the team is calling back for any update. It has been 22 days since i have applied for refund. Every time i call they give me new reason for why my refund has not been processed yet. Even their member form sales team of pune office has used my details and created a new id and activated an account on my name using his phone number without my permission even after cancelling the connection.
