I bought tikona internet connection for my shop use since 2-3 month back, i am in follow up with your representative till date of connection for just valid gst bill, and they are fooling me again & again.

As of now sometimes they are not taking my calls with message that i am busy i’ll call you later but not any calls received...

We get calls from tikona lawyer about payment and we discontinue service before 5 years why we still get calls from them and we don't remember even tikona ID resolve this issue otherwise we will complaint in consumer court
The connection is under bharat bhoir name
And we are getting calls from Delhi lawyers from January 2019 continuously
We want company to stop stop this harassment
And take action on our complaint...

One year ago in new delhi, i terminated my tikona broadband service due to absolutely poor service. And even after i got the service removed, they kept on sending me bills. They even posed legal threats on me. Used abusive language.

This seems to be a very disrespectful company who treat their customers with threats and get them to pay bills which they are not supposed to. Even to this day i sometimes get messages of outstanding...

I took 3 months plan with single time payment at the begining. After 2 months i got
A bill summing rs 373 in march 2016, i complained about the same to customer care to correct the bill & i was assured that it is not on me as i have paid the full amount at the start.

After 3 months i called customer care to disconnect the service and take the antenna and wire back.

After registering it is giving a error. Why no actions are taken even after complaining so many times. This company is cheat. Customer care are total fake people. They assured me they dont need anything else just take the router with you that's all they said. Since tikona cant provide me services at my new residence i asked them to disconnect the internet. I need to file police complaint against tikona. I called them for intallation of service on 29th dec 2018 they told yes we do provied service in your area. We have offer valid only for today if you pay the amount for duration of 3 months you will get discount and service will be installed within 2 days of payment. I made the payment on same day but service not installed till 18th jan 2019 the reason was we dont have connections in your area....

Applied for refund on 18th january 2019 today is 18th feb 2019 still i have not received my refund. Making calls every alternate day to customer care, fake response everytime regarding i will be getting mail. I use tikona company service more than 1 year but they continuesoly provide poor service interrupted network and also charge additional bills without solving my problem. After that finally i decided to terminate my connection i send so many emails calls for termination but they don't terminate and send me bills. When they finally stop my service and i fullfill my all charges bill. They assure me that in future they don't disturb me again...

Took connection from tikona thinking that it will be good.
I also choose 6mbps plan so that atleast ill get 3mbps speed anyhow.. But i was wrong.. They dont even provide 1mbps.. Sometimes it goes to 0.10mbps
Evertime they send technical support person. They come and set it to 10mbps but then again next day it starts decreasing..

Fluctuation in connectivity is also there,,

I have done the payment but till now connection is not provided.
When i calll to technician he/she said connection will be provided in next 2 days or 3 days. 10 days passed but till now i dint get any connection.
One of my neighbour is using the connection and technician is saying there is some port issue will take some time.
How much time, days or month it will take?...

Lawyer from tikona called me saying she was from delhi high court, threatening me to pay due bill of rs.1900. I have disconnected my connection last year, i have also filled a request for this, then what is this due amount for? They have taken all the equipment.

Constantly they are calling from past few weeks, misbehaving and threatening to file a case, even without sending a legal notice....

This company has issued legal notice against me and made me to pay 1550. There notice was to pay 2052 earlier. Where my monthly fees was only 795. I called on customer care number and asked them to discontinue my connection, then even they kept it on and charged me for that. When i asked them they said me to mail to thier email to discontinue connection which i did. They didn't even response to that.

After receiving a legal notice from your company on 28/01/2019, i paid the balance amount today 29/1/2019 of ₹1363 for the month september and october to your company inspite of me to not have used the service.
