fraudulent extraction of money

After taking verbal assurance from the business team of tikona, i opted for 3 month pakage. Now every week at least 3 days there isn't any internet available..
So it must be the business model of tikona because when you call tikona for the same, the technical ivr installed replies with same message stating a 3rd party must have cut their wire...
Well i call it fraud as they would make you pay for at least 24 days o[censored]navailable...

billed after cancellation

I had requested cancellation of my connection in may 2016 (Id: [protected]). I moved out of the place (Shifted from vasai to goregaon in mumbai) at the end of may 2016 and paid the bill received in june 2016. But i still received a bill in july 2016. My plan is 10mbps. But i am getting 0.2mbps (Checked 172635 times at speedtest. Tikona.in) i reported at tikona app, customer care. They sent me a message that its resolved but its not. internet connectivity

Worst internet service ever. The sales people promised a good speed of 6mbps and now i am not able to load simple google homepage. My phone internet hotspot works faster than that.. If only i had no daily limit... Tikona is cheating its customers... I called the customer care so many time and registered a complaint so many times. No resolution. Only empty promises. refund of amount

I have requested tikona insatallation as they will not initiat process without payment i paid, but after that their installation not possible due to some technical issue. So requested refund.

Almost 2 month done with refeund request, still waiting for refund initatiion or any msg that will tell my i am getting my refund. Called coustomer care multiple times, got answers i will get it in 15 days.
