I had paid rs.1499/- on 28th dec.2018 and activated internet for the period of six months which is confirmed by tikona - this is with reference to your email request (Tt: 1-[protected]) regarding online recharge. Please note your voucher of spbf1499- data 1000gb (Validity: 180 days) activated on 28-dec-18. Thereafter they have failed to provide services. And hence i claim for the refund which has been denied by tikona.

    It's been 10 month i've disconnected the tikona but still i'm getting call from them to pay 1500 for no reason. F&f settlement was done and i've returned their device too. I told the person calling from tees hazari court to send me a legal notice but each time they told me that please come to court. Can someone please what to do with these calls? How to stop getting these calls from them?

      Worst service ever by this lamb ISP.
      Its been a month and i am getting the problem of this frequent disconnection since day one.
      It get disconnected every half an hour and once disconnected we have to wait 15-20 minutes to get the connection back and each single time we have to switch off and on the router.
      In this one month's time, i have logged near about 25 service requests but no action has been taken for it.
      When we ask for refund againt the bill paid the support executive says there is no refund policy and if ask for transfer the call to higher authority they says all of them are busy each time.
      Really if you cant provide the services just take your company and go to hell.
      Don't fool the customers like this.

      Hi,

      For no apparent reason, Tikona network is showing unidentified network. It was working fine till now. This problem appears quite frequently.

        Some one named raghubeer saha, called and said that i have a due on payment of tikona bill, where as i didn't even use tikona. Fake id created in my name and asking for payments. Id is [protected] and the funny part is, they said i have to pay 2000 for february bill, where as i have the next month bill saying due is minus 7000. It would be better if you deactivate the fake account and resolve this issue.

          We are receiving the call daily from a new lawyer stating they are tikona's lawyer. When asking them counter questions they are not able to answer. With that we can understand that they are fake. The lady was so rude and threaten us that she will call multiple times and harass us till we pay. When counter questioned the lady - nilima agreed that she is not a lawyer and she is just a tikona employee and then started abusing me.
          We have paid all the dues and also cancelled the connection, still they are harassing us. We paid rs. 649 the last payment and cancel request was send on after paying the amount. We used the internet services of tikona for 2yrs. With extremely bad services. But had no choice due to lack of isp in the area.

          Why trai is not taking action against such service provider? Just you have to surf tikona complaint and we can find multiple complaints and still these people have the guts to harass the consumer to this level. Why this forum is ignoring such complaints and not taking any action?

            Hi - my dad shrikant kulkarni passed away (Died) on sep 02, 2018. Immediately after his death i called the next day i called and told him the tragedy in the family and requested them to disconnect the service for account[protected]. They first tried to convince me to keep the account but i told them that it was only my dad staying there and was using so the account is no longer needed. They agreed on the phone to disconnect but did not do it. Also had sent emails from my personal email id as i did not have access to my fathers account. I made several calls to them using the registered phone. They did not pay any attention to that. I got my father's laptop and saw that he was logged into his gmail account so sent email to disconnect the account. After multiple follow ups they disconnected the account but asked me to pay rs 683 which i did not agree as it was their mistake they did not disconnect on time. I have since then been receiving multiple calls/emails and literally harassing me for the same. Today got call from someone on the phone claiming to be companies lawyer and asked me to pay or the case is going in delhi court and my father's and all relatives pan, aadhar will be blacklisted. I will have to come to delhi for that. Other option is to pay the money. I gave him the background but all he was interested to get the money. Tikona should take these complaints seriously and stop this harassment. My father never had any outstanding, always had paid all his bills on time. It is so ridiculous that company like tikona has no principles. The person has already passed away and now his relatives are being harassed and threated to sue that too in delhi court where as the registered office is in mumbai. Please stop this and gain trust of the customer by providing good service. Understand customer issues and respond on time and don't let your staff mistake be mistake of customer and asking them to pay for the same.

              Today i got a call from sh. Raghubir saha supposedly one of the employee of tikona ltd impersonating as lawyer which is a punishable offense under ipc 419 & 416 to pay the dues which is wrongly generated by the tikona ltd. I have stopped using the services of tikona ltd. Because of the poor connection of the said internet provider. Despite not using the services bill was generated and i was told to pay the same.

                Hi,
                I had a tikona connection in bangalore which was disconnected in september 2018. I have received call tomorrow and today again from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt.Ltd.Advocate which i mention above .I was a user of Tikona for many months but their performance was extremely bad to say the least. I raised multiple complaints, sometimes Tikona engineer came to my flat but were not able to fix the problem. Exasperated, I terminated my connection. Tikona representative then begged me to reinstate the connection and ensured performance issues will be taken care of. I felt like giving a second chance to Tikona and got the connection reinstated. But the performance continued to be pathetic. I decided enough is enough and again requested for termination. The termination did not happen immediately and Tikona
                continued to generate bills and I did not pay for the service which i did'nt use i experenced extremely worst services in which connection lost for 15, 15 days even a single day i did'nt able to use internet connection .and i do not pay the single peny for the service which i did'nt use.

                Tomorrow I got a call from advocate preeti singh who said she is an advocate from Delhi hightcourt and my case will be filed in next 30 mins, I have to come to court to fight my case and said we tell you the hearing date, and if I dont oblige i have to pay the amount to Tikona. And btw, my outstanding bill amount is 1683rs, that too because Tikona did not address my problem. I asked for copy of court notice, and she evaded the question.

                If I get another call from tikona advocate, I will lodge a police complaint. Please keep this in mind

                  Guys check your customer's records. if they pay their bills. dont annoy them before every due date. i get appx 40 calls in a day. btw Customer Care ppl dont know my native language(Tamil) since its coming only from Mumbai and they dont speak english properly. so dont try to chat with me all day, you are not my girlfriend.

                    Hi team,

                    I am already having tikona connection with user id: [protected].
                    Due to job re-location, i moved from pune 1 year back and now when i want to resume my existing connection, they advise me to get a new connection (With new installation charges).

                    If i am having dish, router, adapter etc while installing the first time then why should i go for new connection again.

                    Please reply on this query as soon as possible and let me know if its possible to renew my existing connection or not.

                      I made the grave mistake of taking a broadband connection from this company.in nov 2017, i placed a disconnection request which was ignored by them (Emails attached.) i again sent a follow up mail in dec 2017, but no response. I still used the interent connection till july 2018 (All bills duely paid, screenshots attched). I again made disconnection requests through call and was advised to disconnect the modem in july. I did that. I still received a bill of 4500/-
                      I have received atleast a 100 calls from the company confirming the disconnection and still not taking any action on it. Now i have started receiving some threat calls from some advocate seema who surely works for tikona.
                      Today i was forced to pay a sum of 4500/- for the internet that i did not use. I demand a refund of all the payments done by me this year beacuse of all the discomfort, stress and threat calls i have been subjected to. Tikonatil you owe me 8044/-

                        After taking verbal assurance from the business team of tikona, i opted for 3 month pakage. Now every week at least 3 days there isn't any internet available..
                        So it must be the business model of tikona because when you call tikona for the same, the technical ivr installed replies with same message stating a 3rd party must have cut their wire...
                        Well i call it fraud as they would make you pay for at least 24 days o[censored]navailable internet out of the 3 month pakage.
                        If you stay anywhere near thanisandra or nagawara i highly suggest not to opt for this harassment..

                        Well this verified copied comment proves my point. I am sure you use the same paragraph for all your customers and tikona forum would be used to hide the unresolved failures of yours below issues in which you would mention that somebody would reach out to me soon.
                        You did comment on 26th Dec and today being 6th, I don't have internet connectivity again. My simple question is would you refund me the amount for days you have failed to provide me internet service??

                          I had requested cancellation of my connection in may 2016 (Id: [protected]). I moved out of the place (Shifted from vasai to goregaon in mumbai) at the end of may 2016 and paid the bill received in june 2016. But i still received a bill in july 2016. I followed up for why cancellation had not been done. I received a call confirmation that now it had been cancelled. Now today, in december 2018, i receive a legal action threat call for payment of some outstanding amount. I believe that must be because they did not cancel my connection when asked in may 2016. They claim i continued to use the connection after may 2016. But my point is, when i had shifted from that house to a completely another location, how on the earth i can continue using the connection..!!

                          I have enough call recordings, emails to prove that i had put a cancellation request in may 2016, moved out in the same month and paid a bill in june 2016.

                            My plan is 10mbps. But i am getting 0.2mbps (Checked 172635 times at speedtest. Tikona.in) i reported at tikona app, customer care. They sent me a message that its resolved but its not. And i tried to call them and was in hold for 7hours straight. So how do i get my speed now? If this continues i will not pay next bill and change to other isp.

                              My self parimal kananee - i am from surat,

                              Started tikona on 11th august 2018, and paid for 1 year plan inr 4800/-
                              I started connection with tikona and now they change something and its now facebook expressswifi form last few days back.
                              Now i am facing from from 8th december 2018, and continues complain on tikona toll free and over on mobile app.

                              Again talk with senior team member on 10th december they give me 4 hrs time and tell me that your connection will be ok in next few hours.
                              And that evening i received a call that check your connection and your connection is working fine now.

                              Next day same issues. Again i call on 12th december talk with senior person at 9:32 pm i told him that if your are not able to give me service than please cancelled my connection and give me my money back.
                              Again same story repeated and i received call on 13th december at 4 pm from technical team.

                              She tell me that your connection is working fine. I checked and my connection is not working at that time i have screenshot also,
                              I tell him you people are not able to give services to me or not not ready to solve the problem. So give me my money back.

                              I dint get any call that how can get my money back.
                              Today on 22nd december and still my connection is not working and tikona team is not ready to refund my money.

                                Very bad services me bol bol ke thak gya hu par mere complaint pe koi response nhi milta bencho jab kaam hi nhi karna to customer kyu bnate ho tumhari esi ki tesi le jao apna kabada hta ke tumhari aur tumhare network ki esi ki tesi is company ko koi support mat kro koi iska connection mat lo waste of money and time also BS service.😠😠😠😠😠

                                  Few days back received a text from +[protected]Tikona head office) stating that i’ll be facing legal action if the outstanding amount for the internet service is not cleared. When i called and said the connection is not under my name and asked them to call the concerned person, they started misbehaving and threatening me and said i’ve to pay the no matter what, even if the connection was not on my name and hung up on me. And since then they have been harassing me every now and then. They call me nearly everyday demanding the payment. I tried contacting tikona on the customer care and all they could do is apologise. And now they don’t even pick my call up.
                                  Well today they crossed the limit and started abusing me.
                                  Well this is the way these guys behave with a female. This is how they treat customers especially females as trash and think they can do or say anything.
                                  What a shame!!! This is the standard of tikona and the people they hire. Worst people i’ve ever come across. Treating others like trash.
                                  I understand that mr. Prakash bajpai is very busy but he must definitely introduce an addition module of “manners and behaviour” in the training part of the people they hire.
                                  Very disappointed and really upset.

                                    Due to bad service since weeks, we were fed up i called up the technical guy and asked him to close the connection, handed over the modem in 2016.

                                    Inspite of the same i recieved bill of 600, which i send mails to tikona service, the reply was time consuming, so reached the ceo and cfo of tikona in 2016

                                    Its 2018 i have sending emails after emails but have not received any reply for them, in response to bad service.

                                    Now these guys are using fake callers as advocates in 2018, using cibil score (That is applicable for loans) to threaten to pay for services not rendered or badly rendered etc.

                                    Even those have paid have gone through hell, there is need to a combined suit for tikona management to handle such companies that dont give services but threaten.

                                      I got tikona wifi installed on around 8th november 2018 and within 5-6 days i got connectivity issues so i mailed to ceo and technicians visited many times and they always called me when their backend was stable... But issue did not get resolve then so i called them for refund and they say that we cannot refund the money and the amount is forfeited as my area has no network issues from their end. I have paid them for three months and not able to use the service for even a month. I had to mail 5-6 times within in a month and now they have taken my money. Not refunding and no proper response.

                                      Tikona is a fraud company, it has the worst internet connectivity. Please help me and provide me refund

                                      i did not expect this from tikona...i have already complaint many times before...Cant you check the history?????
                                      how many times i have to complain about the same issue??
                                      you have the worst internet connectivity...accept it and refund my money..
                                      Now i dont have time for this as everything is going in a loop...i face an issue...i complain...i get assurances...technician visits...and again the same thing happens.

                                      Now its like my daily routine...if somebody asks me what is your daily routine...i can add this to my daily routine...do you understand the seriousness of this???

                                      You can disconnect your wifi from my home and refund my money...

                                      If i do not get refund i will go to consumer court and will file a case against you people for harassing a consumer mentally.

                                      I got a call from Swapnali...she kept on repeating one thing that refund is not possible for almost 10 minutes...she irritated me in such a way that i had no option other than disconnecting the call...they have taken 3 months advance and i am stuck now...

                                      i mean what the hell???

                                      give me my money back Mr. Prakash Bajpai or be ready for a legal notice...

                                        I have requested disconnection for my tikona broadband connection 2 months prior to my disconnection date. My broadband was not disconnected and i had moved from the place. Tikona kept the connection alive for a month and were charging me for it. I did not make the payment for the additional month because i had already requested for the connection to be discontinued. I have been harassed for the past 3 years to make that payment and they have added penalty for that payment until now.

                                        Today i received a call from someone claiming to be from the delhi high court from [protected]. They were absolutely ruthless and spoke in such a terrible manner. On truecaller this was flagged as tikona.
