I had applied for new connection on 29 dec 2018, the connection was supposed to get install by 4th jan 2019 but till 18th jan 2019 there was no installation of connection done. Payment of service for three months of duration was already paid by me by online transaction on 29th dec 2018. I had applied for refund on 18th jan 2019 still i have not received my refund. I am making calls to customer care every alternate day, typing emails no one from the team is calling back for any update. It has been 22 days since i have applied for refund. Every time i call they me new reason every time for why my refund has not been processed yet. Even their sale member of pune office has used my details and created new id and activated a account on my name and details and using his phone number without my permission even after cancelling the connection.

Specified username is still inactive so how are you going to solve my problem?? I cannot post my complaint there.
Service was worst for 6 months or so.
Service person use to come and tell stories every time. Inspite of it I have paid all bills.
I withhold last bill of INR 1000. Now they are threatening to sue me. What ethics they have got? Really bunch of defaulters.

    Cust no [protected] I have given relocation request at tikona since I was moving to a different state I enquired multiple times by calling tikona customer care if there's any formality left before I leave the city. They assured me they dont need anything else just take the router with you that's all they said. Since tikona cant provide me services at my new residence I asked them to disconnect the internet. Today I received a call by agent and they asked me to handover the cable and some device that's installed at old residence rooftop. He gave me a number of engineer and told me if I won't call him I will be charged rs 1500 for not surrendering the cable. The contact no of engineer was switched off as well. How can I visit my old location which is in different state that's the fault of tikona customer care. Why am I supposed to pay anything for their fault? What if engineer visits the place collects cable and later on submits a nil report and I have to pay rs 1500 ? I expect them to own up their mistake and send an engineer to collect it from my old residence and apologise for the way they treated me.

    I am unable to share this complain since my account is deactivated and I am unable to register for login and submit complain reason error message you must be in India and you location is set to a different country. I also received a message that request can't be completed because account is deactivated. In my tikona app I can still see a charge of 1100 I don't see why I have already paid for WiFi the cable wasn't collected by tikona when I relocated is that my fault? Why do I have to pay for it? The customer care of tikona already asked me to take modem with me. The worst part is they have updated my email I'd wrong as [protected]@gmail.com I asked them multiple times to update it as [protected]@gmail.com but they didnt I also tried to update through app but since account is deactivated I am unable to update. Kindly rectify the dues or arrange an engineer visit to collect the modem I am not liable to pay the dues due to fault from tikonas end

      I have done the payment but till now connection is not provided.
      When i calll to technician he/she said connection will be provided in next 2 days or 3 days. 10 days passed but till now i dint get any connection.
      One of my neighbour is using the connection and technician is saying there is some port issue will take some time.
      How much time, days or month it will take?

        I took connection from tikona thinking that it will be good.
        I also choose 10mbps plan so that atleast ill get 5mbps speed anyhow.. But i was wrong.. They dont even provide 1mbps.. Sometimes it goes to 0.10mbps
        Evertime they send technical support person. They come and set it to 10mbps but then again next day it starts decreasing..

        Fluctuation in connectivity is also there,,

          Tikona id : [protected]

          Lawyer from tikona called me saying she was from delhi high court, threatening me to pay due bill of rs.1900. I have disconnected my connection last year, i have also filled a request for this, then what is this due amount for? They have taken all the equipment.

          Constantly they are calling from past few weeks, misbehaving and threatening to file a case, even without sending a legal notice.
          I have filled consumer complaints on ingram. What should i do next. Please help.

            This company has issued legal notice against me and made me to pay 1550. There notice was to pay 2052 earlier. Where my monthly fees was only 795. I called on customer care number and asked them to discontinue my connection, then even they kept it on and charged me for that. When i asked them they said me to mail to thier email to discontinue connection which i did. They didn't even response to that.
            I want to raise complaint against this fraudulent company.

              Dear sir,
              I have already requested you to suspend my account service id:[protected] in november. After receiving a legal notice from your company on 28/01/2019, i paid the balance amount today 29/1/2019 of ₹1363 for the month september and october to your company inspite of me to not have used the service. The problem now is tht i have been charged ₹496.77 again and i received an sms stating that my account has been activated again. I am really frustrated with your company. I will take serious legal action against your company if you don't suspend my account and collect your device. Do the needful asap.

              I had made the payment for 3months of service on 29 Dec 2018 till 18th Jan 2019 installation of service was not made and i had applied for refund still i have not received any update on my refund.

                This is to inform you that I have already called up your customer service and had made them suspend the connection Becoz of bad connectivity and technical issues plus was hospitalized for two months .basically I wasn't using the connection for two months October and November. You can check my records my Tikona service ID is[protected].Finally I made them suspend my account through great difficulty by convincing them tht I wasn't interested in using their connection Becoz I was relocating to a different town.Even then they took so many days to suspend.I was a loyal customer for more than three yrs and haven't missed a single payment. Now to my surprise my previous house owner calls me and informs me abt the notice. It is really humiliating and i feel harassed by your company constantly harassing through msgs, calls and now legal notice.Pls check the records and do the needful orelse will sue your company.

                Corrections :The two months were September and October.. Srry for the type error. Even after coming from the hospital to my surprise I was still receiving msgs and calls from your company to pay for service which I never used.No matter how many ever time I convinced they tried to convince me back to keep the connection so finally with great difficulty and allot of explanation I had to suspend the account. I told them I wasn't interested in their connection Becoz it had technical issues plus I was shifting to a different town, I even sent an email. Still they took many days to suspend.Nobody came to collect the instrument. Finally I receive a legal notice. Very bad service!

                    I had applied for broadband connection. I got call from Tikona customer care. They confirmed me that Tikona has services in my area (Noida sector 82) and send me a link for advance payment so that broadband connection can we installed in next 24 hours.

                    As per their instruction I made online payment. When there service engineer Mr. Akash visited my society, he confirmed that there is no feasibility in my area. Then, I called customer care for payment refund. Here things made complicated. First, customer care asked for emails confirmation even I was calling from my registered mobile. Second, when I sent email confirmation, they asked me for a particular script. When I asked for any script template, they refused to provide it. After sending many emails, they finally confirmed for refund.

                    As per refund policy, I was supposed to get online refund in 15 days. But when I didn’t get my refund, I again contacted customer care. Now they are saying that online refund in not possible. They will process for cheque refund.

                    I am feeling cheated. It seems a plan game where they get money from many customers (advance payment) and they use it for their own benefits. Each refund process take at least one month time. So they rotate customer money and make customers fool. This is a scam. Their license must be suspended by GOI.

                      I took 60mbps plan and now I am getting only 10mbps speed and sometimes not even that. There is lots of frequent disconnection everyday. If i am getting just 10mbps speed so it does not making any sense of taking 60MBPS speed plan it's better i would go for some other cheap plans or may be some other internet service provider.

                        I have raised the request to close my tikona connection with user id [protected] to customer care on first week of June since a relocated to new flat in june and got new connection from tikona their.But request was not entered in system as told by customer care executive till july.Hence I paid the outstanding bill for June as well even though I wasn't leaving in the flat.

                        It was assured to me that now I won't be charged and connection will be closed but instead only the rental charges where stopped with intimation about same and informing that in case o[censored]se it will be charged.Which I didn't went through since I get multiple mail daily.

                        And since request was to close the connection altogether not to stop only rental charges nor it was communicated will taking the request that only rental will be stop by tikona.

                        Now I m getting haressed by very rude tikona executives saying that their has been some usage in December for which I need to pay 1399 but I relocated from the location 7 months back.And it's not my usage.I have explained this to all the executive but they don't listen.Hence I have registered complaint against tikona in National Consumer Helpline with Docket Number 1119825 for unfair bill charging and customer verbal haressment.

                          This company have taken advance amount of inr 3200 from me for 6 months wifi connection and from day one the internet connection is having lot of technical problems. Asigned technical engineers don't pick up calls neither they come for solving the issues. For last 2 days i am trying to reach them but no one is answering my call. This is really irritating and i would like to take this matter to consumer court. Please assist me for taking suitable action against them

                            They have cheated me nicely, i opted for a tikona wifi which was not feasible in my location. I have already paid the amount via netbanking and below are the details required and suggested by customer executive to be filled for refund.,

                            Reason for refund — non feasible no network
                            Payment mode -netbanking.

                            They have deactivated my account and i am unable to call anyone now. They are not doing refund from more than 1 month. Be aware of such people

                              Based on the information on the internet and social media sites, i am one of the many ex-tikona customers facing this problem. I disconnected tikona over 2.5 years ago because of their bad service and internet quality. I had never defaulted on the payments though. However, they still keep calling and harassing me saying they are calling from some court. I have tried to explain to the callers that there are no pending bill payments, but it has been of no use. Of course someone who calls just to lie and harass won't listen to reason. I hope more customers will read this and save themselves from this fraudulent company.

                                I mailed you and called you several times to disconnect my account but no action is being taken.
                                I sent you the mail on 23rd of january and second mail on 24rth of january 2018, but you didn't bother to reply to my mail.
                                I was a loyal customer of tikona from past 2.5 years and in return what I get is a lot of calls from your team asking me not to disconnect. I told you already that I am moving out of town so there will be no one left to use the service.

                                  Tikona guys informed me that they will install the service at my home asap but its been 1 month no one has turned up yet. I requested for the refund but there is no response. They had earlier mentioned that the amount would be refunded if the connection won't be made within 7 days.

                                  I had paid Rs.1200 for three months connection but got 0 output in terms of result. This is not good behavior from Tikona. It would be great if I get the refund amount.

                                    My tikona id is [protected].in spite of making the annual payment, bill is getting generated monthly. Big cheating and harassment practice by the broadband service provider.
                                    I opted and paid for the annual plan for 10 mbps speed in dec'18 where i was told that i don't need to pay a single penny for 12 months. After that i received several mails from tikona to upgrade to 5g with a one time payment of rs.2000/- and the new speed of 50 mbps would be started in the existing plan. I made the payment of 2, 000/- for the same as well. Again, a bill of 2, 000/- rupee was generated and on asking to the customer care, they started explaining hidden charges which was never told at the time of making the annual payment. On asking for disconnection and refund, received several calls from tikona but they are not agreeing for the refund. I asked them to get this bill waived and i will continue with what i was committed initially, but they have refused to do the same as well.
                                    Request you to pls intervene and get the monopoly of the service provider resolved.

                                    Received several calls from Tikona harrasment team for the resolution. They are trying to retain me by offering me 120GB high speed data @60 Mbps from 250GB @50 Mbps speed at no additional cost and also waive the current bill. 1000GB additional high speed data would be given to use after consuming 120GB in a month. On asking that 1000GB additional data would be consumed in 3-4 months as my monthly usage is 300GB +, they said that they will revise the plan and provide additional data at zero cost for 1 year. These are all fake promise by Tikona team. I had switched my plan to 50mbps speed in the 1st week of December, and January is about to end and I am still getting download speed of 26mbps as per Tikona speed test. Let's see what resolution they're going to give.. it's just an update..

                                      Hello,
                                      I have raised a refund request to tikona broadband on dec 28 2018 every time i call customer care they say that it will be done in 2-3 days.

                                      I haven't received my refund till now.

                                        This is for customer id [protected], we had requested tikona for disconnection on 25th december 2018 and we got the complaint docket no. 1-[protected]

                                        I had stopped using tikona services since 25th december 2018
                                        I am using my own wifi modem
                                        Tikona had provided only wire and adapter

                                        So we requested tikona many times over email and calls that please send the person to collect wire and adapter and disconnect the service and send us full and final settlement mail with no dues by 5th jan 2019, since i had paid everything in advance

                                        I was using tikona since past many years and due to personal reasons we are moving out and we live in rented premises

                                        We got mail from tikona on 11th jan that some person will come and collect the tikona cable and adapter, that recovery person called us but not coming
                                        He had told that he would check what things are assigned for my customer id and come and collect it

                                        But the recovery person is not coming, so i request you to please make sure person comes and collect the cable and this is the fault of your team who is not helping customer

                                        Please ask them to call us and make appointment with us and collect the cable and adapter

                                        Service disconnection process was supposed to be completed in 7 days as per trai till 5th jan 2019
