I had applied for broadband connection. I got call from Tikona customer care. They confirmed me that Tikona has services in my area (Noida sector 82) and send me a link for advance payment so that broadband connection can we installed in next 24 hours.
As per their instruction I made online payment. When there service engineer Mr. Akash visited my society, he confirmed that there is no feasibility in my area. Then, I called customer care for payment refund. Here things made complicated. First, customer care asked for emails confirmation even I was calling from my registered mobile. Second, when I sent email confirmation, they asked me for a particular script. When I asked for any script template, they refused to provide it. After sending many emails, they finally confirmed for refund.
As per refund policy, I was supposed to get online refund in 15 days. But when I didn’t get my refund, I again contacted customer care. Now they are saying that online refund in not possible. They will process for cheque refund.
I am feeling cheated. It seems a plan game where they get money from many customers (advance payment) and they use it for their own benefits. Each refund process take at least one month time. So they rotate customer money and make customers fool. This is a scam. Their license must be suspended by GOI.

Service person use to come and tell stories every time. Inspite of it I have paid all bills.
I withhold last bill of INR 1000. Now they are threatening to sue me. What ethics they have got? Really bunch of defaulters.
