I had applied for broadband connection. I got call from Tikona customer care. They confirmed me that Tikona has services in my area (Noida sector 82) and send me a link for advance payment so that broadband connection can we installed in next 24 hours.

I took 60mbps plan and now I am getting only 10mbps speed and sometimes not even that. There is lots of frequent disconnection everyday. If i am getting just 10mbps speed so it does not making any sense of taking 60MBPS speed plan it's better i would go for some other cheap plans or may be some other internet service provider....

Based on the information on the internet and social media sites, i am one of the many ex-tikona customers facing this problem. I had paid rs.1499/- on 28th dec.2018 and activated internet for the period of six months which is confirmed by tikona - this is with reference to your email request (Tt: 1-[protected]) regarding online recharge. Worst service ever by this lamb ISP.
Its been a month and i am getting the problem of this frequent disconnection since day one.
It get disconnected every half an hour and once disconnected we have to wait 15-20 minutes to get the connection back and each single time we have to switch off and on the router.
In this one month's time, i have logged near about 25 service requests but no action has been taken for it.

We are receiving the call daily from a new lawyer stating they are tikona's lawyer. When asking them counter questions they are not able to answer. With that we can understand that they are fake.
