I called tikona customer service on 23rd of march, 2019 to stop the internet services, the customer care person enquired me for the reason of disconnection and was forcing me to transfer the connection to a friend nearby, next tenant and when i declined these offers, he said they would transfer the connection to the city i am moving, this too i declined. Then the person on the other end put me on a hold for 8 minutes and then hung up. I mailed then on 25th to stop the connection, followed by mails on 28th march and 1st april.

They didnt pay any heed to my calls or mails. After this their endless calls from customer care stared sometimes asking me to pay for 4 months services or one month services. They failed to take my request on call or on mail.

Now i get 10-15 calls from them everyday to make the payment, some even being rude.

Tikona don't have any option of connection termination in the customer care call menu also not in their portal.

I have had previous trouble with their billing cycle as well. They are not a customer centric company.

    My tikona service id – [protected] since last 6 months i am facing severe disconnection issue, i have complaint several times but they have not done anything at all till date. Its almost 2 month now and slow internet and frequent disconnection is every day situation. The call resolved automtically stating issue has been resolved. Customer care do not provide a solution, you are taking all steps to ensure customers issues are closed without providing a resolution. Once you confirm a resolution, same issue repeat with in 2-3 days. Technician also not technically sound... Just come and reboot device and close the call... Getting 3rd class service from tikona... Attached herewith speed test response screen shot for more reference...

      I don;t have a record however i must have logged at least 30 complains in last 4 month after taking tikona broadband connection. Hence, i decided to suffix a number going forward to keep counting worst experience. You must be qualify for world top awards in worst services providers.

      I have logged a complain yesterday as internet was once again completely down. I have been told that an engineer will be assigned in next 4 hours. I am waiting for 30+ hours. When i called customer care now they informed that complain has been closed as issue was resolved. How the hell you validated that issue has been resolved? I have posted this in your forum however i will continue to post here as well till the time you provide a permanent resolution.

        After sending mail (on 5th Apr 2019 before bill generation date 7th of every month) to the tikona care and after 4 successive conversation with tikona care, still they sent monthly internet bill.

        They don't have any option of connection termination in the customer care call menu also not in their portal. I had to sent mail and call them for connection termination.

        After I sent the mail, they called me back and forced me to transfer my connection to any of my friend or relative in the city. Also tried to give offer with better facility. I clearly denied.

        This is very disappointing. After using tikona for a long time, when I plan to move out of the city I requested for service termination. But they said, the request is in progress and you wont receive any internet bill this month.
        But today (11th Apr 2019) I got a bill amount of Rs. 1060/- . I switched off the router and not using the internet 5th onward.

          My tikona Service ID – [protected], since last 3 months I am facing severe disconnection issue, almost everyday I am registering a complaint, which is of no use. When I requested to wave of the charges about all the trouble I am facing, they waved of RS 55, against my billing amount, is this a joke? You guys are fraud.
          Company is fraud.
          Customer care service is fraud.
          Service is 3rd class
          I really don't want that Rs55 too, keep that with you.
          Even while position this complaint I have to use other data service, since your service is not working and connection is again down.
          Who ever reads this complaint, believe me, don't ever choose tikona, else you will regret like me.
          For reference I have attached, present image, light is orange, connection is down.

            Dear sir,

            I been using tikona internet services from tikona infinet private limited since last 3+ months now. They have major issues with their network and not able to provide promised bandwidth as per their plans. I have complaint several times but they have not done anything at all till date.
            My plan id is prime_ulq_c5 (40 mbps unlimited) and what i mostly get is 1 to 5 mbps speed and sometimes even i get replies saying my data pack is exhausted when i am using unlimited plan. I shifted to unlimited plan because earlier thy complaint my usage was high and 250 gb 60 mbps plan used to expire in 15 to 20 days. They give answers which don't make any sense.

              My tikona id - [protected] from vizag. I was using tikona till oct 18 and then i had applied for disconnection by mail due to the false offer given to me while taking new connection. But it was my mistake that i dint take anything in writing while taking new connection.
              As usual there was no any response for my disconnection mail and bill was keep getting generated. I mailed again that i have stopped using services and i am not going to pay further amount.
              So finally in last week of nov i started getting calls for reconnection with offers. Mr vijay from vizag had called and given me the offer of rs1380 for 3 months plan validity starting from date of payment. This time i told him whatever is the offer he should mail me and then only i will pay and renew my connection. And then he mailed me the offer with price and validity of 3 months from 30 nov 18.
              Now in dec i had shifted my location and tikona service was not available in my new location. Thus i had returned my modem and all devices on 17 dec and my last login date was 15 dec 18.
              Thus i used 16 days of internet out of 3 months plan.
              I started mailing tikona for my refund calculations for balance 2 months atleast.

              Now their usual cheating tendency started. After more than 1 months i got a mail that i am eligible for rs 392 refund only. So they charged me rs 1000 for using 16 days of services.
              When i contacted customer care tikona executive ajay on 21 jan at 1721 hrs, it was observed that there was a mistake in refund calculations due to confusion in my billing cycle. My billing cycle has started from 30 nov 18 and not 15 oct 18. Thus it is fault by tikona and they are not accepting it though i have the proof in mail.

              From last 4 months i have put so many reminders but of no use. The person who had given the offer to me had left the job and told me to contact srinivas, his boss. But that # never responding back to me. Everytime he tells to wait. So its all very planned cheating done by tikona.

              Already complained on tikona forum also.
              I explained to your officer from billing dept how the mistake is from your side. Then she told me that she will check the details and call me back. And this happened 2 times in last 2 month. But i never got the call again.
              I am customer of tikona 5 year at dec i mail to close my connection and i pay advance payment at nov 18 but they not disconnect and sent me bill
              After that they call from advocate to legal notice why

              This is fraud company dont take this company connection

                I am staying in a pg in bangalore.
                That pg is using tikona internet.
                One day i logged into it (Mobile app) to raise a slow internet connection complaint.
                Seems like pg has discontinued from this service with tikona and also seems like there is some pending amount to pay.
                So i got a call from somene (Saying an advocate) and threatened me saying they have all proofs including my educational certificates and said will lodge a complaint in court and if lodged it will be hectic process and you may have to come to delhi for proceedings and warned me to settle outside.

                Also said that once that is paid, they will send a noc.
                Out of panic, i paid them 3k. Paid the amount by logging into tikona website. All the details to login and process were given by the person on call (Advocate). (Customer id: [protected] name: rajamohan reddy)
                This internet connection is on my name and i am just paying guest.
                I haven't given digital documents too while raising a complaint which i said earlier.
                (Got a call from [protected], mailid. Adv. [protected]@gmail.com)

                Please help me to get my money back.
                I want to complaint about this, as i want someother one to face similar situation.

                  I was using tikona connection. Recently i decided to discontinue the connection after multiple complaints that remained unresolved due to slow and useless network service from tikona. Then some senior person from tikona called me multiple times and convinced me to change plan which will work for me. I have all the call recordings with me. There was same issue with that plan too. So now i am discontinueing the connection. And the are asking me to pay amount of 1700 for a useless service. I am not paying a single penny to this fraud company.

                    Threatening calls from different adovacates saying some bills unsettled for which i never registered. I had written to mr prakash bajpai in this regard in sept 2018 in detail, appreciated that he forwarded this to mr siddharth parimoo,. Mr nail jose and mr kanhaiya mishra, which was then forwarded to mr kanhiya mishra and mr santosh naik by mr sidarth parimoo and a reply to me by mr sidarth parimoo that tikona apologies for this and the case will be closed soon. I am still getting threatening calls. Today after i got a call from advocate nidhi sharma, voice very rude and very threatening, i wrote again to everyone in tikona team i have contacted in this regard earlier. I hope that i get a reply and the case is settle soon. I really wonder what takes tikona to take so long.

                      We were using tikona broadband with customer id [protected].
                      Since last 01 year we have been requesting them to dissconnect the broadband telephonically insted of dissconnection, we start reciving unsolicited calls asking us why doyou want to
                      Dissconnect & start asking other unrelated question overphone, we had unnecesserly talk to them & after 01 hour call irritating call with similer question is recived. Finally
                      We requested for dissconection thru mail dt. 14/03/2018. We recived confirmation mail with assurence that the service request will be resolved within 72 hours. But to our exterme regret no action was taken. Start asking & saying we will solve your service issue. But i have told that i want only dissconnection. They insisted that we continue with same
                      Tikona broadband.
                      We clearly denied & asked them to dissconnect online request no. 1-[protected] but to our they are non dissconnecting the connection.
                      With lot of difficulty we got the mail id of there ceo mr. R. K. Sharma. We forwarded them sms & mails for dissconnection. We tried to connect him our his mobile no.[protected] we made him many calls over his to resolve our grivence. We forwared him e mail over. We recived a reply with assurence that issue will be resolved within 72.

                      But no action insted we are reciving calls after every hour to continue. Moreover they are sending us consolidated bills.

                      We received the conformation mail with a assurance that the issue will be resolved within 72 but to our regret we started receiving calls to continue with connection. All the concerned officials are not at all responsive
                      We are very clear that we do not want to continue with there broadband but they are not disconnecting instead raising bill for not using.

                      Request you to take stern action against tikona for unfair business practice & undue harassment & persuasion.

                      Can write a lot adverse about this organization but keeping in view importance of time we request you to inquire & penalize tikona.

                      I Urgently Install the Tikona services because i have my important work. But tikona give me limited connection networking after running of 2 hours of services.

                      I'm asking to tikona,
                      Is this the way to treat the customer like this.

                      Soo poor services poor speed..

                      If you don't give the better service else stop your tikona

                        I bought a package of 3 months broadband service from tikona on 12 march and piad total 1950.00. Since the day i have bought internet service from tikona, i have not used the connection.

                        Ever since from 12 march i am following up with customer service and technical support team to resolve the problem. The connection isn't working.

                        Even i reached to delhi tikona it head mr. Saurabh aggarwal ([protected]) on saturday 16th march and he assured me to fix the issue by monday 25 march but till today the issue is same.

                          Due to speed issue i have send several mails to disconnect my service but tikona is not responding to my emails and not even contacted me on my registered mobile no. Previously also i have face such kind of problem. Please take serious steps against tikona digital networks. My subscriber id is [protected]. Also i have already intimated that my billing cycle is 26th of every month. And after that i don't want to continue with their service.

                            Never seen such a worst service. The internet was down as soon as tikona authorised person completed the installation and left premises. Its almost 3 month now and slow internet and frequent disconnection is every day situation. The call resolved automtically stating issue has been resolved. Your customer care do not provide a solution, you do not respond to emails, your twitter handle also do not respond. You are taking all steps to ensure customers issues are closed without providing a resolution. Once you confirm a resolution, same issue repeat with in 2-3 days. Engineers neither visit not call however i always get a message that engineer visited and issue found from back end. Later tickets are closed stating resolution confirmed from user.

                            Forget to mention that screen shot is also attached. See the speed for 6 mbps connect. The latency is also very high. Every time your customer care ask to do the same thing like power off / on, connect the cable directly to computer etc etc. and every time i get a message that issue was found at backend. pls provide a permanent resolution. My bill due date is 30th March so you have only 5 days to provide a resolution. Else, i will opt for disconnection.

                            An engineer has been assinged today for 5 days old complain. Not sure if that is due to this forum or just a coin side. Engineer has tested the connection, found issue and inform that it will be taken care from back end. As soon as he left, i got a message that Engineer visited and issue resolved. I really don;t understand the Tikona care culture. See the current speed test result below for 6 mbps connection.
                            - Download: 2.01 mbps
                            - Upload - 0.03 mbps
                            - Latency - 504 (Very high)

                            Thanks, will post the issue there. The issue was resolved on 29th March. however The slow speed issue started once again from yesterday (31st March) once again. None of your resolution work for more than 2-3 days. I am seeing this for last 3 month and i am 100% sure that i have to live with this till the time i am using Tikona.
                            FYI - The first issue started as soon as Tikona engineer left the premises after installation :) Really, this kind of superior service cannot be expected.

                              Going through a horrible episode of customer harrassment by tikona. I was billed wrongly and called by tikona executives daily to make payment. Every time i have to explain to them that the issue is at their end and to correct that or not to call me till the issue is resolved. But that is not happening. They call at least twice or thrice a day from ivr asking to pay the amount and everytime i have to explain the case to them from scratch. It's as if no customer history is maintained at all. Have raised the issue to tikona appellate asking for compensation for disturbance, mental torture and harrassment. It has become unbearable now. I may go to police to file an fir now since no response is forthcoming. However they do think it is important and have the resources to call everyday to ask for payment! I'm sure there are others facing similar issues. Please raise your voice against this callous attitude of tikona.

                              Yesterday after I posted this message your customer care executive called to offer Rs.100 as compensation for all the harrassment I have gone through at your company's behest since last more than a month. This is certainly not acceptable. It is not a trivial issue. May I request you to provide me with the personal phone number of your company's CEO Mr. Prakash Bajpai or Senior Management. I would like to call them randomly thrice a day and then pay them Rs. 100 at the end of the month for any inconvenience caused to them.

                              Hope you will take the matter seriously.

                                I have requested for service disconnection from tikona on 12th feb 2019.in the said email, i had requested for service to be discontinued effective immediately and the cpe/ device/ cable to be collected.
                                A reminder email was sent on 14th feb 2019.
                                On 21st feb, tikona ltd. Only partially terminated the service by discontinuing rentals despite explicitly requesting for 'termination of account'.
                                All outstanding dues were settled on 21st of feb 2019.

                                An acknowledgement email was sent by tikona ltd. To me on 24th feb stating outstanding due amount as 0.00 inr.

                                A reminder to completely terminate the account was again sent on 12th march 2019 to tikona ltd. Following which i received acknowledgement of the same.

                                The company has not sent any representatives to collect the device in the 7 days which have elapsed. A reminder has been sent via sms to mr. Dipanwita on [protected] on 18th march 2019.
                                Another email was sent by tikona on 14th march giving the following phone number to contact for returning cpe: [protected]. When i contacted this number, the person recieving said his contract with tikona ended 2 years ago. It is a disastrous state of affairs and laughable if the system has not been updated since 2 years.

                                The company is doing blatant corporate malpractice and having gross contempt towards the customers.

                                35 days have elapsed since the initial request for service disconnection and still no executive has come to collect the device. Also, i do not want tikona ltd.in possession of my data or account. I want all my information stored with this fraudulent company removed with immediate effect except the data which is needed for regulatory insight as mention in 'privacy policy.'

                                  Having tikona wifi was good enough and i opted for 3 months plans and paid for it and i asked them if i could disconnect the internet after the 3 months and there person told me it's possible so we used it for 3 months but after that it wasn't working because plan was over so i choose not to use it anymore but on the ending of 4th month i got a call from tikona and the guy told me to pay the the amount for using it so 3 months bill was there which i never knewd and never used and that executive doesn't have any idea what he is talking about.
                                  Making someone pay for something that they didn't had or used is complete nonsense.
                                  Try me to pay one more time and i will do a fir against.
                                  And they are not disconnecting the internet too means not taking away there router cables etc. And on top of that you want a bill for not using your internet?
                                  And one more things this guy from tikona said your connection is postpaid seriously you are stopping your internet services after the fup plan finishes and you call us and told us that i have a postpaid connection. You guys make no sense and i am not going to pay for what isn't true.

                                    Tikona initaiated installation only after i paid money of 2511.
                                    Beacuse of sped insufficiency i cancelled the connection. Their customer care promised me to return my money within 10 days.

                                    I called their customer care thrice and everytime they said they are initialing refund. Now it is more than a month.

                                      Poor network service. Poor network speed. Irregularity in the network connection. Not working since three months. Some short of technical problem is arising. Network is showing too weak. Very bad condition of service when 2-3 devices are connected in a network. After every five minutes the network is showing invalid or unable to access the network.                                         Its been 2weeks we had deal with tikona for their broadband connection, but yet the installation is not done. We have paid the full amount and their executive lakhan is not at all helpful... Now not even receiving our calls. No one receives calls at customers care service desk, even after long time hold no executive received our call. Sent email but it wasted our time only. Before paying they were very good to us and after we paid they just gave n number of reasons and even after 2weeks of waiting time the work is not done.
