Hi,

I have taken the tikona connection for 10 mbps speed for 3 months. Initially i got i got 10 mbps speed. After one month the speed starting down and than i was receiving only 2 mbps than on... I had raised many times complaint to the tikona... All most 15 times. And there is solution. They just close the ticket after one day. I am completely tried of this provider and not willingly to continue any more.

I only the got the connection only after i paid the amount. But these tikona are came with new name advanced post paid connection. I don't understand what is this advanced post paid connection when i am pre paying the amount before the connection and now they are harassing me to pay the coming months amount. Which is very worst.

    Hi

    I have been using this service for a while. I work from home for which i use high-end software that requires the highest speed. Which is why i have bought the 40 mbps speed.

    Now i multiple issues with the service.

    Firstly the net keeps disconnecting for which it hampers my work. This is the 3rd to 4th time in a week i have to raise a complaint about disconnectivity along with speed drop down. Sometimes it even dropped below 1 mbps and that persists for hours and this is a regular issue. That's about the service.

    Secondly, the engineer assigned to my local area is not helpful at all. He visited once, change the rooftop antenna. He told me that he have changed antenna, now you will get full speed. Why tikona gave me 40 mbps plan if their antenna does not support this speed. That too happened when i called tikona about the speed issue. This is how they are fooling customers.

    I have been calling the tikona team every day. I have to call separately to the technical support team. They check from their end and asked me to call router team as it is a problem of the router. I called router team. I simply asked them to send a technician as i cannot call every day. They replied you have to call us again to get your problem solved. Until then we can not send a technician.

    Today on 27th may, i tried calling customer care of tikona to talk at senior level. I waited for 10 minutes, no one picked. I called again, waited for 15 minutes, no response. This is what tikona is providing to the customer

    still calling TIkona daily about speed issue. they say same thing everytime that we are cheking back end. please wait for 24 hours. please give me one chance. today i called to Sr, technician, he told me that if problem do not resolve in 24 hours, we will disconnect your connection as tikona is unable to provide service at premises. I hope Tikona stays on its words.

      We shifted on the 18th from the 2nd floor to the 12th floor of the same building. Shifting was notified on 17th still it's not done. Numerous calls were made.. However, we received only false promises from the call reps shahdab, nawab, karan bhosale and supervisors saurabh n mitali. They only told us each time that we promise it will be done tomorrow by afternoon 12 or evening 5 but no one came. Last friday supervisor saurabh disconnected my call and then blocked it too. We have already paid the annual subscription.

        I applied for discontinuation of services on 08.05.2019 and have informed that i will be leaving the city on 09.05.2019. They told me that the process will take 10 days to which i agreed and told my landlord to wait for this much days for discontinuation of services.
        It has been nearly 20 days, they are calling me daily harassing me every day with the same questions and concerns and not listening to discontinuation requests. I have no outstanding bill, still, daily i am getting messages daily that my amount is due.

          I send closing account request to tikona at there official customer care email id. I got automated reply from system about they received my mail. But after that there is no confirmation mail from there officials about closing my account.
          I paid my all bills and regularly online so i have proof of my payment. And account closing email with valid reason.
          As reading review on this forum, if tikona try to harass me then i m going to file case against them and su them for harassment.
          I have all proof of emails. And bill payments.

            I had a connection in my old house id [protected]. I disconnected on 04-nov-2018, sent a mail to tikona on 19 dec 2018 to disconnect from my mail. There after they asked me to pay my usage amount of 1802 and i paid the same in 23-jan-2019.

            But again and again they keep calling my wife an harassing for payment. When i called customer care, they say they did not receive any mails from me. I had sent mail to them from the same mail box to which they used to send me mails.

            Now there is no way of communicating to them and they are not taking disconnection request from any other phone.

            While taking connection, the agents wrongly regstered my wife's phone number and now tikona sends all calls and messages to this number even after repeated telling that it is wrong number.

            If this repeats, i have no choiceother than to lodge police complaint.

              Hi,

              I raised request to disconnect tikona several times on tikona customer care number and still my connection is not terminated. I stopped using all the service of tikona since 18th may 2019.

              I called tikona customer care and service engineers 100 times from 10th may 2019 to till date, but still my connection is not disconnected yet and all the requests are closed by tikona executives and support guys without any acknowledgement.

              I am being frustrated and stressed out due to improper service from tikona and is really feeling unnecessary harassment. Kindly disconnect tikona connection and collect all your devices as we cannot continue with tikona broadband. Also refund our money.

                from last 12days my Broadband is not working, i am trying to reach agent named MR RAJ SINGH ([protected]) from last week he is so arrogant that he is not even ready to answer the calls even if he answers the call he says i m on leave and disconnect the call then he will not answer the call from the same number, even after several follow ups done from our side there is no positive response from RAJ, the service that we are receiving from TIKONA is genuinely PATHETIC SERVICE, I am really disappointed about the service and i really doubt if i can recommend your service to anyone, REF# [protected].
                Please update me asap with resolution or else please refund the amount paid

                  Please i have noted that your executives are coming for tech call of others and disconnecting my network cable and ohter's too. The are solving one person's problem and creating problem for others.

                  This how you people are working. Last sunday i have connected my lan and everything was fine. Yesterday one of your executive have come again and disconnected my lan cable.
                  Look at my payment history. I am paying you what all this nonsense is going on.

                  I will file complaint against you if you will not solve it today.

                    Tikona is a big fraud company, with worst service, of internet, you will find 1000s of such issues. Tikona cheats its customer by harassing them and sending fake bills. They will threaten you over phone and most probable will send goons / recovery agents to recover the money. Even after sending a request to disconnect, they are still generating a bill and asking to pay. I have all the complaint uid issued 2 me by them as a proof. Its my request entrusting your forum to kindly look into this matter

                      My name is preeti, i faced relocation issue (Since 1s of may2019) where new location is non-feasible and need to close tikona connection as confirmed by engineer. Engineer also confirmed he has informed customer care for closing the connection. Also customer care told me as i have paid last bill and not used tikona so i have no need to pay anything (It's zero amount) and they are closing the connection and their engineer will come and collect roof-top device and cable and after that they will give my deposited amount which i paid at the time of new connection, but after that no response from tikona customer care and again new bill generated for this month. I am continuous calling customer care but they are saying they do not have such relation information.. Then how they sent engineer to check new location's feasibility.
                      I am taking followups and calling customer care[protected] from last 20 days.

                      I was tikona customer more than 5 years.
                      It's a fraud from tikona.
                      Mentally as well as physically (Physically means, i am continuously calling them but no response) harassing me.
                      I am 39 years old and not well since last 6 to 7 months. If any critical issue occur in my health then tikona will be responsible for the same.

                        I have tried calling tikona and even mailed them that I don't want to use their internet service. But they are not replying.
                        I am suffering form this problem from last month I have lodged complaints many times that internet is not working or is working very slow but they didn't take any action. So I decided to discontinue tikona broadband.
                        I want you to please stop my billing from 20 may 2019. As I no longer want to continue your service.

                          I took connection from tikona on 18th april 2019 till that day i didn't received internet connection properly, already registered complaints with technical team and customer service team, 5 times engineer visited at my home address and they have same thing to say "sir there is a problem at network end let me go to that tower and check" and same thing happening every time when i call tikona, engineer visit and say the same thing and never comeback to let me know what happened to my complaint.
                          I called customer service to discontinue the services on 13th may and i received the call on very next day and they said sir please give us opportunity one more time we will get it fixed at this time after talking to them i got agreed for the same but same thing happened again i dint received any resolution.
                          From my first complaint to last complaint you just asked for 48 hours, if you guys are not able to provide me the resolution from last month then why you guys are not cancelling the connection and refunding my money.

                          Now i don't want any services from tikona please cancel my services because you are not able to provide internet and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I have 6 mbps plan for 3 months which i already paid the money
                            But since he installation and activation of the service the internet is very slow, since u guarantee the speed that u provide is 6 mbps i am not even getting the half of it
                            The speed i am getting is only of 1 mbps and even less than that
                            I cant even watch 1080p videos on youtube with that speed
                            Since its google y'all know it has the best servers, when i try to download an app of 100 mb or more i am not even getting speed of 500 kbps, it says 4 min left for such 6 mbps speed that u guarantee
                            Or even when i try to download some files from google drive, i only get max speed of 800 kbps since google drive has its own best and fast servers

                            When i try to check speed form speedtest.net or fast.com it says the speed is above 5 mbps, but i am not getting speed as mentioned above

                            Guys i[censored] want to check your true speed, just download something form google playstore or google drive yall will know whats the true speed of the internet
                            N if the send the technician or engineer to check the speed just do this or else he will just show u the fake speed of the speedtest.net or fast.com

                            And the other thing i want to tell is since the installation i have written 2 mails but none of them have been seen and from the auto generated mail u say that we will call u back within 24 hrs, 6 days have passed since then but u haven't responded yet
                            N whenever i try to contact customer service through the phone number i have to wait too much like 10-15 mins

                            In short i will say the netspeed and the customer service is very very bad
                            I will not recommend tikona to anybody

                              We had opted for tikona Wifi in Mumbai and after several reassurances from the salesman, we made the full payment for the connection in advance, as is required according to the company's procedure. However, the very next day their engineer told us that ours was an unserviceable location for the company and they would not be able to provide the required connection. So we were asked to raise a request for refund which we did on the very same day. However, we felt that Tikona has purposefully made the customer grievance portal very cumbersome, the calls are never answered without atleast 15-20 mins of waiting, everytime they forward the issue to the engineer though its a customer handling issue, the engineer again asks to raise another complaint and the cycle goes on. The Customer Care executive mentioned that the amount will be refunded by cheque in 10 working days, though it was a direct payment made through net banking. It's been around 3 months and the cheque never arrived and the Customer Care/engineer/salesman are totally uncooperative towards getting the issue resolved.
                              Tikona has duped us of the entire amount of INR 3257 and there's no response from their end for any refund of the same.

                                My internet speed is very slow and customer care can not solve the problem.
                                Every time i talk to the customer care they ask me to reboot the router which is not a solution at all. Your service is the worst internet service in town. Even after sending a man to solve the problem he couldn’t help and solve it. He submitted all the screenshots as proofs yet the problem continues to occur. It literally pisses me off. This is a fraud because they have clearly mentioned 5g high speed internet when it’s not even close to 3g. My jio mobile network is way better than my tikona wifi.

                                  Hi, please help me to file a complaint against tikona broadband. I'm using their services for almost a year and since then i'm not receiving the expected bandwidth that was promised to me at the time of subscription. Most of the time, i cannot do my official work due to this issue and this caused me inconvenience. Whenever i call them they say that there are some technical issues in this region and therefore they cannot provide me expected services. If this was the reason then how could they take this long period? I have paid recently 1947 rupees for three months pack, 2 months are still remaining, i want them to give back my money. I want a valid compensation for my work loss and mental harassment due to this worse internet connectivity. I just want to get back my money so that i can switch to other broadband. Please help me for this.

                                    I have a plan of 60MBPS but I am receiving 4-5MBPS speed, I am raising technical issues complaint but no one is doing anything. When I am asking for waiver, they are saying no waiver applicable as I have used some data. I don't understand if I am getting 4-5 MBPS speed, then data will be used, but I am paying amount for 60MBPS, why I am not getting waiver for this.
                                    They are not considering speed issue as for waiver, for them if you are getting speed issue that means there should be no usage.
                                    I need help on this, i need to sue the company for this rubbish policy.

                                      I called up Tikona for a new connection and they said your request has been processed and gave me a person s no who was suppose to come to my house for connection. But nobody came. then i called them again one of their sales executive came and ask me to pay INR 1000 to Tikona so they can start processing .I paid but still nobody showed up to install the system. everyday they are giving a new no but nobody came. Finally i asked for refund one executive said call CUSTOMER CARE. I called CUSTOMER CARE there also one executive said it will be refunded in 2 days next day another called and said 10 days and again an executive called and said it will take 30 working days. Rude staff, ### service and worst policies. Worst company to deal with.

                                        I registered complaint to tikona in month of june-2018 via customer-care service number regarding very poor service provided by them.in next month i faced same issue. So, decided to disconnect tikona broadband service. Same has been inform to technical and senior technical executive through customer care service number to de-activate/disconnect the connection. After this complaint, they haven't responded on it and bill was generated for the month of july 2018.
                                        After that i again called them regarding this disconnection issue. At that time they told to email tikona from registered email id for de-activation/ disconnection. I did the same immediately. Dropped them a mail for disconnection. Still i got bill for month of august 2018. After few days i got the call from there executive for payment of due amount for the internet service i have not used. I explained them the whole thing but they were like you pay bill first. After couple of months, i got call from some person telling me that he is calling from delhi civil court and case has been filled against me for not paying the due amount and needs to present in front of court on date they mentioned. I explained them the whole case to them as well. After few days i again got the calls from there recovery agents. They were talking so rudely and pretending themselves as advocates from delhi civil court. Now again after few months (Now in month of may 2019) i got the call from some advocate from delhi civil court chamber number 149 and told me that they have received the file from tikona against me for not paying due amount. They also repeated the same thing which happened in previous calls few months earlier. My point is why is not tikona not monitoring on the services they provide and forcefully generating bill for the services which consumers are not using. And how many time they file the same complaint to delhi civil court. Now they are threatening and harassing through calls. Please help me in this.
