harassing to make payment even after sending a notice of disconnection

Tikona is a big fraud company, with worst service, of internet, you will find 1000s of such issues. Tikona cheats its customer by harassing them and sending fake bills. They will threaten you over phone and most probable will send goons / recovery agents to recover the money. relocation non-feasible so not closing connection and sending bills

My name is preeti, i faced relocation issue (Since 1s of may2019) where new location is non-feasible and need to close tikona connection as confirmed by engineer. Engineer also confirmed he has informed customer care for closing the connection. Also customer care told me as i have paid last bill and not used tikona so i have no need to pay anything (It's zero amount) and they are closing the connection and their engineer will come and collect...

slow internet speed and poor customer service

But since he installation and activation of the service the internet is very slow, since u guarantee the speed that u provide is 6 mbps i am not even getting the half of it

With respect to subject mentioned, i was using m/s tikona broadband connection and after usage of 3 month i opted for disconnection and with this regard wrote e-mail to tikona customer care dated[protected] and there was no response to my mail.
