I have requested disconnection for my tikona broadband connection 2 months prior to my disconnection date. My broadband was not disconnected and i had moved from the place. Tikona kept the connection alive for a month and were charging me for it. I did not make the payment for the additional month because i had already requested for the connection to be discontinued. I have been harassed for the past 3 years to make that payment and they have added penalty for that payment until now.

Today i received a call from someone claiming to be from the delhi high court from [protected]. They were absolutely ruthless and spoke in such a terrible manner. On truecaller this was flagged as tikona.

    Hi, i have created a request to disconnect my account on 2nd december. They said that they will disconnect my account till 12th december. But my account is still active. I had no outstanding amount. But they generated bill on december 14 even i haven't used the internet. This is cheating. I am not going to pay the bill. My account number is [protected]. My name is jigar panchal. Deactivate my account as soon as possible.

      I tried getting a new connection, which your pathetic company failed to provide. My payment for the service was done on 30/11/2018 which got confirmed on 1/12/2018 and then according to your guidelines i waited for 7 days which eventually became more than 10 days. Due to this delay i cancelled my registration on 10/12/2018 by sending you a mail with all details, regarding which your customer representative said, i will get a call back after 48 hours. Now its going to be more than 4 days and i have'nt received any response from your side.

          Worst internet service ever. The sales people promised a good speed of 6mbps and now i am not able to load simple google homepage. My phone internet hotspot works faster than that.. If only i had no daily limit... Tikona is cheating its customers... I called the customer care so many time and registered a complaint so many times. No resolution. Only empty promises. I am so frustrated.

            DEAR ALL,

            MY USER ID IS Tikona Service ID No [protected] & Billing Account Number[protected]

            i was facing issuing of disconnection and reconnection at the time of electricity failure. i need to call again and agin to login into the app and web portal for using internet at home. This is was not resolved as per the Team of Customer Care as well no one has been sent for the problem faced. Instead i had received several call multiple call for remaining payment for which the internet was not working onl;y, no usage from our end. Even now i received legal call for paymnet inspite of no service hence paid the balance inspite of no utilisation of service.
            I request all to take a note of that the Service is very pathetic and waste of time of customer. The Service provider not provide service which as assured by them.

              I have requested tikona insatallation as they will not initiat process without payment i paid, but after that their installation not possible due to some technical issue. So requested refund.

              Almost 2 month done with refeund request, still waiting for refund initatiion or any msg that will tell my i am getting my refund. Called coustomer care multiple times, got answers i will get it in 15 days.

                I am not getting speed from last 3 months issue is going on and engineer visit also has not been done they should deactivate my account and give me confirmation and refund my money due to net is not working unnecessary they are wasting my time and given the problem to me and my family members they are making call only again and again.                   I registered for 10mbps unlimited connection and paid 4200/- on 26/11/2018 for one year.

                  But i am not even getting 1 mbps speed. The tikona salesperson promised that i will get 10mbps speed but i never got it

                  He stopped picking my calls and blocked my number one day after registration
                  I want to complain against him for selling fraud service. I am attaching his photo

                    I have applied for a new wifi connection on 23 rd nov 2018. Payment also made in advance through their online gaye way their representative also collector kuch documents and told connection will be done in 2-3 days but till today not done. Also no body responding. Customer care not taking my calls. Those people (senior also) speak a new lie every day.

                      Dear ms. Antika prabhu,

                      Its now several months and the frequent drop internet problem is not being solved. More than 20 times your the so called engineers have visited the site but no improvement what so ever.

                      Please check the complain history which is very very shameful. Every time i make a complain a new person looks into the matter and we are at square one all the time.

                      You have given me several last dates to resolve the problem and again and again have asked for last chance each time.

                      Even today your engineer had visited and not only wasted his time but also of mine and the result is big "0" zero again. According to mr jaychand (Engineer) it is not possible to give proper signal as your tikona signal device is on (The ground floor + 4 floors), whereas the site building is at (Ground + 8 floors). Therefore it is impossible to get proper signal at my end.

                      Besides the main tikona signal device that is installed at my site building is four buildings apart and passes through at least four to five switches which makes the signal weaker and weaker but it also drops at the end where i get it.

                      In short i am very much certain that tikona have failed completely in providing proper internet service hence please see to that i get all the hard earned money of mine with interest. Or be ready for my final blow as a full and final from my end.

                      I hope you will take immediate action in the matter or else i will be forced to take very serious action from my side and believe me it will make tikona very much unhappy.

                        I had requested for new broadband connection from tikona.
                        One of the representative visited my place on 24th nov 2018 and asked me to pay 2124 rs and promised me to install router same day, however after payment they didn't install and not even called.
                        And when i called them they are giving some excuse and not coming for installation. And when i asked for refund they are not responding.
                        Today 25th nov 2018 i wasted entire day calling them and customer care but no solution and and not even refunding my money.

                          Tikona please look into this, been a customer since a long time now and im really annoyed as to what is really happening to your systems now. I paid off an existing bill and yet the led on the modem is red and not green. So today i saw my modem's led turned red i thought its because of late payment so i asked an agent and he said it is.. I asked him if i can pay the bill online on tikona website using instant pay, he agreed.. So i paid 950 rs on it as directed by your agent. However i looked at the modem its still not turning green.. Please look into this today, i have to be at work from tomorrow so it will get tough for me to look into this tomorrow.

                            I was trying to call your customer care but count not be connected, always hearing customer care personas are attending other call. I am moving to some other location i would like to close my connection.
                            Now i request you to close my connection and remove your materials for the location immediately, since i was staying for rent.

                            I was given request for change registered mail id but it was not happened, since one week not able to connect to your customer service.

                                We are in agreement with tikona for site facilitation since 1st sep 2018, as per agreement clause tikona should pay rent within 90 days of agreement date which is nov 2018. Just came to know by tikona representative tht rent will be released in jan 2019 due to late submission. We hv already submitted all documents within time limit hence payment delay by tikona is not accetable by us. It is kind request to release the payment before 30th nov 2018 as per agreement terms.                                   This is the worst internet provider ever. I have requested to disconnect the service as I was traveling broad in May. The customer care agent didn't do the needful. Hence I did the same once I came back in June. They skedme to pay one month's bill will disconnect. Again I was abroad till Oct end. During this period I've been receiving multiple calls from Tikona saying amount is pending. Which amount? I have already paid a deposit amount while taking the connection and that money is not refunded yet. Also your guy came and removed the connection cable. what bill are you talking about now?

                                  An advocate called me from Tikona saying I need to go to Delhi court. For what? It's your mistake that your people didn't close my connection. If they wanted it in email then they should have told me the same in the call. Also I didn't receive any reply to the email I sent mentioning the same.

                                    5) as a service provider it is tikona's duty to inform customer/ consumer to inform when there advance payment is getting completed....

                                    Clear case of deficiency of service.

                                    7) hastikona taken our concern before generating advance payment bill...???
                                    No
                                    It is a clear case of deficiency of service

                                    8) tikona has given us tremendous mental harassment, we wont ever take tikona services in our lifetime

                                    9) as per tikona logic we have used their service for 15days extra. (Tikona takes advance payment for there service)
                                    So we are ready to pay for 15days to end the dispute.
                                    Even though there is no due on us.
                                    Kindly take the money and close this torture

                                    Please don't make calls and harass us...

                                      Money has been paid for 12 month for full payment but no body is coming to attend the request.
                                      15 times i sent email regarding the disconnecting the service but no body is coming and take the instrument already internet is not working properly.
                                      Why we keep the stuff.
                                      Amit chohan is his main person but not picking the phone and reply also and from tikona also not sending anybody

                                      3rd class service provider I don't want to continue that connection kindly refund my money.
                                      I am using Tikona broadband with userid [protected]. I have raised several complaints with Tikona customer service for internet issue. I am getting very low internet speed. But Tikona has not fixed the issue. Tikona engineers hesitate to visit. Please help me.

                                        Hi,

                                        My name is shakti sarangi and i was a customer of tikona broadband. I was using their wifi service and was paying almost 800 rupees a month. Post purchasing a jiofi device, paying so much for internet did not make sense and i requested tikona for closure of connection.
                                        They refused to close the connection despite multiple requests and continued to charge me. Finally after multiple requests they de-activated the plan but did not close the account and i was billed again. I refused to pay post which i was threatened by them of legal action. I disconnected the modem and the device completely and stopped interacting with them.
                                        3 months later i got a notice from an advocate threatening me to file a case in court post which i paid 500 rupees more. They literally extorted money from me.
                                        They have still not closed my account and though i am not getting any bills they are sending me messages threatening me to close my account, a request which i made ages ago.
