Still I am facing the same issue net is disconnect suddenly Kindly take the necessary action.
otherwise give me confirmation you cant do anything in that particular location, then we can move on for other operator.
Because it is enuff to send to you emails and not getting any update.
I need action immediately hope so you will stand up.
However you can provide us the old material also 24 volt adopter that is also useless.
Did you know the meaning of Escalation if you know then why you are taking a lot of time, hope so you have appointed the
educated staff in your organisation they can read if not then kindly take your all equipment and go somewhere else.
Kindly removed out your connection from my house and go any where please I am requesting you.
I don't have passions to bear with you more, however I have faced to you from 2015 but now I don't have Passions please.

    Note that i do not want to continue with your services from[protected]. Hence this is last month of your service.

    Terminate my connection from 4th november 2018 else i will not pay any further bills.

    I will not be responsible if you do not disconnect and any data is used after[protected].

      Tikona user id [protected].

      I have requested to disconnect my connection started with calls was inform to sent email also sended email, still was not disconnected they generated bill for next month now they keep calling & texting. I have informed them i haven't used any data because i was not getting permission from building society to install tikona connection at terrace. I asked them to sent uasge details they denied for any reason keep saying bill is applicable.
      Kindly help us from tikona service harassing us.

        We had a internet service from tikona done in march by paying 2500 rs for 3 months.in 5 weeks we stopped using the same due to bad speed. We sent mails to discontinue n take away the modem. Inspite of repeated following no one came. After 4 months now they are charging for one month payment for what. I m getting constant threats from so called legal people like me schadev

        Note the modem has been returned and collect by representative mr praveen n we have sent
        Receipt to tikona customer care.
        Pl note that the service has not been used from april 12 2018 although it was paid till may end.
        Why there is a pending payment when we have requested discontinuation based on email sent on april 12 and reconfirmed to customer care on calls'

        I am seriously disappointed and furious that tikona is choosing to threaten by way of mails and fake call for the amount which is also not technically due to tikona!
        Ideally as customer we should be refunded the amount for non-usage of service for 6 weeks out of 12 weeks paid for!

        Seriously this is the most ridiculous service that we have used till date and will never recommend or even we will make sure that any of our friends using tikona will discontinue!

            If you are a faridabadi and planning to take the services of tikona.. Beware this is fraud company and their only intention is to take money from you. I opted for their 25 mbps plan and the sales person vinod ([protected]) said that you need to pay 2761 to get the installation done. I paid the amount. The technician came to my place and stated that their is no feasibility to get the installation done. It been over a month that vinod and the customer care are throwing me from one place to another.

            Take any other service but please please don't take tikona.

            Well not sure what you are referring to when i try to login after registering myself it states "The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator"

            Rakesh i would suggest to post all your grievances on social media, the same that i did. This the only language these fraudsters understand.

            Moreover if any of your friend wants to take their service please stop them after all this is our hard earned money.

              My user id is [protected]. I had subscribed to the bf10m6999 for one quarter last week. Initially there was frequent automatic log outs which was some how tolerated. But from 19/10/2018, there is no internet connection. There is no answer to my calls. Please restore internet connection within one hour or refund full amount paid by me immediately if you are not able to provide internet service.

              Also i have problem, couple of time i have mail in customer care for closed the connection and refund my amount, people told me that connection is pre paid so we are not getting done refund. Our service team help out for your networking issue..

              When i getting connection at that time customer service officer told me its very good service provided and good networking company, but when i getting new connection day one i have facing issue started and not any responded from customer executive.

              Very very disappointed service in this industries and also peoples not getting request for closed the connection and even not getting refund the amount.

                Hello,

                Chirag dedhia here, i had taken broadband service of 'tikona digital networks', which i intimated to discontinue on 13th may 2018 via email and oral communication, hence it was not done by the provider and they sent, me an invoice and emailed me the rental bill for next month on 24th may 2018, which is not reasonable itself. Inspite of several oral and written communications to discontinue the service from the broadband provider, they have sent me a legal notice from halai and co (Advocates) claiming my dues of rupees nine hundred and seventy five only (975/-) which is non ethical when i had asked them to stop the service due to their higher charges.
                And upon that since yesterday i am getting calls from a spam number
                'adv raghubeer saha holding number [protected]'trying to threaten me to cost harm to me incase i fail to pay this amount.

                Its my humble request to you to look upon this matter as it is effecting me and my family.

                  As i was using tikona from last 4 years. On the month of march '18 i have disconnect your service & informed your regarding this disconnection.

                  As your engineer has visited my home & i was also informed him regarding this disconnection. So he convinced me that disconnection had been done properly & no further charges will be applicable on it.
                  Now i am receiving a call from tikona team for due payment. So please check with your end & disconnect this connection properly.

                    I paid for 10mbps 120gb/month 6-months plan, and waited 3 days for the connection, no one came for instalation, i called the tikona care and asked their help, they simply said its in the hands of your are manager, i called repetadly and i came to know that, i opted for limited plan of 120gb but they registerd me for unlimitted and asking me to pay more money, even though i pay more money who is going to be responsible for my money... They are cheating people by cheep tactics of changing ur plans. So disapointed with tikona. I am going to file a case in consumer court, a lawer alredy delt with tikona problem is helping.

                      This is to inform you that the company "tikona" is fraud. They have cheated me. A person came to my home he said we are providing an free service for 2 months only you have to rs.200/- after that there will be plan that will be executed. But it doesn't happen they have given me a bill of rs.1027/-. After that when i didn't pay after 4 months there is a call from an "niharika sachdeva" calling her as an advocate she said that you payment of tikona is due with rs.1497/- which is wrong she scared me that if you will not pay that then company will file a case on you so i paid it but when i asked her that my payment is rs.1027/- why are you asking rs.1497/- she said i will let you know with in 5 min but no call came but when i called her she didn't receive it.                           Excess billing even after disconnection request and harassment calls from executives claiming as tikoana advocates.
                          The email which i send to tikoana on 2nd june and no reply and they keep calling me every month.
                          Hi all,

                          Issues from starting of the service from tikona and now and a fat bill
                          From tikona.

                          When i have taken a connection in jan,

                          Issue 1.

                          It took 15 days for u people to come and install the connection after
                          The payment.
                          And i was simply left without money and connection.

                          Issue 2

                          The connection had constant disconnection issues and the same issue
                          Continued for another 15 days, and the engineer from the retentions
                          Team came down when i asked for a disconnection and refund of money.
                          He changed the direction of the receiver. And the disconnection was
                          Resolved.

                          Issue 3.

                          From then on, no disconnection, but i never had a 4 mbps line as promised,
                          But a # fluctuating line always which is like a sine wave, which
                          Will go to 0mbps and my work disrupt and i had to restart my
                          Work (Bcoz i have to connect to my office server and that will
                          Disconnect due to security issues and authentication).

                          For this issue, i have been calling ur # customer support, every time they promise issue will be taken care within another 24 hours
                          And at last in the month of may 1st week, i asked for a disconnection
                          On may 04th or 05th, whereas i had paid the full rental in advance
                          On april 30th, for 4 mbps line at 250 fup.

                          That means i am entitled to a refund, of rs 2185.69, after 3 to 4
                          Days o[censored]sage.
                          But instead, u have charged me rs 5k + amt and want me to pay that when
                          I have paid the # money in advance and i am entitled to a 250
                          Gb fup and after that unlimited usage at 1mbps.
                          What u people think, even i am an advocate by profession and u people
                          Can just the bill and i am going to pay it.

                            I have done recharge of 1499 on 3 oct 2018.280 gb 1 year validity.
                            Money got deducted. I got msg in app showing recharge success

                                Hi,

                                Writing this feedback on the customer service provided by tikona over phone call. None of the executives is able to resolve my issue or authorized to provide communication over written email.

                                I have raised connection shifting the request on 30th september and that time it has been promised to shift in 72 hours, and also communicated that if you are not using the connection then there will be no charges applicable.

                                During 72 hours daily i used to check with customer care about the status but recived same response that technitian contact will be provided to you. Son 2nd oct supervison dattatraya ([protected]) contact number provided via sms but he didn't picked up the call at all. After 72 hours again have raised complaint and 4th october customer executive shared one technitial number but he refused to attend the request as the area not falls under his authority.

                                On 5th october one engineer called and promised to visit on 6th but no communication recived neither he visited to my location.

                                On 6th october raised connection close request as no one has communicated to me about the connection establish status. After that day onwards, i will be getting multiple calls (Atleast 3 calls per day almost 15 mintues per call) to provide justifications why you want to close the connection. After providing my strong views and strong resistance the customer care (Sameer. Shaikh) calls have been stopped and connection request has been confirmed on 11th oct (Which has been confirmed by today one of customer executive).

                                After having long (29 minutes apprx) of today's discussion with tikona care executive (Akshata thakur), my request is not resolved for the connection. Even i didn't received the answer of my queries.

                                1. Why the amount to be refunded should not be consider from 30th september as there is no usage from that day itself.
                                2. How much amount and when it will be refunded, what is the procedure of that? Customer care executive9akshata thakur) is not aware about it
                                3. Share the senior authority mail communications contact to provide further feedback and communication (Customer executive responded that you will heared the same response what i am telling currently).
                                4. There was terrace permission issue, why that issue has not been informed earlier and informed by akshata thakur on 14th october.

                                Lastly she confirmed that senior authority will contact me within two hours today. I am not sure will get a call or not but not expecting a good service after such experience.

                                Note: do not want further, multiple calls on this and want my amount to be refunded as early as possible.

                                I will suggest to everyone if going to opt tikona connection then please think about twice about customer service first.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I have taken a new plan of 6mbps speed and valid for 3months +1 months @ 1800 + gst. When discussed the same with customer care, they informed that its valid only for 3 months which is case of total wrong commitment and forgery.

                                  Please arrange to refund payment of 2124 and disconnect services with immediate effect.

                                    I had requested for disconnection of the internet services which got fulfilled in about 2 months on 5/12/2017. They initially delayed taking in the request and finally registered it on 23/11/2017.
                                    The dues were all cleared and there were no dues until 9/12/2017 (after the connection was discontinued).

                                    Here is the email from tikona:

                                    This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below.

                                    Dear Customer,

                                    With reference to your request number 1-[protected] dated 23/11/2017 for your Tikona user id: [protected],

                                    We would like to inform you that we have stopped charging you rentals for the service from 05/12/2017

                                    If you wish to use the service anytime, you will be charged 2paise/MB @ 4Mbps speed (Rs.20/GB).

                                    As on date 09/12/2017 there is no outstanding payable for your account.

                                    Please feel free to write to us at [protected]@tikona.in.

                                    It mentions that it is a system generated mail so the records are true and all dues are cleared.
                                    Today evening (9/10/2018) after almost a year I got a call from CIBIL mentioning that Tikona has filled a case against me and mentions that I defaulted on a payment of INR 1205.
                                    I logged into the tikona customer portal to verify and the last payment received was on 23/11/2017. Now it shows outstanding amount of 1205.

                                    Let me know Tikona if you still want to proceed with this as I have all the proofs in email. I don't have to tell you or others about your company's integrity so I will save some words here.

                                    You have until 12/10/2018 to respond to this post that I will be free to do whatever is required by law and allowed by freedom to help myself and fellow citizens of this country.

                                      I requested for tikona broadband installation and was given the installation date of october 6 2018. I was provided with the guy who will come and install the services on the aforementioned date.

                                      "dear tikona customer your service request no. For user id [protected] is assigned to manoj mahajan null - [protected] as per scheduled time"

                                      I called manoj on 6th october morning and he committed that the installation will be done before 6. Since it was a vague time slot, i waited and wasted the whole day for the engineer to come.

                                      I called again at 5.30 in the evening only to be told that engineer assigned to me on 6th october is actually on leave.

                                      Disgusted by the utter unprofessionalism and knowing my day just got wasted, i called in the customer care of tikona. The call was picked by the agent and when i insisted on lodging a complaint, i was first kept on hold for at least 15 mins and then was told that the complaint cannot be lodged as this is sales desk.

                                      Much dismayed, i asked my call to be redirected to the complaint desk, to which agent said she can't do.

                                      I asked her to have me talk to her team leaf. She refused.
                                      I asked to connect me to her manager and she refused.

                                      I asked her again to connecte to any person above her in chain of command and she said she can't do that.

                                      Basically,

                                      Tikona gave me a time slot and never came for installation.
                                      Tikona agent assigned for installation was on off.
                                      Tikona as a organization wasted my whole day.
                                      Tikona agent at call center are utterly useless and have no sense of handling customer.
                                      Tikona agent at call center, behaved with shear unprofessionalism and never lodged a complaint.
                                      Even after insisting to lodge the complaint again and again, call center agent said straight no against logging it

                                      I want to reach out to the ceo, mr. Prakash bajpai, tikona and have my concerns answered for providing such a bad service

                                        This complaint is against tikona digital network.
                                        Client number : [protected]
                                        Tikona salesman mr. Tanaji patil approached us and gave us information about their boradband service. He told us about their internet speed and we will get exact speed. Here he did not mention downloading and uploading speed differently. Also salesman told us if we are unhappy or unsatisfied with their service because of any reason we will get complete refund.
                                        Then we agreed to purchase a plan for 3 months of speed 6 mbps. For which we paid rs 2300 before installation via online payment method using google pay application on 1st october 2018 to tanaji patil.
                                        On 2nd october 2018 tikona engineer came to our resident for installation. After complete installation we came to know that uploading speed of tikona is around or less than 2 mbps.
                                        After using tikona service around 1 hour we decided to discontinue their service because of less uploading speed. Then we talked to customer care to discontinue service. They told us to wait for 24 hours because our plan is not yet initiated, it's in progress. They also mention they are getting technical issues for our connection. But we again asked for discontinuing service and complete refund. But they were not ready. They asked us to wait. We asked them how much is tikona's uploading speed, he answered 2 mbps. After lots of talking they agreed to discontinue service. We asked for refund they did not talked about refund and told us we will get call.
                                        Now they are not ready for refund.
                                        Since then we are in contact with tikona's customer care service but they are not ready for refund.
                                        On 5th october 2018 we received call from tikona, they said they will transfer our plan to 10 mbps and we will get 10 mbps uploading and downloading speed.in that condition we agreed for that plan. Then again after some time they called us and told us we will get 10 mbps downloading speed and 2 mbps uploading speed. We rejected that offer. After all this they are not ready for complete refund.
                                        We have their pamphlet, it only shows 6 mbps speed. They have not mentioned uploading speed neither salesman told us before installation.
                                        We have attached photos of their pamphlet and our payment.
