Excess billing even after disconnection request and harassment calls from executives claiming as tikoana advocates.
The email which i send to tikoana on 2nd june and no reply and they keep calling me every month.

Issues from starting of the service from tikona and now and a fat bill
From tikona.
When i have taken a connection in jan,
Issue 1.
It took 15 days for u people to come and install the connection after
The payment.
And i was simply left without money and connection.
Issue 2
The connection had constant disconnection issues and the same issue
Continued for another 15 days, and the engineer from the retentions
Team came down when i asked for a disconnection and refund of money.
He changed the direction of the receiver. And the disconnection was
Resolved.
Issue 3.
From then on, no disconnection, but i never had a 4 mbps line as promised,
But a # fluctuating line always which is like a sine wave, which
Will go to 0mbps and my work disrupt and i had to restart my
Work (Bcoz i have to connect to my office server and that will
Disconnect due to security issues and authentication).
For this issue, i have been calling ur # customer support, every time they promise issue will be taken care within another 24 hours
And at last in the month of may 1st week, i asked for a disconnection
On may 04th or 05th, whereas i had paid the full rental in advance
On april 30th, for 4 mbps line at 250 fup.
That means i am entitled to a refund, of rs 2185.69, after 3 to 4
Days o[censored]sage.
But instead, u have charged me rs 5k + amt and want me to pay that when
I have paid the # money in advance and i am entitled to a 250
Gb fup and after that unlimited usage at 1mbps.
What u people think, even i am an advocate by profession and u people
Can just the bill and i am going to pay it.

Updated by mmwmathew ur website does not allow to raise a complaint if the user ID is NOT ACTIVE,
